Lot #197: I DREAM OF JEANNIE (1966-1970) - Opening Credits Animation Cel
An animation cel from the opening credits of the fantasy sitcom television series I Dream of Jeannie. When the show transitioned to colour in the second season, it also updated its original intro and outro's montage of clips to a fun, vivid animation. Jeannie has been hand-rendered in pen and paint on clear acetate (labelled "3") and is layered over the image of her bottle, printed on blue paper. It comes custom-mounted with a white card backing and pale blue canvas-coated card frame. Dimensions: 35.5 cm x 40.5 cm x 1 cm (14" x 16" x 1/2")
