If you want to see Hobbit comic chapters early, and more concept art/deleted things/drawing tips/behind the scenes art—-soon I will launch a Patreon!

I prefer to *publicly* post my comics in massive full-chapter chunks every few months. But If you want to see pages “as I draw them,” usually around one page on a weekly basis, you will be able to subscribe to me there soon. :)

This will come with the understanding that the patreon pages are still “previews” and they may be heavily edited later on as I finish the chapter. (Sometimes I’ll see something that bugs me on page 1 after I finish page 15 and have to fix it!)

I will also post things related to my other upcoming art/comic projects, all of which have a similar aesthetic of “changing art styles to convey different narrators.”

If I ever take a hiatus from drawing or from updating the patreon, I will pause all billing for the month so that no one is charged.

My goal with this Patreon is to be extremely professional and accountable! I’m confident I’ll be able to run this very well!

Most of the things I post on the Patreon will also be posted publicly, eventually. But because I obsessively polish things (even the captions under posts of old art) they won’t be posted publicly for a longer amount of time. I don’t want people to feel left out if they can’t afford to pay a few dollars a month; this is just “early access” to slightly less polished stuff for the people who can.

On a personal level I would like for the Patreon to be able to cover the cost of Photoshop and a couple other art tools I use in my work, so that I’m no longer “paying” to draw this comic! :3

I haven’t yet launched the Patreon because I am busy filling it with a lot of concept art work/bonus art, to make sure it is worth subscribing to.

But yeee get excited! I hope some people are interested!

And I hope to have it ready by February 13th. :)

I feel you- anon! Chigiri is an absolute gem and any chance to write for him is such a delight! I've gotcha covered! :D

True Love ("I could do this all day.") + Sweet Heart ("Oh? Is someone ticklish?")

“AH!” Chigiri’s startled yelp spooked Kunigami, making them both jump. Isagi busted out laughing, smiling in the face of his friend’s deadly glare. “Isagi…”

“Oh my god! I could do this all day!” Isagi darted a hand out, going to poke Chigiri in the waist once more. He managed to land another poke before the redhead grabbed his hand, using his other to swat at Isagi repeatedly. “You’re so ticklish!”

“Oh? Is he now?” Kunigami perked up, the opportunity to make their quiet princess laugh too good to pass up. He watched as Chigiri and Isagi fought, the brunette laughing as he went for more jabs. Eventually both hands were caught, Chigiri squeezing tightly.

“There.” He nodded. “Now st-AHAP!”

“Pfft, oh my god!” Kunigami cackled at the reaction- a squeeze to his sides had sent him flailing back into the ginger’s lap, pulling Isagi with him. “Is someone ticklish? Is he? Huh?” He cooed, bringing his hands back down to get at his ribs.

“No! Nohohoohho, Kuhuuhuhnigami, Isahahahhagi stahahhahahahp!” Chigiri squeaked, curling in on himself as his friends attacked him. Isagi had managed to worm past his arm cage, giving his belly a few good scribbles while Kunigami continued to pinch along his ribs. Every twist and squirm gave them new spots to tickle, much to Chigiri’s misfortune. “Thhiihihihiihs ihihihihisn’t fuhuhuhuhuhnny!”

“Sure it is!” Kunigami grinned, moving a hand up to the smaller man’s neck, making him squeal and scrunch up. “What a giggly princess you are!” In response, Chigiri covered his face with his hands.

“Aww, why are you hiding?” Isagi cooed at him, one hand still clawing at his belly while the other tried to gently pry his wrists away. “Come on! Let us see that pretty smile of yours!”

“Ahehahahahhaha! Nohohoohohoho! Nohohoho wahahahhay! Hehehehehehelp!” Chigiri cried through his mirth, waving a hand in SOS. Even when it shot down immediately upon Kunigami prodding his armpit, the signal was effective.

“TICKLE FIGHT!” Bachira cried, ambushing Isagi around the waist, sending them both flying into a nearby futon with wiggling fingers. Kunigami had about 2 seconds to react before hands shoved into his armpits from behind, making him arch with a howl of laughter.

“GAH! Ahehahahahhaha! Nohohohoho, Bahahhahachira!” Isagi squealed, slapping the other boy’s back and tugging at his hair.

“Whohohohohoho the hehehehehell is ohoohohohn mehehehehe?” Kunigami yelped, twisting around to find none other than Gagamaru. “Ahahhaha hehehehell no! Coohohome here!” He shot to his feet, chasing after the taller boy.

Chigiri curled up in a ball as chaos exploded around him, the sounds of the other boys' laughter like a soothing lullaby. He probably should participate- maybe help Gagamaru get back Kunigami or someone else.

Maybe after a short nap.

A Cockatiel! At first I thought I didnt really have a favorite, but if I were to get a bird it would def be a Cockatiel, and specifically the one with the grey body, yellow head, and red circle cheeks :]

It's funny when people claim that transmasc music is just "soft boy sad guitar strumming" or the like. Oh? Is that so? How many transmasc musical artists can you name exactly? Hello! Just a head's up that I've made a sideblog for my comic adaptation of the Hobbit! (Which i call "Retelling the Hobbit")

A couple of people have asked me how to know when the comic updates, and since I'm hoping to post a new chapter soon I figured I'd start a tumblr to make it easier to find things in one place. (Although I think the easiest way to get notified is to follow it on Ao3 or Webtoons!)
