Looks like our Savior came up with a new event to gather more believers... Her eccentric mind never ceases to amaze. It's a good thing she has many trusted followers to help make her plan a dazzling reality. Let's take a look, shall we?

Or, in other words: me doodling cmc's just because it's fun :D

Natasha certainly never expected that becoming an idol would be part of her duty as Ray's assistant... Her life in Mint Eye gets more and more bizarre every day. But hey, she has an impressive talent for singing, and once she gets some much needed training, she has no problem charming potential believers with her radiant smile and beautiful voice. Although her stage presence still needs some work. Still, it helps to know that Ray is just as clueless as she is. It's somewhat fun to learn something new by his side!

And yes, I put her into Hatsune Miku's outfit. She loves Miku! Just embarrassed to admit it. It's a good thing their production and costume designer is a huge sweetheart.

Next up, we have the most skilled performer in the group! Hinata is the one responsible for training Ray and Natasha on their stage presence, as well as their dance routine. Apparently it's way harder than it looks, go figure! As someone who knows a thing or two about being an idol, she's the one in charge, which their Savior is more than pleased with. She knows that their idol festival is in good hands with Hinata taking the lead. Their recruitment mission is one of utmost importance, after all... Who would resist a sparkling idol taking your breath away on stage?

Meanwhile, Chaewon is in charge of security for the event. Since Ray will be performing on stage with Hinata and Natasha, his duties are temporarily handed over in her hands. While their Savior did suggest for her personal bodyguard to join the others on stage, it seems that she has no sense of rhythm whatsoever... much to her own embarrassment. She makes sure that everything goes smoothly and takes care of any... sleezy individuals lurking in the crowd.

And Lila did a wonderful job producing and planning the whole event. She's also the costume designer! It's thanks to her that everyone looks so dazzling on stage... Although, nobody expected for her to come up with such an unorthodox look for Mr. Ray. But, it works! Natasha seemed very charmed by his leather jacket in particular. And, to support Ray on his first ever performance on stage, she even created matching outfits for them! Ray may be nervous, but the entire room fades away once his eyes meet his precious tester in front of the crowd, cheering him on and looking up at him with stars in her eyes.

Running of the Bulb has been my favorite Mario Party (series) minigame for its uniqueness of teamwork, yet individual players can still lose. (It's not like Key-pa-Way where everyone either wins OR loses.)

RotB is one of three ghost-minigames in MP (the other two being Pedal Power and Ghost Guess), and the only one that little-Jay (my OC as a kid) could win in; she couldn't comprehend the rules of the other two, so she would always lose.

Desperate to not be lost in the dark, little-Jay runs as fast as her little feet can take her. Don't look back, or else she might trip and break the bulb - or worse, get possessed!

Years later as she grew, Joslyn learns to fight her fears - sometimes literally! She has enough confidence in herself to put up a good battle, not backing down.

Whereas little-Jay was trying to preserve the light, Joslyn IS the light.

As for Big Boo and King Boo, I headcanon them as the same Boo character. (King Boo was Big Boo before he became known as King Boo.)

I bought an atlas of baltic sea animals which has very pretty illustration and decided to draw one of the critters that was there

So here is Monoporeia affinis!!! It's a small (up to 8mm) benthic amphipod. Also it used to be called Pontoporeia affinis but they changed the name for some reason.

Only the first sketch is scientifically accurate (you can see me counting the segments). The other two were more for fun.

omg . actually a lot of my Thoughts about them r au based but ^_^ i think while i am here i might as well share that they're named that is bc the idea of all of them working in a casino 2gether rlly caught on!! (this was mostly brought up by thegalacticbucket and things just sorta snowballed from there .)

anyways the fun dynamic between them is that red's a dealer + deals with the finances with clown, clowns the owner of the casino and manages the casino, branzy is there as eye-candy branzy is the shill aka he gets the games rigged for him so people r more inclined to gamble more bc he's winning a lot + he encourages them, and ash is the bartender! he has arm garters and makes drinks for all of them after hours

so dats the fun history lesson 2 why the 2 fics of them atm have 2 do w/ them working at a casino and chilling w each other and why they're called casino quartet ^_^ hope u enjoyed the Lore

so, for those of you who don't know, i am working on a sequel to my first novel (which was semi-completed back in 2020). and i have been organizing chapters and pre-written stuff and jesus fucking christ why have i done this to myself

unfortunately, the first book is ALSO undergoing heavy editing - I changed a significant chunk of main protag's backstory, and it turns out something like that can have major repercussions on the current draft! so I am basically in ultimate writer hell where the first book is now back to being unfinished, the sequel is.....well. and i still have the third book in this little weird trilogy looming over my head with absolutely shit nothing to work with except one single 1500 mini-fic and a dream.

anyway, don't let anyone tell you that this writing shit is fucking easy, good god.

(i often wonder if this situation would be different if i was, like, a full time paid novelist or whatever, and then i forget that notion because in my opinion that "dream" job would actually be a living hell, the way i function)

zofeia & lae'zel are really close friends, both protective of each other in their own right (lae physically so, zofeia emotionally so... not that she'd ever tell lae, of course). even though zofeia is sometimes a little bit soft to the point that it annoys lae'zel. only a little bit, though.

so i think, after everything with vlaakith and the crèche, zofeia frequently makes a habit of going to lae'zel to check on her. at first she's blunt about it, asking "are you okay?" to her face, which obviously earns her some hissing and spitting in response. so she learns to be discreet about it, and even though lae'zel catches on, she's more receptive to it. doesn't have to talk about her feelings that way.

it results in her setting up her tent close to zofeia's, next to it if she's quick enough. making a point of sitting closer to her, but not directly beside her, than the others when they're around the campfire together. i think it's as much vulnerability as lae'zel is willing to show, admitting to herself that zofeia is her friend in what capacity she can admit that, can allow herself to have a friend.

If I didn't think Trapper was in constant pain from the metal shoved into him, and that the pull from the redeemer wouldn't hurt like hell, maybe! The concept seems a bit cruel to be. Caleb's gun is built to hurt like hell, but keep his target alive. Also, that's not a pipe that's through Evan's shoulder, it's a spike.

However, Caleb can think of other ways to bring Evan to his knees. >:)

That’s a good question. I think my main inspiration was music. Sometimes music feels like magic, and I was wondering what that could look like in a fantasy world. That’s how the song magic in Unsung Heroes was born. That’s also the reason why most chapters are named after songs and/or centre around songs in one way or another.

Then I needed an “evil counter magic”. I am not proud, but it was basically like “uhhhh something evil? ... whatever demons it is”. I probably watched too much Supernatural when I was younger.
