Beth: I thought it would be one of those things where we touch hands for the first time and the world burst into color.
Seer: I saw a burst of color when we first met. Did you not?
Beth: … Beautiful I think that was your head colliding with the wall.
I love the idea of Simon trying to give Seer some kind of shovel talk, only for him to notice how happy Seer looks when he mentions that they’re a part of the pack now and how much Beth likes them.
Simon: oh no, I can’t not parent them.
So if I’m understanding right, it sounds like Beth is the one that started calling Sweetheart Knight, and calling Ranger Khakis. Does she have nicknames for others? What does she call Claire and Seer? Or rather, what DID she call Seer? Because going forward I doubt she’ll be able to go one conversation without referring to them as “my mate”.
I guess you could say Beautiful was... starstruck? *insert laugh track* :-D
Yeah, Simon never stood a chance.
Yep! Beth's nicknames have stuck around the most for people, mostly because once she thinks a name is funny, she'll refuse to use anything else. She calls Ro "Ro-Boat" and Claire has always been "Claire Bear" when she wanted to get on her nerves. As for Seer, Beth would usually call them "Menace" or "Dipshit" depending on the amount of nonsense at any given moment, but it was always said endearingly. From now on, though, Beth's definitely going to stick with "Beautiful" or "My Mate"

“#anyways come off anon and spread dadnoir propaganda w/ me (/J)” done and done.
How much time do you think Dusknoir spent with Hero and Partner? You know, training with them, mentoring them a bit, and then grabbing a smoothie at Spinda’s cafe?
It’s fine. He’s obviously just learning their habits and strengths and weaknesses, all while gaining their trust. It’s all for the job. Definitely. Never mind that tiny voice saying he should help them enjoy their last days, or that even tinier voice saying he’s enjoying himself.
And after he comes back from the future he mentioned something he learned about them offhand like “btw I saved you a Pecha berry because I know it’s your favorite”. On one hand, wow, he remembered that? On the other hand, how dare he remember that?
Also, I love the image of Partner being so desperate to help Hero that they become a threat to Dialga if left unattended.

Cushing Terrell @cushingterrell designs Knighthawk Lodge, a lakeside #Montana retreat oriented to nature Read more: Link in bio! Photography: Rebecca Stumpf @rebeccastumpf. Cushing Terrell: This project was driven almost exclusively by the goal to orient each of the living spaces toward views of Flathead Lake. The dynamic site is both deep and steep with three tiers of land that transition from the road down to the lake. With the home situated closest to the water, the design team came up with variations of the floor plan to maximize the width of the building, while ensuring the primary living spaces are at the center facing directly west while the other spaces are rotated around it, pivoted at angles to capitalize on views out toward the different directions… #usa #polson #архитектура www.amazingarchitecture.com ✔ A collection of the best contemporary architecture to inspire you. #design #architecture #amazingarchitecture #architect #arquitectura #luxury #realestate #life #cute #architettura #interiordesign #photooftheday #love #travel #construction #furniture #instagood #fashion #beautiful #archilovers #home #house ‎#amazing #picoftheday #architecturephotography ‎#معماری (at Polson, Montana) https://www.instagram.com/p/CpQBs_WsmlQ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

So how long did it take for Beth to start cracking jokes about Claire and Ranger moving in together? Who am I kidding, it was the first thing she said after Claire mentioned the idea.
Beth has been absolutely relentless in teasing Claire, it's how she shows her support and affection.
