this is a design that i am very happy with, i wanted to give off the vibe c!charlie gives off that's so specific and perfect to me. him looking very human but feels just a little... off. like his arms and legs being very flexible/cartoony. And usually people translate the little bits of slime on him as little friends, but i see it ass little bits of his true form spilling out, having rocks, twigs and leaves in side them.

him being such a visual contrast from c!quackity is also something i love so much. quackity being this shorter, tired, smoker drawn more rugged (if thats the word), a person you can see has a long history. next to c!charlie who is this taller, upbeat, friendly guy that is drawn more cartoony, looks so "hello i am real man with real human things!".

these two have to be my favorite duo next to beeduo/clingyduo. they truly are father and son to me ;-;

When c!Slime died the first time he said “Thank you for teaching me how to be human. Maybe I almost was.” and that in itself is tear jerking, yes, but what really fucks me up about that scene is that when he says “Maybe I almost was,” You can’t fucking hear it. You can’t fucking hear him, I didn’t even hear it at first, and you know why? You know why we couldn’t hear him? Because Quackity was screaming and crying his name over it all. He was placing sand and water and everything he could think of to get Slime out of the lava, and he kept screaming, and he said his name over and over even when it was done and he was gone and the name “Slime” didn’t even mean anything to anyone anymore, Quackity kept screaming for him to stay alive and it fucks me up so bad, because of course he did. Of course he did. What else was he supposed to do? Can you imagine trying to be silent when you’re right in the middle of that? Can you even imagine?
