How Buck and Eddie's conversations with Chris are gonna go:

Eddie: Hey son.

Chris: Hey dad.

Eddie: I heard that you're seeing someone. Thought I'd give you some advice.

Chris: Didn't you dump Ms. Flores by telling her to go home?

Eddie:

Eddie: You're right. This is clearly a Buck conversation.

-a few hours later-

Buck: Hey Chris!

Chris: Hey Buck.

Buck: So...your dad tells me that you're-

Chris: Dad called you to give me dating advice, didn't he?

Buck: Uh, yeah.

Chris: Didn't your last girlfriend almost get Uncle Bobby in trouble by reporting on that crazy firefighter?

Buck: W-Well yeah-

Chris: And didn't you take Natalia couch shopping after knowing her for, like, a couple of weeks?

Buck:

-outside Chris' room-

Eddie: Well?

Buck: We are so not equipped for this conversation.

Eddie: Fuck.

I'd say the only unrealistic expectation I have for season 7 is for the 100th episode to be a musical lol

Buck starts singing HSM while Eddie slowly gets more annoyed and Buck accidentally pegs him in the face with a basketball while trying to recreate a dance move 🏀

He feels bad and goes to talk to Maddie

They have a cute sibling duet that gives him the confidence to go back to Eddie and apologize

Since it's a musical episode Buck tries to end the apology by singing only for Eddie to tell him no (lmao) and if he really wants to make it up to him, he can do it by helping Chris with his homework while he's picking up extra hours

Eddie asks Bobby what's up with Buck's singing and Bobby says something about people expressing themselves in different ways idk. Bobby starts singing a little tune while putting away dishes or preparing to cook and Eddie just rolls his eyes

During homework, Buck tells Chris about what happened at the basketball court and how he tried to apologize to Eddie while getting him to sing but "apparently he doesn't like singing". Chris says "no he does, you just need the right song." Chris then teaches Buck a song his teacher taught his class to help them memorize something for a test or something like that

It's late and Buck goes back to the station to talk to Eddie as soon as he gets off work and apologize again, this time no singing cause he hasn't found the right song yet. Eddie puts his hand on Buck's shoulder and gently tells him it's okay, he's already forgiven, didn't hurt, etc.

Then to prove he's not upsET EDDIE STARTS SINGING TO BUCK AMD THEY HAVE A BUDDIE DUET THATS GONNA BE BEAUTIFUL AND PROBABLY THE FIRST TIME THE GA WILL SEE THESE TWO IN A SOMEWHAT ROMANTIC LIGHT LETS GOOO!!!! Especially with some new viewers from the network move

Idk how this went from musical episode to first signs of Buddie canon but here we are. I can put my clown makeup on with my eyes closed lmao

Yes I know some of those scenes are probably from different episodes entirely but I don't care. It's fun to speculate again ✨

Also if the 100th episode isn't exactly like what I said word for word then the show is literally unwatchable. 0/10 would not recommend (for legal and mental reasons this is a joke. And so am I 🤡)

I like Chris. I like Eddie being a good father and he is! Also I like the idea of Chris communicating with Maddie. Sorry@not sorry.

I thought it would be short story but apparently I can't control myself so it definitely would be long one, i already have 7+k words (ficwriter fever) and I didn't even come to the first of my list of events there.

‘Did you celebrate my first sentence? Should we get some presents? A book maybe?’ Eddie exhales and answers very carefully: ‘First of all she's three..’, - ‘Well, a book with pictures? With dinosaurs!’, - ‘Okay, we'll see. Second… Chris’,- Eddie exhales again: ‘I'm sorry. I wasn't there that time..’, - he hates himself right now. Very much. Chris looks at him and, somehow, smiles: ‘That's… well, that was very rude of you, dad but you're here now. And…’, - he's technically a teenager of course but it doesn't mean he's not a child: ‘And you won't go anywhere, right?' ‘Never. I promise. You know’,- Bobby will be mad if he hears it but he can't hear it so it's fine. ‘I know’, - Chris slowly nods and jumps to another topic as if it was nothing: ‘I'm gonna ask Maddie about a book that Jee would love!’ ‘Okay, bud. I still have doubts about giving a book to a three year old but you could be right. And by the way… Buck and his boyfriend would be there also. Buck specifically wants you to meet this guy’ ‘Why?’, - Chris doesn't look impressed. Or even interested by any means. ‘Because Buck loves you. And he thinks it is important for you to know people in his life’, - nice one Eddie. To be honest he also has no idea why Buck wants it so bad. But his explanation seems legit ‘And what if I don't want to know these people? What if I don't like these people?’, - this kid could be quite stubborn. Eddie loves him ‘You don't have to like him. It's just for Buck. You still like Buck, right?’, - Eddie recalls Chris saying the opposite but... ‘I… I'm not sure. Okay. I can do it. Not for Buck though’,- Chris finally goes back to eating and Eddie can take a breath. His son is perfect.

Buck is an absolute idiot.

Okay, I know that I put up a post speculating about how Chris would interact with Marisol, but rewatching his conversation with Buck is making me think of a possible avenue the show could go with his feelings on Eddie and Marisol's relationship.

Earlier, I said that that I saw Chris being distant with Marisol and not making an active effort in getting to know her because her being with Eddie meant that they'd be seeing Buck less. But now? What if Chris still ends up being distant and not trying to form a connection with Marisol, not necessarily because he hates the relationship...

But because he's just waiting for her to walk out just like his mom did with him and Eddie.

And as much as I hate seeing Chris be hurt, Marisol leaving is necessary.

Because she's gonna be the last person to leave.

And Buck is gonna be the first person to actually stay.

I really hope this made sense.

I just had a fever dream and I'm trying to write it down before I forget:

Shannon was back but she was a ghost that only Buck could see and for some reason Buck was also Maddie and Shannon was telling him/her about how they had to be there for Christopher and help out Eddie with raising him but she was trying to push them together romantically and saying that Buck and Eddie being together would be just the same if not better for both parties because they already spend all their time together and it makes the most sense. She also brought up the will and Buck who again was Maddie for some reason tried to argue that it wouldn't be the same because it's two guys not a guy and girl and there would be some differences both in how they date and intimacy wise and s/he keeps going back and forth with Shannon about whether it's the same or not. I have no idea how we got to this point but then Shannon brought up the Ring Around The Rosie song and Buck who was Maddie said "Pocket full of posies" but s/he pronounced it as "paw-zees" and Shannon tried to correct him/her with the proper annunciation and Maddie who was Buck tilted her/his head and said "Oh I'm sorry, I thought it was the same. Are you saying it's different?" And Shannon glared at him/her but before she could say anything else I woke up to someone calling me...

Like a thought on s7 again.

As i was well aware, ABC has no issue with killing characters. So Kameron and Connor.

It's possible for them to die. And by their will the child goes to Buck (cause basically why not)

I'm not sure how to explain this but in general that's the idea.

And there's a punchline.

This baby is a small copy of Diaz! So when they go somewhere together it looks like a big happy family.

And AT SOME POINT THESE TWO IDIOTS JUST GET IT ALREADY.

I just still can't get that Chris looks nothing like his parents but he looks like he is related to Buck.

I mean, show this to person not familiar with 911

And ask who's the father.
