This journal entry invites you to accompany us through the twists and turns of innovation, where convenience and technology intersect to revolutionize the current way in which we approach printing. Our journey began with the meticulous crafting of the Business Model Canvas with each element serving as a stroke on the canvas of our vision. We navigated through the intricacies of market segments, value propositions, revenue streams, and more, all the while shaping a comprehensive blueprint for our path ahead.

The heart of our narrative beats with the creation of our startup product promotion video—an immersive journey into the core of IVP or InkPrint VendoPro. We embraced the creative process from conceptualization to execution, which aims to convey the essence of our innovative vending printing machine that allows Bluetooth connectivity with the simplicity of bill/coin-operated transactions.

And as avid learners, we seized the opportunity to enrich our entrepreneurial perceptions through a series of enlightening lecture sessions. The virtual landscape came alive as our screens connected us with seasoned resource speakers via Zoom meeting and Facebook live last November 15, 2023. We will need a lot more pages just to enumerate all the things we learned from these amazing speakers, so allow us to present their names and topics that they shared:

- We learned that understanding intellectual property and technology transfer is essential for individuals as it empowers them to protect their innovative ideas and creations, fostering a culture of innovation. This knowledge is not only crucial for safeguarding one's intellectual labor but also holds economic significance by enabling individuals to leverage and commercialize their innovations. Moreover, being well-versed in intellectual property rights ensures legal compliance, reducing the risk of unintentional infringement and potential legal consequences. In the context of technology transfer, this knowledge facilitates collaboration and the responsible exchange of knowledge and technology for mutual benefit. For entrepreneurs and businesses, it is instrumental in maintaining a competitive edge, attracting investors, and building a strong brand presence. We realized that rebuilding from setbacks, challenging ordeals, and tough situations is essential to a successful startup path. And that agility, impeccable decision-making skills, and ongoing learning are all necessary for surviving in the fast-paced world of business.

As we embark on our next journey—the startup promotional video and preparation for our final pitching—their wisdom and experiences became guiding lights, illuminating the path forward and inspiring us to elevate our startup endeavors. We presented the hustlepay, our innovative idea, to a business venture experts last week. Since every team member was a novice, it was a nerve-wracking moment, yet everything went smoothly. Our presentation was consistent with the BMC framework, that encompassed topics like customer segmentation, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key partners, key resources, key activities, and cost structures. Overall, the entirety was excellent aside from the few comments raised by the panel, which we found to be quite insightful. One such point was the importance of validation in assessing the viability and attainability of our suggested proposal.

One of the most important steps toward success is validation. Validation should go deeper and more focused in order to provide for the needs of potential clients. It does not end with acquiring what you need. It is also a great technique to familiarize the target market though validation. The team acknowledged the need for further validation, and used it as a lesson and inspiration to validate more thoroughly. Further validation yielded largely favorable results for the team. Although some of our target clients continue to have doubts about hustlepay's practicality, we cannot deny that the majority of them are positive about the concept. The team is also striving to improve hustlepay so that it is more convenient for everyone.

With all honesty, this journey has challenged us to become more vigilant and to think outside the box. We learned invaluable lessons, and we continue to learn new things every day. Additionally, the team decided to maintain its long-term optimism on the concept. It's true that it won't be simple because we are still striving to improve this concept in order to produce a more realistic and original value that will act as a shield against competitors in the future, but with courage and perseverance, we will get there.

Online Presence and the necessity of wanting to be a success.

Trying to build an online pressence is hard. Especially for someone who doesn't like to be in the spot light normally. But I know if I want to be successful my social skills need to improve by leaps and bounds. And I at least excel better at writing than I do actually speaking.

I've tried to keep to just FaceBook for all my social media presence. But in less than a month, I've begun to appreciate why a social media presence is a necessity. Especially for a business or start up entrepeneurs.

In the past month, I've done a lot on Pintrest, got an Instragram, and started doing more with my twitter, just to name some examples. Well I guess this is also an online "social media" platform when you think about.

I've had to do a lot of my own work in order to create my success. And no one will tell you the important, nitty gritty things that need to be done in order to be a success. All they give you is how to build the business, but none of the extras.

You can't just go on YouTube, Pintrest, or etsy and post something and expect instant success. No one truely talks about SEO optimization, Eye catching titles, Thumbnails or anything that will make people wanting to come back multiple times over.

Fortunately, one thing YouTubers are started to do their audience just, is giving them tools with AI. I use one tool that can write things for me and even help me get ideas, as I run out of creative idea super fast.

And with that AI tool, I've been having it do the research for me to give me all the tips and tricks for success. Now if only I could get this tool to optimize all my chanels and store without me having to spend hours fixing all my mistakes, that would be perfect.

I will definately say that AI is my savior, I used to spend hours googling or searching YouTube for what I need, which ended up with me getting nowhere and getting eye strain and a headache. Now I type in what I'm broadly needing to know, and it lists out the steps and notes for me, and I can act on that immediately instead of days later.

It's not a quick for everything, like finding that 1 idea that will make you an overnight success. But it gives you the building block a hell of a lot faster that trying to sift through all the information that out there on the web.

As Blogging is new to me, and sharing things on social media is still a new concept, I can't tell you at this moment, what my success is. But I'm seriously working hard to make my presence know, even if I'm not overly unique at this moment.

As time goes on and get everything scheduled in advanced I'll have time to think of ways to differentiate myself from the masses. But I needed to jump into the deep end with this. I have literally no more excuses as to why I can't do this.

Children aren't an excuse; not having a personal computer or laptop isn't an excuse. There's lots of free or relatively cheap things to invest in to get things kicked off the ground. All I need to do is hold firm and be consistant. The Universe can't prevent my success if I keep it in my minds eye and keep up the hard work.
