Giving me a bag of sea pottery and glass was a bad idea. I'm OBSESSED. So here's a tea clipper on a teacup shard, will make it in a necklace. Now I'm thinking of stories in fragments, tales about ships on sea-rounded porcelain and glass
My mum used to call me “creature of the gloom”* because I liked sitting in my room with the curtains shut. So when the sky gets TRULY overcast - I don’t just mean the kind of grey days we get a lot in the UK, I mean SURLY and STORMY - my mood picks right up!
* (for once this was not a mean-spirited thing that formed a traumatic memory, so I still think of myself fondly as the Creature sometimes!)
Seaglass - Some older dice (this font was my first masters), Seaglass-like dice made out of resin. I LOVED making them, I'm a sea witch at heart, they bring me joy.
Treasures from the beach! I've never been able to find any seaglass before, but the bay had a bounty last weekend! #seaglass #beachcomber #beachcombing https://www.instagram.com/p/Cl1_Aj5O13R/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
