I don't understand stand why people are shocked that there's so much hatred and disgust for Ruveliss like we as an audience didn't have a front row seat to his cruelty towards Aristia

That prologue was like 6 whole chapters.

Usually prologues in OI are like 1 to half a chapter at best. And then to see Aristia fucking traumatized, having panic attacks and nightmares about this man.

And you want others to be excited that a victim went back to her abuser because he apologized.

It's not enough.

It'll never been enough.

Also who the fuck cares about her other love interest? I would have rathered her ended alone and happy then be with that Jackass

hello!! of course, i believe i'll narrow it down though. admittedly, i don't really know alot about superheroes.

i also have not watched anime for awhile and don't know what is in demand, so i'll do it based off of manhwa villainesses. if there are any specific series in mind, feel free to ask!!

this leaves me for today's post,

"if enhypen woke up one day as a villain in a manhwa, who would they be and what would their story unfold?"

enhypen as manhwa villainesses

heeseung as a villainess could be very glamorous. in the world of the plot, he would be someone who sets trends and holds a lot of power. i believe he could be in a loveless or fake marriage with someone from a royal family. he would be amazing at seeing new opportunities overcoming challenges to move forward and live his best life.

based on what i have gathered from the cards, i believe heeseung as a villainess would be similar to aristia la monique from the abandoned empress!! in the story, aristia was born into a powerful family and was prophecized to marry the crown prince, erven though he does not care for her. nonetheless, she prevails and carves her own fate.

jay's story is definitely about starting off powerless and weak though aggressive and defensive. a lot of this weakness may stem inside of his family but he slowly gains power with economic pursuits. there is a theme of marriage and a powerful, royal family. it is likely that in the end, jay marries into the royal family.

a great match up to this plot is penelope eckhart from villains are destined to die. penelope is adopted daughter to replace a wealthy family's daughter, her new family dislikes her for this reason. she does gains the favor of a crown prince. eventually the family warms up to her, but the years of hardship she faced keeps her distant.

the chariot rx., king of pentacles, ten of pentacles rx., five of wands

jake's story may follow the manhwa saintess archetype. his original fate was definitely not good but he learns to rise above it. the character he may possess would be a very spiteful and jealous saintess who loses everything in the end. he may not originally be able to cut ties completely, but he does get to live happily!

this is essentially the story of ariel from i'm a fake saintess but the gods are in love with me! it is new compared to others but the main character possesses a fake saintess in a novel. the male leads fall in love with ariel and try to capture her but she escapes with the help of gods who are her fans and work in her favor.

the hierophant, ten of swords rx., the chariot rx., queen of cups rx., ten of pentacles rx.

sunghoon as a manhwa villainess would be someone very mentally strong. it would not be reincarnation, but would have a second chance at life and snaps out of a previous mindset. he becomes an assertive war hero but still is restrained in the past. the relationship between him and the love interest would be related to fates and connections between lives.

this story reminds me a lot of charlize ronan from i tamed a tyrant and ran away! charlize in her first life is turned into a sword for eternity, yet is given a second chance. she plans to destroy the empire that schemed to turn her into a sword. the love interest, the tyrant, does show interest in her sword form in her first life, yet she runs away from him in her second, in fear of hurting him.

four of swords rx., knight of swords, three of wands rx., wheel of fortune

sunoo's story would have had him blinded and in denial, such as in denial of the love interest not reciprocating his feelings. his character could have issues with family, most particularly a father. otherwise, his character would be optimistic and overall, very sweet! sunoo has a manhwa villainess would grow to become independent and elegant.

this is very similar to jubelian eloy floyen from father, i don't want this marriage! jubelian is framed for poisoning a princess, but is saved from her estranged and distant father in her first life. in her second life, there are a lot of communication errors between jubel and her father. jubelian, though normally sweet, stands up to the people who roiginally framed her.

jungwon as a manhwa villainess would be a character who tried very hard to win the affection of the love interest, but would lose to the main character. there would be a lot of negative gossip around him but he stands his ground. he, as a villainess, challenges the values around him, even though he himself may be a little negative.

this description fits eris miserian from kill the villainess. eris is a sad and painful protagonist, or villainess in this case. this can be inferred by her surname which really is misery. she is not liked in favor of the sweet commoner who the crown prince is in love with, no matter how hard she tries, but she still remains strong and holds her head high.

the world rx., nine of swords rx., six of swords rx., the hierophant rx.

in niki's story, he would be in some misfortune, or just not being treated very well throughout the story or in the background of the story. his story could be revolved around how he responds to his misfortunes. overall, his story is very light hearted and is much more calm than the other ones of this story. there could be a theme of exhaustion in the story.

rubia de grandia la luxen from the lady needs a break, is a good example for this plot. rubia is very exhausted, as she feels cursed to remember and live many different lives. in her life as 'rubia' she decides to give up on trying and just wants to relax in wealth before she must go on to her next life.

Athanasia de alger obelia was frame of poisoning the first princess of Obelia and her beloved father who she did everything to even gain some of his love but whatever she did to gained her father's acceptance never work. The night before her excution the God Vita saved the forgotten Princess of Obelia, Athanasia who end up falling infront of of the Emperor Ruvellis Kamaludin Shana Castina the moment the Emperor saw Athanasia he was already captivated by her beauty something not even Aristia la Monique who is his wife has ever catch his eyes even if he never like her her to begin with he has only married Aristia because it was said she was the one bless Girl of vita but he never loved her like she dose him. Athanasia catch the Emperor's attention.

The temple interpreted the arrival of Athanasia as the true bless Girl of Vita and see her as the new Empress while Emperor's wife Aristia La Monique who was formerly the Empress became a Queen. But for the time beging the Emperor Ruvellis Kamaludin Shana Castina to get to knew the woman who has mesmerized him, after knowing each other for 5 months they both unknowing fell in love with one another. And it wadn't long before they marry and Athanasia de alger obelia offically became Empress of Castina Empire. Which she has no problem adjusting to be the new Empress after all she has train herself all her life to be the perfect Empress that her father would one day be proud of to take the golden throne of Obelia which would never come to pass since he has never favor her.

At First Aristia La Monique thought that Athanasia would have problems of beging an Empress she was mistaken. It didn't take Athanasia long to adjust well of beging an Empress she's even do better than Aristia ever did when she was Empress, which made the queen seeth with jealousy even more than she already has. And it didn't help Aristia's jealousy when the Emperor Ruvellis Kamaludin Shana Castina made a blood vow of Love to the Empress which is something he never did with Aristia when they first got married since unknown to Aristia that the Emperor hate her very much or that she just in denial of the Emperor never loved her.

In Obelia Empire....

It was found by everyone that the forgotten princess Athanasia de alger obelia was not infact the one who poison the Crown Princess but Princess Jennette's own Aunt which the Princess has to beg his majesty the Emperor Claude de alger Obelia to spare her Aunt Rosalia Judith's life something she didn't do with her sister when his majesty declared princess Athanasia's excution not many Noble took well to save the one who poison her while letting her sister take the blame until it was found out who really poison her and Empeor was about to Excute her Aunt. The nobles would not accept Jennette as their Future Empress for it would be a suprise to them if she take the throne the Empire wouldn't survive a year under her rule.

Lilian York was horrified to find out that her princess was innocent of the crimes she was accuse of and she didn't believe her and turn her back on her Princess now she dosen't even know where she is now or that she's still alive at all.

Athanasia's oldest friend Lucas who taught her magic just return from the World tree only to find Athanasia's no where to found. He discover athanasia was frame of poisoning that Chimera the so call imperial princess of Obelia Jennette Maragrita. But she escape from the look of things with Vita's help so she wouldn't be found until Vita allow it. So even if he search with his mana he wouldn't be able to find Athanasia so long as vita is hiding her.

Lucas arrange an accident to happen to Countess Rosalia Judith the one responsible for the framing of his bestfriend and sister figure. Since the so call Imperial Princess Jennette saved her from excution for poisoning her while she didn't even help Athanasia so their is a huge possiblity she plan the poison along side her aunt. So when the Countess was to return to the courty side she has a huge accident and died which devested Jennette at the lost of her favorite Aunt.

It wasn't long before Emperor Ruvellis Kamaludin Shana Castina assign her own personal knight who happen to be

Carsein de Rass the secound son of Duke Arkint de Rass. He also happen to be sword genius. He taught the Empress how to weild a sword as away to protect herself when he can not which the Emperor gaved his permission since he want nothing to happen to his beloved Empress. Carsein also happen to be the cousin of the Emperor himself so he trust him above all else to protect his Empress

Athanasia the new Empress of Castina Empire has learn her lesson on helping someone else before her own life with Jennette no matter how much she pity the Queen she would never put her life on the line for her that she could be possibly frame once more this time she would put her life first before someone else unless it's her own child. And if Aristia has to surffer for it just so she could live and her future children then so be it.

A workaholic by nature, he sees his many children as tools to gain another ally to Zedessa, through the age-old art of political & alliance marriages, of which he trusts his Tsarina, Aurika Alexandrescu Eliduca von Zedessanici, to make.

Tsar Emanuel’s third 'unofficial wife’ & concubine, her original name was Ruxandra Preda van Lansciar. She was the last to be selected by the Tsar to be one of his wives, & he did so mostly out of a design to strength his bond with the Lansciar family. Born a noble, Ruxandra’s family was the ones that suffered the most loses of both life & land during the end of the Old War, with her father placing the blame on Tsar Emanuel’s poor leadership & lack of strength. This belief was doctorated into Ruxandra as well, & she agreed to be at the bride-show as part of a plan she & her father made to eventually rest control of Zedessa out from under the noses of everyone. This plan involved Ruxandra becoming one of the Tsar’s wives, baring him a son & making that son become the next Tsar(& making Ruxandra by extension Dowager Empress), which would effetely make the Lansciar family the most powerful nobles in Zedessa & allow them to control the Tsar. However, this plan has mostly crumbled, as Ruxandra had a daughter instead of a son, & Emanuel refuses to sleep with her again, as he finds her 'boring & uninteresting’. Angry, bitter & disappointed, Ruxandra is often abusive towards her daughter, Stela, venting the loss of her family’s plan & placing the blame solely on her.

Tsarevna Stela Imanuela Enache von Zedessanici

(Faceclaim - Aristia la Monique from The Abandoned Empress)

'Princess’ of Zedessa, the first & only child of the Tsar & Concubine Ruxandra Preda. Of all the royal children, she is the true fourthborn. Stela was the child that was meant to be a boy & carry her mother’s plans in full force, but instead was the brick through the window of those plans. On top of being born female, Stela was also born right before the Empress’s third son & was born looking just like the Tsar, when Ruxandra wanted her offspring to look more like her; further driving home her mother’s hate & ire. She is often abused by her mother, & no one else in the castle does anything to stop Ruxandra, as it is 'not their duty to tell the concubine how to raise her children’. Stela, as the first & oldest princess, is the one expected to get married first. She has learned to be stoic, quiet, proper & in well-control of her emotions, as these traits are what usually keep her out of trouble.

The Ending Of My Pain, Part 1

Pairing: Carsien x (past) Tia (Abandoned Empress)

Summary: The genius of the sword, Carsein De Rass comes across the one and only Aristia La Monique. After hearing the rumors about her he couldn't help but be curious, now he attempts to learn more about the mysterious woman, trying to gift her the glow her eyes are missing.

Aristia strolled through the emperor’s garden. She had missed the times her and Ruve, her ex fiancé, would stroll with each other up the path, she missed the times when the back of his hand would accidently stroke hers, the warmth that she could never get enough of. The one thing she had ever wanted in life was him. Except her feelings were never mutual.

But that didn’t matter now.

It had already been a week after her father had been executed. The moment she learned about his trial she immediately rushed to see the emperor, but it had already been too late.

It felt embarrassing to imagine her face. Her eyes twitching with her mouth agape. She wanted to die just thinking about it. After all that she went through only for him. For her other half, yet he could never return that desiring affection.

She still remembered Ruve’s sharp words “Your father has already been executed.” the way he spoke so coldly to her shattered her heart. All that she had ever wanted was to be loved by him, yet here he was, staring at her as if it would be her death next.

She couldn’t move at all. The last few moments of her consciousness went through in the loudest silence. She felt a sharp pain sting her abdomen before she suddenly fell. The last thing her mind could recall is very quiet, echoing laughter reflecting around the room. Feeling tears streaming down her eyes, she looked at Ruve, who was staring down at her with a psychotic look in his eyes. She knew now that there would be no way that she’d ever forgive him. Her father was her supporter this whole time, ‘till the last moment. If only she’d noticed that love and support earlier. Now, her only wish was to turn back time and change her fate. But would that day ever come?

The worst part of the experience was the pain that she had withheld in herself just couldn’t be contained any longer. From being thrown from the empress’ position, to being humiliated by all of high society, to even having her only root of heart’s warmth carry on without her. The worst part was her late realization of her real trauma. For the last few seconds of her consciousness, she had just realized how badly she was ruined. How could she ever regain her happiness when the only source of it that she had ever had was the man standing above her? The one who hurt her the most by twisting, and pulling her love’s strings until they broke.

She knew. She knew that she would never, in her life, forgive this man.

The only action that happened after was absolute darkness.

A few moments later, she awoke with nothing but a depressing pity for herself. She had rested for the next few days until the Foundation Day celebrations were rolling around the corner. Although she wanted to avoid it, she knew she had to face both Jieun and Ruve.

As soon as she arrived there, the tension in the room was different than the past. She still remembered the look the both of them gave her. Ruve stared at her with cold eyes. The cold eyes that she wanted to stop from looking at her. While Jieun stared at her with both resentment and pity.

But she didn’t care. She couldn’t bring herself to care. No matter how many times they would try to humiliate her she wouldn’t care. She still recalled Ruve’s touch, holding her down with his cold hands. Just thinking of it made her shiver.

But now, after bearing the trauma through her mind, she had to return to the imperial palace to complete her work.

As she turned around and began to walk away, she started rethinking her father’s last words towards her. It felt like the acknowledgement that she never was given from anyone. All she wanted was to ask him what those words meant, but it seems like she’d never find out.

Before she could regain her composure a sudden bang struck both her mind and body.

She fell on the floor, absolutely dumbfounded to what just happened, until she heard a sudden voice of a man call out to her.

“Hey! Are you alright?! Damn, look I’m really sorry I’ll call the palace doctor right away!!”

As she looked up to discover the unfamiliar figure she had to take time to adjust to the blinding light shining down on them. As soon as she could finally see she quickly noticed the man’s visible features. He had spiky crimson hair, with sky blue eyes beaming down on her.

She suddenly spotted his thick clothing which appeared to be a knights uniform judging by the sword and fabric choice in the clothing.

It took her a second to register who this familiar looking man was.

Carsein De Rass, the genius of the sword, the top swordsman in the country who won many prizes due to his amazing accomplishments in wielding the sword in this country. Except, why was he heading to the imperial palace?

Knights usually stayed outside of the palace grounds unless an emergency happened which required them to see the emperor.

He quickly offered her his hand but she shook her head, not wanting to disarrange his plans. He looked at her with a confused look, he seemed to expect her to take his hand but didn’t say anything about it.

“Hey, if you want of course, I can walk you to your destination. It’s the least I could do.” he said while scratching his neck, visibly flustered.

Aristia shook her head, “It’s alright, I can walk myself. You should hurry if you’re here to see his majesty.”

He took another look at her, noticing her eyes which showed him something unusual. Slightly furrowing his eyebrows he stared at them again, trying to confirm what he was seeing. 'Those beautiful eyes, why do they have such a depressing shadow?’ he thought to himself.

He felt a painful aura coming from her, as if she was holding in something big. The way her eyes would lazily stare at him in a tired manner, it looked like she would pass out any minute.

“Look, you really don’t look good. I’ll take you back, trust me I’m not in a rush at all.” but as soon as he reached out to grab her hand she suddenly flinched, falling to the ground, and staring at him with mortified eyes.

He was shocked by this action, but he knew something must’ve happened to cause her to act like this towards him.

“Hey, it’s alright. I promise I won’t hurt you, please just come with me. You really don’t look well, please?” He reassured her, and it did seem to work.

As they walked together the tension between them finally settled down causing Tia to become more comfortable with him.

After he dropped her off he decided to stop by to ask to discuss with the emperor about her.

As he was about to knock on the large door he suddenly heard something.

“How do you know if that cold woman will stay in her place? You killed her father for god’s sake! We should get rid of her soon, or else who knows what she’ll do?!” a man’s loud voice rang all the way behind the door.
