It’s honestly a tragedy that shops and cafés gave in to the ‘weight killing’ trends and decided to label their food by calories and not something like GI which is actually useful and sometimes even essential to know for multiple people.

I was talking to a relative yesterday about just how hard it is to eat out with reactive hypoglycaemia because you just can’t guarantee that what you eat isn’t going to spike your insulin levels, and I realised that it must be like.
