He's feisty and mean, and heavily wishes to be completely separate from Sonic. He eventually gets arrested by the Zone Cops and sent to Zone Jail, but breaks out. Sonic is one bad day away from being just like him. He "won" Charmy Bee last round with 76.9%.

Doctor Quack is a minor character in the Archie comics. He serves as the royal physician to the Acorn Monarchy and is one of the best medical experts on Mobius. He "won" against Rough and Tumble last round with 77.4%.
