thinking about joyce saying “this could be real. hopper could be alive.” in response to murray insisting she was wrong for trusting the letter and believing hopper had survived.
like that’s basically all of us with byler. we’re trusting stranger things, and all of the subtext and evidence supporting byler, and we’re saying that it really could happen. because it can.
and you know what? no matter how much people tell joyce she’s crazy in the end she’s always right..

All i ask from s5 is for us to hear Nancy saying "you're an idiot, Robin Buckley." With that same big dumb affectionate smile she had on her face when she used to call Steve an idiot back in s1

Netflix had the audacity to send me an email recommending I rewatch some of my favorite shows, and they included Lockwood & Co. and Shadow and Bone.
Way to rub salt in the wound of the cancellation of my beloved Lockwood & Co. and no renewal announcement for Shadow and Bone.
I’m honestly pissed off.

Right, so you know how in the books, Eskel’s and Geralt are said to resemble each other like brothers?
Well…
I mean… yeah I can kinda see these two resembling each other. Nose and eyes are pretty similar.
So, good news. NEW Geralt and DEAD Eskel at least resemble each other. Good job Netflix. Really nailed that one.
Also, Paul’s statement about always being there if they want him is starting to make a lot more sense now.

Watching The Irishman on Netflix and wishing that Netflix would throw some of that super fancy de-aging movie magic money Cobra Kai's way. Imagine the possibilities.

Something screenwriters need to understand is that their psychotic villains aren’t REAL villains unless they have a crazy insane evil smiling moment. It’s a necessity to have at least ONE scene where the antagonist is laughing maniacally and scaring the crap out of me. I don’t make the rules

Netflix, I don’t know how to tell you this but a woman doesn’t have to be self taught to be a strong female character. It’s ok to let her know her limitation and ask for help. It’s ok to let her get angry, it’s ok to let her be jealous, it’s ok to let your female character have flaws and WORK on them. Your female character doesn’t have to become a master on her own to be memorable, it just makes her accomplishment feel unearned.
