Hey there! I was wondering if I could request a YouTube! or Famous! AU with Kuroo? He is one of the two and is dating either a nonfamous or less famous s/o, but Kuroo is constantly shipped with another well known person and they’re starting to get insecure about not being enough for him? You can choose whether or not their relationship is public or if they will go public, if the other celeb reciprocates, etc. I’ve seen a lot of cheater!Kuroo fics and it’s making me sad ;-; -🥧anon (1/2)

𝐃𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐞?
You hugged your pillow closer to your chest, trying to think up of ways to ignore the icky feelings swelling up in your chest. No matter how many times you try and block out the laughter coming from down the hallway, all you could think about was how happy Kuroo seemed.
Kuroo was currently collaborating with another female youtuber, one that goes by the name ‘Amiex’. She quickly rose to fame and was now currently the talk of social media thanks to all the collaboration videos she’s done with other popular creators. You’ve actually had the chance to meet her once and she acknowledged your relationship with Kuroo. You know she wasn’t trying to take him from you, but that didn’t stop the nasty thoughts flooding your head.
The constant shipping from their fans weren’t helping either. You couldn’t blame them much though, Kuroo prefered to keep his private life away from social media as much as possible. Most of it was because he knew you weren’t comfortable having so many eyes on you. But no matter how many times Kuroo denied having any romantic feelings for Amiex, the fans would turn a blind eye to it. Compared to her you were just a normal person, average. You had no idea why Kuroo took an interest in someone like you.
You even felt that Kuroo was distancing himself from you to spend more time on his YouTube career and Ami but you didn’t have the guts to say anything. You felt you didn’t have the right to— who were you to tell him to stop doing something he loved? You wanted to support him, even if it hurt to see him slowly drift away from you.
Not noticing Kuroo watching you from the doorway you let a few tears slip past your closed eyes and quickly bury your face in the pillow you held, hoping that you’d be able to muffle the sobs that would soon start to come out of your mouth. Kuroo quickly walked over to you upon seeing you try and hide your tears.
“(Y/n)? (Y/n) what’s wrong!” Kuroo rushed over to your side and began gently shaking you, the panic evident in his trembling voice.
Your grip around the pillow tightened. You didn’t want Kuroo to see you like this, crying over some stupid assumption you made. Kuroo stopped shaking you and began trying to take away your pillow. You let out muffled complaints, trying to resist his pulling. Eventually Kuroo realizes that you’re not going to give up hiding your face so he stops pulling. He sighs and rubs your arm, “ (Y/n), what’s wrong? Please tell me..”
Slowly you began to sit up and leaned against the headrest of your shared bed, still not letting go of the pillow. No matter how many times Kuroo has seen you cry, you hated doing it in front of him. You felt as if you were putting pressure on him to comfort you when in reality Kuroo would do anything to make you happier— no hesitation. Kuroo sat there with you in silence, waiting for you to calm down your sniffles so you could speak. As much as he hated hearing your sad sniffles, he wanted you to take your time.
You spoke into the pillow, hoping Kuroo would somehow manage to hear you. Sadly all he heard was muffled gibberish. He scooted closer to you, “I can’t hear you kitten, could you please put the pillow down?”
You nodded, slowly removing the pillow from your face. You rubbed your eyes, trying to get the remaining tears out of the way.
“Do you still love me?”
Once those words fell from your mouth Kuroo’s eyes widened in disbelief. You were crying because you thought he didn’t love you anymore? Kuroo felt his eyes begin to water slightly once your words fully settled in his mind and he immediately pulled you towards him, embracing you in a tight hug. What hurt him a little more was when you didn’t hug him back.
“Of course I do! Why would you think that?!” Kuroo immediately regretted the way he said it once he saw you flinch at the tone of his voice. He didn’t mean for his tone to sound angry, but it just came out that way.
“I don’t know! You’ve just.. it feels like you keep ignoring me!” tears began to slide down your cheeks, “all your time is spent recording videos with Ami and I know she’s just a friend but! You seem a lot more happier when you’re working with her! I can’t help but think that you don’t love me anymore, I’m sorry...”
The room was silent after your explanation. You started crying again, but unlike last time you were now full on bawling your eyes out. “I know I probably sound so stupid right now because you tell me everyday how much I mean to you, but-“
“Of course I still love you..”
You try and calm your crying, trying to understand what Kuroo just said. “H-huh?”
“I’m so sorry, I’m the reason you’re crying,” He pulled away from the embrace and you see a few tears gathering in the corners of his eyes, “I love you and only you, (Y/n). I’ll tell it to you as many times as I need to for you to believe it. I’m so sorry for making you feel this way, you don’t deserve it.” He pulled you into another embrace and this time, you returned it.
Later that night you told Kuroo you didn’t mind if he told his fans about you. Kuroo made sure that you were one hundred percent sure you were fine with it and when you told him you were, he posted the news on twitter. Many of his fans apologized for pushing the ship too far and they congratulated you two some even wanted you to record videos with him and Ami while others were sad their ship would not come true.
That night Kuroo spent all of his time making sure you knew just how much you meant to him.

Tumblr media
افتتحت اليوم المعارض الرقمية الجديدة في مقر باريس - Van Gogh: Starry Night and Dreamed Japan: Images of the Floating World - (حتى 31 ديسمبر).

Projection is the ideal medium for Gustav Klimt's electric art
Austrian artist Gustav Klimt is celebrated for his boldly-colored paintings that marry portrait, decorative, symbolic and abstract art forms. Nowadays, they sell for vast fortunes at auction, making it difficult to see a comprehensive collection in one place. A brand new Paris exhibition space called Atelier Des Lumieres (meaning "Studio of Lights) is showing many of his paintings in a whole new way, by projecting them on 35,000 square feet of space including the walls, floors and ceilings.
The show (which opened April 13th and runs until November 11th, 2018), took months to set up, and uses 140 high-end, light-blasting Barco laser projectors and 50 Nexo speakers to create an immersive experience for spectators. It was created by a group called Culturespaces, which developed a system called "AMIEX" (art & music immersive experience), which was previously used for another exhibition called Carrières de Lumières that drew 600,000 visitors.
The show features over 3,000 moving images with works by Klimt, Egon Schiele and other Austrian artists. The first four sequences take visitors through different periods of Klimt's life and work, including the "Vienna Secession" with its art nouveau themes and Klimt's golden period when most of his masterpieces were created (he literally used gold leaf on some of his works).
youtube
Other sequences include works by Schiele and other Austrian artists, and the last one features Klimt's images of women, often nude and adorned in bright, primary colors (and gold, of course).
The multimedia displays and new exhibition space are perhaps the perfect way to show off Klimt's diverse body of work, and demonstrates how curators are getting creative with digital technology in the service of art. "The role of an art center is to decompartmentalize," said Culturespaces President Bruno Monnier, "and that is why digital technology is so important in twenty-first century exhibitions."
The Culturespaces show is far from a regular projection, the group said, as it's "based on virtualization and very high-resolution projection of works of art on immense surfaces, thanks to unique digital equipment."
"People do not learn about culture as they did in the past," said Monnier. "The passive observation of works of art is no longer relevant, and I'm convinced that people are increasingly learning about art through this immersive experience and the emotions they generate. The marriage of art and digital technology is, in my opinion, the future of the dissemination of art among future generations, as it is able to reach a younger and wider audience than that of the traditional museums."

Top 8 tourist attractions to visit in Provence this Winter!
You might not think of winter as the ideal time to visit Provence and especially not to see the top tourist attractions on offer across the region. Surely the summer is the best time? Well actually late Autumn to early Spring offers a superb window of opportunity to enjoy a holiday in this fabulous area of France.
Whilst sunbathing might be out, visiting some of the top tourist attractions in this region, especially the indoor ones, during the winter months can be a smart move. Not only will you dodge the crowds, but you’ll enjoy cheaper flights, cheaper car hire and cheaper accommodation.
Plus, when the weather is glorious, visiting galleries and museums can be low on the list of priorities. But when the weather outside is a little on the chilly side, it offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy some of the best indoor activities and attractions on offer throughout the region!
1. Carrières de Lumières
This former quarry has become something of a ‘wow’ destination. Home to a so-called ‘AMIEX’ (or Art & Music Immersive Experience), the entire venue displays truly incredible images on the walls, floor and ceilings of the quarry.
The images are projected and move constantly. The effect generates an immersive experience like no other. Currently, artwork by Vin Gogh among others are being projected. Even if you can’t go, head to their website to get a tiny feel for just what an incredible venue this is!
Winter opening times: January, March, November, December: 10 am to 6 pm.
2. Hôtel de Caumont
With Parisian influences throughout, the Hôtel de Caumont in Aix en Provence is a historic mansion built ‘between courtyard and garden’. This is an architectural design that appeared in Paris in the 16th century… essentially a château and its park on an urban scale.
The sheer extent of its design is unlike anything else in Aix-en-Provence. The carriage gate, façade and the wrought iron bannister are of such quality that they were listed in a supplementary inventory for Monuments Historiques in 1925 and the entire mansion was listed in 1987. There is plenty to see on site and also a coffee shop and gift and bookshop.
Winter opening times: The Hôtel de Caumont is open every day from October to April: 10am to 6pm.
3. Château La Coste
Personally, I’ll happily enjoy wine at any time of the year but Winter does offer a lovely opportunity to book a day out wine tasting! A wine workshop at Château La Coste is the perfect way to deepen your knowledge of wine making and wine appreciation.
Afterwards, enjoy an Art & Architecture walk throughout the fabulous grounds of the Château through wooded hilltops and valleys, alongside olive groves and vine fields, discovering the many installations of contemporary art on your way. An Art Centre, Café, onsite shop and four restaurants offer lots more ways to entertain yourself during your visit.
Winter opening times: Wine tasting visits are available year-round with café, shop and restaurant opening times varying.
4. Basilique Notre Dame de la Garde
The Basilique Notre Dame de la Garde occupies Marseille’s highest point, La Garde at 154m above sea level. This opulent 19th-century Romano-Byzantine basilica is Marseille’s most-visited icon and it’s not hard to see why when you arrive. Inside you’ll find stunning marble combines with soaring ornate ceilings dripping with gold leaf.
Outside, views are spectacular with a full 360 degree Marseille panorama. Burn off breakfast with a steep 1km walk or alternatively catch a ride on the tourist train to reach the Basilique!
Winter opening times: Year-round from 7am to 6.30pm
5. Château d’If
Whilst you’re in Marseille this is the perfect opportunity to visit Château d’If. Located just off the coast, this entire island comprises of a fortress complex made famous by being featured in the literary classic, The Count of Monte Cristo.
You’ll catch one of several shuttle boats that operate throughout the day to reach the island where you can then explore this fascinating piece of history. Built in the 1500’s it was first designed to provide coastal defence before being converted to a prison where anyone opposing official authority was imprisoned here from 1580 until 1871, especially Protestants and Republicans.
Winter opening times: 2nd October to 31st December – Open every day except Monday, 10am to 5pm. 2nd January to 1st April – Open every day except Monday, 10am to 5pm.
6. Palais des Papes
The Palace of the Popes in Avignon stands as the mighty symbol of the church’s influence throughout the western Christian world in the 14th century. This truly amazing building covers a vast acreage (15,000 square metres of living space alone!) and welcomes over 560,000 visitors a year.
A guided tour is a great way to ensure you get to explore the key areas of the Palais. A Café and shop are also available to enjoy when your feet have had enough of exploring!
Winter opening times: From 2nd November to 29 February: 9.30am – 5.45pm.
7. Museum of Ancient Arles
The permanent collection of ancient artifacts at the Museum of Ancient Arles offers a treasure trove of finds to explore for all of you interested in archaeology, art and history.
Housed in a contemporary building built by Henri Ciriani, the Departmental Museum of Ancient Arles displays Arles’ archaeological collections (including objects used during everyday life, architectural pieces, mosaics, sarcophagi and more). This is a must-see to better understand the development of the Roman city on the site.
Winter opening times: Daily from 10am to 6pm Tuesdays. Closed: 1 January, 1 May, 1 November and 25 December.
8. Hike around the Gorges du Verdon
Well it might be Winter, but you can still get some glorious weather at this time of year in Provence. If the sun is shining, then why not pull on a pair of boots and head to the Gorges du Verdon for a walk! Few places come close to the jaw-dropping scale and natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, often referred to as ‘Europe’s Grand Canyon’.
It really is best explored on foot and during a sunny Winter’s day you’ll get to experience it without the crowds!
Whatever you get up to this Winter in Provence, I hope you have a great time!

Aprile A Parigi, lasciatevi stupire dalle mostre immersive dell’Atelier des Lumières
