I need to get better at saying no and stopping myself from forcing myself to do things I don't like. Like agreeing to go to my mom's house constantly.

Unfortunately that results in making people upset at me, which may as well be them beating me with hammers and rocks and bricks and throwing me in an industrial grinder and putting me in a hydraulic press and slicing me into squares to be used in cheap canned soup.
