Vote 2023: The polls have closed and when all the votes are counted in the second match of the Quarterfinals in the 2023 Battle of the Week Voting Tournament, Bob’s Burgers are semifinalists once again for the first time in eight years as Louise Belcher will punch her ticket to the semifinals, defeating Philip J. Fry from Futurama at the polls 41-37. Ending Futurama's voting tournament run and for the first time in two years, Bob's Burgers is going back to the semifinals and awaits either Molly Tillerman and Central Park or Ham Tobin and The Great North.
boy, did this one take a while!! whenever i got very stuck on a part, i made myself close the file and go do another study to get over the wall, so this was done on and off over a few weeks. the timelapse for this one is long, and inelegant, but if i just showed you the stuff that came together in a 'pretty' way i'd be doing the both of us a disservice
there's a part very near the end of the timelapse where it looks like nothing is happening. it is, it's just very zoomed in. i hand drew the marquis outlines on the shards
This au is called The Doomsday Clock (inspired by “The Oracle Project” and the real life doomsday clock). Winner is an aspiring inventor who was invited by their childhood best friend, Loser, to be partners in innovation and creation.
A small favor and a visit to an old junkyard leads them into finding an old, damaged robot that they take in to use for parts. Robot in question turns out to be called The Doomsday Clock, an abandoned project with knowledge of future disasters. Winner just nicknames it “Clock”.
Loser is a famous and highly adored inventor. I won’t go too in-depth onto why he scrapped and abandoned Clock, (because this will get written eventually) but he ended up tossing it into the junkyard to be forgotten.
Vote 2023: The polls have closed and when all the votes are counted in the first match of the Quarterfinals in the 2023 Battle of the Week Voting Tournament, for the first time in three years, the number one seed from any party will be sent packing. The number four seed, Feliciano Vargas/Italy from Hetalia, the previous number one seed from two years ago, will go and defeat the number one seed Riko from Made in Abyss 39-38.
The Hetalia fandom, first time in two years, will be moving on to the Semifinals. They await either Jolyne Cujoh (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure) or Piccolo (Dragon Ball) on October 8 for the nomination. And for Made in Abyss...got the number one seed in the anime community, was the favorite to get the nomination and possibly the voting tournament as a whole...one and done. But this is y'all's first time in this voting tournament, so might as well consider this as a learning experience.
THE LAST TWO BRACKETS OF THE @ultimate-submas-tournament RUNNINGS!!
well competitors, you have made it thus far! Can you hold your standings? Can you hold on to your principle? Will you go on to victory or defeat? We shall find out together!
My favourite website for Herbert Niebling patterns updated with some new patterns and I found this really fucked up looking doily. Since I wanted to knit a quick lace pattern anyway, I wanted to see if the pattern ended up as fucked up as it is in the Ravelry sample photo.
