Will It Blend?
Evaluation.
This project was a lot of fun just making different experiments in a short amount of time. I honestly think that I enjoy the creating of quick experiments more than creating final pieces. It was a lot of fun to make these and I feel like this project is a really good way to create starting points. A lot of fast quick experiments where you aren't worried about making them look perfect. You can take these non perfect outcomes and develop them into something new and to make the final outcomes for a project.
It also a good way to test out different ideas that you may have for a project. Start with lots of little experiments and funnel them down into different ways you can finish the project, and if you hit a bump you can do more and expand again. Its a really good way of getting ideas and then inspiring the project further on.

Will It Blend? Presentation
The presentation of my ideas went well. We all posted our work onto a pallet board in which we got feedback in groups.
Here's the feedback that I received:

Will it blend photography (branch + page)
Photography is the art, application, and practice of creating images by recording light, either electronically by means of an image sensor, or chemically by means of a light-sensitive material such as photographic film.
Solution
Since the illustration experiment went downhill, I placed energy unto these photos.
Moodboard
Keywords; tree, outside, desolation, soil
What I’ve struggled with
Honestly, there's always some disastrous element keeping me away from a lapto. Planning out my work-life balance, I couldn't stay in the Mac suite last week. This resulted in me having a tough time editing the photos (Photoshop is unusable on iPad) so I used Canva.
What I enjoyed
Regardless of my limitations, I conquered and created a good photo (I took pictures to edit but due to the limitation of iPad, I couldn't used them).
Explanation
This photo was created to show the devastation of humanity. An individual is shown looking at the money (paper) as deforestation ensues around them. Regardless of the future dystopian looming, humanity still looks up and heavily worships money. If money could be taken out of the equation, a lot of sustainability issues could be solved (human prioritizes industrialization over the earth, money that could be spent during adequate research or even helping the homeless is spent on wars, guns and non-biodegradable products).
Conclusion
If I could go back in time, I wish I had learnt photoshop a tad more (just a tad, I’m not planning to be a Jack of all trades, master of none. It's even in our course unit name ‘Specialist practice’). I like how it came out in the end.

- Will it Blend?
For this project we were given two words each. Following the words, we have to come up with 6 pieces of experimentation to blend the two words together and visually show our interpretation of the words.
My words: control + soar
Here I have come up with two different lists of synonyms for each word to help me come up with ideas to blend the two together.
This list has helped me discover different meaning of the two words. I thought soar was describing something that's flying clouds high and always floats up in the air or flies, but actually it means take off which had me envision planes. This also relates to control as a plane takes off in a controlled manner. I personally think that control and soar compliment each other as we see this in nature and how birds have so much control when they fly, visualising this in many wild animals such as squirrels as well. I think potential ways of experimentation that I'd love to do is videography, screen printing, drawing, mixed media, collage of imageries, digital collage. Those are only a few that I will look to persue in the next couple of days.

I'M ONLY GOING TO SAY THIS ONCE
I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, you can combine one 8oz can of pumpkin puree with one box cake mix (any kind but spice cake is best) and about 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, drop by tablespoon-ish onto a greased/parchment/silpat cookie sheet, and bake at 350F for 13-16 minutes
if there are no spices in either your cake mix or pumpkin puree i suggest adding warm spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves
THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOT WANT THIS INFORMATION GETTING AROUND
