Per il veicolo elettrico (EV) dell’anno, la mia scelta è ricaduta con ferma convinzione non solo su uno specifico modello (Seal) ma addirittura su un intero Costruttore: BYD. Bild Your Dreams (BYD) – ovvero, un Marchio da prendere in seria considerazione per il value for money incarnato dall’intera gamma del Costruttore cinese: un gigante mondiale operativo dal 1995 che nel 2023 ha venduto la ragguardevole cifra di 3 milioni di veicoli (di cui 1 milione 600 mila EV, contro i 1,8 milioni di EV venduti da Tesla che conserva così ancora per il 2023 il titolo di maggiore Costruttore di EV) con un incremento del 61,9% rispetto al 2022 (vedi relativo lancio d’agenzia Reuters: https://www.reuters.com/business/autos-transportation/chinese-ev-giant-byd-posts-62-jump-2023-vehicle-sales-2024-01-01/ ; o il relativo articolo di BBC News: https://www.bbc.com/news/business-67860232 ), un colosso in grado di costruire intra moenia il 75% dei componenti delle proprie vetture – batterie incluse. Queste ultime, le cosiddette Blade, costituiscono una raffinatissima soluzione tecnologica in grado di rendere molto più sicuro viaggiare in elettrico grazie alle basse temperature (60 gradi contro i 500 gradi delle batterie tradizionali) sviluppate dalle sottili lame, blade, che vanno a comporre la struttura della batteria. V’è poi la piattaforma 3.0, specificamente progettata per veicoli elettrici, con la batteria posta nel pianale a svolgere anche funzioni strutturali – migliorando così precisione di guida e sicurezza (5 stelle Euro NCAP – 89% protezione adulti a bordo) -, con sospensioni MacPherson all’avantreno ed un raffinato sistema multibraccio (5 bracci, per la precisione) per il retrotreno. I dati relativi a BYD Seal parlano da soli: 480cm di lunghezza, 292cm di passo, 82,5kWh per la batteria – e due versioni: la Excellence AWD (trazione integrale con due motori), in grado di sviluppare ben 530cv e di accelerare da 0 a 100 km/h in 3,8 secondi, posta in vendita all’allettante cifra di 49.390,00 euro (per una vettura completa di tutto, praticamente senza optional a pagamento); e la Design RWD (trazione posteriore), in grado di sviluppare 313cv e di accelerare da 0 a 100 km/h in 5,9 secondi, posta in vendita all’altrettanto allettante cifra di 46.890,00 euro.

My favorite thing about this week's episode of pjo is the epic boss battle music playing in the background when Percy was driving the car. The way the music makes it so a 12 year old driving a car and crashing into things has the same sense of danger as a fight scene, the triumphant music when Percy manages to make a turn without crashing, the way the music stopped the moment Percy ran into the wall. Ebbene, il titolo di “usato dell’anno 2023” viene da me consegnato ad un’offerta commerciale pubblicata il 27 novembre dello scorso anno e relativa ad una splendida Audi Q5 (seconda serie o serie in produzione; modello ante-restyling) 2.0 tdi 190cv con trazione integrale Quattro, cambio automatico a doppia frizione s-tronic ed allestimento ben rifinito Business Sport; immatricolata nell’ottobre del 2019 (quindi, una vettura di soli quattro anni di vita al momento della pubblicazione della relativa offerta commerciale), con soli 67.000 km all’attivo (chilometraggio contenuto, non mi stanco mai di ripetere, migliore garanzia di un lungo ciclo di vita residuo), dotata di clima automatico a 3 zone, cruise control, navigatore, interni in pelle, cerchi in lega da 18 pollici, Audi Drive Select, fari allo Xenon e veramente tanto altro ancora, è stata messa in vendita sa SAGAM, concessionaria Audi in Milano, all’allettante cifra di 33.800,00 euro.
