Carl Milles said the idea came in a dream and worked on it between 1949 and 1953. Created to honor the Swedish entrepreneur C. E. Johansson, who revolutionized precision measuring of industrial parts. Millesgården is a museum and sculpture park created by the artist (Milles is probably Sweden's most famous sculptor) and includes his home.

Atlas v rising

The " Atlantic Ocean" is derived from "Sea of Atlas". The term Atlas has been used to describe a collection of maps since the 16th century when Flemish geographer Gerardus Mercator published his work in honour of the mythological Titan. He had many children, mostly daughters, the Hesperides, the Hyades, the Pleiades, and the nymph Calypso who lived on the island Ogygia. He was a brother of Epimetheus and Prometheus. What is Slow-Fashion?

Currently, the fashion industry is rife with inconsistencies. Individuals claim to be interested in sustainability but nevertheless gravitate towards rapid and affordable clothes (Johansson, 2010).

An increasing number of customers are participating in the trend of 'ethical consumerism,' where they insist that the products they purchase be manufactured in a manner that does not negatively impact the environment or the laborers involved in the production process. Research has shown that customers are often prepared to pay a higher price for environmentally friendly items or commodities produced without exploiting labor (Gam et al., 2009; Kahn, 2009; Pookulangara et al., 2011), which is considered as "slow fashion".

Where does this movement come from?

The emerging "Slow Fashion" movement is inspired by the well-known "slow food" movement, which focuses on supporting small, local farmers and promoting the use of local, seasonal foods, in addition to stressing slow cooking techniques (Kahn, 2009). Slow fashion is a philosophy that focuses on being attentive to the needs of designers, buyers, retailers, and consumers, as well as the impact that fashion production has on workers, consumers, and ecosystems (Fletcher, 2008).

The slow fashion idea emphasizes sustainability in the fashion industry by focusing on high quality, small-scale manufacturing, regional sourcing, and ethical labor practices. One of the most iconic brand named "Patagonia", made its name in the community for its sustainability efforts, such as using recycled materials, minimizing water use, and advocating for fair work. The firm has introduced a program called Worn Wear, which promotes repairing and reusing Patagonia goods instead of purchasing new ones.

Patagonia has contributed significant funds to environmental organizations and launched programs to increase awareness of climate change and biodiversity loss. Therefore, sustainability is becoming a central focus for the garment sector, influencing strategy, operations, employee involvement, and relationships with customers and communities (Siegel et al., 2012).

La falta de oportunidades para encontrar afecto romántico es un gran problema para los hombres modernos. El amor, lejos de lo que digan muchas personas, es una necesidad y no un deseo.

Años (en muchos casos, incluyendo el mío) de incapacidad para encontrar novia tienen como resultado una baja autoestima, falta de propósito, soledad, frustración sexual, ansiedad y un largo etcétera.

Mucha gente se burla de los hombres solitarios, llamándolos “incels” y despotricando, atacando e incluso queriendo erradicar a quienes los intentan ayudar en internet, ellos quienes intentan darte una pizca de cordura y decirte que no hay nada malo en ti, que eres una persona extraordinaria y que no deberías de torturarte por no saber seducir, son solo habilidades que no has aprendido, que no son intrínsecas y que no eres el malo de la historia solo por haber nacido con cierto cromosoma.

Es como si los hombres tuviéramos que tener por default instalada una programación para ser exitosos en el romance, y si no lo somos, es que somos patéticos, fracasados, poco atractivos o simplemente perdedores, o, en otras palabras, que “es nuestra culpa enteramente”, incluso cuando las relaciones se acaban, quien siempre tiene la culpa es el hombre. La verdad no veo que eso se lo digan a las mujeres, la balanza en este aspecto no está para nada equilibrada.

Estoy tan harto de los consejos piteros de autoayuda que a los cabrones sordos les gusta excretar por la boca, sobre todo porque nunca tienen que seguir esos consejos, solo los repiten en automático.

Por ejemplo: “aprende a quererte a ti mismo”, “búscate un hobby”, “consigue una mascota”, “encontrarás a alguien cuando menos te lo esperes”, “deberías salir más seguido”, “deberías ser más extrovertido”, “aprende a disfrutar de tu propia compañía” y demás consejos que parecen de un NPC.

Estoy bastante seguro de que la mayoría de estas personas no podrían disfrutar de su propia compañía mas de dos semanas. Deberían probar a estar solteros, y no me refiero a estar soltero, pero follarte a alguien cada fin de semana, sino de ti yendo por tu vida, intentando hablar con mujeres que se creen fuera de tu alcance, buscando un poco de afecto en los brazos de tu madre que no te lo da tanto porque “ya eres un adulto”, preguntándote si eres una persona horrible porque ningún ente del sexo opuesto se digna ni siquiera a saludarte, sabiendo que nunca has hecho nada malo, no tratas mal a los demás, te esfuerzas par alcanzar tus objetivos, escuchas cuando alguien te quiere contar algo, das ánimos cuando notas que las personas a tu alrededor están tristes, y aún así no alcanza.

Aún te faltan cosas, aún te falta ser más alto, más atlético, con mejor cuerpo, con más dinero, con otro color de cabello, con otro color de piel, con otro mentón, con otros dientes, con otro tono de voz, con otra profesión, con otros gustos, y un montón de características que solo denotan lo superficial que se ha vuelto la sociedad.

Todo esto lo digo como alguien que ha tenido que soportar plantones, burlas, silencios, ser ignorado, ser desechado, y por sobre todo “disfrutar de mi propia compañía” (más bien no tenía elección), solo porque no estoy en línea a lo que la sociedad quiere.

Cada que veo videos sobre la psicología femenina, cómo encontrar pareja o cómo ligar, me cansa el solo pensar que debo de recorrer como diez mil pasos para que solo me acepten una cita, y aún así estar constantemente a prueba. La vida del hombre moderno es estar a prueba siempre.

A prueba de que eres exitoso, a prueba de que no eres un acosador, a prueba de que puedes arreglártelas solo, a prueba de que tienes estabilidad económica, emocional y laboral, a prueba de que estás armando tu propio futuro, y ahora debo de estar a prueba para conseguir algo de afecto.

No pido a una mujer con el frente de Sydney Sweenie, el rostro de Scarlett Johansson, la inteligencia de Marie Curie y la voz de Dua Lipa, solo pido paz, tranquilidad, una compañera, una cómplice, alguien con quien compartir experiencias, gustos, noches de películas, de videojuegos, compartirnos música, mandarnos fotos por WhatsApp de cosas que nos recuerdan al otro, contarnos y reírnos de nuestros chistes malos, quedarnos dormidos viendo una serie en el sillón, tener cenas con papas fritas, pasta y pizza con sodas en unas copas. Solo pido unos ojos grandes y redondos, unos labios suaves, una linda sonrisa y una voz que me diga “buenas noches” antes de irme a dormir.

Pero al parecer pido mucho, al parecer ellas me hacen el favor a mí, al parecer me debo de quejar en silencio, al parecer no debo de tener expectativas, pero si cumplirlas todas, cómo un check list y ser algo desechable, algo reemplazable, algo que solo existe, pero no vive, no experimenta, no sueña, no desea, que no siente, y aún así, dar las gracias.

Así es la falta de oportunidades para encontrar afecto romántico.

Uma epidemia de 'deep nude' tem assolado mulheres no Brasil e ao redor do mundo, utilizando inteligência artificial para "remover" virtualmente a roupa em fotos e vídeos. O problema não escolhe vítimas, afetando desde celebridades até crianças e adolescentes em escolas.

No Brasil, figuras públicas como a atriz Isis Valverde, a cantora Juliana Bonde do grupo Bonde do Forró, e a influenciadora Nathalia Valente, ex-participante de A Fazenda 15, enfrentaram experiências com o 'Deep Nude'. A escalada do problema atingiu também artistas internacionais de renome, como Gal Gadot, a Mulher-Maravilha, e o ator Manu Rios de Elite, da Netflix. Mesmo Taylor Swift e Scarlett Johansson não escaparam quando o termo "deepfake" começou a circular na web.

Recentemente, o fenômeno tem se manifestado de maneira preocupante em escolas, afetando crianças e adolescentes. No Rio de Janeiro, aproximadamente 20 alunas foram vítimas de 'deep nudes', enquanto em Recife esse número atingiu 18, e em Belo Horizonte, pelo menos 10 meninas foram alvo de 'nudes forjados'.

Diante da ausência de uma regulamentação específica para a inteligência artificial, a advogada especialista em crimes digitais, Jéssica Brito, destaca a vulnerabilidade da sociedade no mundo virtual, especialmente no que diz respeito ao direito de imagem. "Atualmente, circulam amplamente imagens de crianças e adolescentes (rostos) em cenas impróprias para menores, utilizando ferramentas de inteligência artificial, prática mais conhecida como deep nudes, tornando-se uma verdadeira epidemia dentro das escolas", alerta Brito.

A advogada enfatiza a urgência de criminalizar essa prática específica para responsabilizar e punir aqueles que utilizam a inteligência artificial para a violência cibernética. Ela destaca que, mesmo sem uma regulamentação específica, a legislação vigente já conta com dispositivos que podem ser aplicados aos casos, como o artigo 216-B do Código Penal, a lei de importunação sexual (nº 13.718) e o artigo 241-C do Estatuto da Criança e Adolescente (ECA).

"Tanto o adulto vítima de deep nudes quanto a criança ou adolescente, acompanhado do responsável legal, deve realizar a denúncia em delegacia especializada em crimes cibernéticos", orienta Jéssica Brito. Ela aborda a importância de os pais, responsáveis e educadores estarem cientes da prática e tomarem medidas para proteger as crianças, além de informar e aplicar medidas que possam coibir esse tipo de conduta.

Jéssica Brito destaca que as mulheres são as principais prejudicadas pelo deep nudes e incentiva que, além de buscarem medidas nas delegacias de crimes cibernéticos, as vítimas também podem procurar a delegacia da mulher para serem amparadas pelas autoridades competentes. Porém, ela também reforça a necessidade de novas leis e mais delegacias especializadas em crimes virtuais, destacando a precariedade dessas delegacias em áreas fora das capitais.

"Além da importância da lei específica para regulamentar a inteligência artificial, a precariedade de delegacias especializadas em crimes cibernéticos é um assunto urgente a ser tratado, visto que essas delegacias só são encontradas nas capitais. Assim, a vítima moradora de pequeno município se submete a uma delegacia civil defasada que não dá o suporte necessário", diz a advogada, apontando a necessidade de ações imediatas para lidar com a complexidade crescente dos crimes digitais.

A psicóloga Lauren Rosa aborda a complexidade dos impactos psicológicos nos casos envolvendo crianças e adolescentes vítimas de 'deep nude'. "Crianças e adolescentes estão em processo de estruturação do reconhecimento do corpo enquanto objeto de prazer. Esse tipo de exposição altera desfavoravelmente esse processo, afetando a autoestima e a sexualidade", alerta Rosa.

Ela ressalta que o momento da adolescência é crucial, pois é quando o meio social e os amigos ganham maior importância. Para os adolescentes que enfrentam esse tipo de exposição, especialmente após o impacto da pandemia e a reclusão que dificultou a socialização na infância, o risco de enfrentar bullying virtual pode ter consequências graves. "A chance de impactar fortemente a vida social e, em decorrência, trazer situações de ansiedade, depressão e ideação suicida é muito grande", continua a psicóloga.

No caso das mulheres adultas vitimadas por esse tipo de violência, Lauren Rosa fala sobre a pressão cultural e estética sobre as mulheres e como a exposição pode afetar profundamente suas vidas. "Quando atinge as mulheres, devido ao machismo estrutural, o impacto dessas imagens é sempre maior sobre garotas/ mulheres, que sobre garotos/homens", destaca a psicóloga.

Além dos impactos individuais, Rosa menciona as implicações sociais e profissionais, observando que as imagens na internet, mesmo que desmentidas, permanecem acessíveis, afetando reputações e até mesmo carreiras. A exposição virtual pode desencadear ansiedade, depressão, reclusão, estresse pós-traumático e ideação suicida, evidenciando a gravidade desse fenômeno no contexto digital para a vida real.

Projetos de leis para criminalizar o 'deep nude'

Diante do crescente impacto do fenômeno 'deep nude', o deputado federal Marcelo Álvaro Antônio (PL/MG) tomou a iniciativa de apresentar um projeto de lei, visando incluir no Código Penal o crime de criação e reprodução de nudez por meio de inteligência artificial, conhecido como "deepfake" pornô.

O projeto propõe uma pena de prisão de 6 meses a 1 ano para quem praticar esse delito, podendo ser aumentada em casos envolvendo vítimas menores de idade ou se as imagens forem utilizadas para chantagem. A proposta visa criminalizar ações como "criar, oferecer, trocar, disponibilizar, transmitir, distribuir, publicar ou divulgar por qualquer meio, inclusive por meio de sistema de informática ou telemático, fotografia, vídeo ou outro registro que contenha fotos e vídeos de pessoas em cenas de sexo ou nudez, criada por meio de inteligência artificial, sem prévia autorização".

Outro projeto de lei, apresentado em agosto por Romero Rodrigues (PSC/PB), propõe alterações na Lei nº 12.965, de 23 de abril de 2014, buscando coibir o uso, criação, distribuição e comercialização de aplicativos e programas destinados à criação de imagens ou vídeos pornográficos ou obscenos falsos.

Na justificativa, o deputado destaca os desafios impostos pela inteligência artificial, que, embora tenha trazido oportunidades de aprendizagem e negócios, também facilitou o acesso a conteúdo inapropriado na internet. Ele ressalta a ameaça à privacidade e dignidade humana, especialmente para mulheres, que são as principais vítimas desse tipo de fraude.

A indústria do deep nude, segundo Rodrigues, alimenta a extorsão sexual e tem gerado esforços nos Estados Unidos e na Europa para regulamentar e combater a pornografia surrealista. A iniciativa legislativa busca estabelecer medidas mais rigorosas para conter a propagação desse tipo de conteúdo nocivo, protegendo a sociedade contra os danos provocados pela manipulação digital.

Como se proteger do 'deep nude'

A melhor maneira de se proteger do deep nude é evitar compartilhar suas fotos e vídeos pessoais na internet. Se você for obrigado a compartilhar fotos ou vídeos pessoais, certifique-se de que eles sejam privados e que apenas pessoas de sua confiança tenham acesso.

Além disso, seja cauteloso ao compartilhar informações pessoais nas redes sociais. Não divulgue seu nome completo, endereço, telefone ou outros dados que possam ser usados para identificar você.

Também é importante usar software de segurança para proteger seus dispositivos. Isso ajudará a proteger suas informações pessoais de serem roubadas ou acessadas por pessoas não autorizadas.

Como denunciar deep nude

Se você for vítima de deep nude, denuncie o caso às autoridades. Você pode fazer isso na delegacia de polícia ou na delegacia especializada em crimes cibernéticos.

Para denunciar o caso, você precisará reunir o máximo de provas possíveis, como prints das imagens publicadas e o link da página onde as imagens foram publicadas.

E dopo una giornata di ricerche e soccorsi - non senza denunce delle Ong che accusano Atene di 'non aver avviato l'operazione di salvataggio' - sono stati recuperati 79 corpi e 104 persone sono state tratte in salvo. Con il rischio che il bilancio di questa nuova tragedia si trasformi in un ecatombe. "La parte esterna della nave era piena di persone, sospettiamo che lo stesso valga per l'interno" spiega Nikolaos Alexiou, comandante e portavoce della guardia costiera greca, mentre afferma che "non si può dare un numero esatto con certezza, ma certamente il numero è molto alto". Almeno 400, secondo l'Oim, ma secondo le prime ricostruzioni dei sopravvissuti che erano a bordo dell'imbarcazione "il numero dei passeggeri era di 750" racconta il governatore della regione del Peloponneso, Panagiotis Nikas. Lo stesso numero fornito da Alarm phone, che già ieri era stata contattata per segnalare un'imbarcazione in difficoltà. Anche un aereo dell'agenzia europea Frontex aveva avvistato il peschereccio intorno a mezzogiorno di ieri e "successivamente da due motovedette, senza richiedere assistenza", racconta la Guardia costiera greca: i "migranti hanno poi rifiutato qualsiasi assistenza e hanno dichiarato di voler proseguire il viaggio verso l'Italia", sostengono i greci. Ma, in un comunicato, Alarm phone smentisce questa ricostruzione sostenendo che la Guardia costiera ellenica era "stata allertata alle 16.53" così come "le autorità greche e le altre europee". Quindi "erano ben consapevoli di questa imbarcazione sovraffollata e inadeguata" ma - denuncia il centro che si occupa di ricevere le telefonate di soccorso - "non è stata avviata un'operazione di salvataggio", mentre "la Guardia Costiera ellenica ha iniziato a giustificare il mancato soccorso sostenendo che le persone in difficoltà non volevano essere soccorse in Grecia". Sarebbero state così perse - è la lettura di Alarm phone - ore cruciali, fino al naufragio, con le operazioni di soccorso ed il recupero di 104 persone portate in salvo a Kalamata dallo yacht Mayan Queen IV, con bandiera delle Cayman. Alexiou spiega che i soccorritori continuano "a operare al largo di Pylos e continueranno a farlo anche di notte, con l'assistenza del C-130 dell'Aeronautica Militare". Le speranze di trovare superstiti, però, si affievoliscono ogni ora che passa. Secondo le prime informazioni, le persone venivano da Siria, Pakistan, Egitto e tra loro, raccontano i soccorritori, c'erano anche donne e bambini stipati nelle stive. Stando alle prime testimonianze, nessuna di loro indossava il giubbotto di salvataggio. I vertici dell'Unione europea esprimono il loro cordoglio per la notizia. La presidente della Commissione Ursula von der Leyen si è detta "profondamente addolorata" e "molto preoccupata per il numero di persone scomparse", sottolineando la necessità di "continuare a lavorare insieme, con gli Stati membri e i Paesi terzi, per prevenire queste tragedie". Il presidente del Consiglio europeo Charles Michel parla di "un promemoria straziante che dobbiamo porre fine al business senza scrupoli dei trafficanti", annunciando che "i leader dell'Ue affronteranno la questione al vertice di giugno". Più duro, invece, il commento della commissaria Ue agli Affari Interni, Ylva Johansson, che spiega come il naufragio "sia il segno del fatto che la nostra politica migratoria non funziona bene al momento", augurandosi che verrà cambiata con il nuovo Patto di migrazione e asilo. "La situazione di stallo durata sette anni è finita", ha spiegato Johansson, difendendo il lavoro delle Ong: "Sono diverse tra loro ma in generale fanno un ottimo lavoro e salvano vite". 平滑筋細胞で脱分極が起こると、L型電位依存性カルシウムチャネルは開口する[12][13]。脱分極は細胞の伸展、Gタンパク質共役型受容体へのアゴニストの結合、自律神経系の刺激などによってもたらされる。L型カルシウムチャネルの開口は細胞外のCa2+の流入を引き起こし、それらはその後カルモジュリンに結合する。活性化されたカルモジュリン分子は、太いフィラメント（thick filament）のミオシンをリン酸化するミオシン軽鎖キナーゼ（英語版）を活性化する。リン酸化されたミオシンは細いフィラメント（thin filament）のアクチンとクロスブリッジ（crossbridge）を形成できるようになり、フィラメントの滑りによって平滑筋線維は収縮する（平滑筋においてL型カルシウムチャネルが関与するシグナル伝達カスケードについては[12]を参照）。　

また、L型カルシウムチャネルは、骨格筋と心筋の筋線維などの横紋筋細胞のT管にも多く存在している。これらの細胞が脱分極した際には、平滑筋細胞と同様にL型カルシウムチャネルは開口する。骨格筋では、チャネルの開口は筋小胞体のカルシウム放出チャネル（リアノジン受容体、RYR）を機械的に作動し、RYRの開口を引き起こす。心筋では、L型カルシウムチャネルの開口は細胞内へのカルシウムの流入を起こす。カルシウムは筋小胞体のRYRに結合して、RYRを開口させる。この現象はカルシウム誘発性カルシウム放出（CICR）と呼ばれている。機械的またはCICRのいずれかの機構でRYRが開口すると、筋小胞体からCa2+が放出され、アクチンフィラメントのトロポニンCへ結合できるようになる。そして滑り機構によって収縮し、サルコメア（英語版）の短縮と筋収縮が引き起こされる。（引用注：つまり、細胞内のカルシウムイオン濃度が高いままだと、引きつけを起こして死にます。これは、高校生物でも出てくる話かと思います）

発生時の発現の変化

発生の初期には、T型カルシウムチャネルが多く発現している。神経系の発達を通じて、N型またはL型がより顕著なものとなってゆく[14]。結果として、成熟した神経細胞では細胞が十分に脱分極したときにのみ活性化するカルシウムチャネルがより多く発現している。低電位活性化型と高電位活性化型のチャネルの発現レベルの差異は、神経の分化に重要な役割を果たす。発生途中のツメガエルの脊髄神経細胞では、低電位活性化型カルシウムチャネルは散発的なカルシウムの流入を行い、これは神経細胞のGABA作動性の表現型の獲得や神経突起（英語版）の成長に必要である[15]。（引用注：つまり、胎児や幼児の方が危ないということです。大人でも死ぬような電磁波の場合、もう少し弱くても、当然流産などへ導けると思われます）

臨床的意義

電位依存性カルシウムチャネルに対する抗体の存在はランバート・イートン症候群と関係しており、傍腫瘍性神経症候群との関係も示唆されている[16]。

電位依存性カルシウムチャネルは悪性高熱症[17]やティモシー症候群（英語版）[18]とも関係している。

CACNA1C遺伝子（Cav1.2の遺伝子）の3番目のイントロン内の一塩基多型は、ティモシー症候群と呼ばれるQT延長症候群の一種やブルガダ症候群とも関係している[19][20][21]。

大規模な遺伝学的解析によって、CACNA1Cは双極性障害とその後の統合失調症とも関係している可能性が示された[22][23][24][25]。また、CACNA1Cのリスクアレルは双極性障害の患者では脳の接続性の破壊と関係しているが、障害の影響を受けていない近縁者や対照群の健常者では全くまたはわずかにしか関係がみられなかった[26]。

我々を構成する細胞は、このようなパルス性活動電位によって制御されています。外部からのパルス波照射は、とても危険です。
