Notes: I gotchu darlin'. My first ever male reader request, finally!! Sorry if it's too short (get it? short haha...), I have writer's block rn, so it's hard for me to even get to work 🥹🥹 But I cannot leave my requests hangin', so have it, nevertheless! Enjoy.

First of all, damn how come you're shorter than Lucifer?

Well, at least you're taller than Niffty, that's something. I'm sorry

The demon wonders that too when he first meets you. Considering that the first thing you do is...

Laugh at him.

"Damn, who would've thought that the king of hell would be this..." You gesticulate with your hand. "...Small."

You have the nerve to behave like that towards him, I'll give you that.

But the sight of Lucifer standing next to Alastor, who's a freaking giant compared to him is just too funny.

Until the irritated monarch comes up to you.

Everything would be fine, if it weren't for that you are MUCH shorter than him.

Damn it, genes!

The sight from above would be even funnier; an angry duckling, just looking up.

But he wasn't looking up, he was looking down. And he was fucking terrifying.

But hot.

You were just about to say "Sorry, daddy", but bit your tongue.

That would be kinda gay.

And a death wish to the boot.

But to your surprise, you weren't dead — yet. Instead, you felt something resting on your head.

Which was his arm.

How the tables have turned...

"Sooorry, couldn't hear you from down there, what were you saying?" He exaggerates smugly and leans into you even more, causing you to bend under the weight.

Oh, come on! You're not even that short! (You are.)

You try to free yourself from the fallen angel's strength, but fail miserably, as his smile widens even more.

So this is your life now...

From now on, whenever Lucifer visited the hotel, he bullied you, mercilessly.

Although the demon wouldn't admit it himself, it was only because he took a liking to you and your snarky behaviour.

That's why he loved turning it against you.

You were drinking with Husk? Lucifer sat next to you and used your head as an arm rest, causing you to slouch in your seat, comically.

You were trying to decorate the hotel with everyone and couldn't reach somewhere?

"Hey, dumbasses! I can't reach the place you made me 'decorate'!" You yelled with irritation. Why was the world always against you? After Angel told you to chill and Charlie apologized a little too much, Lucifer appeared. "Dad?! What're you..." "Don't worry sweetie, I got this." After saying this, he immediately scoops you up and using his wings, he flies up to the place (or rather much higher than it was needed). You blush furiously and swear him out in every language you know, just to hide the fact, that you like being bridal carried by him a little too much. Gay. "Y-You! You dumbass king! You, you, you...! You dumbo! Dumb bitch!" "Stop struggling! Is dumb the only word you know?!"

Anyway, you try to break free, and it ends with you falling on Lucifer and him falling face flat on the floor. Ouch.

Well, to put it mildly, your relationship was... Funny. One day, you were vibing in the library, as usual. But you couldn't reach the book on the last shelve, even after standing on a stool. Great. (Un)fortunely for you, Lucifer was just looking for you. Seeing you struggle as always put a smile on his face. "Need some help with getting that?" "Shut the fuck up. I can get this myself." You jumped up on the stool, but with no result. You tried to do it more times, but it was the same. "Sooooo?" God, you wanted to wipe his stupid, smug grin off his face. But you didn't have a choice. Bearing yourself, you groaned. "Get that for me." "Couldn't hear you from down there, what did you say?" "I'm... I'm literally higher than you, now." He ignored his obvious slip up and you sighed. "Can you..." You groaned again. "... Please, get that for me?" When you still didn't receive a reaction, you asked, as if on the verge of irritation. "...Seriously?" "Yes." He straightened out. You facepalmed, cringing, but said it either way, in monotone voice. "Oh, the all mighty and incredibly hot king of hell, please, for fuck's sake, GET ME THE BOOK!" Wow. You really had stroked his ego with that. Apart from the last part. "Gladly." In a blink of an eye, he flies up and, as if teasingly, leans on you to reach the shelf. Unfortunately, the stool you were standing on wasn't a very stable thing. So naturally, you fell down. And it looked painful. Lucifer hadn't expected that in the slightest, probably forgetting his strength. So when you let out a pained groan, he starts to panic. Blabbering incoherently, he fails to notice that you are okay and have literally stood up a while ago. Your irritation has now reached its peak. Who gave him the right to be this fucking cute while being so annoying at the same time?! You pull the literal king of hell by his bow tie to reach your level. Your noses were basically touching at this point. You definitely were intruding his personal space, but your anger was stronger than your common sense. "Shut. The. Fuck. Up." You whispered harshly. And as if subconsciously, without even feeling the movement of your body, you pulled him into a kiss, in which you expressed all of your pent-up frustration. Utterly flustered Lucifer didn't even know how to react, so he just gave into your heated frustration. After a while though, you move away and look into his confused eyes, slowly realising what you did. You turn around, not to show your undoubtedly too red face. "You are so fucking annoying, dumbass." You just say, trying not to voice break while doing so. You quickly run away from the situation, leaving the profusely blushing Lucifer completely flabbergasted. And then... "LET'S FUCKING GOOO!" You just cheered, being able to be finally honest.

Bishops Council

In my stake, twice a quarter the bishops get together with the stake presidency. I typically do not attend this meeting, but stake president invited me to come since one of the bishops had added "counsel with LGBT youth" as an agenda item.

The stake president has a gay son and is fully capable of speaking to this, but I appreciate that he wanted to include the point of view of someone who is queer.

When we got to this topic, the stake president shared a few slides I had sent him earlier based on some research done at Utah State University.

The stake president then spoke about things he has learned as the dad of a gay child. Primarily that it is his job to love, and his son is going to have his own journey. The things he has learned as the parent of a queer child has helped him be a better stake president.

One of the bishops shared that when he was newly called three years ago that I sent him an email with 10 suggestions. He keeps that email bookmarked and has referred to it several times over the years. It helped him understand his role and that he could be confident in meeting with queer individuals and help them feel seen, loved, and valued. Then he read the list while wiping away tears, and I also was moved to tears to hear him share how impactful these suggestions were for him

David's list of 10 suggestions for bishops

All LGBT members need a trusted adult in their life who loves, supports and sustains them, no matter which path they choose.

When someone “comes out” they should be greeted with love, validation and hope, not a lecture on repentance or reminder of the Church’s stance on same-sex marriage

Create a safe culture for the LGBT person. This could include speaking to youth and YSA about what sort of conversation their bishop would have with them if they come out, that it’s okay if now is not the right time to come out, and there is no shame to the person or their family if they are gay/trans. There's a good chance there's some LGBT people in your ward, even if you don't know who they are.

Don’t use words like “struggling” or say they’ll be “fixed” in the resurrection

Our Heavenly Parents love their LGBT children, we should give them unconditional love and support and recognize they will bless the lives of others

LGBT individuals are more likely to be the victims of bullying and violence than any other minority group in the USA. Be on the lookout for youth or young adults who may be doing & saying unkind things.

Know the signs of suicide and depression. LGBT people are at much higher risk. It’d be a good idea for youth leaders to have some training in this.

Encourage them to pray and ask if God loves them as they are

Especially before or after lessons about marriage, say something like “I know there are people in this ward who cannot be married because of same-sex attraction or other reasons. I love you, and the Lord has a plan for you.”

Know that studies show that being active in the LDS church is often detrimental to the mental health and quality of life for LGBT people. For a person’s well-being, they may decide they need a break. Make sure they know they’re welcome to come back.

I then blurted out, "I'm gay, just in case anyone didn't know." A counselor in the stake presidency said, "Duh, we all know you're a happy guy."

Another bishop shared that he has a child who recently came out as trans and is in their first semester of college. This child hasn't fully discussed this with the family but is using this time away to experiment with what feels right to them. He loves this child and wants them to be their best and to be comfortable with themselves and it's taking some adjustments for him to understand and change his dreams for them.

Then my bishop shared that I had given him the same 10 suggestions when he was first called and he feels it has helped him be successful as a bishop to queer youth. He shared an incident that happened recently which involved a young women leader overhearing part of a conversation between two teens. He didn't share the specifics of the discussion other than it was about being gay. The leader was uncomfortable with what she heard and spoke about it at ward council.

Another bishop commented, "Oh yes, ward council, that's the right place to discuss that" as he rolled his eyes.

The stake president said a better approach would've been for the leader to ask the girls to share more with her, to be open to a conversation with them, rather than run to the ward council to share how shocked and uncomfortable she was.

I thought it was a good discussion even though I wound up saying very little. I had prepared some thoughts ahead of time that I could use as reference, and I sent them by email to the bishops (see below).

There are queer individuals who attend our congregations, many of whom aren't out to everyone, and so you speak to queer people even if you don't know who they are.

We are children of God, we deserve to hear good news, to have hope, to feel loved. Unfortunately that doesn’t happen often enough in church settings. People who interacted with Christ left feeling uplifted and that would be a good goal for us.

In 2019, the former stake president said this in Bishops' Council: LGBT individuals are some of the most patient people you’ll ever meet. They’ve heard more hurtful words than most any of us will hear in our entire lifetime. That doesn’t mean they’re immune to the words. There are LGBT members who come to church and they deserve to hear good words, to be welcomed and loved and be strengthened in the gospel.

Handbook 38.6.15 The Church encourages families and members to reach out with sensitivity, love, and respect to persons who are attracted to others of the same sex. The Church also promotes understanding in society at large that reflects its teachings about kindness, inclusiveness, love for others, and respect for all human beings.

Handbook 38.6.23 Transgender individuals face complex challenges. Members and nonmembers who identify as transgender—and their family and friends—should be treated with sensitivity, kindness, compassion, and an abundance of Christlike love. All are welcome to attend sacrament meeting, other Sunday meetings, and social events of the Church

When my bishop was first called, a member of the ward asked me if I thought the new bishop would be safe to meet with and share his orientation. I sent the bishop an email to find out and received this beautiful response:

David, Thank you for sharing this with me. I hope that the Spirit can guide me to treat LBGTQ members and investigators with love and respect. I’m not sure what your journey has been, but I would guess that it has included anguish, heartbreak and innumerable unintentional and even some intentional wounds. As far as I am aware, I am the only person called to be a judge in the ward, and I believe that office is to help everyone come to Christ, not send any away. I may not fully appreciate how or which traditions and traditional phrases may carry messages of exclusion, but I am open to learning a better way. I hope that I can “make the pathway bright” for LBGTQ members and friends. In hope, Bishop

One of the scariest parts of coming out is not knowing how the other person will respond. The previous stake president at a youth fireside shared how he would react if a person met with him and shared that they are LGBTQ.

I would thank you for trusting me enough to share this with me.

Things ward & stake leaders can do (also from the fourth option)

Pray for guidance on how to make your ward safer and more inclusive for LGBTQIA+ members (out or not)

Call LGBTQIA+ members to callings in a range of auxiliaries

Invite LGBTQIA+ members to share their experiences in fifth Sunday lessons, firesides, ward councils meetings, etc

Encourage your stake to call an LGBTQ fellowship coordinator

Speak to LGBTQIA+ members over the pulpit and in lessons (move away from the "use vs. them" mentality; show that we're part of every ward, out or not)

Include LGBTQIA+ members in discussions about ministering and and outreach

Regularly check in with us to see if anyone is making us feel unsafe

Get to know us personally

Wear a rainbow pin or similar thing to indicate that you're an ally

Speak in support of LGBTQIA+ people and help others remember that we are children of God

Ask your ward or stake to start a support group for LGBTQIA+ members, families, and allies (volunteer to help if possible)

Pray for guidance on how to best minister to LGBTQIA+ individuals in your ward

Pray for God to reveal more about His plan for His LGBTQIA+ children

Correct people when they say uninformed or hateful things

Listen to our stories, sit in our pain, celebrate our joy

Studies show that on average gay men (and I suspect this is true of queer people in general) are more creative, have higher IQ’s and higher emotional intelligence, have more compassion and are more cooperative and have less hostility. Of course someone with these qualities is going to bless the lives around them.

Since you liked my rambling abt my random Nimona headcanons, here's part 2

- Starting off with the queen (rip), I think her white hair is actually a wig and she has some gorgeous greying tight curls under it

- There was a thingy "the Boldheart project" which was created when Bal got accepted into the Institute's knight program. "The project" followed his progress in training to figure out if commoners were able to train as good as nobles. If he completed the course successfully, the reform would be set (sry I like talking abt fantasy politics- yea, putting responsibility on a literal child to become a figure of "equality" is... Sure a strategy)

Let's stop with the politics amirite

- Ambrosius sings in the shower. First it was like quiet humming n stuff but when him and Bal start living together this guy's shower was akin to opera (hah- soap opera- get it-)

- Ambrosius would be a type of a rich dude who fantasizes about living on his own and providing for himself and having this sweet humble suburban way of life with his husband until he actually starts living this way (he's a literal nepo baby- cmon the habits will be there even if he tries being independent)

Ambrosius: Bal, I don't get why I keep burning my bread! It's the second time I fail!

Ballister: Practice makes perfect, darling

Ambrosius: But these KitKoters make it look so easy😭😭

- He catches up gradually tho. Bal is very understanding, Nimona is having a lot of fun with this

- Does fun include bullying Ambrosius for not knowing how to remove plants to the bigger pots?. Yea kinda

- Nimona's hanging out with the kingdom's kids from time to time. She goes out of her way to make them laugh or make them feel happy in general. It heals her inner child, in a way

- Even though she hangs out with them from a perspective of a cool older shapeshifting punk sibling, she still feels like their peer and can't help but transform into her child form sometimes

- idk I think Nimona shapeshifts into a child pretty often if she feels overwhelmed or emotionally devastated or just wants to be taken care of

- Ballister does take care of her

Wow this got sad fast. Anyway

- Ambrosius is left-handed but was forced to relearn because the perfect descendant of Gloreth cannot be left-handed, it's abnormal🤓

- Ballister can't help but go 😬 when either Ambrosius or Nimona take food with their left hand while eating. Yeah technically eating with his flesh hand would be easier for him. No he won't do that for the life of him (saying hi to all Muslims out there)

- Ballister decides to grow out a real beard and Nimona thinks it's the coolest thing ever to play with during their family quality time. Ambrosius also likes this change in his looks but for rather uh... gay different reasons😁

If we're talking about gay stuff I might just as well talk abt some Goldenheart hcs

- When they've only started dating Ballister had a really difficult time with the eye contact bc Ambrosius's loving gaze was too much to handle for him. He'd see how gentle and soft his eyes are and how they're filled with complete adoration to the top and just look away all blushy and smitten

- I think we as a fandom agree that Ambrosius's love language is arm chopping physical touch. Have you considered how important kisses can be to him in expressing his love tho

- Ambrosius LOVES kissing Ballister. He's probably kissed him everywhere if you think about it-

- But yea. He steals kisses from Bal as often as he can. Boo goes to work? Kiss him goodbye. Boo gets back? Kiss him goodhi - doesn't matter where😉

- His favorite place to kiss is probably Bal's neck bc he just likes nuzzling into it and making him all flustered

- Ballister loves kissing Ambrosius as well. His favorite thing ever is press kisses into Ambrosius's hair while they're lying down on the couch, Ambrosius's head on Ballister's chest n his arms around Ballister's torso. It makes them both feel very soft and warm and safe❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

- (teenage years) You know this type thing when kittens playfully fight each other and jump onto each other and bite and stuff? Yea that's teenage Goldenheart

- (a little older than teenage years) current sparring trend in the writer part of the fandom. That's it. You know damn well what I'm talking about

- At some point their private training sessions became the reason they succeeded in combat and got the highest of marks

Okay gay stuff is over

- Nimona has some pretty dark humor but draws the line at the things that could really trigger her or other people. Joking about burning everything down? Of course. Joking about... Well... The act 3 of the movie? Nope, never

- Nate Knight (do ya remember him?) does drag in his off-duty time haha RuPaul hi

- Ballister snores in his sleep bc he's a dad like that

- Ballister also is a type of dad to sleep on the couch while watching TV, and when you turn it off he wakes up and tells you he's been watching it this whole time

- Both Nimona and Ambrosius encourage Ballister to speak his mother tongue more often bc he used to hide it at the Institute

- Nimona scrunches her nose when she tries to remember things

- Ballister snaps his fingers while remembering stuff, especially in "Huh... What's the word for..." situations (he just like me fr)

- Nimona loves biting pencils and pens but sometimes she bites too hard and they break in half or something

- I feel like her stomach is iron. This punk can eat an eraser or swallow a knife or drink lava-hot water and all she'll do is burp maybe

- After leaving the Institute Ambrosius would have one hell of existential crisis. All he's dedicated his life to for all these years were lies and propaganda, what's the purpose of his life now? He tries out as many new things as he can - baking, painting, singing, playing musical instruments, photography, even science (with Bal's help ofc) my dude has tried it all. He sometimes felt worthless bc his life had no greater purpose but Bal and Nimona would reassure him that living happily with people who love him is more than enough and that you don't have to be the greatest person ever to live the best life. Find joy in the smallest of things n stuff😌

- Ballister has found ways to renovate his arm and made a bunch of new prosthetics for different purposes. Hi! Grace asker again.

I wasn’t intending to call you a misogynist by any means, I had simply seen a lot of differing opinions of Grace based on her insanity and just wanted to know if it was a female thing or if she was genuinely irredeemable. I’ve been in a few fandoms before where it was mostly just a female thing, and it gets very exhausting very quickly. But, if your dislike of Grace is because of her insane, cult-building, murderous tendencies, I get it. A lot of people just don’t like to see that in their fandoms.

However, does that same logic apply to how you view Max? He was also—in my eyes—an irredeemable monster, and it seems like the general consensus in NPMD is that life in Hatchetfield was undeniably better without him there. And he also was shown to be a huge bully and bigot in canon, so what makes it more acceptable to make him gay, yet not offer that same development to Grace?

Once again, maybe I’ll change my mind once I finish watching all of the content with her, but for now I’m just gauging where the line is here.

Okay, sorry. It's just a thing I've already heard and refuted before so I was a little defensive.

With Max, he isn't actually ever shown Ever doing or saying anything specifically about minorities, which is my main problem. Like, he's just generally a jerk, not specifically against queer people like Grace is.

I might be super wrong here, but I'm also pretty sure he's supposed to be bi in cannon. I don't know if that was Will Branner who said that or one of the Lang's, so take that with a pinch of salt.

He's definitely got way more of "I am being defensive because I am abused and I cannot be seen for how much I'm hurting," thing going on. If you haven't watched thw show, I totally get how you couldn't gather that. In one of my linked posts, I went a bit more in depth about it.

I've always tried to give any aggressor... well, not the benefit of the doubt, but I've always put thought into why someone might be doing something.

A great example from my own life was for a period of time, someone who'd bully me for years would call me by my chosen name, Conner. And then one day, when I posted something about how I'm not a girl, I'm nonbinary, he suddenly was really brash about it and began deadnaming me again. And instead of being offended, all I could think is "what on earth happened at home." Which is what shifted my view of it in the first place.

Just like how I don't like Grace, I can fully understand anyone who doesn't like Max, and i won't jump to his defense, I'll only jump to my own defense if I am specifically being attacked for how I perceive him, and even then it's just like "Oh, well, I see him like this."

Sorry for being agressive in the first response. It's not the first time I've heard shit like that, and it will not the last either.

I am interested in what you think after you watch the show, which I think you haven't based on how you're wording things, but I'm also at work, so I'm only skimming and I might be wrong. Either way, interested

Hey. I saw you deleted all the excitement/nonsense from the other day, wanted to check in on you. I realized that while I've been on this hellsite for 12 years and seen and experienced a great deal of my own anon drama, I forget how overwhelming & terrible it feels when it first happens to you.

I failed to notice that, in addition to being very new to this site, you're also only 18 (please note that this is not meant to sound condescending - tone is impossible to convey via text). I was a couple years older than that when I joined here, and I carried just as much excitement and energy into everything I posted and reblogged and quickly gained a reputation for myself. From what I've observed from your blog though, mine was decidedly...less fun & positive, so I got a LOT of anonymous messages telling me what they thought of me. I would spend a lot of time thinking about those anons and the terrible things they said to me, constructive or not, objective or not. It didn't matter how many support messages I got from friends or mutuals, or how much we mocked the anons or made light of the situation - I was angry, embarrassed, felt like nothing I did would fix it, and sometimes didn't want to log onto this site anymore, despite it being the only outlet I had to express myself in this way.

It is normal to focus on the small negative in spite of the overwhelming positive - healthy? No. But normal.

My point is: Please do not let this nonsense deter you from being you. Not everyone is going to like you, and that is totally fine. Not everyone is going to like how you post/reblog on your blog. Speaking solely for myself, I generally keep a more contained dashboard I can scroll through quickly at work, so I don't follow your blog, but I don't translate my personal feelings on how you blog into my personal opinion of you as an individual. Everyone blogs differently on this site, which is what keeps it interesting. I'm also not so chronically online to go out of my way to send you a 5-paragraph essay about consent or being hypersexual in a fandom for a gay Satanic band. Instead I'll send you a 8-paragraph essay trying to comfort you and to tell you not to despair, lmao.

I LOVE your enthusiasm about how you express yourself in your posts & reblogs, and it seems there's a shit ton of blogs around you that feel the same way & express themselves the exact same way. Don't lose that spark! Don't let them rain on your parade! [Insert another cliche phrase here]!

Take time if you need a break, but please understand you did nothing wrong. Everything said to you was someone's opinion they wanted to force on you to control how you behave because they themselves are terrified of the world around them and don't understand they cannot control others. Hopefully one day they'll realize how sheltered and, quite frankly, stupid they are. I did.

My advice: if you ever reopen anons and start getting those messages again, delete them and don't engage. Most of the time they're just looking for attention, to rile you up. Classic bullying tactics.

Or print out their messages and use them as firewood. Or toilet paper. Whatever works.

Lastly, you don't have to acknowledge this or publish this message if you don't want to. Genuinely, I just wanted to reach out and make sure you're okay and to attempt to longwindedly impart some advice from my own experiences over the decade.

I feel like this message is a good closer for this situation, so I’m also going to use it as an opportunity to give a little PSA about how my blog will be operating from now on.

First of all, just thank you again. I’m honestly astonished because every single thing you mentioned is exactly how I feel. The hurt of it all despite getting so much support, the empty feeling of not wanting to go on tumblr anymore despite it being my only outlet. Tumblr was supposed to be my safe space, my escape, my home, and it really sucks because it honestly doesn’t feel like that anymore.

I think the thing that hurts the most is that literally no one reached out to me as a friend in the dms to tell me that I was bothering them. I’m not a mind reader, so if no one says anything then I assume I’m not bothering them. But I do pride myself on always being approachable, I’m ALWAYS open to people messaging me with their concerns.

It’s different when it’s some faceless anon who comes off as slightly passive aggressive. If someone would have just DMed me, I definitely would have put more thought into it and taken their suggestion. Since I haven’t been on tumblr long, I didn’t even know the difference between reblogging with a comment or reblogging with tags until literally just now during this whole situation.

I just feel like I’ve been serving spaghetti every night for dinner. 9 people say they absolutely LOVE it, but then I come to suddenly find out the 10th person doesn’t. But they never said anything all this time, so how was I supposed to know?

I’ve had two people block me who I thought were my friends. One who, during this situation, even said she’d always be there for me. Basically, she informed me that our mutual friend had been upset about my comments and apparently never said anything before this, so I reached out to that friend and apologized. She apparently got triggered by my apology, and they both blocked me. That hurt. A lot. And if I’m being honest I’ve been fighting so hard not to self harm during this time.

I feel like I’ve been treated like a malicious criminal over this, when in reality everyone should know damn well I’ve never done ANYTHING to deliberately make people feel bad.

And don’t worry, I definitely did not take the comment about my age to be condescending. In fact, I wish more people would have taken it into account. And the fact that I’ve only been on tumblr for 6 months, so I don’t really know much about it.

I have a life outside tumblr. I’m a student, and I’ve had to be a full-time caretaker to sick relatives who have now unfortunately passed away. I’m grieving. My father abandoned me and my mother, so I’ve had to take over doing all the things that he used to do.

I come on tumblr, I scream about everyone’s favourite satanic antipopes, I post some fics, and then I close the app and go about my life. I don’t research the history of tumblr and what’s deemed acceptable by certain groups of people. I’m a human. I’m a real teenage girl, with feelings. I’m able to be hurt, and triggered, and everything else. I know I’ve created a personality for myself on here, and I think people often forget that I’m a real girl.

I wish I could say I’m okay, but right now that spark definitely feels dampened into a sad little ember. Since this has happened, I’ve almost stopped eating entirely, and when I do eat, I immediately throw it right back up. My Mom took me out to eat and I threw up in public. This has honestly had my stomach in knots.

Today was the first day I actually didn’t feel nauseous. So hopefully time will heal this wound. I wouldn’t wish this on ANYONE, but I’m glad to see you got through it and made it out ok. I’m hoping for the same outcome for myself too.

Now for the PSA portion of this message (everyone please read):

Will I stop being unhinged? Hell no. But I will be moving any horny comments into the tags, as suggested by the people who had complaints. The absolute last thing I want to do is alienate people and make people uncomfortable. (I still have questions about reblogging with comments tho, for example, if I say something not horny should I still put that in the tags or is it ok to comment that?)

Secondly, my best friend suggested that I should just start taking my unhinged comments and making them into posts of their own, so I’ll probably do that too. I think I might tag them with some cheesy tag, probably a pun on nsfw (not sugar for work?) so that if you’d like to blacklist that tag, you can, and then your dash will be safe for scrolling at work or wherever. Thank you Denise for acknowledging the (dark) material. We need to have more conversations about Will and Henry's relationship and connection. Will deserves to have closure and justice by defeating his abuser and knowing the reasons behind it. And Joyce, Jonathan, Mike, Lucas and Dustin deserve to know who took Will away from them, too.

the entire story of stranger things, the show as we know it, starts because of what one man did to will byers and the lengths his loved ones went to save him. to not talk about it, to not even acknowledge it, is doing him, the show, and those who have gone through similar experiences a great disservice. if you close your eyes to it and pretend that it's anything other than what it is, then you're just not going to understand will as a character. point blank.

people misattrubute every negative thing in will's life to his sexuality, and it's, like... (mike voice) that's just not true?! they showed us what happened, who did it, and how everyone treated him differently for it afterward. in season two, will says that everyone coddling him makes him feel like even more of a freak. we even have the phineas gage reference made for will. these things aren't because he's gay or because of lonnie, it's because of what happened to him.

we literally!! see it!! we have to watch hopper pull the slug vine thing out of will, where it's lodged deep and doesn't want to come out!! we watched the mind flayer enter will through his every orifice!! we watch him break down in sobs as he says that he tried to make it stop, that he felt it everywhere, and that he still feels it everywhere!! and we see how the adults react to it!! we hear will talk about why he feels like a freak and like he won't be understood!! we hear other characters say that talking about what happened to him upsets him!! we hear the man that did it literally confess to it and shape the tool that he used to do it!!

we watched all of that happen. these weren't blink and you miss it scenes either. so, why act like it's not real? you sat there and watched that shit with your own eyes. you know what happened. so, why act like you don't? like that's not real? like they didn't spend an entire season telling you that's what changed will, separates him from the rest, and makes him feel like a freak? why twist a canon thing that's already tragic enough as it is into something else? if you do that, then you just don't fucking get him. the metaphors and references (tentacle, the field scene, possession, fear of baths, will covering up whenever henry is active again, the scene where he tells joyce what happened on the field, him not being believed, everyone thinking that it was another man that got him and it literally was, etc etc) are abundant and clear as day if you're familiar with this. it's not a hidden thing that you have to make reaches or misconstrue canon to find. it's right there on your screen.

henry's abuse is what changed everything for will, and everything goes back to him and what he's done. not lonnie, not troy, but henry, because it was his kidnapping and violation that changed him and the way that those around him treated him. it all goes back to that, because will has spent years since that week psychically connected to henry. you literally just cannot divorce that from his character, because who he is post-henry is the only will that we know. will is will and henry, because he’s still cursed. i don't know how much more clear i or the shown has to make it tbh lol.

like, you don't have to harp on it obviously, but that's a HUGE part of his character and that is LITERALLY what starts this story. henry thought that he could kidnap and use will, because, on paper, he appears to be a nobody: he gets bullied for being a nerd, freak, poor, because people think he's gay, and his family is looked down on. he should be a nobody, but he isn't, because there are people who love him fiercely and refuse to let him disappear. because just because he's different doesn't mean that he's less than. they go to impossible lengths to save him time and time again. and his story is one of perseverance, hope, and light even in times of seemingly insurmountable darkness. he isn't fanon's "waaaah sad boy is sad bc he is gay and that is the one and only struggle he has". that's just... i mean, not only does it ignore 75% of canon, but it's just a fucking gross oversimplification and watering down of an incredibly layered and nuanced plot.

the show starts because of what henry did to will. will changes because of what henry did. he gains powers (true sight) and a curse (the psychic connection) because of it. he gets violated by henry twice, we watch it happen twice, we hear other characters avoid talking about it so as to not upset him, we watch him become upset and lash out because he hates that and literally says so, and then... fandom does the same thing? without blinking an eye or noting the irony? give me a fucking break. you can't talk about stranger things without talking about abuse, because that's where the story starts. you can't talk about will without acknowledging what happened to him, because his story on this show starts with abuse, too.

sorry for going on a tangent, but i just have So Many Feelings about this lol. so many people misunderstand these characters precisely because they refuse to acknowledge this and everything they've seen and heard on the show. it's supposed to make you uncomfortable, because it is! that's the point of horror. you cannot divorce will from this if you wish to speak about him in a canon context.

so uh. mike wheeler. he genuinely thinks he is unlovable and so hard to deal with. he really really thinks that. i disagree with the not thinking part tho. hes a smart kid. when he "jumped" (i do quotations because my little pookie wookie did not jump off that cliff lil guy stepped off) off the cliff, he knew what would happen when he hit the water. (rocks. he didnt even aim for the water he just stepped off right over the rocks and he knew what would happen.)

will is absoluetly a chick magnet and mike knows that. he can see it. hell, he lives it. he knows that will is extremely attractive because he feels the attraction himself. going back to believing he is unlovable, he also doesnt think he is anywhere near good enough for will. he knows that there are probably plenty of girls lined up waiting for a chance to date will and mike thinks that will deserves way better than him.

i saw a very interesting character analysis of mike one time talking about how he is always the one to reach out and no one ever reaches out to him. not even will. which you might be like "what are you talking about" but its true. when will tells mike about his problems or whatever is going on, mike always asks questions to try and understand better. hes always the one to reach out first. when he tried to open up however, no one does that for him. no one tries to better understand what hes saying.

ANYWAY during the rink-o-mania fight, will mentioned mike never calling him or writing to him. but did he ever reach out? or did he just expect mike to? [THIS IS NOT ME HATING ON WILL BTW. I LOVE HIM DEARLY BUT HE NEEDS TO GET HIS HEAD OUT OF HIS ASS SOMETIMES. ALSO THIS IS NOT ME BRUSHING OFF MIKES SHITTY BEHAVIOR. HE ALSO NEEDS TO GET HIS HEAD OUT OF HIS ASS SOMETIMES.] all of this connects to "i know i tend to make it about me". i dont think will means to do this, but it ends up happening over and over.

as for "i know you never get just what you see" this particular lyric makes me think of the rink-o-mania scene where angela came up to the table and took el away, but mike didnt do anything. he didnt even seem bothered by it. that is, until will showed concern for the situation. then he jumped into protection mode. when will revealed to mike that el had been lying to him, his reaction was to call bullshit because why would she do that?? he doesnt get what he sees. what he saw was el being taken out to the floor by her friends. but thats not what he got. what he got was el being taken away by her bullies. will knows that mike doesnt always get what he sees.

i feel like this lyric could be purely flirtatious and tbh i can imagine will saying this to mike just to see him blush. "i will never bore you baby." cue mike turning into a tomato. idk this lyric is silly i dont really have anything to pair with it

self explanatory. they had a fight in the rain. and then mike ran after will and called his name. of course will never wants to see mike walk away; hes in love.

idk why that one got big but whatever. again, gay. because theyre not like the others. but the winter/summer thing: there are all sorts of dynamics that all have the same vibe. black cat/golden retreiver boyfriends, moon/sun boyfriends. its all blue and yellow iykwim. winter/summer is just another one of those. mike is winter and will is absoluetly his summer

1. Tos Family (sorry this is going to be. the whole family bc I cannot possibly choose between them)

i. Lux Tos (he/him)

(realizing now i haven't drawn him in a hot fuckin minute)

MY DAD. guy of all time ever. everyone's favorite half-human time traveling alien war vet. it always feels weird referring 2 him as part alien even if it's technically true sdjfgs. fun lore fact: he was the Dead Older Brother in original iteration Zephyr's Sad Backstory but I liked him too much so I decided he got to live <3

Lux is one of my older ocs that I still actively draw and think abt (late middle school...) and he's changed a LOT over the years but he's so so so dear to me. my guy who has Seen the Horrors and is now happily gay married with a kid :') sdfkjsk most things abt his story is just me being So Incredibly Self Indulgent (cool powers, complicated sibling relationships, gay) but it makes me happy and I love sharing it with ppl! Someday Voided 2 will be real and ready to share with the world...

ii. Ferdinand Tos (he/him)

Dad....2!!!!!! I don't remember when exactly I thought him up but it was probably around when Lux's backstory was getting a major overhaul... He's a man out of time he's training to be a doctor and his will to live is so strong he spent the better part of nearly two decades building himself a new body! Guys who died but got better <3. I think I literally got brain blasted one day and decided he's a non-op trans man and it was the best thing ever for him actually. He's a southern californian stuck in the cold northwest (probably. either that or the northeast im not settled on that aspect yet skdjfs). He's been super fun to write from a worldbuilding perspective too bc his main goal is to pioneer a new branch of medicine using his powers! His relationship with Lux and the rest of the family (and his reconciliation with his sister) is sooooo important 2 me :]

iii. Athanasius Tos (she/her)

THANAAAAA most normal sibling (lie). She was adopted formally right after Lux "died" and had a bit of a complex about just being a "replacement" for a good while, and she THOUGHT she had worked through that when Lux suddenly re-appeared... they're on great terms now but it was Tense. She's a biochemist and probably makes the most out of the household (she shares an apartment with Zeph!) It's very important 2 me that she can let herself be vulnerable with her family and close friends after years of bottling everything up... Epic nerdy autistic butches in your area <3 Fun fact she is the only full human of the main cast!

iv. Zephyr Tos (she/him)

My fuckign auncle. Within the story she only recently realized he was bigender and is much happier for it, even if you couldn't tell by her permanent scowl skjdfgs. Zeph was the original protag (along with Thana) of the short story I wrote in middle school that turned into Voided 2! In-universe he was very clearly supposed to be the protag but missed/ignored the "call to action" phase and just got a shitton of Issues and Traumas instead <3 She's so everything 2 me he's a freelance writer/artist she's kinda cringe and he is trying only as hard as she absolutely needs to in order to get by. While his relationship with Lux is MUCH better than it was when Lux first came back, she's completely inseparable from Thana and would do anything for her (I feel like they spent equal times protecting each other from bullies as kids...) He's changed so much from her original incarnation but developing him has been SO much fun <3 Since Voided 2 runs on real-world time (in that I have specific real-world dates for most major events) she turned 50 fairly recently and that's fucked but also funny. old.

v. Alan Tos (any)

Alan! Love this kiddo. He's Lux and Ferdinand's adoptive kid! Xe doesn't learn about it for a while but she was a government secret experiment test-tube baby (they were trying to artificially fuse souls together, distantly related to the later Child Soldier School ze was placed into) (kid cannot catch a break). He's a good kid, if not a little clueless and naive... someone who would hold no ill-will if you had to cut their leg off (this is not a hypothetical GJSKDS). Somehow, despite all this, she is by far the most Normal out of xer family <3 His fashion sense is some kind of spectrum between 60s businesswoman and scene and tbh? Very fun to draw! Her friends and family are very very dear to them and at the moment xe's just kind of letting life take zem wherever.

2. Vague (it/they)

unauthorized fucking thing kill it with hammers NOW!!!!!

Vague started as I think just a proxy for myself in vent art I drew in like early high school sdhjfgds they have since become. something. my mascot I guess? (I still end up using it for vent art sometimes bc it's functionally unkillable and it's fun 2 get narsty sometimes.)

originally it was just the weird cat-shaped angel thing but a couple years ago I gave them a human design that I really love too <3 vague technically has a place in Niko and my other cat furry ocs' story but their human form exists in the real world and is just Like That i think. vague is just a little guy okay? they're sorry about crying and bleeding all over the place (not bc it sees any issue with this they just noticed you looked upsetskjdfhs)

3. Niko (he/they)

Baby's first fursona! Niko was always mostly his own character but now that I have new This is Just Me sona(s), they've been officially retired from that front <3 Niko's story is mostly planned out, I just desperately need to write it somewhere skjdbfs but the gist is that Niko works a shitty minimum wage call center job and finds meaning and love through forming a band with people he happens to meet... also there's some whistleblowing and betrayal and vague slams down out of the sky at some point <3 Niko's band doesn't have a name but they're the lead vocalist! (Niko 🤝 Blue (is blue and sings in their band)) This is a universe where everyone is cat furries simply bc I wanted to design lots of cat furries but also I haven't drawn like half of his bandmates/friends.... orz

Fun fact I found my original doodles of him in an old math notebook and apparently I seriously considered the name "chandler" for them. Help,

4. Larkspur (they/them)

Laaark my friend lark :] they're my player character for a friend's tabletop campaign! *hands you a bug* *hands you a bug* *hands-

Their design was super fun to come up with and they're fun to play as :] They were raised on a farm and have a deep love for animals (insects in particular), but they have a hard time connecting with others and understanding why people act the way they do.. They wear an eyepatch to cover their multiple other eyes bc it gives them bad sensory overload to see with them! They also spent quite a bit of time as a bounty hunter before they were blacklisted from further work bc they let a target escape on purpose... Lark is a ranger/bard and they play the hurdy-gurdy! They're dear to me and I really need to draw them more sjdfhgs

5. Chungy Fresh (she/he/they)

Chungy my belungy.... she's a mimic who spent most of his life being a chest in the temple of a forgotten goddess until they gained sentience and saw a fursuit from far away and decided yep! I'm gonna look like that Now <3 She didn't get all the details right but he's never been happier! I think Chungy spawned from me drawing a weird fox thing and simultaneously thinking "hey wouldn't it be funny if a character had a verbal text/forum signature and it was also their name" skdjfgjskdfls. Chungy is def up there with "most fun ocs of mine to draw" bc she's so Noodly and Malleable... I started playing as him in a friend group's tabletop oneshot thingy (where multiple ppl write different unrelated oneshots but we use the same characters for each session) and it has been a lot of fun!

OKAY OC UNIVERSE TIME. I call my main oc story "Voided 2" bc it takes place in the same universe as my v personal self insert oc story "Voided" that I have been working on/writing/thinking abt since late middle school... It's kinda vaguely modern fantasy/sci-fi? Main things are that there are beings born at the beginning of the universe made of pure energy called Lunoirs. There are countless universes, and each universe has Lunoirs in some capacity. They mainly exist to "keep the balance," but if you ask any specific Lunoir what that means you'll get a million different answers. Mainly they gravitate towards any life within their universe and integrate with them, observing them and protecting them from Shadows and Vacares. Shadows are the unliving souls that will eventually be reborn and reformed into a living soul inside any given universe-- they exist in the space between universes, called the Void. the Void looks different to any being that crosses into it, and it's hard to say what its "true" nature is. Vacares are Lunoirs that have had their souls corrupted and eaten, usually by other Vacares. While Shadows, being amalgamations of soul energy, are strictly neutral, Vacares seek to cause chaos and eat more Lunoir souls, increasing their numbers in a vain attempt to satisfy their endless hunger.

The Lunoir population on Earth is fairly numerous, and since Lunoirs can take on whatever form they choose, many of them live and love and have children with humans, making partial-lunoir children (physically they are nearly indistinguishable from full humans, save for longer lifespans, odd hair and eye colors, and sharper teeth. also they have semi-physical wings, but these have to be manually brought out and often ppl don't even know they have them (*cough* zephyr *cough*)

Lunoirs aren't fully immortal, but they have a different life cycle to most other forms of life. When a non-lunoir dies, their soul disintegrates and is amalgamated with the souls of others in the Void to become Shadows. When a Lunoir dies (outside of having their soul completely corrupted/destroyed), they instead go into a sort of stasis and are reborn later; they have no memories of their previous life (the ones on Earth don't, at least) and they can take on wildly different appearances.

Lunoirs and partial Lunoirs have powers in the form of energy manipulation, particularly when it comes to the energy of their own souls... They can use their souls to form weapons, mainly to fight against Vacares that tend to be immune to physical weapons. Most people have one weapon that they specialize in, but in a pinch nearly everyone can form a knife. Humans can manipulate their own soul energy in this way too, but this ability must be taught/"unlocked" by a Lunoir or a partial Lunoir first (Zephyr, at some point, did this for Thana without either of them realizing it). Lunoirs can also manipulate the energy of the very universe to create Rifts in time and space, sometimes leading between separate universes... These rifts also open of their own accord from time to time, and there's a good number of people who have been displaced from their time or even their universe by unwittingly falling into one.

Every living being has a "soul" (a collection of their life energy), and through a kind of "reaching out," one can feel/taste/smell/hear/see another's soul... every soul is a bit different, so this is an easy way to identify people even from a distance!

The Earth Lunoirs once had a country where they congregated called Saluria, which was the site of a brutal multi-year war against an army of Vacares that wanted reign over Earth... Many Lunoirs and partial Lunoirs across all of Earth's history felt drawn to Saluria, often willingly or unwillingly being rifted to the time of the war to go fight in it... Some partial Lunoirs especially believed it was their sacred duty, while others believed it was a curse leading them to inevitable death... there's even whispers that Saluria itself is alive, luring in young partial and full Lunoirs out of self-preservation.. who's to say. Ultimately, the Salurian War was a victory, but not an easy one.

Lux and Zephyr are half Lunoirs (their mom being full), and Ferdinand is 3/4ths Lunoir! Alan is a bit of a weird case but functionally he's also half Lunoir :]

This is v much simplifying Years of worldbuilding ssjhdfgjks and I can FEEL I missed a bunch of stuff but it's all very very dear 2 me :]

capt price headcanons <3

heavy sleeper, could sleep through an earthquake. if you try to wake him up before his body decides to wake up, you will have a very angry price glaring at you. if you ask him about it later, he will not remember a single thing about it.

heavy smoker because of stress. mostly prefers cigars, but he will not pass up a cigarette if you offer one to him. also extends to weed tbh. man would smoke you out like a dragon if he wanted to.

has a dog, an irish red setter named moscow; she stays with his family back home when he's not on leave. she's an older dog that price got back before he joined the military, he used to bring her out to hunt & sit with him while he fished until she got too old for hunting, he still likes to bring her out to fish w/ him though :)

he gives off oldest sibling vibes, he probably has two younger siblings tbh. definitely the type of older brother who bullied his younger siblings in a loving way but was also always the mediator in their arguments.

on that note, he is the cool gay uncle. his siblings' kids love him to death, they always want to be around him or stay at his place.

fisher/hunter autistic, infodumps to people about fishing & hunting any chance he gets. he loves the process of fishing & butchering his own foods.

a survivalist type guy for sure, he loves being outdoors. the uncle who will bring you out for a camping trip then teaches you how to shoot a gun while telling you not to tell your parents because he knows they don't want you shooting guns.

generally very chill, but he knows when he needs to be serious & whatnot.

i imagine that he's probably got a few injuries that give him some hell if he pushes himself too far.

stubborn as fuck when he puts his mind to something, & that's probably the only reason he's still in the military despite his previous injuries affecting him on occasion. "i still got a few years of service in me yet, a minor leg injury ain't gonna stop me" (cue someone going "thats not a minor injury AT ALL" while gesturing to his leg that is healing after he near lost it in an explosion or something)

definitely has one of those "dont talk to me before ive had my morning coffee" mugs that he exclusively uses to drink his morning coffee.

"im not autistic" goes on to explain why you absolutely CANNOT use the orange juice cup for anything other than orange juice, why would you even CONSIDER using that cup for anything other than orange juice, you fucking HEATHEN.

likes to cuddle when he falls asleep, but be prepared for an actual fight for your fucking life once he actually falls asleep, he's a VERY active sleeper. expect to wake up with a few bruises in the morning from him tossing & turning

but yes, so marj originated in s.park with bebe, tweak, craig, and kyle.

also, just as a plot notice, a lot of the south park characters that are from south park...aren't from south park in rm, just because it would not make sense for all of sp to be in new york, so i would say a good chunk of the south park characters are not from south park.

obviously lived under the fucking dictatorship of stephen and linda stotch, aka the worst people on planet earth, die please!!!! suffered extremely damaging psychological abuse while living there, was gaslit frequently also...i think...got slapped several times by both parents...by the word of the lord, but they used their hands. DIE!!!

speaking of, the stotches were very staunchly catholic, religious and conservative. marj was raised under those conditions and for a long time was very brainwashed and conditioned into thinking gay people were evil and that not submitting to god was a sin, shit like that. stfu

in elementary and middle school, marj was taken under the 'wing' of eric cartman, but was really just his lackey and side kick, someone to kick around, make himself look better and more powerful. a pawn.

( marj did...unfortunately have a crush on cartman...sigh...but it was BECAUSE she associated being chosen by him with affection and being special and just...bad bad bad bad bad! BAD! shes a victim :( )

anyways real recognizes real...trans recognizes trans lmaoooo...so i think stan just got marj kinda high or drunk once ( yes at 11 stan had a drinking problem u try living with randy marsh on a farm and talk to me then!!! ) and it all came spilling out, not feeling like a boy wanting to have long hair, feel pretty, etc. yes i feel the exact opposite but i totally understand u and they cried and hugged it was all very nice

stan also stole shelleys eyeliner and makeup and did marjs makeup for her a lot...kyle was also VERY JEALOUS of their relationship, and did nooooot like marjorine growing up AT ALL because he was like that is my super best friend back the fuck up what are u talking about!!!! was convinced stan had a crush on marj...kyle...open ur eyes

but when stan started to be like fuck this I Am A Boy!!!! and i really do not give a fuck about what anyone else has to say about it!!!! just started really going against the grain, cut his hair short, leaned very hard into being like fuck the system, suspect your government, being a bikini kill rebel boy, protesting shit, being a little revolutionary <333

i swear to god stanley marsh was giving the town of south park hell on earth and i am obsessed with him! go off, punk rock king!!!! :')

but it was very inspiring to marj but also....extremely distressing because of all the seriously negative attention and backlash stan got because of it like...whew! my god! moving on!

their friendship reached this boiling point one day where i think stan was having a massive stan(d) off with cartman and the cronies and was like...marj...take my hand...u can do this...in his stanley marsh beanie with his hair all short and messy and the look in his eyes...

and marj just got scared and was like FUCK YOU IM NOTHING LIKE YOU UR AN ABOMINATION GO TO HELL DIE DIE DIE!!! REPENT!

called stan a lot....of really bad slurs....hooooo...it was bad...and pushed him backwards...and.......ahhhhh....jeez....

....i think stan was standing on something tall or on the edge of something and broke his arm? idk he broke something and passed out it was a mess, there was a lot of blood and screaming, stan looked dead omg, kyle was hysterical and broke marjs nose. OOF!

she still has the box...of stan stuff...whats left of it...her parents did raid her room and tear it up...she was growing out her hair with the excuse that it was for kids w/ cancer and when they found stans stuff in marjs closet they....ugh...held her down and shaved her head completely bald like yelling bible verses at her TRULY EVIL :(((((

but yeah...marj was stuck in the closet middle-high school, i think her high school career was...bleak...but you know, stan lit that little rebellious streak in her and it just festered, she learned how to play guitar and secretly practiced and got wicked good, snuck off to concerts...i luv her

she had like violin lessons every single day, music, music, music, succeed, succeed, succeed, and it made her really hate the violin. but by the time college rolled around, she got into julliard and her parents were like we will pay for your tuition and all your expenses...under the guise of taking care of her but were just financially manipulating her into being compliant

so marj went to new york, was in school, very depressed, but found liberation in not being watched, being able to go to things, started going to gay bars ( aaaaaa! )

but!!! BUT!!!! ok one night, she was being heckled by this group of awful guys who saw her heading out of the gay bar ( probably in little bit of makeup, a skirt ) and cornered her

AND BEBE STEVENS, TWEEK TWEAK AND CRAIG TUCKER MOTHERFUCKER JUST HAPPENED TO BE HEADING TO THE GAY BAR, SAW THIS HAPPEN AND BEAT THE LIVING BREATHING FUCK OUT OF LIKE SIX GROWN MEN IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME

and they just kinda took marj in...their little angel...and little by little her and the blonde squad ( and kyle ) just started to convince her that being who u are is ok...its ok to be trans...celebrated marjs first birthday....when she came out :')

Honestly, the exact moment slips me! He got in my head one day and then he Did Not Get Out. OH MY GOD OKAY SO. Personally I am a fan of every scene he is in, and I think among his funniest are the ones where he drops everything to slug Kevin in the face. That said I think the funniest one is when he straight up hears Kevin's name and drags his ass out of deep sleep so he can fight him. There is NOTHING like a man and his homoerotic enemy who he hates with everything in him. Or maybe his funniest scene is the iconic "are you stupid" "yes" I'm sorry Seth you gotta deal with Neil being an absolute dumbass I'm not sure what else you expected. I'm a little late sending you this sorry. I know you got an ask a while ago about Buddie and the 911 show.

I am a Buddie fan and a 911 fan. I can tell you 100% that we do not want hellers in our orbit. They're the ones that always make up the drama and spread their toxicity throughout the Buddie fandom. They're the ones that constantly make the BNF's have to constantly reassure and soothe and try to calm the drama that they've stirred up. They're constantly crying queerbaiting and prove that they don't understand the word they're throwing around because this show has excellent queer representation already. They constantly hate on both actors that play Buck and Eddie, claiming that if the actors don't whole-heartedly embrace Buddie going canon then they're homophobic. I cannot tell you many times Ryan Guzman who plays Eddie has been labeled as homophobic by this group because he has called Buck and Eddie brothers. Which if you watch the show, they have become that. While both actors are okay with the show making Buddie go canon if that's how the cookie crumbles, it isn't enough for hellers. They're the ones that hate the slow burn route the show has taken and even forced the other actor, Oliver Stark, to remove all of his posts from social media about an episode that revolved around his character about a month ago. He was so excited for this episode and shared that excitement with fans via social media. After he got such an overwhelming negative response, he removed it. The episode got tanked on IMDB at first even though it was one of the most beautiful episodes they had done this season, especially for his character. The drama reached a boiling point. And it continues to because the show has Buck and Eddie casually dating women again.

It's just insane. Hellers are the worst. Trust me when I tell you, we don't want them in our fandom. Normal destiel fans checking out the show, sure, but not hellers. Anytime I see someone like Alyssa or Nat tweeting about Buddie, I cringe. Because they don't understand the show they're watching, how the writers work and how hard they are actually working to try to give them what we all want when it comes to these two guys, and they spread all of that misinformation and toxicity that some people actually take as gospel. And then we're left to deal with all of it as are the actors and writers. It has been an exhausting past few years, I'll tell you that.

Hellers shouldn't be allowed in any fandoms honestly. Not if they can't behave.

I'm sorry they've infected the 911 fandom. It's one thing to be disappointed if a ship you like never happens, but to bully and harass not only other fans, but the actual creatives themselves is absolutely abhorrent behavior. I recommend (if you aren't already) using the block button liberally.

As a larger point, the desire to see two fictional characters get together to the point of bullying baffles me. Like... what benefit do fans receive if it happens? Bragging rights? Personal validation? A boost of serotonin? What benefit do they get by harassing others, especially the actors? It just makes the actors and others involved hate them and their ship, thus opening the doors for the creatives to actually go the opposite direction and avoid giving them what they want.

They certainly can't claim representation, because like you said, 911 already has it, and so do many other shows whose fandoms they infect. They did the same thing with Supergirl - it ended with a gay wedding, but because it wasn't the gay ship they wanted, suddenly the show's homophobic. Make it make sense!

Fandoms are supposed to be fun places where shipping is a hobby, not a knives-out cause. There are far too many entitled idiots who think the world must revolve around them and what they want.

diana is a skin care girly for sure. when the boys use those several in one things she goes into a frenzy.

everyone at coates bullies diana w diana by one direction but can only get away w it bc caine does it too (i’m not sure when that song came out but pretend it works okay. i like this.)

drakes whip is gross as fuck. like veined and slimy and shit like a genuine tentacle it’s the worst. thank you user inkskxtch for reminding me of this fact

astrid has scottish heritage on her mothers side. her grandfather is genuinely from scotland so she has a slight accent

diana is named after princess diana and took it extremely personal and demands to be treated as such

caine fell first but diana fell harder

quinn has consistent issues w his dad. in the first book he says he had a fight w his dad the night before the fayz which leads me to believe that happened a lot

because of this i think he spent a lot of time at sam’s house and saw connie as a surrogate parent figure. which is adorable

after he got over being a douchebag to edilio, quinn actually had a crush on him and never told a single soul, not even sam.

astrid is asexual, quinn, diana, orc and lana are bi, howard is gay and caine is some kind of fruit. there’s no way to convince me he doesn’t like men. you cannot do it.

i also like hcing drake as pan bc 1) i don’t like the stereotype that the bubbly happy character is always pan and like to combat it w making the most vicious angry violent characters i can find pan and 2) he has way too much chemistry w every man he’s ever been in a room w to be straight
