To answer your question, no! Lusterrortale played out like Undertale fairly normally until Frisk did the neutral run, which is where everything went downhill.

There's a possibility for other characters such as Geno, Reaper, Farm, etc. But I'm not 100% sure yet. The story is still being planned out!!
