Take your time, I know I am not the only one with asks.
Desmond Miles, Malik Al-Sayf, Kadar Al-Sayf, Altaïr ibn-La'Ahad, Leonardo Da Vinci and Ezio Auditore all playing Dungeons and Dragons pre canon (pre AC.) Desmond has no idea who his friends are cause he didn't pay attention to history lessons and drowned out his father after awhile of his bloodline importance speeches. Kadar is the Dungeon Master/Storyteller. Malik and Altaïr play Paladin and Cleric respectively. Ezio pretty much plays himself, charming flirt. Leonardo, plays powerful characters since he feels powerless often. His friends enjoy Desmond's company that when he goes missing they step up to find him. And Desmond's mind is blown after viewing Altaïr's memories that he figures out who the other two are.
Once again take your time.
Okay.
What if Altaïr is in a forced sabbatical?
Maybe it’s similar to what happened in 1191 where Altaïr’s actions led to the death of someone. Maybe it’s because he deliberately got between their team and the Brotherhood under William Miles.
If you want to keep Clay alive, maybe he saved Clay and that led the Templars and the Assassins into almost recognizing him so they’re all lying low.
Altaïr being not allowed to leave the house is his punishment XD
Malik is an inch away from actually strangling the man with the lan cable for his computer because a bored Altaïr is an annoying one and Kadar took a part time job because he’s that bored.
Kadar met Desmond because his part time job is a delivery man for a specific brand of alcohol that Bad Weather keeps on stock.
Kadar recognized him immediately as William miles’ runaway son and befriended him because he’s curious.
Their friendship leads to Desmond admitting he’s curious about DnD but doesn’t have friends to play with. Kadar invites him because he has online friends that he actually plays DnD with (one of those friends being Rebecca and, if you want a watch_dog reference, Wrench) so he gets the others to play DnD as well because they’re all varying degrees of noobs.
Also, this way, Altaïr would actually have something to do XD
Before Desmond gets there, Kadar makes them promise not to talk about anything Assassin related because Desmond is the first actual offline friend Kadar has made that wasn’t part of the whole ‘we sorta got reincarnated/transmigrated into the future but we’re not gonna talk about that I guess’ thing.
(I’m using http://dnd5e.wikidot.com/ for character info and I am absolutely not sure if they’re already available by 4e XD)
Unorganized Notes:
Kadar uses 4e rules but is fast and loose with them (because I wish to give them 5e but 5e was relased in 2014 TTATT). Leonardo makes the minis but Kadar makes the maps (he does check online for references). It’s his own campaign but his online DnD group helps him (he actually plays a Rogue online named ‘Altair’ without the ‘ï’ because he’s still a fanboy)
Everyone agreed Rogue is off-limits because they might all choose Rogue and also to not tip Desmond off so no one is a Rogue. Desmond screws this up by actually picking Rogue. Desmond actually goes for Assassin Rogue because he loves irony XD His backstory is that he left a cult of assassins as a child and is trying the adventurer life. Everyone just feels a bit awkward when he told them that backstory but Desmond just breezed through that so it was just for a moment XD
Malik is an Oath of Vengeance Paladin who share the same deity as Altaïr. In-game, this is because Altaïr is a Cleric on a mission to appease their god and Malik is there to keep him in check. Out of game, Malik wants to be the one to finally annoy Altaïr this time around and this backstory gives him an excuse to do it.
Altaïr is an Arcana Domain Cleric who is on a mission of redemption as ordered by his deity. The reason why he’s in a road of redemption is unclear and it’s clear that Altaïr has no respect for his deity. In-game, everyone who worship the same deity call him their god’s ‘Chosen’ and he hates it (Kadar absolutely loves to ham out the worshipping of the 'Chosen' XD). Out of everyone, he’s the player who is absolutely min-maxing his character.
Let’s be honest, we’re all expecting Ezio to be the Bard and he is. He even plays the guitar because, according to him, it’s better than a minstrel's lute, whatever that means. Absolutely a School of Swords Bard that has the highest Charisma stat among all of them. He’s the designated leader and the one who pulled everyone together into this weird group of adventurers. He may or may not be a noble who ran away from home.
Leonardo is an Artificer. While Artificers are already available as a class in 4e, their specialties were officially created for 5e but fuck it, let’s say it’s a modified Artificer class because Leonardo should be an Artillerist Artificer. If you don’t want the Artificer class because of how questionable it is possible for 4e, my alternate suggestion is Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer for pure magic destruction or Great Old One Warlock (unli Eldritch Blast). He plays Ezio’s character’s long suffering childhood best friend who joined the group because Ezio ‘begged’.
The campaign may or may not be a chosen one absolutely not wanting to do his mission as said chosen one and being dragged along by his god approved babysitter and a misfit company (the twist is Altaïr's mission is to actually find their god's child that is supposed to save the world... it's Desmond. Desmond's the god's child. The cult he's from is worshipping the same god as Altaïr but Desmond, Altaïr and Malik don't know it. Kadar thinks he's made such a good plot twist XD)
(I left their races ambiguous for you to play with. I personally would suggest making Altaïr a kenku for the lols XD)

"FATE"
Someone you are predestined to meet, and continue to be drawn toward forever. Leonardo and Ezio easily have one of the strongest bonds in AC ❤️
(This can be platonic or romantic, whichever you prefer!)

Sequel to First Meeting
Altaïr returned to the hideout and tried to find out what the dinosaurs are. But the other assassins made fun of him, as he told them that he heard that word from a young lady. 🤭

what is this outfit? not even it on itself, but like, why the change? why was Ezio given a downgrade from his ACB fit? why make him look more like the novices in ACB rather than a proper mentor figure like in ACR? also, "untold chapter of conflict stolen treasures and revenge"? REVENGE?? aren't we fucking past that by the time ACB rolls out?
this is such a dumb character design decision. i don't know this Ezio. nobody knows this Ezio. we know him in AC2 and ACB and ACR and even in the side games, cus we know his outfits and what they mean for him character-wise. But who's this Ezio? what's his fucking deal? what's the point of hammering in yet another ""untold chapter"" on a character that's been given all the screen time that he needs and then some?
i'm so.....

What do you call a cowboy Ezio? Spaghetti western. Spaghetti” Westerns are a subgenre of Westerns whose name references the circumstances and location of their filming. Generally, a Spaghetti Western is a low-budget film produced by Italian directors (hence the “spaghetti” connection) and filmed in Europe, primarily in Almería and the Tabernas Desert.Feb 18, 2022.
Being in a Spaghetti Western makes me think of an actor AU where Ezio is a popular actor in Italy who gets the part of a major character in a Spaghetti Western movie. The main draw of the film is, of course, the leading man who goes by the name “Connor” (real name is kept a secret because he likes his privacy).
The film is a revenge story of a man who lost his tribe (including his mother), burned to the ground by a certain group for nefarious means and he hunts them down one by one.
Ezio plays the main character’s final target, the “Sheriff Jack O’Leary”, the leader of the group.
The twist of the story is that Ezio’s and Connor’s characters are actually father and son.
The bigger twist is that Ezio’s character didn’t even sign off on the burning of the village, his group did that on the orders of a high ranking politician that was helping the main character is finding this group.
A tale of betrayal and revenge with a downer ending of the main character killing his father because they could not find a middle ground.
Ezio was having fun. He was Italy’s darling, known for playing handsome charming men that women (and men) swooned over. So to play what could be considered as the main villain (or the secondary main villain to the politician pretending to be good) was good for him.
Along the way, he gets close to the cast and crew, even becoming something akin to an older brother to the leading man (who finally tells him his real name is Ratonhnhaké:ton and he chose the name ‘Connor’ as a tribute to a senior of his that supported and encouraged him when he was doing theater before).
Unorganized Notes:
Leonardo is the set director and he’s super passionate about it. He’s a big fan of western movies and an even bigger fan of sci fi movies.
Machiavelli is the director and he’s quite the perfectionist. On the other hand, he had worked with Ezio before and they get along.
Federico works as Ezio’s agent and PA in one, mostly because he’s worried about his little brother and also because he doesn’t want to become the next CEO of the Auditore Bank. Claudia can have that.
Ratonhnhaké:ton’s agent is a man only known as “Mr. Cormac”. He’s also Ratonhnhaké:ton’s bodyguard and Ratonhnhaké:ton admitted to Ezio later on that his father was the one who employed “Mr. Cormac”. “To keep an eye on you?” “To make up for the decades of parental neglect he believes he committed even though he didn’t even know I existed back then.”
The script is written by Altaïr under the pseudonym Philip S. He’s a well known scriptwriter who churn up lots of scripts a year and just give them to whoever wants them. No one has ever seen his face. Whenever he has to get an award for his script or asks for a meeting, some poor guy named Desmond Miles would appear, apologize for his boss’ rude behaviors and then just do whatever was needed. Some rumors say Philip S is a woman and that’s why they don’t want to make an appearance. No. Altaïr just don’t want to mingle with people he doesn’t know or even like. He just likes to write. Desmond is actually his secretary/live-in houseworker who got the job because no one else could stay as Altaïr’s houseworker long enough to learn Altaïr was also a writer. The pay is good, Desmond doesn’t need to pay for bills since he lives in Altaïr’s house and sometimes Altaïr’s hot childhood friend visits to make sure Altaïr hasn’t died yet (his words, not Desmond’s) so the view is nice.
Haytham Kenway may or may not be producing the film under one of his shell companies. No one is really sure what the Kenway family does but it’s Hollywood during the mid 60s so… it’s shady af.
Kaniehtí:io is alive and is supportive of her son’s rising popularity while being worried about him. She and Haytham never married and she never actually told him about Ratonhnhaké:ton. Haytham only learned about him after Ratonhnhaké:ton became a movie star.
Yes, Ratonhnhaké:ton started in theater (as a child actor) and Connor Davenport took him in as his ‘protege’. Connor Davenport, unfortunately, died (Hollywood drama)

Yo, it’s late, I got a dentist appointment later today, so I’ll keep this real short, aight?
The Crossover Bar AU
I haven’t actually gone into depth into what everyone’s role is at the Bar, but I imagine it’s like the Casino Cups AU (a Cuphead AU where Cuphead and Mugman work at the Devil’s Casino) except it’s just a bar, no actual gambling (unless you count game nights with Poker and shit)
Desmond owns the bar and runs it, when Clay first showed up he helped Des welcome newcomers in before getting bored and after finding some games in a random closet upstairs, he hence forth became known as the Game Master. He runs Game Nights, but doesn’t always pick the game after the Uno fiasco.
Then the Ancestors, one by one they appeared, the usual suspects like Altair, Ezio, and Connor (+ Haytham and Edward), but then the others that Desmond don’t know also arrive. They sort of act as security, but are pretty chill for the most part, getting used to this weird “after life” shit.
Desmond and Clay introduced them to modern shit, and when other people from other dimensions, multiverses, and timelines started visiting, suddenly the bar was an actual running establishment. So the Assassins took up different jobs, mostly out of wanting to help/something to do.
You can guess which on your own.
None of them know who the Apprentice or the Reader are, but the Reader doesn’t visit all that much and the Apprentice enjoys the chaos, so they don’t mind them all that much.

I wanted to do this a long time ago, but I kept forgetting! 🤣 I made the comparison between Desmond and his ancestors Altaïr and Ezio, since they have almost the same face in franchise (sorry for bad English 😅):
Desmond: I decided to give him an AC1 face, because it most closely resembles Francisco Randez (his face model). He has brown eyes, curly brunette hair, indistinct facial hair and oval head.
Altaïr: I gave him AC3 Desmond's head model, because it annoys me that people call him "Desmond's clone" despite of being his ancestor. He has dark brown wavy hair and his facial hair (mainly mustache and goatee) and lips are more prominent then Desmond's. The skin is tanned with freckles on his face, head has an ovoid shape and the eyes are golden.
Ezio: I usually use his Brotherhood model (or AC2, they look almost the same after all). He has long dark brown straight hair and beard. His lip scar is shorter and skin is a little bit brighter then Desmond's. The head is round and the eyes are brown.

Calling all Assassin's Creed fans!
Do you have a historical OC (whether they are Assassin, Templar, or Just Some Guy) that you enjoy, and might not have seen the light of day? Please tell me about them! Through either reblog, commenting, or a message.
I ask because my friend and I (@unsocialised-half-orc) are creating a database of historical characters and we would love to have yours there as well. Of course, if your OC happens to be dating or is shipped with a Canon character, then a few changed might have to be made, but other than that, anything goes!
At most what we'll need is a name, birthdate or time period, a brief description, and a little backstory (or no backstory! I can and will gladly make something up for you!)
This is by no means going to be a published database, in fact, there is a high chance I might never post it anywhere, unless people would like me to, its more of a passion project that I'd love for the community to be involved in.
It's incredibly unlikely that I'll reject any characters, so send away! Thank you to anyone that wishes to take part :)
