"what're you doing?" horror asks. jet hums, glancing up before looking back down at their fingers.

"cuttin' my nails." they answer, followed by a sharp 'snip!' sound.

"why?" he asks. jet shrugs, holding out their left hand to show off their nails.

"look. gettin' sharp. then they get caught on stuff."

horror makes a soft sound of understanding, taking a seat beside jet. he watches them snip off the ends of their claws, head tilting curiously.

"'sides," jet continues after a moment. "now i don't gotta worry about scratchin' you when i grab your cute face."

they look up smugly at horror, earning a soft chuckle. he pats their head, causing their tail to sway.

"it wouldn't hurt," he snorts. "your claws are so small."

"oh yeah?" they taunt, brandishing the not-yet cut claws on the other hand. "wanna test that theory?"

horror chuckles again, grabbing jet's hand in his. he traces one of his phalanxes over the tip of their claw, where it's sharpest. their fingers looks so small compared to his.

"see? too small." he boasts. jet rolls their eyes, taking their hand back to cut those claws.

"psh, whatever. you're just lucky i like you and don't wanna scratch you." they grumble with a smile.

"whatever you say, tiny."

"wha—i'm not tiny!"

Stella doesn’t really seem interested dating any of the townsfolk, I wonder if she’s already taken 🤔

In other news, some townsfolk report seeing a strange shadowy figure walking to Stella’s farm late at night. It’s always a little too dark to make out what it is, but those who catch a glimpse of it report that its walk is rather jaunty and it’s often whistling a cheery (if haunting) melody.

i think it's time for a new sona of sorts. yea i dont actually use them much but whatever. i dont draw Corpse anymore at all because she was made out of depression and isolation. its baked too deep into her core to draw her anything else but. quite frankly i am over that, but also much worse

i am in my villain era, i am becoming the fucking joker, i am no longer asking. i am stuck working piece of shit retail job which doubles as psychological warfare while computers replace my art before i even got chance to get anywhere. i am forever going to pay rent so high my paycheck cant even cover, the only break i had this year was when i caught covid and at this point i think im gonna start licking the coins in our cash register to get it again to finally be allowed to stay home for a few days

Corpse is a great design which i do need to draw more but right now i need to relate to something that is absolutely vile and going to devour every man in power who fucked this all up for the rest of us

i am definitely not coherent and cringe trying to pass early 200's dA edgelord on main but try being overstimulated for a month straight nonstop because holiday season turns stores into warzones. besties i am in the trenches and about to bite the next rude customer for real
