Richie looks the cutest to me in the shopkeeper episode and the Miss World episode. In a crazed rabid chihuahua way. Every Rik character has puppy dog vibes to me, most have vicious little yappy dog that'll bite a finger off vibes like Richard D, Rick, Richie and Alan. Flashheart is like a big happy energetic Golden Lab. Colin is a poodle. 😄

Honestly, I’m probably just not used to seeing Richie with clean hair. Rik’s hair was very pretty at that point, but it was often difficult to tell, because Richie’s hair is always plastered down with sweat and grease. Richie does look really sweet in the shop episode, not only because of his fluffy hair, but also his shopkeeper’s coat. I completely get the chihuahua comparison, though. When his eyes go wide and he bares his teeth, it’s uncanny! Richie and Richard are definitely chihuahuas. Rick doesn’t quite fit chihuahua for some reason, but definitely something small and yappy. Maybe an Italian greyhound? Colin is most definitely a poodle, or maybe a King Charles spaniel. Lord Flashheart is certainly a lab. If I might add one, I think Drop Dead Fred is a Jack Russel. Don’t ask me why.

Ever though of what would happen when Bad News met The Young Ones for one almighty gig? I think it'd go a little something like this! Vim and Vyvyan would be shredding the guitar together at volume 11, Den would be heavily distracted by Neil's incense, Spider would be living up to his name now he's got the addition of Mike on the drums and Colin and Rick would be in a scrap (yes that's Colin's wig flying off)!
