“Thomas hurry up!” Tommy hears his social worker yell, Tommy lets out an annoyed huff as he closes the car door while swinging his backpack over his shoulder, grimacing as he feels his ribs burn with pain at his movements.
Tommy walks inside the house, hitting his shoes against the door mat, snow falling off the shoes before Tommy walks further into the house, making his way to where he can hear two voices in the living room.
“Tommy this is Phil,” Clara states, motioning for Tommy to come closer with her hand. Tommy does as she wants, walking over so that he’s stood next to the woman and looking into the blue wide eyes of the man named Phil.
Phil looks the boy over for a moment, taking in the dark purple over his right eye, followed by the now yellow bruises on the right side of his jaw, along with his split lip.

Summary:
Loki Friggason is the Keeper of the Lighthouse in Salt Rock Maine of Mar-vel County. He haws made a nice quite life free of the constant rejection by the adoptive father that never wanted him and the crushing break of past relationships. His last Love nearly broke him to where he closed of himself to new relationships. He is content to hide away in his village gathering the locals as family and friends who would never hurt him or his heart. That is until two Mysterious Brothers take to port and dock their boat called the Iron Man into the harbor. No one really knows why they settled here and opened up a crabbing business but it looks like they're here to stay. One of the brothers has taken a liking to the lighthouse keeper and could pose a threat to that peaceful life Loki has been living. On the other hand Loki see something in those brown eyes that speak of a guarded heart and painful past underneath the charm and smiles. Is it worth the risk for something more or will it lead to heart ache and despair

“That new fisherman Tony, that moved here five months ago. He’s been drawing the attention of almost every woman and even some men in town. He is a handsome piece of eye candy.” The older woman winked causing Wanda to roll her eyes.
“Yes Agnes so you have said. We’ll see you later I need to talk to Loki about next farmers market, we’re in charge of the stall placements.” Wanda hooked her arm with the Raven and pulled him into the store.

Chapter Summary: "You're a hybrid, like Tubbo- except you're a dog instead of a goat." Tommy explained, frowning more as the other man openly whined, opening his mouth to try and answer but no sound came out.
"...embarrassed." He replied hoarsely. "'M just a dumb, stupid mutt. Just like he said I am."
Tommy scoffed. "Well, I mean he's not wrong, but you're the dumb, stupid mutt who kicked my and the rest of the servers collective asses, save Techno's, more than once."
Dream shook as he looked down and away at Tommy's comment.
"At the very least I could help you not be an asshole. You know, like you did for me except with significantly less stabbing and shit." Tommy suggested. "I mean, you don't have to accept my offer, but if you gain my trust then, well, it could probably get you back into Snapchat and Gogy's good graces."
Dream swallowed. "You talk to them? You'd get them to talk to me again?"
"I can definitely try." Tommy shrugged.

A canon divergent fic where post prison, Tommy finds out that Dream is a dog hybrid, and decides to help him in a way that will remove him as a threat entirely. It just helps that the hybrid doesn't remember those moments he's too deep in his puppy brain.

Reddit acts as a social bookmarking/link share site, similar to Digg. It’s also an aggregated site that allows you to find content voted by users to the top and selected for its popularity. It was founded in 2006 by Steve Huffman as well as Alexis Ohanian. They were students at the University of Virginia. Reddit’s mission states that it wants to be the front page of Internet’. This is achieved by users selecting the Subreddits that they wish to subscribe to and then showing the top voted content each day for that Subreddit. These are listed at reddit. Subreddits content must have a certain amount traction before being displayed on the homepage for users.
Reddit gives you the ability to pick the topics and categories you are interested and Reddit will show you top content every day. This would likely include blog entries and external links as well’self-posts,’ which are text posts that encourage discussion within the community. You can also decide to view Subreddits individually and only view popular links and discussion related to that subject.
Subreddits, like the front page, have multiple categories. The tabs include Hot’ (New), Rising’ (Controversial), Top’, Gilded’ and Promotions. Among the top pages of that sub is Hot, but many visitors will also be interested in ‘New’ or Rising’. The sub’s top voted posts are those that have received the most popularity. There are things she should get around to asking him. There are things she’s been meaning to get around to asking him, because that’s how this works, right? That’s how people who are . . . dating . . . together . . . in a relationship . . . are supposed to behave, and an overburden of ellipses notwithstanding, they are . . . those things.
But beyond the realm of supposed tos, she has just been meaning to ask him things in general ever since Meredith flitted off to Paris all by her lonesome. But meaning to and Meredith exist in tension with one another. She rejects utterly the woman’s parting hex about pamphlets and quips and soufflés. She curses herself silently, because it’s voodoo she herself invited in by asking in the first place—Why didn’t it work out?
She’s trapped herself between Meredith and the deep blue sea, because there are things she wants to ask him—that have nothing to do with supposed tos or even meaning tos—because she likes him, she is interested in him, and she loves when he tells her stories. She wants to ask because that ridiculous man has gotten himself completely spun up over Alexis’s Rated M for Mr. Rogers video blog and she thinks he could probably stand to do some reminiscing about the early days. He could probably stand to mourn in narrative form, and if that’s an ellipsis-following supposed to, it’s also a want, and yet she can’t find a point of entry.
There’s Beau Randolph’s paternal turn. That’s a possible point of entry, although she regrets juxtaposing that name and that phrase almost as soon as she thinks it. But in all seriousness, she wonders about the parallels. She wonders about the path.
Because it’s not like he was a sleazy porn mogul before his daughter, but he was kind of a post-Kyra mess. She knows that because he’s crafted his own legend out of that particular wreckage. He has told, does tell, will tell forevermore the stories of his conquests and the wild oats he sowed before turning on a dime to be the only real parent his daughter would have.
He talks about all that less. Six months ago, going on seven now, she’d have said he never talked about it, but that’s not quite true now. Because he’ll see her pick up some little thing—a photo in a tiny oval frame, what seems to be a filthy ball of tangled thread that turns out to be the last vestiges of her childhood blankie—and he’ll rush over to share some tiny anecdote, shyly, proudly, eagerly. He’ll tell another kind of story entirely, and she loves that, she really does, and it’s obvious that he does, too. There are no quips there, no collapsing soufflés, and so why doesn’t she ask?
Why doesn’t she just ask what it was like to walk the floor with a baby who cried all night? Or, if she didn’t cry, what was it like to creep on tip toe to the door of her room, only to peer in and find her wide-open blue eyes staring defiantly back? What was it like to watch her sleep or to wake up, having finally collapsed himself, only to find her out of the crib, out of her room, having rampaged all over the loft?
She can’t say. She doesn’t know why she doesn’t just ask, and she honestly worries about the answer sometimes. She’s honestly worrying about it now—tonight—when she ought to be sleeping herself.
She worries that she’s not asking because she’s absurdly afraid of bringing up anything that even remotely smacks of a conversation about their future. And she’s afraid that it’ll look like she’s storing up some kind of ammunition—like she doesn’t believe he really did change, reform, whatever you want to call it. She’s afraid that it’ll look as if she thinks she’s the one who gets to decide what “real” looks like on that front. And possibly worst of all, she’s afraid she’s not asking because she’s trapped in some kind of nonsense Couture Pentagram by Meredith.
It’s dumb, not worrisome. She’s not sure what kindly spirit slipped in to drop that realization on her pillow, but there it is, urging her up, up, up. She doesn’t bother to change out of her pajamas. She crams her feet into the pair of flat shoes that comes to hand first. She throws on a coat and shoves her wallet into the pocket, followed by her keys once she’s out the door.
She allows herself the luxury of a cab, and then she is on his doorstep with the cold clinging to her like Spanish moss. She is in his hallway, slipping off her awkward, flat shoes. She is tossing her coat over a chair and clambering into bed beside him.
For his part, he is stunned silent. He’s been sitting up in bed, reading, and he’s frozen in place, apparently, with the book—a physical book for once—propped on one bent knee. She knocks it out of his hands. She loses his page, surely, but even that doesn’t really snap him out of his state of suspended animation.
“Tell me a story,” she says rolling defiantly to her side to face him as she tugs generous fistfuls of blankets all the way up to her chin. “About Alexis. When she was little—really little. Tell me what that was like.”
“A . . . story?” He looks utterly baffled—pleased, but utterly baffled. “Kate, what’s—“
“Shhhh.” She cuts him off. She grabs his hand and pointlessly, paradoxically, chafes it between the frigid skin of her own. “A story. Just tell me one.”
So he does. He tells her a story and when she asks, he tells another one. And that has a side story or three. He snaps off the bedside light and rolls to face her. He grabs covers by the fistful and pulls them up to his chin, too. He tells stories.
A/N: Avoiding things—that’s the least thing-y thing of all time.

I made a fic, a while back, and completed it a day ago. If you’ve noticed, I’ve sort of illuded to this fic a while back, and I think I might as well advertise it here too... I’m really proud of it, and people seem to like it, so maybe you will as well? It’s just a character study of Tubbo, who I feel like doesn’t often really... vocalize things. Well, he does, just not as loudly or forcefully as Quackity or Tommy, or well, you get the point. So I tried my hand a writing his perspective over the course of the exile arc, in a very prose-y way. If you want to read it, now you can! :D
BUT the thing is, I wanna make a second fic like this! I want to kinda delve into the depths of Doomsday and what it entailed for everyone, but there’s so much to consider, that im sort of lost. so i made a survey:

Summary:
"Don't." He repeats to Tubbo, stuffing the pocketwatch in one of numerous pockets lining his jacket and lifting his goggles to rest on his head. "This is it. This is where it went wrong. Put the disc in the ender chest, Tubbo, now. Please." Through the whole exchange his eyes stay fixed to Dream, whose movement has ceased as he considers the new arrival.
Or, Karl lives through the Eggpire's victory over the server and the loss of everyone he cares about. Desperate to change the future, he travels back in time to the event he's pinpointed as the beginning of things going irreversibly wrong- Doomsday, the third and final destruction of L'Manberg. As he struggles to keep his time traveling a secret with a failing memory and Dream's interference, allay the concern of his fiances, and maintain an uneasy alliance with Technoblade, the Egg begins to whisper threats and promises in his mind.
