Rewatching bobs burgers, I never knew marshmallow was trans until recently. I watched bobs burgers at a young age and always assumed she just had a deep voice. My little brain saw her and went “wow deep voice. Why does she have skates on?” Lmao

CALVIN FISCHOEDER X GN! READER

Warnings: reader is +21, age gap (obviously)

You’re a tennant who is always on time with sending over the rent, and the one time you’re not Calvin comes down to collect it, he finds you crying over your ex boyfriend and comforts you

You had been so patient with him, you tidied up after him, picked up his dirty socks, and vacuumed up all the crumbs from his gaming binges. You looked for job opportunities for hun, you even gave his CV, that you typed up for him, to the small burger place on Ocean Avenue! FOR NOTHING!

He never intended to get a job, you realise that now- he was just going to keep living off your wages and what little inheritance he got from his father, never helped with rent and you were sure he stole money out of your wallet, but yet you never kicked him to the curb- you loved him! But that live could only carry him so far until you snapped.

“GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT” you yelled at Dave (sorry if your name is Dave) “TAKE YOUR CLOTHING AND LEAVE! TAKE YOUR NEW GIRLFRIEND WITH YOU TOO, I HOPE SHE ENJOYS YOU LIVING OFF HER MONEY!” You shoved him and his mistress out of the apartment, not bothering to listen to Dave’s pathetic excuses.

You shut the door, and slid down to sit in the floor. You could still hear Dave and what’s-her-name arguing about how they were going to live on what little money they had together. You slowly got back up after gathering your wits and taking a few breaths and headed up the stairs to the actual apartment space and headed to the kitchen, rooting through one of the drawers to grab a corkscrew and grabbed an unopened bottle of wine and sat down on the couch- not bothering to grab a glass and started drinking.

Calvin Fischoeder had a few favorite tennants in his small town and you were at the top of the list, you payed rent on time and you were very enchanting to the eccentric man, he had often caught himself thinking about you and how soft your lips looked and-

Calvin shook his head and turned his golf cart onto Ocean Avenue and drove past the various businesses and houses trying to figure out why you hadn’t payed your rent, you usually sent it to him and he’d never had to go collect it from you. He supposed you could be busy with your boyfriend Dave, a weird tingle went down his spine at the thought of your sleaze-bag boyfriend, though nobody did, they all thought you deserved a lot better.

Someone like him he mused, though he didn’t suppose you’d like someone as old as him.

He arrived at your apartment and knocked on the door- he heard a ‘coming’ and straightened his tie, wanting to look his best for his ‘crush’ as Felix had put it.

When the door opened you were greeted with Calvin Fischoder looking as handsome as always, his white suit pristine and his eyepatch simply adding to his eccentric vibe. You scrambled to straighten your posture, quite clumsily as you had consumed an ungodly amount of wine.

“Mr Fischoeder? To what do I owe the er pleasure?” You asked trying not to sway on your feet. “Hello Y/n, please call me Calvin. Are you alright? You seem to be swaying slightly!” He said looking at you, concern swirling deep in his eye.

“Um yeah, sure come on in!” You said opening the door wider to let him inside your apartment, admiring the man before you. You’d always sort of liked Calvin, a crush as most people would say but you thought that nobody, especially Calvin Fischoeder would want to date someone probably half their age!

“Now Y/n, there must be 4 bottles of wine on the floor- are you drunk?” Calvin was concerned for you- he saw a gaming console that was smashed with a hammer still stuck into it and quite a few paintings out of place, he looked around not managing to spot Dave who he understood never moved from his space on the sofa.

“Maybe…? I’m just having a hard time right now. My boyfriend decided to sleep with another woman in the apartment he doesn’t even help PAY FOR and then try’s to excuse his behavior and he’s been stealing from me and I think our entire relationship was a lie” at this point you were crying through your words and burst out sobbing, burying your head in your hands as the embarrassment of letting Dave use you and your broken heart finally got to you.

You felt arms go around you and Calvin pulled you into a hug, a warm safe hug that made you feel like everything is going to better from now on, you brought your hands up to grip his suit and whispered a small apology as you drifted off, dreaming of him and his eccentric attitude.

Calvin smiled softly as he felt your breathing slow down and your hands relax on his suit, he shifted and placed you to lay on the couch- and pulled a blanket that had been discarded to the corner of the living room over you as you slumbered, he found a pen and paper and wrote a small note telling you to come down to the Fischoeder Manor when you woke, he left the note with a glass of water and some aspirin he found in your bathroom cupboard.

As he left he kissed your forehead and slowly made his way home, going up to his room and laying down in bed, slipping off to sleep dreaming of you
