The Diehards/ALL CITY/PHNX discord is fucking amazing. I posted a comment asking if anyone had nicknames for players that aren't the ones usually used and a bunch of them came through!
Apparently I'm not the only one who used to call Prosvetov 'Cheese' or a variant!

Emily Kaplan at ESPN:
Arizona Coyotes players were informed Friday that the team is relocating to Utah, sources told ESPN, confirming a report by PHNX Sports. Coyotes general manager Bill Armstrong met with the players ahead of their game against the Edmonton Oilers to confirm what had been rumored all week: that the NHL is working to facilitate a sale to Ryan and Ashley Smith, owners of the Utah Jazz. The Coyotes will begin playing there next season. The NHL and Smith's group have been working on a deal, but sources told ESPN on Friday night that nothing was done yet, and there was plenty of work to go before the deal was finalized. An announcement is expected next week, at the conclusion of the NHL regular season, sources told ESPN.
Coyotes players and staff members will be invited to visit Salt Lake City after their season finale to check out the city and facilities. The plan is for the team to play at the Delta Center, which is owned by Smith and is also home to the NBA's Jazz. However, sources told ESPN that the NHL has made clear to the Smiths that a hockey-specific upgrade is needed at the Delta Center in order to become the team's permanent home.
The players on the Arizona Coyotes roster have been told that they'll be relocating to Salt Lake City in Utah, effective next season.

Playlist for Castle Swimmer Season 1 & 2
Castle Swimmer is an LGBTQ+ comic on WEBTOON. It’s entirely underwater with many many different kinds of merfolk. Every castle has its own prophecy. The Beacon, Kappa exists to fulfil those prophecies, which is about as much fun for him as you’d probably expect. In Season 1, he meets Siren, the prince of the Sharks. Siren’s prophecy turns out to be...inconvenient. Shenanigans ensue.
This comic is one of my favourite things on the internet. It’s funny and adorable and occasionally quite dark. Do not let the cuteness fool you.

Jacqui x Rodrigo | Death of Me
Wanted to explore the Sea Palace a bit more, and what better way to do that than with Jacqui and Rodrigo’s first meeting! Definitely not a typical first meeting, but a very important one nonetheless.
I’m still not set on their definitive ages, but for the sake of this fic, let’s say it’s about 19 years pre-game; Jacqui is 19(ish) and Rodrigo is 16(ish).
CW: Blood, torture, death, lots of general violence Title: Death of Me by SAINT PHNX 2.7k words
Jacqui was back in the catacombs, and he hated himself for it. But he hated the people that kept him trapped at the Sea Palace more, so he kept venturing down, under the city.
He was looking, always looking and listening. For what, exactly, he didn’t know. And why he kept doing it, he didn’t know either. It wasn’t like any of the new atrocities he discovered got him any closer to freedom. If anything, it made him more of a liability.
But, he thought, as he felt the lump of his leather-bound notebook the pocket of his uniform, a liability that they didn’t care enough about to kill. Which was going to be their mistake.
Since he first stumbled into the catacombs four years ago, he was sure that every day was going to be his last. That someone would slip into his room in the middle of the night and kill him, or poison his food or drink, or throw him into some obscure corner of the catacombs that even he hadn’t found yet. But, days, months passed, and he was still alive.
He had written to his parents on that first night, but their letter back had been dismissive, and the Original Scholars had clicked their tongues and shook their heads. Poor boy, they said, he’s been studying too hard.
And he was locked into his room, only allowed out with escorts and for set amounts of time, with scheduled meals and carefully selected books for him to read.
After the first year, they relaxed some, and he was allowed to study on his own again, but the escorts continued. He felt like he couldn’t breathe without someone noting it, everything he said weighed against him.
Eventually his paranoia turned into anger.
Why hadn’t his parents believed him? Why did they keep him here? Why wasn’t he dead?
When he didn’t get any answers, he went looking for them himself. For the next few years he threw himself face first into every single record the Próti Vivliothíki had, committing every passage, every detail, every spell, charm, hex, prayer, dance, language, story, and secret he could get his hands on to his memory. And when he had burned through the entire library, he looked for more.
And that meant traveling back into the catacombs.
So he went, timing the shifts of his escorts with the breaks he was given to explore on his own, disappearing into the catacombs for hours. He learned it in sections, those winding hallways and hundreds and hundreds of rooms, entrances and exits. He kept a pen and his notebook close, written in a dead language that no one else bothered to learn so it could never be read, and wrote down everything he saw.
He didn’t know what he was going to do with all of the information he now had, but it was enough for him to know that if he did die, at least he knew everything that was going on at the Sea Palace. They could trap him, keep him forever, but he would be their biggest threat, even if they didn’t know it.
Today, however, he was starting to feel his conviction waver.
He went down a new set of tunnels, keeping closely pressed to the walls, counting his steps and mapping the trails in his mind. He never got lost, but it did take a lot of concentration.
A spine-chilling scream ripped him from his concentration, and he jumped, ducking down an empty hall.
The scream only continued, and, against his better judgement, he crept towards it.
“Shut him up!” someone yelled, and that was quickly followed by the sound of a scuffle, chains rattling, and grunting.
But the person didn’t stop screaming, their voice already hoarse.
Jacqui clamped his hands over his ears, feeling bile rise in his throat. It wasn’t enough; he could still hear the sound echoing around the halls, growing more desperate and feral.
“Hold him down,” a rough voice said, and Jacqui thought he recognized it as someone who was one of his frequent escorts. His skin crawled. This was different than what he had come across in the past. If they found him here, witness to whatever was going on, would they finally kill him?
The clanging of something metal being tossed aside made him jump, again, and it was followed by the sound of something—or someone, he supposed—being dragged across the stone floor. The screaming had died, but they were clearly still struggling as the voices sounded irritated.
Then he heard a hard thump and a whine, and the noises stopped.
“Leave him. We can finish this later.”
Quick steps approached Jacqui, and he pressed into the wall with a gasp, covering his nose and mouth to silence even his breathing. It wasn’t until those steps and the sounds of hushed conversations faded away into nothing that he allowed himself a sigh.
Many long minutes passed before Jacqui finally worked up the courage to peek into the room they had left. It was… well, he wasn’t sure what it was exactly, but in one corner there was a table with some old books, melting candles, and some vials of red—blood, he realized, as his gaze caught on a still bloody knife sitting next to the vials.
He forced his eyes to tear away, but the other side of the room was worse, chains hung on the wall, and in the middle of it all, someone was chained up to the wall, slumped over, long, matted hair covering their face. Feeling his heart leap into his throat, he gingerly moved towards them, and sighed slightly when he saw that they were still breathing, though their eyes were closed.
There were locks around both of their arms and legs, keeping them against the wall, and one of their arms, the left one, was bleeding, a long gash down the inside. Jacqui glanced back at the knife and on the table and again at their arm. He could think of a few reasons why the scholars would have collected their blood, but none of them were good.
Though the smell of blood was almost overwhelming, there was something else too, and when he glanced at their back, saw the cause. A brand, red and angry, was pressed into the skin between their shoulder blades, on their spine, the smell of burnt skin mixing with the blood. He didn’t recognize the symbol, and he wasn’t sure if he was glad he didn’t, or if it was worse that it was obscure enough he didn’t know it.
Before he could stop himself, he was pulling out his pen, and jabbed the nib into one of the locks, trying to open it. At the sound, the person looked up, and Jacqui paused when his golden eyes met dark, endless ones. They were just a kid, he was just a kid—he remembered the scholars referring to him. He was sure that the kid was far younger than him, though he probably looked even younger than he was due to his malnourishment.
Those eyes glanced down at his hands and tried to pull away from him, anger clear on his face.
“Wait, wait, I can get it—"
He spat, and Jacqui resisted the urge to just get up and leave, instead trying to focus on the lock around his right wrist. “Come on, I’m trying to help you!”
“—you.”
Jacqui missed the first half of his sentence, but he recognized the language he spoke in as Nopali. It wasn’t one Jacqui was particularly fluent in, but he understood enough.
“Do you speak Nopali?” He asked, in the language.
Dark eyes flashed at him, teeth glinting in the flickering candlelight. “Fuck you.”
Well, that answered his question, and let him know what he had missed from his earlier sentence. He continued to fiddle with the lock, feeling the hair on the back of his neck stand as he tried to hurry. Someone could come back at any second, and he had no idea what they would do to either of them. But the kid was still struggling. Finally, he grabbed his arm, pinning it down. “Stop moving! I’m trying to help you.”
Rage still lit his eyes, but he stopped, letting his arm go limp. The other arm was still bleeding, Jacqui noticed, though it had slowed significantly. Finally, that lock opened, and he moved onto the chains around the kid’s ankles.
“What’s your name?” He asked. When the kid didn’t answer, he figured he was just ignoring him, but then he heard a small intake of breath.
“Rodrigo.” Then, as the locks around his feet fell away, he asked: “What about you?”
“Jacqui.” He looked up as he moved to the last lock on Rodrigo’s injured arm and paused when he caught the look in his eyes.
“Why are you doing this?” He asked. His tone wasn’t angry, or accusatory, or even sad. It was just pure curiosity.
Because it wasn’t right, because he was tired of sitting back and knowing about the awful things that happened in the catacombs without being able to do anything about them, because he was scared, because he didn’t want that to be him one day, bleeding and branded, because— “I don’t know.”
It didn’t look like Rodrigo believed him, but before he could say anything else, someone ran into the room.
“What are you doing down here?” They cried, and Jacqui recognized them as one of the scholars he frequently studied with. Someone he would have once considered a friend, had he not known they were just as involved in whatever was happening in the catacombs as the Original Scholars were.
Rodrigo recognized them too, and he pulled towards them, trying to rip his arm from the last cuff. Jacqui was trying to unlock it as quickly as he could, ignoring the threats that the scholar yelled at him, their steps getting closer. He could feel their magic crackle in the air and cursed, waiting for them to strike him.
Instead, a bolt of lightning shot from their fingertips and hit Rodrigo’s chest, and he screamed, that same pain-filled, head-splitting scream Jacqui had heard echoing in the halls. Electricity thrummed in the air around them, and he thrashed, but didn’t pass out, chest heaving.
“Get back down!” The scholar swore, and Jacqui could tell they were about to strike again.
“Stop it!”
The last lock clicked open, and Rodrigo flew across the room, crossing it before Jacqui could even blink.
He grabbed the knife still covered in his own blood, and Jacqui watched in shock as he attacked the scholar, spraying their blood across the stones, dying screams ripped from their throat. Their body fell to the ground, red pooling underneath them, and Rodrigo turned and ran down the tunnels of the catacombs. Right back towards the Próti Vivliothíki, and the rest of the scholars.
“Wait!” Jacqui chased after him. “You’re going the wrong way!”
He was surprised to see that he stopped, staring at him with dark, empty eyes—rage all but completely gone—blood still dripping from his arm, mixing with the scholar’s blood on the stones.
“Where?” He asked, and Jacqui gestured for him to follow behind.
“I’ll show you the way out, and help fix up your arm, if—.”
Rodrigo snorted. “There’s always an ‘if.’” He said with a snarl, clutching the knife tighter in his hand.
“—if you take me with you.” Jacqui finished. He couldn’t believe the words that left his mouth. But, as he tasted them on his tongue, knew that was his only option. The Original Scholars, for whatever reason, hadn’t killed him in the last four years since he first found the catacombs, but this—a scholar dead, him helping their prisoner (or whatever Rodrigo was) escape—he was going to be killed if they caught him.
That made Rodrigo pause, and he looked Jacqui up and down, cold eyes raking over him. Just as they started to hear quick footsteps coming down the hallways, he nodded.
“Show me.”
***
Jacqui shot up in bed, heart pounding in his chest. His mind was still in the catacombs, and he could still hear the advancing footsteps. After a moment, he recognized the rocking of the boat beneath him and relaxed, if only a little. Rubbing sleep from his eyes he left his bed and walked the familiar path to the other side of the ship, to Rodrigo’s quarters.
The sun wasn’t up yet, and judging from the height of the moon, it wouldn’t be for a while. He sighed and pushed Rodrigo’s door open.
He was awake, standing at the back window, dressed only in a fur cloak, one he had recently pilfered. It settled around his arms, leaving his shoulders bare. From behind him, in the dark, Jacqui couldn’t see the marks across his back, but he knew they were there all the same. Rodrigo held one of his favorite jewel-encrusted daggers in his hand, watching how it glinted in the moonlight. Jacqui suppressed a shiver, his dream still creeping at the edge of his mind.
Rodrigo didn’t even turn as he approached, but he did set the dagger down, tossing it onto his desk. “What do you want?”
“Nothing.”
“Why did you come here, then?” There was no anger in his tone, just curiosity, the kind Jacqui never knew how to answer. He searched Rodrigo’s face for something, anything, but just found those same dark, empty eyes staring at him, watching his every move.
Because— “I don’t know.” He started to turn away. “I’ll go.”
“No,” Rodrigo put his hand on Jacqui’s arm, grip loose, though his nails still pressed into his skin. “Stay.” It wasn’t a question, but it wasn’t a command either. It was more of a statement, as they both knew that he would.
And he did.
And he laid with Rodrigo until the sun came up, watching the rays of light hit the fur cloak discarded on the floor. As the room slowly lit up, Jacqui could see everything around him more clearly, including Rodrigo, who was asleep, facing the wall.
Jacqui could see everything that the darkness of the night, and the captain’s clothes, usually hid. Criss-crossing scars that even he didn’t know all the stories behind, weaved over his back like a tapestry, some even cutting through the brand that still sat between his shoulder blades. It was faded now, and with everything else—scars, freckles, etc.—it was hard to see if you weren’t looking for it. But Jacqui would never forget where it was, just like he would never forget how it looked on that night already so many years ago.
When he heard the sounds of the crew stirring out on the deck, he sighed, and stood up from the bed, ignoring Rodrigo’s groan. “It’s time to get up.”
“Not yet…”
Jacqui slowly gathered his clothes, buttoning up his blue tunic as he stared at his captain. “Drigo.”
“Mm.”
Rolling his eyes, Jacqui tried again, lacing his pants around his waist. “Rodrigo.”
“…”
With a grunt, he pulled the sheets off of Rodrigo, and lifted him from the bed, dodging flailing limbs as he shrieked, suddenly wide awake.
“Wh—Fuck—let me go!”
Jacqui raised an eyebrow and Rodrigo immediately tried to backpedal, but not before Jacqui let him go, unceremoniously dumping him on the floor. “You’re welcome.”
“Fucker—you know that’s not what I—” Rodrigo’s eyes flashed with fury, and he tried to scramble up, but Jacqui was faster, pushing him back down with his foot against his chest.
“I’ll see you at breakfast, Captain.”
He left, closing the door behind him just as the sound of a shoe being thrown mixed with Rodrigo’s frustrated cry. As he made his way to the kitchens to greet Paulina, Jacqui thought back to his dream, well, his memory. He still wondered, sometimes, if he had made the right choice, helping Rodrigo. But he knew better than to dwell on it, as even Saoirse had told him that there were some things better left alone, some memories that were always meant to exist. And whether he liked it or not, that memory was one of them.

We’re headed for the end of the year, but there are still so many books I want to read! Here are five books I want to tackle before 2019 comes to a close. What books are you hoping to squeeze in before the end of the year?
Full Disclosure by Camryn Garrett Knopf Books for Young Readers
In a community that isn’t always understanding, an HIV-positive teen must navigate fear, disclosure, and radical self-acceptance when she falls in love–and lust–for the first time. Powerful and uplifting, Full Disclosure will speak to fans of Angie Thomas and Nicola Yoon.
Simone Garcia-Hampton is starting over at a new school, and this time things will be different. She’s making real friends, making a name for herself as student director of Rent, and making a play for Miles, the guy who makes her melt every time he walks into a room. The last thing she wants is for word to get out that she’s HIV-positive, because last time . . . well, last time things got ugly.
Keeping her viral load under control is easy, but keeping her diagnosis under wraps is not so simple. As Simone and Miles start going out for real–shy kisses escalating into much more–she feels an uneasiness that goes beyond butterflies. She knows she has to tell him that she’s positive, especially if sex is a possibility, but she’s terrified of how he’ll react! And then she finds an anonymous note in her locker: I know you have HIV. You have until Thanksgiving to stop hanging out with Miles. Or everyone else will know too.
Simone’s first instinct is to protect her secret at all costs, but as she gains a deeper understanding of the prejudice and fear in her community, she begins to wonder if the only way to rise above is to face the haters head-on…
I Hope You Get This Message by Farah Naz Rishi HarperTeen
Seven days. Seven days. The Earth might end in seven days.
When news stations start reporting that Earth has been contacted by a planet named Alma, the world is abuzz with rumors that the alien entity is giving mankind only few days to live before they hit the kill switch on civilization.
For high school truant Jesse Hewitt, though, nothing has ever felt permanent. Not the guys he hooks up with. Not the jobs his underpaid mom works so hard to hold down. Life has dealt him one bad blow after another — so what does it matter if it all ends now? Cate Collins, on the other hand, is desperate to use this time to find the father she’s never met, the man she grew up hearing wild stories about, most of which she didn’t believe. And then there’s Adeem Khan. While coding and computer programming have always come easily to him, forgiveness doesn’t. He can’t seem to forgive his sister for leaving, even though it’s his last chance.
With only seven days to face their truths and right their wrongs, Jesse, Cate, and Adeem’s paths collide even as their worlds are pulled apart.
The Never Tilting World (The Never Tilting World #1) by Rin Chupeco HarperTeen
Frozen meets Mad Max in this epic teen fantasy duology bursting with star-crossed romance, immortal heroines, and elemental magic, perfect for fans of Furyborn.
Generations of twin goddesses have long ruled Aeon. But seventeen years ago, one sister’s betrayal defied an ancient prophecy and split their world in two. The planet ceased to spin, and a Great Abyss now divides two realms: one cloaked in perpetual night, the other scorched by an unrelenting sun.
While one sister rules Aranth—a frozen city surrounded by a storm-wracked sea —her twin inhabits the sand-locked Golden City. Each goddess has raised a daughter, and each keeps her own secrets about her sister’s betrayal.
But when shadowy forces begin to call their daughters, Odessa and Haidee, back to the site of the Breaking, the two young goddesses —along with a powerful healer from Aranth, and a mouthy desert scavenger —set out on separate journeys across treacherous wastelands, desperate to heal their broken world. No matter the sacrifice it demands.
A River of Royal Blood (A River of Royal Blood #1) by Amanda Joy Putnam
An enthralling debut perfect for fans of Children of Blood and Bone set in a North African-inspired fantasy world where two sisters must fight to the death to win the crown.
Sixteen-year-old Eva is a princess, born with the magick of marrow and blood–a dark and terrible magick that hasn’t been seen for generations in the vibrant but fractured country of Myre. Its last known practitioner was Queen Raina, who toppled the native khimaer royalty and massacred thousands, including her own sister, eight generations ago, thus beginning the Rival Heir tradition. Living in Raina’s long and dark shadow, Eva must now face her older sister, Isa, in a battle to the death if she hopes to ascend to the Ivory Throne–because in the Queendom of Myre only the strongest, most ruthless rulers survive.
When Eva is attacked by an assassin just weeks before the battle with her sister, she discovers there is more to the attempt on her life than meets the eye–and it isn’t just her sister who wants to see her dead. As tensions escalate, Eva is forced to turn to a fey instructor of mythic proportions and a mysterious and handsome khimaer prince for help in growing her magick into something to fear. Because despite the love she still has for her sister, Eva will have to choose: Isa’s death or her own.
A River of Royal Blood is an enthralling debut set in a lush North African inspired fantasy world that subtly but powerfully challenges our notions of power, history, and identity.

WIP questions tag game
i was tagged by kira-desomma (who i will send the link for this to in a DM because tumblr’s tagging is acting REAL WEIRD) thank you!!! I’m gunna talk about Blood Song because while I’m finally getting back into the swing of editing Mina’s story, I think I’ve answered 101 tag game type things about that one so... Blood Song!
1:describe the plot in one sentence:
The government is trying to criminalize the existence of, and hunt down, people with genetic mutations that grant them one of four special “skills”, and June is unlucky enough to have what is considered the most dangerous skill of all.
2: pick one sight, smell, sound, and taste to describe the aesthetic of your novel
Sight - City packed with sky scrapers so crowded together, so clouded with fog, that hardly any sunlight gets through
smell - Green apples
sound - Your own heartbeat drumming in your ears
taste - The taste of ink that floods your tongue when your IV gets flushed with saline
3: 3+ songs to describe your novel?
Oh no I’m bad at this...
- 99 by Elliot Moss
- Rise by SAINT PHNX
- Kerosene by Armors
- A Longer View by Shaman’s Harvest
(four!??!? I got four?!)
4: what’s the time period your novel takes place?
Future, for sure. Not wildly distant future but distant enough, but I’m thinking there was probably a war or something (I’ll admit, haven’t figured out that part of the history) long before the story starts that cut the country’s ties with the rest of their world and slowed down technological advances. So, future, but not ~futuristic~ if that makes sense.
5: are there any former titles you considered but discarded?
Listen, man. It’s... I’m bad at titles. This is a working title, not even the official one. Can we just be happy it has one?
6: what’s the first line?
Junelle Song. Black hair, brown eyes. Blood summoner. Extremely dangerous. Do not approach.
7: what’s a line of dialogue you are particularly proud of?
It’s still first draft and only a few chapters in which involve a good chunk of action so, unfortunately, there hasn’t been a whole hell of a lot of opportunity for really WOWing dialogue so far, but I think this is one of my favorite exchanges.
“Says here you’re a blood summoner, is that correct?”
“If I say no, do I get to go home? Courtesy shuttle to my front door?”
“No. Should I take that as a yes, then?”
“Take it however you like.”
8: which line from the novel best represents it as a whole?
ok so.. there are two that I think do it pretty well?
-  Our mother loved us until she found out, which begs the question: did she ever really love us at all?
-  If I focused, I could feel his blood pulsing through his veins like it was my own.
9: who are your character’s faceclaims?
Basically none of them have face claims, unfortunately. I think Pheonix looks a bit like Michael Hudson (the model, not the old guy that pops up when some people google him), and Nick looks a bit like Reese King but... it’s not bang-on by a long shot.
10: sort your characters into Hogwarts houses
Kassius is the most ravenclaw to ever ravenclaw. Phoenix is undoubtedly a hufflepuff and June is definitely a slytherin. Nick is... weird. He’s hard. I can’t decide between gryffindor or hufflepuff, or maybe even slytherin. Ivy is a gryffindor, Marina is a ravenpuff and you can’t make me choose one for her.
11: which character’s name do you like the most?
I LIKE THEM ALL THAT’S WHY I CHOSE THEM!!! But uh... I guess? top three???? June and Kassius Song, and Phoenix. He doesn’t have a last name and there’s something about that that I like.
12: describe each character’s outfits
June tends to run around in shorts and combat boots and a comfy top, though I often picture her with a tank top and some sort of like.. cardigan, or a light jacket. Her white jade lotus necklace is always a must though.
Kassius is all about the comfies. Warm knitted sweaters, flannel, soft jeans, sneakers, just comfy comfy comfy. And his adorable thick-rim glasses.
Phoenix prefers like... function? He likes to climb and run and work, so anything he can move in. Similar to June, probably a fan of shorts and tank top, maybe sweats and one of those huge heavy plaid jackets if it’s cooler. Always has his single feather earring. It’s not one earring, he has many, but he only wears one at a time in one ear and it’s almost always a feather. He is morally opposed to shoes until it’s too cold to be barefoot.
Ivy is all about cargo pants and a t-shirt. It’s easy. It has a bunch of pockets. I’m not sure what she’s trying to carry in all those pockets but she likes them.
Marina is way oversized pink sweaters and grey sweatpants and fuzzy socks.
Nick, like Phoenix, prefers things he can move in. Slim-fit stretchy track pants, black. Similarly closely fitted jacket, zipped up to his chin, also black. Lightweight boots laced tight enough to give his ankles some support, also black, but a little scuffed.
13: do any of your characters have distinctive birthmarks/scars?
Nick would probably have a few scars here and there but nothing huge. Marina has a shaved head with a tattoo on her scalp kind of curling around her ear. Ivy’s missing a whole entire leg, so there’s that. I also think she probably has a pretty massive scar somewhere on her face though I’m not quite sure where yet.
14: which character most fits a character trope?
Ivy could easily fit that gruff and grumpy revolution leader type. She grumbles, she tells people she doesn’t care about their sob story, she smokes, just kind of... the grumpy leader trope.
15: which character is the best writer? Worst?
Kassius is the best, he loves story telling. Nick probably hasn’t been granted creative freedom once in his life, so he’s probably the worst.
16: which character is the best liar? Worst?
It’s.. really hard to be a good liar in this world since there are some people who can literally feel lies. I think Kassius, with his story telling, might be the best though I doubt he would use it often, if ever. Phoenix is the worst because he doesn’t care for lies at all, mainly because he’s one of the people who can feel lies so.. it’s just easier not to. You always know where you stand with him.
17: which character swears the most? Least?
Most: June or Ivy.
Least: Phoenix, probably. Maybe Kass.
18: which character has the best handwriting? Worst?
Marina has awful handwriting but it’s mostly because she’s just writing herself notes. If she slowed down, it’d be better. I feel like Nick would have surprisingly nice handwriting.
19: which character is most like you?
Kassius, I think.
20: which character would you most like to be?
June or Phoenix. I admire June’s bravery and fiery attitude, and I like Phoenix’s seemingly limitless kindness and energy.
I tag uuuuuuhhhhh @idreamonpaper !!!!! And.. @sincerestaffect and whoever else sees this and wants to do it can say i tagged them!

In my near decade going to SXSW, this is the first year that the music festival got the better of me and I had to miss a day+ of programming due to food poisoning.  The ugly setback meant missing several must see acts, but the week in Austin still provided plenty of highlights. Here’s what I gleaned from my SXSW 2019.
The Playlist:
5 Takeaways:
Donna Missal SLAYS – my favorite set of the week was Donna Missal at the VEVO House, but every time Donna takes the stage (including at a 7am radio show), she commands the audience with a vitality and passion that emanates from every fiber of her being. A woman on a mission and with a message, Donna uses her platform to preach the importance of inclusion, togetherness, and women working with, instead of against, one another.  More please!
  Charlotte OC
The future of music is female – at the close of the day on Tuesday, I realized that every single act I saw that day (save one) had at least one woman on the stage! My list of favorites reads like a list of rising female singers: Angie McMahon, Samia, Robinson, Minke, Charlotte OC, ROE…all acts I’m super excited to follow. Despite one depressing conversation with a music business guy about the struggles of women in the music industry, the future of music, to me, looks decidedly more female.
Welcome back to Austin, Dear Boy! – One of the best parts of SXSW is seeing one of your favorite local bands in a different city. This year, that band was LA natives, Dear Boy. Armed with a smashing new EP, The Strawberry EP, (which includes one of my favorite Dear Boy songs, “Limelight”), the quartet returned to Austin ready to shine. And they were greeted with open arms, finding new fans (and bringing out long-time supporters) with every show.  Welcomed indeed.
  Sam Fender
Everyone’s going to be talking about Sam Fender – With lines out the venue for most of his sets, one of my fave SXSW 2018 artists returned this year with much more acclaim. For someone so young (Sam’s in his early 20’s), his songs show a maturity and political awareness that can deeply resonate with contemporary culture. Hopefully as his fame rises, he’ll learn how not to swear on the radio and figure out a better way to keep his vocal cords fresh than drink so much water right before a set that he wants to end early so that he can run to the restroom…
Acoustic sets for the win – I saw plenty of amazing rockers this year (Reignwolf, Quiet Company and Black Pistol Fire leap to mind), but many of my top sets were bands who chose a more acoustic route. Jamie N Commons, who knows how to rock, came to Austin with just a keyboard and guitar…and I loved it! Second Play stages afforded me the opportunity to see two of my new faves, Robinson and Apre, play more stripped down, intimate, and memorable sets (as I curled up on a couch and gave my feet a much-needed break). Finally, an early morning radio show hosted both X Ambassadors and Judah & The Lion whose acoustic versions of “Unsteady” and “Pictures” overwhelmed me with the most emotion I felt all day (if not all year).
As for the rest:
Best 1 AM Set: Jared & The Mill –  if you haven’t already, you need to check out their new album, This Story Is No Longer Available.  This band keeps getting better and hearing all the songs at 1 in the morning just made them feel even sweeter.
Best Dance Party: Pip Blom – they know how to party in the Netherlands!
Best use of one song 3 x’s:  Sir Sly (“High”) – The LA faves wanted to play more songs but didn’t have enough rehearsed so they played their hit single three times…
Best Venue: British Embassy (Latitude 30) – Although they got rid of my Biffy Clyro poster and still don’t have anywhere to sit, they bring in the BEST lineups, day and night, hands down.  A trip to the British Embassay will never end in disappointment. Top acts seen there include ROE, Sports Team, whenyoung, Thyla, Saint Phnx, and Anteros.
Morgxn at VEVO House
Best Party: VEVO – for two nights in a row, I planted myself for a time at the VEVO house. They had excellent food (plus ginger beer), a chill atmosphere which fostered good conversation, and, despite the awkward stage angle, the party seemed to bring out the very best in their awesome lineups (highlights include Donna Missal, Sam Fender, and Morgxn).
(HM: Communion Showcase: always a winner, the church environment was perfect for the lineup that included Novo Amor,  Minke, Celeste, Tamino, Angie McMahon, and Dean Lewis)
Most Seen Act: Dean Lewis – gotta see him now before he becomes too big for me!
Biggest Misses (by me) – The Amazons, The Howl & The Hum, Briston Maroney, King Princess, the last Dear Boy and Jamie N Commons sets, Fatherson – my SXSW was going to end with the one, two punch of Dear Boy and Fatherson at Lamberts. I even tried to make it out figuring I’d sit in the back and just listen, but the smell of the BBQ was nauseating, and I couldn’t last more than 20 minutes. Darned food poisoning. Next time!
Top 10 New Discoveries:
Robinson
Angie McMahon
Apre
SONTALK
ROE
Ferris & Sylvester
Minke
Saint Phnx
Wolf & Moon
Sports Team

Radio Song and Soundtrack List for Far Cry 5
One of the main goals of modern game design is an effort to satisfy the needs of players who like their audio to be as engaging as their video. Most games feature their own original compositions provided by one or any number of various video game composers; however, many newer games also like to throw in a selection of licensed radio songs from big-name musical artists, and Far Cry 5 is no exception to either rule. Here's the list of all the songs featured in Far Cry 5, be them original compositions or popular songs from the last few decades that are featured in the game.
Far Cry 5 Official Soundtrack OST Track List
