Wait is that actually your ex-boyfriend's hand? What happened to him?
He works with real live dinosaurs so....
Nah, he and are are super good friends--we were before we dated, and remained so after, because the breakup was extremely amicable, and he's one of those people who's a terribly good gift-giver. Most years we still exchange gifts sometime between our respective birthdays and christmas, and he sent me that hand (it's a replica) as a gift one year. I made him the archaeopteryx fossil bowl this year.
Just because this is the OG bone-stealing witch website, I will clearly state that the only real human bones I possess are my own. My animal bones are all either scavenged myself or gifted to me by the people that scavenged them. (I have a sort of energy that consistently makes people go "I saw this dead thing and thought of you!")
I don't have a problem with owning human remains that are ethically sourced, but the reality is that unless you can very precisely trace the origin of human remains to the specific person who clearly and unequivocally stated in life that they're cool with someone keeping and displaying their now-unused crunchy bits, it's...probably not ethical. So if someone has some of their own bones that they're done using that they want to send my way: cool, let's talk, ideally before it's necessary to have the conversation by seance. Otherwise, I will continue to be perfectly happy with my replica remains.
I'd like to will my crunchy bits to someone who will make dramatic monologues to my noggin, but hopefully that's not an issue I'll need to deal with for a while yet.

Honestly love tall Shigeo he deserves to tower over short king Teru. He either finally gets to be taller than Ritsu too or Ritsu is just barely clinging on to like 1cm over him and its too close for comfort. Reigen is dying inside over his kid all too quickly growing up and having the audacity to be taller than him while he's at it. Serizawa is just happy for him growing up. Bonus points for buff Shigeo the Body Improvement Club paid off so going into like college or something he's an absolute mountain of a guy and still the nicest most polite creature on the planet. Truly embodying the spirit of the Body Improvement Club ✊✨

So I figured out what’s wrong with my brushes, turns out procreate pushes the Apple Pencil to its limits! So when the pencil breaks, so does procreate ;w;
Tumblr media
After having a TIME last night figuring this out and coming to terms with having to blow 200$ on a new pen a month before moving, it was pointed out I should maybe open up some commissions. So whenever my new pen arrives in these next few days, I’ll be opening up comms to refill the dip into savings I’ll have to take! I wanna also state these are NOT emergency commissions in any way, shape, or form. Simply a surprise expense that puts me in the theoretical savings hole and brain no likey when I have to diverge from my meticulously planned monthly expenses TwT

Not to like “oh woe is me” post but I feel like I can vent on tumblr since it’s idk tumblr. But I was SO excited for my final semester of undergrad this summer and then almost immediately after I got here in August I began struggling very deeply in ways I have never struggled before. Like confused 24/7, missing assignments because I was too tired to even get out my phone let alone my laptop, forgetting everything including what I’m doing or where I’m supposed to be and even classroom locations on a campus I’ve been at for 4 and 1/2 years. Losing things constantly, randomly loosing grip strength and dropping things, horrible brain fog, waking up feeling like I’m shaking 24/7 but everyone telling me I’m not shaking anywhere when I ask, issues walking, dizziness, vertigo. I’ve been having such extreme fatigue I can’t even get out of bed to pee until it hurts because I’m just too tired. This has been happening since August. Which I assumed this was bad depressive episode so I had them double my antidepressants, and then nothing got better.
But then like two months ago I woke up with this pain in the left upper corner of my right eye. Just a spot the size of my fingertip. And it had me in so much pain I was throwing up. So I thought “I’m a big kid, I have migraines like this all the time.” and I took some of my medicine for that. But it didn’t go away. It lasted for a whole day. When it came back a few days later I decided maybe it was sinus pressure, so I took some allergy meds and some cold meds for a week while it was hurting off and on. But that didn’t work. And then it came back and I got a migraine over top of it. So it wasn’t that. And FINALLY last week it got so bad I couldn’t see out of my eye, the pain had been constant for about four days, and I was so dizzy I could barely walk. So my mom drove an hour out of state to pick me up and an hour back down to take me to the er, who promptly sent me to their on call opthamolagist who, after a serious of very very bright lights directly to my hella dilated pupils, told me my optical nerve is swollen and I need and mri.
Which is FUCKING STUPID that my optical nerve is causing me this much pain. But whatever.
Anyway the day after I went to the er and saw the eye doctor I had a follow-up with my primary care physician, and he said “oh yeah, they’re gonna want that mri urgently. We want to make sure you don’t have ms. Your symptoms are consistent and optical neuritis is often one of the first things ms patients experience before diagnosis.” like girl? If I have ms that chose to present itself by incapacitating me to the point I am failing my final semester of undergrad, and may not be able to fix it, I am going to lose my mind. It couldn’t have presented itself six months from now?????? There’s no confirmation it’s me yet until after my mri, but still. Whatever this is has me pissed tf off. Show up at a different time.
All that being said. Here’s a meme I made about it using a screenshot from one of my fave vines because I’m actually coping and not at all having a sort of hypochondria spiral and doing as much research on it as possible. That would be weird.
Tumblr media
#no but actually when googling symptoms I have like 90% of the ‘common early symptoms’ of ms.#anyway like. whatever witch cursed me???? I’d like to be uncursed now.#I also have been having these like random spasms where I throw my arm??#the best way I know how to describe it is it’s LIKE a tic except it doesn’t repeat so I know it isn’t a tic#it’s more of a violent twitch. AND my right eyelid has been bugging out and twitching like crazy.#there are other symptoms but I really just wanted to vent#actually no the numbness in my hands and feet sucks donkey dick#there isn’t anything wrong with having ms like in a real way. it’s just when it chose to present itself is so upsetting to me#I really wish it could’ve happened after I finished my semester#this is so unfair that my future might be jeopardized just because my doctors weren’t listening to me in august#I’ve been saying this is happening and it’s LIKE my depressive episodes and LIKE my migraines and LIKE when you get really bad sinus#pressure but I’ve also been being abundantly clear that these aren’t normal symptoms for me when any of those things#I’m TOO tired for it to bed my depression. especially with everything else.#it’s not sinuses and I have had migraines ontop of it and that pain stayed constant.#and if I didn’t listen to my doctor when he was it was nothing maybe I’d be being treated already. maybe it wouldn’t have destroyed my fina#semester of undergrad. dawg I just wanted to graduate college.#long post#vent#personal#adding generic tags so people who filter long post or vent in the tags don’t have to see

Ahhh. I’m hearing old industry friend talking about how the reason there’s no projected X-Men MCU projects before 2025, even though they’ve started going ahead with using the term mutant in universe, is NOT because they can’t use the characters yet per the old Fox contracts OR because they’d have to reuse the same actors per the actors still being attached thanks to the old Fox projects....
Rather, its because the PRODUCERS of the Fox X-Men films are still attached until 2025, and any MCU projects that use material already established in the Fox movies would mean Kinberg, Singer, etc, would be guaranteed a seat at the producer table and that specifically is what MCU producers are trying to avoid.
Interesting.
#Im curious to see how this plays out in a variety of respects#for instance they've really been hyping up the whole Spider-man and his amazing friends concept in the comics lately#aka building on the nostalgia of the old cartoon about Peter and his BFFs Iceman and Firestar#and there were a LOT of rumors awhile back that the next (or at least a proposed future) Spider-Man movie about Peter in college#wanted to introduce Firestar and Bobby#(although that was intertwined with rumors they wanted to introduce Bobby and Johnny Storm as Peter's new BFFs#which has credence given that i can see the MCU trying to go that route and there's the fact that originally the Spiderman#and his Amazing Friends cartoon only created and used Firestar INSTEAD of Johnny because of Johnny's cartoon rights being tied#up elsewhere at the time)#but regardless I am interested to see if that pans out still (before 2025) and how they might go about it#because there's no problem using Firestar in a future Spider-Man movie since her character has no prior connection#to the Fox movies nor is it reliant on material specifically introduced in those films#but Bobby would be more of an issue. HOWEVER. I could see them trying the angle that going with a take on Bobby Drake#that's rooted in his post coming out narratives - openly gay etc#would count as a substantial differentiation from the Fox film version of Bobby and thus be grounds for introducing#his character prior to 2025 WITHOUT having to loop in any of the Fox producers because they'd be utterly#irrelevant to this take on the character#now I'm jaded about the MCU in general but tbh one of my go-to thoughts since they got the X-Men rights back were#*rolls eyes at Disney* 'wonder how likely it is that Bobby - who's been in virtually every major X-Men adaptation EVER when he was written#as straight - just so happens to end up one of the major X-characters coincidentally NOT to make it into the MCU in the first several#waves of X-Men making their MCU debuts'#so......given that he IS one of the biggest and most iconic X-Men characters who COULD feasibly be introduced to the MCU pre-2025#going by this chatter as to why the hold-up with major X-characters still.....BUT that introducing him and using#him to help build up a foundation of mutants in the MCU would RELY on infamously homophobic Disney to greenlight#a clear and distinctive emphasis on an unambiguously gay Bobby Drake......hmmm#kinda curious to see how this all plays out on just a meta or behind the scenes level

I think it’s time for some good old fashioned journaling since I can post again
#so. as y’all know the reason I’ve been largely avoiding posting and interacting with me is bc one of my friends thought it was funny to#find my account right? however as a joke a few weeks ago she was like haha look at what I can see#naturally that made me incredibly unhappy and until I could have a serious conversation with her I all but stopped speaking to her#i had a conversation with her and pretty much put it down to there are things I do not want to share with you and you severely went against#my privacy and this is not something I will get over if forgive. hopefully eventually I will move past it#and she was pretty much like oh yeah my bad it was a bad taste joke didn’t know u cared so much#like. I’ve been saying for Years. do not come find me or it will end our friendship. to any close friend I’ve come across#i genuinely don’t think she understood why I was so upset just due to the fact that she fundamentally doesn’t care about things#like she does not have interests. that’s not something she does. when she has an occasional one she would rather die than admit she cares#and in general it’s whatever. u do u. but when that stops you from seeing how much other people care about things? we have problems#she literally said to my face oh sorry I didn’t know tumblr was your deepest darkest secret#like. you’ve got to be kidding me#she wasn’t defensive when I tried to talk to her. but I really don’t think she got why I’m so upset about this. like not a clue#she was just like. ok. my bad. i won’t be back and I haven’t been back#which. was a lie she has been and I called her out on that and she literally was like. well. except for that#and she asked me like oh do u have anything else u wanna say and I was like not now but maybe later#i knew I wasn’t going to just forgive her. i know my trust isn’t just rebuildable I have trust issues as it is. but I don’t think that#conversation fixed a single thing. i pretty much just let her know I was upset with her. that is all that accomplished.#i don’t think I’ll ever be able to forget this honestly. and quite frankly I have no wish to continue to speak to her as it is#unfortunately my future sits with her as she’s moving to college with me next year where I’ll have to rely on her for rides and then to#cali where we’re moving in with several friends#this isn’t something that can be fixed. and she just keeps FaceTiming me like we’re good and I keep declining#I’m just so torn bc honestly my go to for this situation is cut off contact no one is worth me losing my sense of privacy. no one#but I don’t think I can here. as it stands I will be relying on her. i guess I could do it myself but it will be a massive pain#as cold as it seems to weigh someone’s existence in my life in an unemotional pros and cons list unfortunately I haven’t the luxury of#looking at this from an emotional standpoint. though to be fair. I’ve learned to not rely on my emotions for decisions#soup talks#girl hit me right in the worst sort of trauma I have and I finally have the opportunity to do what I wish I could have done years ago. leave#start fresh. start with people who don’t know me yet who will respect my privacy. who make me feel safe

What Should You Look for in an Homework AI Assistant?
So, we’ve seen a list of some of the best AI homework helpers, and we’ve also looked at who can benefit from these handy tech tools. But, with 10 super tools to choose from, you might not know exactly how to choose between them or which one you should pick to use yourself.
Well, to help out, here’s a list of key factors that you can focus on to make sure you find the ideal AI homework assistant:
Ease-of-use: First, it’s important to find an AI homework helper that you can comfortably work with, without any confusion or awkwardness. Some tools are aimed at more advanced users, but if you’re a beginner, it’s best to start off with one which is easy and intuitive, like HIX Tutor or ExamUp.
Subject: You also need to consider which subject you need help with. Remember, some tools are specially trained to help with specific subjects. Mathful, for example, is great at helping out with math homework. Others are more generalized and can provide assistance with a wider range of subjects, from science to literature.
Features: Also check out the list of features included with your chosen AI homework helper. Some of them will just let you type in a question and get an answer, but others are much deeper than that, able to help you with essays, outlines, complicated formulas, research, translation, and more.
Price: Don’t forget to see how much each AI homework helper costs, too. Some of them are free to use or free to get started with, but a lot of the best ones come with paid plans and various monthly or annual fees. Consider how much you’re happy to spend and try to find a tool that can fit your budget, rather than exceeding it.
Summing Up
Overall, as this guide has shown, an AI homework helper can make such a big difference to the life of the average student. They can help you de-stress, enjoy more free time, master any subject, and save cash that you might usually have to spend on real human tutors. Try an AI homework tool today to see how much it can help you.

Polishing the manuscript.

vaporwave is kind of like a good investment. sure it was good when i was listening to it in 2014-2015, what with the wistfulness about a wonderful future that never came to pass and a past that never existed. but listening to it now, 9 years later, there's all that plus the weight of my own personal nostalgia because it turns out those years i was listening to vaporwave late at night while working on college assignments were among the happiest times of my life. the future may have never come to pass, but the idealized past exists now. and as a result, it's vaporing absolute wave
