one of the most infuriating things about becoming an adult is when you realize that it actually is 10x easier to solve problems by making a phone call vs literally any other communication method

FINALLY AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS... I have finished Phone-In's ref - now known as Collin! This time actually interacting with his gramma as well! I've rambled on about him before, so I won't as much here, but I'll leave the basics about him below:

Collin is Belle's grandchild, and is also Cassie's sibling. (Who I will make a fan design for one day!) He works as a TV show host for a TV show where the audience can call, or "phone-in" to participate. He also brings guests along and occasionally hosts other things onto his show for his audience to see. He always seems very tired and unenthusiastic, with a slow and tired voice. (His closest voice claim being Red Guy, from DHMIS. No, his name is not meant to be a reference to that either LOL.)

Despite that, his audience seems to love his show and he's earned quite the name for himself. After learning his grandma was signing up to work at C.O.G.S INC, he wanted to work for them too, to be closer to her. All he really wants is to impress her, in a sibling rivalry with Cassie considering Cassie is the favorite.

He resides in Mezzo Melodyland like Dave does. Not only is Belle there, but in general, the area seems to attract Suit celebrities... If you can call him that.
