I've taken a few stimulants for my ADHD, and my body has not reacted to them at all. even caffeine doesn't affect me the way it typically does with people with ADHD and people without.

anyway, I'm curious as to how people react to stimulants

diagnosed or undiagnosed both valid, though I know in the us it's almost impossible to get prescription stimulants without an official evaluation and diagnosis

illegal use of stimulants also applies, idc, they're all stimulants

when I walk somewhere without one of my usual mobility aids and someone I know (even vaguely) who knows I have a chronic illness says "oh is this a good sign?! are you improving?!?!!!" please please please shut up. I'm fighting so hard against the urge to strangle you. i WISH I had my cane so I could smack you with it. I'm having an okay pain day and now I regret not bringing my mobility aids just so you'd not say the most insensitive thing you could think of. I'm NOT improving. I CAN'T improve. I'm chronically ill and it hurts when you get excited that I can walk "normally." I get it to some extent, you don't want me to be in pain, because, you see, I *also* don't want me to be in pain. but I'm never recovering. I'll never be healed. I will be in pain for the rest of my life. I don't need you making it worse with your ignorant comments.

hey guys highly recommend playing bingo with your DND group with common things that happen either by all players or specific characters, etc. examples from ours:

- Lilly [PC] gets or uses a cursed object

- [player] cries

- time to run from the law, again

- we get distracted by shopping

- "we ball"

- "it's on sight"

- "69" "nice"

- father has to leave the chat to help a child

anyway it's delightful and we all get randomized cards each session

my biggest flaw is listening to a band and thinking they're super popular, then finding no one I know has heard of them, out their concert tickets are lower cost than I thought they'd be and not sold out instantly. like what??? everyone doesn't know who they are???? inconceivable.

went to a store today and the elevator was out of order, but the sign said to approach a store associate for assistance. I was using my walker, so I went up to a worker and asked about it. their assistance? someone will wait for you on the other end of the escalator to help you off.
