One of the many things I like about Jimin is how he perhaps inadvertently torpedos staged bits with his own special cute authenticity.

I thought this because of the way he started laughing so hard at the ending ment I think the staff prepared for him for the doc live which he must've felt was too abrupt. That then triggered his laughter at the balloons because of the spacing - kind of a look at this fake shit bro (but in a nice way) sort of feeling. He just ended up signing off from the live in his own way which is so endearing to me.

It reminded me also of the way he did the Face listen along live too where that time he did listen to staff and get in the bed to sign off but couldn't fight off his fits of giggles from how silly the whole thing was.

I know it's really not a big deal when the members do skits or follow staffs instructions, I just prefer it when they don't pretend things are real and just commit to it being a skit. Not to bash JK in the slightest because it was a cute bit, but like the Vegemite skit was obviously both of them acting with JK knowing what was coming though I'm sure JK actually ate that slice so his reaction is very real. Or his Tiktok account reveal which lbr seemed pretty staged. Or as a group, the maintainence of the illusion of shared dorms long after most of them moved out.

No harm no foul but I'm just not a fan of these kind of PR activities especially as some fans can't tell the difference. However the things BTS do are nothing compared to what some celebs engage in like PR relationships for instance so I don't want to be too hard on them. It's just Jimin's total inability to do these things without hamming it up fits my style.

I love this ask! He really can't play along because his laughs give him away.

Jimin's ending on his live was so funny. As much as he tries to contain himself, he fails and laughs even more. What's worse is that I had no clue what he was laughing at until he uploaded the balloon pictures on weverse. I was half asleep at this point but I lost it and started laughing too:

I'm not lying when I say that every now and then I watch the ending of the FACE live.

He was tricked because he wasn't aware that it was an actual live. It seems like Jimin thought it was going to be prerecorded. So everything we saw, from the bits where he is being silly when he plays his songs to the wiggle of the toes were real reactions:

So completely agree with you. These genuine reactions are so sweet. You find yourself smiling along and eventually laughing too. I love Jimin!

Atp I need to know less about the other members. Please Hybe stop sharing Jimin content with the other members because all it does is make me thoroughly dislike them. If taekook stay out of my face for an year straight, I may no longer have an instant ick feeling when I see them but you Hybe are not helping. I was feeling a tiny miniscule bit better about those two (absence makes the heart...less annoyed) but today's clip on Bangtantv with them at the Yoongi concert just reminded me in full force how much I dislike them.

It's crazy because more Jimin content makes me like him more. Same goes for Hobi to an extent - Namjoon and Jin are a mixed bag though Jin is good at playing everything off as a joke. But Yoongi, Tae and JK make me consistently dislike them the more I see them. Every glimpse of suchwita I got made me dislike Yoongi. I used to stan JK but even before he became the harbinger of payola and bad music, it was his extended lives (that I initially watched in full!) that got me totally sick of him. Not sure why I had literally the opposite reaction from everyone else but I'd like to think my pre frontal cortex was sending me signals about what a disappointment he'd be in advance. Tae is good is small doses like vegemite. He has a certain charm but the instant he shares more of himself on social media or any format really, he reminds of every social climbing wannabe edgelord fake friend I've ever had. Less of taegikook for my sake! And their sake! I don't need to know what huge jerks they are when I can't do anything about it.

You and I share the same sentiments.

Because ever since chapter two began I dislike certain members aand that would be Tae, Jungkook and Yoongi.

I don't really like tae and that has made it hard for me to enjoy certain vmin moments because I used be a huge vmin enthusiast. Because Tae lies a lot and unnecessarily so. And the amount of fs he's been doing for that cult is insane especially because he was in a relationship with someone. And then he goes online on a live in 2023 and proceeds to wear a durag and say the n word for clout, just to get people talking about him because he's so obsessed with the idea of him being the most popular idol ever.

And Jungkook is just a bum. And judging by his behaviour in chapter two. He's a horrible friend too. There's a lot I've said about him in the past I don't feel like talking about him anymore.

As for yoongi if he'd stop licking jungkooks ass just for a minute he'd be okay. And for someone who's built like a toad he's got a lot to say about other people's builds. And he's got such an ego for someone who flops so hard outside his group.

What’s the most difficult experience you and a significant other have gone through together? We have gone through a lot the past few years together.

In late-July, 2017, Kev was assaulted alongside my brother and cousin after an Ice Hockey game by a couple of dicks. Kevin suffered a brain haemorrhage and was in the trauma unit for a week. Because it was his frontal lobe, it was difficult to regulate his emotions (he would more often than not lash out, he was emotionally unstable for a very long time) and he suffered a spinal cord injury. A few days after he was discharged from hospital, our fur baby passed away unexpectedly, then the day after we lost Darcy (our dog), Kev’s dad passed away unexpectedly. Not too long after that, his Pop had been diagnosed with terminal cancer and passed away only shortly after. A year later, after years of trying to conceive, I was diagnosed as infertile. I went on fertility treatment, I finally fell pregnant after what felt like forever, then only a month into my pregnancy, we lost our baby. We recently found out my fertility treatment wasn’t working anymore and have to look into more intensive treatment (IUI or IVF). Because of my miscarriage, I had/have severe depression and anxiety. I left my job and now we’ve struggled financially because of it. We’re both battling with severe mental illness(s) because of everything but we’ve come out stronger. So. There you go.

What are your siblings’ names and ages? James, 30. My older sister, Victoria would be I believe 28 and my younger sisters, Rachael and Ashley are 18 this year.

What’s your favorite recipe you’ve come up with? Dunno.

Have you ever worn false eyelashes? Yep.

Do you pay much attention to local news? Not as much anymore.

Have you ever attempted to pick a lock? Did you succeed? Nope.

When did you last dust the baseboards in your home? Like, freaking never lol jk. Maybe once a little while ago.

- anyways, seungmin would be like minho in a sense that he puts so much thought into what he’s going to buy you

- he gives me the vibe of a really good listener and would probably remember you saying you wanted this type of thing in one of your earlier conversations and end up getting that for you

- christmas day, you guys would show up in your matching chunky knit sweaters with your sweater game stronger than minho’s

- santa hats ftw

- would take you for a walk in the park to admire the lights and just bask in your presence

- wouldn’t expect to get anything from you bc you yourself is enough of a gift and blessing to him

- constantly making sure you don’t fall ill and if you do, he’ll be at your beck and call until you get better

- when you spend christmas day with his family, he’s so happy bc you get to be a part of such an important event in his life

- would probably learn to braid hair so on christmas, he can style your hair

- and also, so he can have you quaking in your elf shoes from his hair styling skills

Jeongin

- 1000000% sure that he’s the type to throw a pillow at your face as soon as you wake up on Christmas day and run out of the room to prevent getting his ass beat

- 10/10 would use Jisung as a human shield to protect himself from your morning wrath

- probably too shy to outright give you your gift so you’d just find it laying on your bed after everyone leaves

- ‘Thank you so much for always putting up with me, I love you.’

- he may not be good at showing his affection to you but once you open your gift from him, you’d immediately start tearing up

- he’d give you a gift that reminded you of your favourite moments in your relationship

- you guys would try couple baking, but he’d purposely mess it up just to piss you off because you're literally like another Jisung tbfh.

- ss much of a little shit that he’s capable of being sometimes, this boi is just a lil’ softie who needs to be taken care of

- would really appreciate when you hug him from behind to warm him up

- or take your hand in his to make sure his fingers don’t fall off from frostbite

- honestly, I feel like Jeongin is the same type of maknae as Jungkook and Yugyeom

- this means that bc he’s so used to being so mischievous with his hyungs, he’ll take that into the r/s with him

- you don’t mind of course bc that’s one of the reasons as to why y’all always have snowball fights to the death

- just bc it’s holiday season, don’t think you’re safe from the never-ending and near-death pranks he constantly pulls on your ass outta nowhere
