Friend Art Trade

Did an art trade with my friend, Kirby Likes Pennies (She/he)!

I drew his ACNH sona while she drew good ol' Blite :]

We drew this together, and it was fun sharing each other's progression at the same time. Her character was pretty fun to draw, such a happy-go-lucky character! However, she did struggle a bit drawing mine as he's not so used to my kind of style. And that's a good thing. I love seeing my friends suffer. :}

For the longest time, I've only used transparent blacks and whites for shading and lighting. It's a reliable cheat code, but I needed to expand my skills. So for this one, I experimented a bit by finally using blues and yellows. I was pleasantly proud of myself when I finished this, as I can actually feel the warmth of the fire and the coldness of the night!
