This could have been his worst birthday ever. We had plans to have a birthday get-together but we literally did NOTHING. Thanks to… COVID. (Well, he brought it first.) But not Pookie! Last week she asked me several times to teach her how to crochet. I literally only told her how to do chain, and the very basic step. 辣肉醬牛肉堡（單層 & combo ）麵包體鬆軟，牛肉漢堡肉多汁不乾柴，肉醬夠味，少許的醃黃瓜解膩，一口咬下，鬆軟的麵包好像瞬間消失無蹤，接著會慢慢出現牛肉的味道，肉醬也跑出來搶風頭，最後出來當和事佬的是醃黃瓜，一點點的酸味，讓口裡的厚實的牛肉味跟帶點辣的肉醬味，降低了不少，接著又是不斷的輪迴，起司呢？因為他們選用的起司味道比較沒有那麼重跟鹹所以不太會搶到其他人的鋒頭，而是一個淡淡的陪襯，增加嘴裡漢堡的味道厚度。整個漢堡的體積不算大，算是女生也能輕鬆吃下肚的份量，食量大的男生可能會覺得不會太飽，所以可以點雙層，然後再加點其他的單品。升級套餐選了現炸的地瓜薯條跟加價換鮮檸檬冰茶，剛炸起來外表酥脆的薯條，口感是最棒的，趁熱快吃，不然冷了就沒有那麼好吃了！檸檬冰茶茶味不重，微微的檸檬酸味跟檸檬皮的苦味澀味，跟工廠大量生產的味道就是不一樣，而且不會過甜，整杯喝完也不會覺得還是口渴！外觀像是一個普通大小的貨櫃改造而成的，但進到裡面，整個大小有嚇到我，非常的寬敞，大概是兩個貨櫃併在一起的大小，大概可以容納50個人左右，這在台南的漢堡店算是座位數拍數一數二的多了，這邊算是是半自助式的用餐而且還很貼心的在餐具區準備了小朋友的餐具。內外的主要配色是紅白配色，但是在最裡面的視覺牆又用了對比一樣強烈的黑色底搭配黃色霓虹燈管來呈現，然後在部分挑高的天花板上又用了復古的文字燈箱做了一個小驚喜，寫了Food & Beer ，直接讓我想到國外的運動酒吧，進到裡面就是要放鬆要有Chill的感覺！實際地點在尊王路110號，因為IG找不到，所以就用原地址了！ #abcburger #craftburger #tainan #americanstyleburger #lemonicetea #chilibeefsauceburger #americanbbqcart #美式漢堡 #juicy #tender #chillnrelax #尊王路（在 Abc美式燒烤車） https://www.instagram.com/p/CFio5h2s9rh/?igshid=1uj6y1a4kajbd

Ev yapımı hamburgeri çok seviyorum. İçine ne koyacağımı, ne kadar koyacağımı belirleyebilmek güzel bir şey. Bu akşam yaptığımda lezzetli bazı unsurlar vardı. Öncelikle patates çok iyiydi. Soda ile suda beklettiğim patatesleri yarım saat 180 derecede fırına verdim. Ardından 210 dereceye getirip biraz daha zeytinyağı ekleyip bir yarım saat daha fırında pişirdim. İçi yumuşak dışı çıtır çok iyiydi. Gelelim hamburgere. Ekmek bu konuda çok önemli. Ekşi mayalı hamburger ekmeğini etiler gurme kasabından @etilergurmekasabi1974 aldım. Köfte de oradan. Ekmeğin orta kısmını kestim ki içindeki malzemeler daha çok öne çıksın. Ketçap palivor çiftliğinden (@palivor ). Biraz trüflü tereyağım vardı onu sürdüm alt ekmeğe. Peynir olarak kars gravyeri kullandım (@datcamuratciftligi ) geriye kalan malzemeler: soğan, domates, marul ve turşu. Köfte piştikten sonra tavanın üzerine bütün hamburgeri koydum, üstüne de tencere koydum.
