Prompt 74
When a new black-haired blue-eyed person appeared in the manor, one could easily be forgiven for thinking that Bruce’s adoption problem had struck again. So color many a batkid surprised that no, this kid isn’t a new sibling, no he didn’t get grabbed from the street, and actually he’s here for Alfred.
Apparently Alfred never found it important to mentioned that he has a husband- that the kid kind of implies isn’t human what with the casual way he says he himself is half human- and that this kid is apparently their child. For once it’s Bruce’s turn to come home to a surprise sibling.
Danny on the other hand just learned that his Clockpa has a semi-mortal partner who has offered to take him in, (in another dimension even! And there’s aliens!!) while the ancient takes care of some stuff at home.
And yeah it’s in a rich-manor but Sam has proved that not all rich people are evil, and based off of Mr Pennyworth’s stories the Waynes weren’t bad either. Though based off of the others’ reactions perhaps he should wait to mention that there wasn’t one new family member but three…

Light goes home and spends some overdue quality time with his family. His absence gave Sachiko time to think and wallow over his sudden disappearance, which makes Light a bit uncomfortable.

HEEYYYYY~ Rottmnt Headcanons (Junior again)
Casey wasn't trained to fight he was trained to survive.
Casey is a small human child he wouldn't be able to do crap against the Kraang even with straight up combat training.
He wasn't trained to kill unless the opponent was capable of dying and he's able to overpower it.
Casey was taught to survive, to hurt and run, to outmaneuver pursuers, and outwait creatures that outmatch him like Kraang Dogs or the Kraang themselves.
Casey isn't a hunter or an equal. Casey is a scavenger, a prey with a chainsaw. The moment you separate him from whatever's protecting him, be it tech, shelter or a person it's basically game over.
I'm not saying he's weak (HE THREW AN ACTIVE MISSILE WITH A GRAPPLING HOOK AND HIS BODY!) But Casey was trained to not die, (most specifically) he was trained to back out, run away and hide to lick his wounds and to see another day not to live in the in any other sense of the word but the definition. He's alive, his heart's beating. Because he runs when he needs to and fights to remain breathing in a world no longer meant for any living being.
Leo didn't get to teach Casey how the live, they could barely give him a childhood between the eight of them.
Casey was never taught to fight his enemies unless he absolutely had to he was taught to fight for a place in a new day of life.

Yata's good at making curry porridge and his own fried rice, what else do you think he would be good at cooking? How about as he gets older?
I feel like Yata is probably best at 'home cooking,' like he's not the type who can make fancy dishes but he knows how to make the sort of food someone's mom would make for them. I imagine he has a good stock of basic dishes that he sometimes likes to put a spin on, and occasionally he'll even make something fancy that he saw on a restaurant menu, but he's best at filling dishes that have a nostalgic flavor. I think Yata would be best at 'main' dishes too, like I can't see him making desserts or sweets as much, he makes lots of things with meat and vegetables. He'd probably be good at omelets too, like I could see Yata making really tasty bento boxes on his own and he's pretty proud of his skills.
As he gets older maybe he expands his abilities some too, I like the idea that Kusanagi shows him how to make some sweet things like pancakes. Also imagine he decides to branch out to like more complex sushi dishes and such, Yata decides he wants to show off a little more. Somehow I also imagine him learning some more interesting vegetable dishes that he likes to try out on Fushimi, Yata's decided not to coddle him with the pineapple anymore and so now he tries to find out what kind of vegetable Saruhiko might like and how to cook it to make it tasty, rather than just skipping vegetables all together. I think his food would still have that nostalgic homemade cooking feel but he becomes more skilled at it and more open to experimenting and adding his own touches to his mom's recipes, I like the idea that Kusanagi depends on him in the kitchen a little more now.
