1- When did you start playing Choices? What was the first book you played? 

Way back when Choices first launched. My first book was The Freshman Series - book 1. It was so fun to play the books and get super excited for new chapters. I was waiting until midnight for new chapters. It was the first time I’ve played an app where I could make decisions and use diamonds for VIP scenes 😍

2- When and why did you join Choices fandom?

I joined the Choices fandom back in 2021. I really missed Open Heart after book 3 ended (and left me wanting more) So I wanted to see if there were any more stories I could binge, and that’s how I stumbled upon Tumblr 🥰

3- How did you pick your blog name? 

It may sound weird but it just came to me. Peonies are my favorite flowers. As soon as I thought peonie I quickly added rose and I was like that sounds so cool and it’s unique which I love 😍 And that’s how peonierose was born. 

4- Pull up the first post in your archive, and tell us about it!  

Gosh. This feels like forever ago. When I first came on tumblr I didn’t post or reblog much 😅 (too shy to interact with anyone 🙈)

5- How long have you been writing fanfiction?

It has been 2 years in August this year since I’ve actively started writing fanfic 🥰 (I still can’t believe I actually made the leap and decided to post any of my stories). 

6- What is your favorite Choices book, and what is your favorite Choices book to write about?

I love to write for two of my favorite books which are Nightbound and Open Heart. Those are the ones I feel most connected to 🥰 Though I’d love to venture out and make edits or social media posts for other choices books too. 

7- Share the first fanfic you wrote with us. Do you still like it, or would you change it if you were writing it today?

I wrote Robin‘s Tell-All from TNA, and it was the first fic I’ve ever shared. I really wanted to write a story from Robin‘s POV and how all that happened in TNA affected him and all the mistakes he made. 

I wanted to showcase his inner struggle. 

I remember how nervous I was to post something that I’d written. I thought to myself, will people even like my story? And if they do like it, then what? It was a great rush to see the reblogs, and the love for my first-ever posted fic. 

If I could change one thing, it would probably be the moodboard 😅

8- What is your favorite fic that you’ve written?

That is a tough question, because to me every fic I‘ve written has a special place in my heart. So every story reflects the feelings I’ve felt while writing my story. 

Buuuuut if I had to choose: It would be a tie between By a Landslide (Bryce and Luna), the 3rd chapter of my Nightbound series - Unexpected and Go with the Flow (Luna & Bryce) 

9- Do you have a fic that you didn’t expect to be well received, but it was? What about one you expected to be but found could use a little more love?

I actually didn’t think I’m a sucker for you, A Pinch of Pink and Blue…This one‘s for you,  Cinnamon Sugar and Wildflower, to be as well received as they did. 

However, I think Bittersweet Symphony and Losing Game (1 / 4) could use some more love. 

Both stories are amazing and I think you’ll love both my pairings. Luna & Bryce and of course Maxine and Adam. 

10- If you could write only angst, fluff, or smut for the rest of your writing life, which would it be and why? 

I am by no means a smut writer 😅 Maybe I’ll get there 😅 But I’d go with a mix between angst and fluff. I think a nice balance between these two would be good. 

11- Do you ever recognize yourself in any of your MCs or in your writing?

Yeah. Tons of times. Take Luna for example. She has anxiety like me, and her appearance, such as her blue-green eyes and dark blonde hair, are like mine. But character wise we’re complete opposites. I wish I’d be more artistic like her 🩷

And Bryce is an Aries like me, and so many things he says or does make me go back, and I’m like, yeah, I would say something like that. Other than that, I’ve learned to give my characters real flaws and make them human, if that makes sense. But it does happen that they end up with character traits that are mine, and then I lean back and realize I’ve given my characters some of my weird and quirky character traits 🤣

12- What element of writing do you struggle with most?

Damn. Umm…I struggle with a lot of things. Finding the right words sometimes because English isn’t my first, not even my second language. I speak six languages, so it's sometimes hard to find the words to describe things. 

Showing, not telling that’s another thing I struggle with. 

That and if I have to keep a deadline to post something 🤣 Because it takes me forever to post anything I’m not 100% behind and happy with. 

13- Do you have any neglected work you really want to finish?

How much time you’ve got? I have over 30 wips, that want some desperate attention, and I always keep adding new wips, whenever something inspires me to write 😅 

I’ve found some new inspo for Somewhere Only We Know 🥰 Apart from that I’d love to take another look at my two AU‘s Amber & my Nightbound series. So we’ll see what wips I can manage to finish 😅 

14- If someone you know in real life (who isn’t involved in fandoms) asked to read your work, would you let them? If yes, what would you recommend they read first? 

Sure. I’d love to get an outside opinion of my work and my characters that are so beloved and close to my heart 🩷

I actually tell people that I write fanfic and original work. And I’ve sent some samples their way and they liked it. Which makes me feel more confident in my writing (not saying it’s perfect, there’s always room for improvement, but it’s getting better). 

As for which story to start? I’d say start with Only Love for Bryce and Luna. That was my first story of them and I consider it their start. 

Then continue with Always & Forever and Go with the Flow. 

Those were my first posted stories about Luna & Bryce and I think you’ll like them. It would give you a good understanding of my storytelling and my characters. 

15 - Are there any writers (published authors and/or fanfic writers) who influenced your writing? 

There are a couple of authors I admire - Chloe Neil, Elise Kova, Nalini Singh, Rachel Caine (R.I.), Rebecca Yarros, and many more. They have influenced and shaped my writing, my fantasy world-building, and, of course building my characters. These authors know how to tell great stories, which makes me admire them so much. 

As for fanfic writers who’ve inspired me? I’d love to give a special shoutout to one of my closest friends who’s been my beta reader for almost anything @annieruok She’s an amazing person and writer. Thanks so much for all the times listening to my ramblings about scenes and characters 🩷 

16- Which one of your stories would you most like to see as a movie/series? 

My Nightbound series hands down. That is a story that really deserves to be on the big screen or as a Netflix show. I’m not picky. 

I’d love to see Grey, Gretel and Hänsel kick some ass. It’s a unique enough story to garner some attention 🥰 I’ve worked really hard to write it and it took me a year to come up with chapters, character names and so forth. 

Also Somewhere Only We Know would be cool to see on the big screen. I’d probably weep from joy if any of my stories were ever developed as a movie or series 🥰🥹

17- Do you write original fiction? 

Yes, I actually do. I have several original works in my Google docs. And just recently, I had an idea for another original story (I don’t feel comfortable sharing it yet) 🥰 But let’s just say it’s fun to come up with the characters and world-building and everything in between. 

18 -  What other hobbies do you have?

Reading books, trying out new recipes in the kitchen. This also reminds me I need to exercise more 🤣 

Taking walks & going shopping. 

Hanging out with friends and binge watching shows and movies on Disney+ and Netflix. Just trying to  enjoy every single moment that every day has to offer 🩷 

19 - What’s your favorite emoji?

MAN OF THE DAY #76 : KJ APA #4

ANOTHER PROOF THAT KJ APA IS A KING!

I shouldn't have a particular reason to reminds you how much I worship the actor KJ APA, best known for playing Archibald "Archie" Andrews in the tv series RIVERDALE. Handsome, strong, kind, confident, clever, funny, protective, smiling, muscled, stylish but also cool, everything he says or do is exciting in my eyes. 🥵

Recently i discovered this pic and I had to tell what is amazing in it to my opinion.

This picture shows the gorgeous actor KJ Apa, about whom i wrote at least 3 MAN OF THE DAY articles and that i worship a lot! 😍

I don't know where / when this picture was taken. The god KJ Apa is wearing underpants, but that's not the one from the LACOSTE videoclip. Maybe on RIVERDALE's set? I don't recognize the room, but if that's what is happening, then it would be like in the story i wrote about KJ APA!

That also shows well how dominant he is! 😏

On the picture, two guys are kneeling at KJ APA's feet, their head on the same level than his alpha dick. KJ APA's hands are the guys's heads, as if they were his obedient sons or pets. It wasn't the first time KJ Apa shows how superior he is on the set of RIVERDALE.

I just think His Imperial Majesty King KJ Apa wanted to be comfy, and since he is an alpha and the star of the show, Sir Casey Cott hasn't complained. Personally i wouldn't complained at all, i just would have liked to stay there forever because what excites me the most is this kind of humiliation, where the alpha just show how dominant he is without being brutal or yelling at his sub fag.

Daffodil -  do you like to garden?

Absolutely! I've had a garden almost every year and have done so since 2021(?) It's about time for me to start considering what flowers and things to grow this year. I almost always do sunflowers, so I probably will do them again. I try to do sunflowers mainly for the bees because they LOVE sunflowers.

I might try growing lettuce this year. I need to change out the soil in my planters because last year my flowers were unhappy with the soil I was using.

My petunias were thriving though and I think I'll get more of them this year. I don't know if my ferns made it through the winter. If not, I'll have to find some perennials to plant as landscaping in my front yard. My bushes and hostas are doing just fine though, which is good!

Jam - favorite thing to bake?

September 16, 2021: Week Twenty-Eight

New York, New York. 11:15: AM

I was pulled out of my thoughts when Randy called my name, it had been a week since I had left Harry and the band on tour, they were currently travelling from St. Louis to Philadelphia for the next show.

I smiled and followed her, she took my vitals and then I went into Betty’s office and waited for her, a few moments after Betty came in, “Well hello to my favorite patient!”, I smiled, “Hi Betty! How are you?”, “I am well darling”, after a hug we sat down on the chairs

“Now first things first: happy third trimester! Wohoo”, I laughed a little, “I can’t believe we are already here”, “Me neither darling; let me tell you that these thirteen weeks will fly; now. For the second order of business, let’s see this baby “

We moved to the little stretcher she had on the room, she measured my belly and then felt it to see where baby was located, “Oh! I can see little one decided to grace us with his or her presence huh?”, “Yes, they did, they are especially responsive to dad’s music”

“Aww that’s very sweet, how is he?”, my heart dropped a little, “He’s okay, he will be coming here in three weeks’ time”, “Oh that’s perfect, still set on a homebirth?”, I nodded, “Okay so we will discuss what we need to have ready for the birth”

After she finished, she went and turned off the lights and turned on the ultrasound machine, “Okay let’s see this baba”, she turned the screen and as soon as she placed the probe to my belly I could see their profile

“It never gets old”, she laughed, “No it doesn’t, let me take some measurements and then we will do a 4D okay?”, after she finished she gave me some copies and we sat down back again, “So I will like to see you every two weeks now, and when we hit the 36 weeks I will see you weekly, just to make sure everything is perfect okay?”

I nodded, “Also, I would like for you to start taking some iron along with your vitamins and supplements, this brand works”, she handed me a post it with a name and I made a mental note to buy them on my way home.

After booking my next appointment we said our goodbyes and I made my way to the subway, as I was waiting for my train, I texted Harry the ultrasound.

Harry. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 12:00 PM

Jeff and I were leaving the gym after a workout when my phone dinged with a text, I took it out and smiled when I saw it was Y/N, Jeff turned to look at me and said, “What has you all smiley huh?”, I laughed, “Wouldn’t you want to know”

We got into the elevator and then stopped in our floor, “Remember we leave at 2”, I nodded and went into my room, I removed my mask and went to turn on the shower and grab some clothes, I set my phone to charge and took my shower.

Once I came out, I grabbed my phone and decided to open the text Y/N had sent me and I felt my heart leap out of my chest.

From Y/N <3 (11:50 AM): Hi dad! I miss you! I hope you have an awesome concert tomorrow! [Attachment]

To Y/N <3 (12:20 PM): Oh my god, hi baby! 😍😍😍 I miss you more my heart, cannot wait to see you, talk later?

 I turned to look at the ultrasound Y/N had sent me once again and smiled, I was in awe at how quickly they were growing and how crazy it was that the next time I saw them we would be 10 weeks away from meeting them, and how beautiful Y/N looks being pregnant.

Y/N. I felt a wave of sadness overcome me as I thought of her, although we talked seldomly I still felt I was so far away from her. “H everything okay?”, I got pulled out of my thoughts by Jeff who was sitting next to me.

I shrugged, “I just miss her”, “Mate you saw her yesterday and she will be back for the Nashville show”, I furrowed my brows, “Huh?”, Jeff dropped then pen he was using to write and turned to give me an incredulous look

“You were talking about Olivia, right?”, “Oh yeah sure”, he sat up straighter, “Harry, we are friends, please don’t lie to me”, I sighed and ran my hand down my face, “No, I wasn’t, I was thinking about Y/N”

“Well, I wasn’t expecting that; everything okay?”, I debated internally but ultimately decided I needed some advice, and just as I was about to speak Mitch came into the room with three coffee cups, “Hey, everything okay?”

He handed Jeff one, who after thanking him told him, “We have some girl issues”, as he was making his way to the sofa, I was sitting on he said “Oh?”, I thanked him for the coffee and he sat down next to me, Jeff took this as a sign to continue

“Well, you see Mitchell, Mister Harry Edward Styles here spoke up and said and I quote, ‘I miss her’, to which I answered that she would see her soon”, Mitch spoke up again, “Olivia? Yeah, mate she will be in Nashville won’t her?”

“But wait Mister Rowland, the story gets better; upon making this comment I noticed he became serious, to which I asked if he was talking about Olivia”, Mitch then turned to look at me, his face was one of surprise, but it also held a little smugness in him, “You were talking about Y/N”

I nodded and slumped on the couch, Mitch doing the same, “Oh wow mate, how do you feel?”, I sighed, “As I was about to tell Jeff, I don’t understand what is going on, I haven’t for a while; when she reappeared, I felt something in me come back to life, something that died the day she broke up with me”

“I had a plan, it was always going to be her, the one I married and had children with, then things went south, and we broke up, and those were hard months for me; but then she came back, and it wasn’t only her, it was our baby too, and now, well, now I don’t imagine my life without either of them”

Jeff spoke up, “And Olivia?”, I turned to look at him, “I feel comfortable when I’m with her, I was able to discover things about me that now help me be who I am”, “But you don’t love her”, after Mitch said that the room went quiet, “I care for her”

“Pfft, love and care are not the same things Harry”, I turned to look at Mitch, “I know, but the love I have for her comes from a place of care, of understanding”, “And for Y/N?”, I turned to look at Jeff before answering his question

“She’s having my baby, no pun intended; and this sounds like a dick move, but I love her for that, for the fact that even if we were not together, she still kept it, told me and is letting me be a part of every single step on the way”

Jeff spoke up, “You are right, you are a dick, you seem to forget that the baby is hers too Harry, and honestly? She owes you nothing, and as your friend I’ll tell you this: should she have chosen to be a single parent, she would have done an amazing job”

Mitch then interfered, “H, I will be honest with you, and I hope you don’t take this the wrong way: sort your feelings, you are all over the place, I mean just a few weeks before Y/N let you know she was pregnant you were ready to move in with Olivia; and with Y/N, you need to separate whether you have real honest feelings or just excitement for the baby, don’t drag her into your mess”

I nodded, “Thank you guys, for listening, I have a lot to think about”

September 21, 2021: Week Twenty-Nine

New York, New York. 10:30 AM

Little bean you are now twenty-nine weeks old!!! I really can’t believe we just have eleven until we get to meet each other, I’m getting really emotional just thinking about meeting you and kissing your lips and cuddling you <3 I have started ordering some things for your nursery, since we do not know if you are a little boy or a little girl, I’m sticking to very neutral colors and I’m loving the whole vision board and ideas I have! When we see your dad in a few weeks we will be buying your stroller, car seat and many other things; speaking off, your daddy has been busy being a rockstar all over the US, but don’t worry, we have been talking about you and he is excited to see you in about two weeks! I closed the diary and placed it on my drawer, I left my room and went to the kitchen, as I was preparing myself some oats when my phone dinged from the other side of the counter; I served my breakfast and went to grab it, turned it on and saw I had a text message waiting

I went into my room and grabbed my laptop and breakfast, after that I sat down on the living room and I sat down to wait for his call, which came through a few minutes later, I pressed answer and waited a few until I saw him appear on the screen.

“Hey rockstar, how are you?”, he smiled, “Hi love, doing good, how about you?”, I smiled, “That’s good, I’m good too”, “I hope you don’t mind, but I ordered some breakfast to each with you”, “You’re too sweet”, we both ate in silence for a few minutes before I spoke up

“So, how’s tour going?”, “I have loved every single time I have been on stage, I missed it so much”, I smiled, “I am glad, I have been catching some videos and photos, and your outfits are awesome, I texted Lamby a few days ago”

“Speaking of, why is Sarah taking a picture of my outfit every night?”, “Oh, it’s just for a little project I have going on”, he gave me a teasing look, “Oh come on, tell me”, I made a zipping motion, “I will just tell you that it’s for the baby”

“Speaking of, I have been thinking of some names”, my heart started beating a little faster when he said this, “Really? Mind sharing with me?”, “Sure, let me grab my notebook”, he left the screen and returned only a few seconds later

“So, for-“, I interrupted him, “Before we continue, we do agree that Robin will be the middle name, right?”, he gave me a look that had wonder, appreciation and I dare say love from him, “You still remember?”, I smiled “I do, and I still want to do it”

He nodded, “Well once agreed with the middle name, I was thinking, for boy I like the names Carter, Milo, or Elliot”, he turned the page, “And for girl I like the names Juniper, Blair or Julia”, he closed his notebook, “What do you think?”, “I love them Harry, those are great suggestions”

“Have you thought of any love?”, “I honestly haven’t, been busy ordering some nursery stuff, which will hopefully come in time and maybe you can help me set it up?”, his smile went even bigger, “I would love to”

We both sipped our coffee in silence for a few, “Spoke with your mom and Gem a few days ago, they are very excited to come see you, hopefully soon”, “Aww I would have loved to join that call, I can’t wait to see the three of you”, I smiled a little and took another sip of my coffee

“How’s your dad?”, “He’s good, if everything goes to plan, he will be here with Gemma, he is excited to see you and is trying to see if he can stay until the baby is born”, “I am excited to see him too, I think I didn’t ask you, how did you tell him we were having a baby?”, he smiled before he started speaking

June 3, 2021: Thirteen Weeks

Harry. London, England. 12:45 PM

I knocked on my dad’s door and waited for him to open, a few seconds later he appeared and smiled, “Harry! My boy, I missed you”, we went in, and I removed by mask and applied some gel before hugging him, “Hi dad, I missed you”

We went into his living room and sat down, he had two beers and some nuts waiting, that was our tradition, I started updating him on my life and he did the same, “Harry, is everything okay?”, I grabbed the folder I had on my side and smiled, “There’s something I need to tell you”

He grabbed the folder and opened it, he made a surprised face and went quiet, all of a sudden, I saw some tears on his eyes, “Dad?”, he turned to look at me and gave me a little smile while whispering, “You’re having a baby”, I laughed a little, “I am”

He hugged me, and I held onto him for a few, and he kissed my head, we pulled back a little, “How are you feeling? How is mom?”, I sighed, “I am feeling overwhelmed, but happy, oh so happy dad, my heart is full of happiness and love and uhm, as for mom, well Y/N is doing well”

“I’m sorry, did I hear right?”, I nodded and grabbed my beer and slumped on the couch, my dad did the same, he gulped before speaking up, “Dad, I’m freaking out, Olivia doesn’t know yet, and I really don’t know how this will work out”

“Harry let me ask you something”, I nodded and turned to look at him, “Is Y/N okay?”, I nodded, “Is the baby okay?”, I nodded again, “Is she happy?” I nodded once again, “Are you happy?”, I smiled, “Very”, he squeezed my shoulder, “Then everything will work out, I promise”

“Thank you, dad,”, we sat there in silence for a few more minutes, “I can’t believe I’ll be a grandpa soon”, I turned to look at him, “December 13, that is our due date”, “Well, December can’t come soon enough”

September 21, 2021: Week Twenty-Nine

New York, New York. 11:15 AM

I smiled, “I’m so excited to see them H”, we talked for a few more minutes until his phone dinged and he frowned, “I’m sorry, I have to go, I need to leave for rehearsals”, “Please don’t apologize, say hello to everyone for me, okay?”, I nodded, “Talk to you soon love”, I waved bye and he finished the call.

I picked up my dishes and got ready for the day and started working on the things I had to get done today.

September 26, 2021: Week Twenty-Nine

Harry. Chicago Illinois. 10:00 AM

I had just woken up, after to back-to-back shows in Chicago feeling rested and happy, we had some days between shows to rest so I was going to take it slow. I made myself a coffee and sat down on the bed again hoping to read a little when my phone started ringing and I smiled when my mom’s picture and name flashed on the screen.

I swiped my finger and answered the call, “Hi mumma, how are you?”, “Hello my sweet boy! I’m doing okay, how about you? Are you up for a FaceTime call?”, “Yeah sure, just let me grab my laptop”, we hung up and I stood up to gram my laptop from my bag.

A few moments later a call came through, I answered and my beautiful mumma appeared, she smiled, and I did too, “You look well rested honey”, “I am mum, these shows were brutal, but we have a few days lo lay back”

We talked a few minutes about how everyone on the family was doing, Dotty and Skye appeared on the screen, and I laughed with the stories my mom shared with me, “I spoke with Y/N last week, she is looking really good”, I smiled, “She is, I can’t wait to see her and the belly, what did you think of the last ultrasound I sent you?”

“I love it honey, I think they have your nose but her lips, I can’t wait to kiss them”, “Me neither mum”, “Oh! Before I forget I wanted to show you something”, she stood up and returned with a box, “So, I have been keeping busy and working on some things for my grandbaby”

She started pulling out some things and my heart started beating fast, “Mum…”, “I know we don’t know the gender yet, so I tried to do It as gender neutral as I could, but I did knit two gender specific things”

She showed me a pair of overalls, some hooded cardigans, a little set that had a bonnet, some pants and a sweater, another cardigan with a hood and a pompom, a sweater with little daisies and one with lambs, and a blanket.

She pulled me from my thoughts, “Honey everything okay?”, I started tearing up, “I love them mum, and I think this made me realize that in just ten short weeks they will be here, how has the time gone by so fast?”

She smiled, “I know love, it is crazy; we are all very excited and happy to meet them”, I wiped my tears, “Speaking of, I know you guys want to stay until baby is born, so I wanted to ask you, would you prefer for me to rent you guys and Airbnb, or would you mind staying with me? I mean, we have 3 rooms, Gem and Michal could stay in one, you in the other and Dad would stay with Jeff”

“Honey it’s okay, I love the arrangements, that way I am able to cook some meals for Y/N and keep them on your big freezer, I remember how much I appreciated the meals your two grandmas made me”, “Mum you are the best”, she smiled and shrugged, “She’s family, and we take care of family”

We spoke a for another half hour until I got a text from Jeff to see if we could have a meeting on a new project and I said goodbye to my mom, promising to speak soon, I quickly got ready and left my room, as I got into the elevator, I received a text from Olivia

From Olivia Wilde (12:30 PM): Hi baby, how are you recovering? Date night?

To Olivia Wilde (12:31 PM): Hey you, doing good, slept very well and feel more energetic, sure, how about dinner?

From Olivia Wilde (12:32 PM): Perfect! Talk to you later

September 26, 2021: Week Twenty-Nine

Harry. Chicago Illinois. 9:45 PM

As I got out of the shower after my workout there was a knock on my door, I opened it and saw it was room service, they set everything on the table I had in the room and I tipped the bellboy, I made sure that my laptop was plugged and called Olivia.

A few seconds later she appeared on the screen, she was sitting on the table on the garden, “Hey you, how are you? Are Daisy and Otis asleep?”, she smiled, “Hi baby, I’m doing okay, I miss you, and yes, they are sleeping”, “I miss you too, but I’ll see you in a few days”

We ate as she updated me on what she did, I told her of how the concerts were going and how editing for ‘Don’t Worry Darling’ was going, after a few she spoke up, “So… I know that tour still has a long way to go, but have you given a thought on what you want to do when it’s over?”

“What do you mean?”, “I mean, where are you, or we, going to settle?”, I had an uncomfortable feeling settle on my stomach, “Well, I think for the time being I want to stay in New York, my mum, Gemma, and Michal will be staying on my apartment and my dad with Jeff”

“Oh, I didn’t know they would be staying”, “Well, I mean it’s the birth of their first grand baby so they don’t want to miss it”, I took a sip of my wine and choked a little when I heard her say, “Do you think they would wany another grand baby?”, after my couching fit I wiped my face, “Well sure, maybe in the future”

She furrowed her brows, “Near future, right?”, “We- Well I think the first one should be born before thinking of more babies”, she rolled her eyes before muttering “Right”, I furrowed my brows, “What?”, she sighed, “It’s just”, “Hey, come on, you can tell me”, “Where do you see us heading?”

“What?”, “Yeah, like are we moving in sometime, or maybe getting married?”, “Liv, where is this coming from?”, “Well, I mean once the baby gets here and you get custody-“, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, who said anything about custody?”

She looked at me surprised, “You are not fighting for custody?”, my face was one of wonder and a little disappointment, “Are you serious? They aren’t even here! What is wrong with you?”, she rolled her eyes, “Well I’m sorry for wanting to figure out my life with my partner and trying to make it all work”

I took a deep breath and ran my hands on my face, “I understand, but that was out of place, I don’t question how you and Jason work out your custody, I respect it and help you make it work, so I ask for you to do the same”, before she could speak up I did, “I’m tired, let’s talk another day, okay?”, she nodded, “I love you H”, I blew a kiss and ended the call.

I brushed my teeth and got into my pajamas, set my alarms, and hoped into bed, I couldn’t stop thinking about what Olivia said, I mean, I knew we would have to eventually discuss this, but now? The baby wasn’t even here.

I tossed and turned for half an hour, when I concluded that sleep wouldn’t be coming anytime soon, so I got out of bed and grabbed my laptop, I started looking through the photos I had received from Anthony Pham from the past concerts.

I smiled when I found a picture of Y/N and Glenne back in Las Vegas, it was crazy to think that the baby was probably bigger at this point and her belly too, but what made me smile the most, was how happy and beautiful she looked, it was true what they said, pregnancy gave women a special glow.

What Olivia said still roamed my head, I knew we would have to discuss that soon, but why now? I mean, it´s pretty obvious that the first few months would need to be next to her, but the more I thought about it, the more I knew that even if it hurt me, I would never subject her to court and custody arrangements.

I would rather have to travel whatever distances I had to in order to see them, I would sacrifice so much for them, and Y/N didn’t deserve it. I was overcome with emotions and inspiration struck, so I grabbed my notebook and decided to start writing a song.
