Keep in mind there are SO MANY characters in star trek there’s no way to include as many characters as deserve to be here. If you have respectful suggestions, I’d be happy to turn them into a follow up poll!
Personally I love Picard’s hand gesture when he says engage, Riker’s head lean into the direction he’s turning, Sisko fiddling with his baseball, and Data moving his eyes like he’s reading when he pulls up information internally. But I know those aren’t big famous moves :)

I love when Star Trek presents an ethical dilemma and then doesn't even try to solve it. Should you use the Nazi-allegory doctor's knowledge to save innocent lives? At what scale is someone else's life (or millions of lives) worth your own safety? Is violence against an oppressive government acceptable when it targets civilians? Who the fuck knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Thinking about whether Picard and Sisko would have killed Tuvix. Since the original Tuvix was a combination of the security officer and some guy, the closest equivalent on the Enterprise would have been Worf and Wesley, or Worfsley. I think Worfsley would just ask Picard to kill him so it wouldn't be much of a moral dilemma.
On DS9, the closest equivalent to Tuvix would be Quark and Odo, or Quodo. This also wouldn't be much of a moral dilemma, as Quodo would be the most irritating being in existence. I think Sisko would kill him without hesitation, even if he wasn't sure it would bring back Quark and Odo.

For fun, here are examples photos! Except transporter psychosis because they never actually show it. It’s just like in-world urban legend.
1. Transporter doubling - technically the same but one ineffably evil (shown: LD, kayshon, his eyes open)
