constantly in tears over how jon is so dead set on replacing jonah in the panopticon at the end of tma but then martin shows up and his mind is changed so quickly and easily. like this man had agonized over this decision and ruminated in his guilt and he had made his peace with going behind everyone's back and basically sacrificing himself to save all the other worlds but then martin's there, and he finds out that he's in danger of being burned alive, and that if he goes down, martin goes with him, and he is so quick to choose the only other way out. the one he had been vehemently denying this whole time. he was totally dedicated to the fate he had chosen but the moment martin might get hurt he lets it go. he does the last thing he wants to do because even that isn't as bad of a fate to him as martin dying. crying now and forever and always over them

(⚠️Spoilers for Chapter 2) Opinion on Leraye

Finally met Leraye, and everyone was right. He is soooo valid. Forget about simping for a second. He's just *chef kiss* a great character in general.

Unlike Sitri's tragic relationship with Solomon, Leraye is a different type of tragedy. Leraye already knew that his relationship with Solomon won't last anymore since said man is forever gone. And with the war going on and the angels continue to mercilessly attack Gehenna, he's able to see that holding on the last few threads that connects himself and Solomon won't benefit or bring joy to himself, Gehenna, and, perhaps in his mind, Solomon.

These thoughts are what makes him able to take a step forward and go to the path he knows (and what he thinks Solomon would want him to take) that would make himself and everyone happy -which was to break the contract.

He isn't forgetting Solomon nor is he simply throwing him away. Instead, he's choosing to rather have closure on a relationship that was filled with happy memories. To some extent, it's his way of protecting those memories so that he would feel as though it ended on a mutual yet happy note rather than tragedy or betrayal (by this, I'm talking about the feeling where an s/o left without telling their partner).

But that's not the only reason why he was choosing to break the contract. He obviously wanted to give MC the utmost respect as not the descendent of Solomon or the person who has part of the soul of someone he loved, but as their own person. He talks about how it feels like cheating if he were to cherish someone when he's still under a contract with another person when requesting to break the contract. That, and how he wanted to commit himself completely to MC.

He had already acknowledged MC as a separate entity from Solomon when MC was introduced to him. Yet, he still wanted to be with MC because he knows he will like/be happy with them in the present and future. When he says that - how can anyone NOT like him??? Or, at least give him points for that??? Hands down, amazing. Great. Can even compete with Satan for number 1 in my books at least.

On a complete different note, I already have a hunch I'll like the rest including Tartaros crew (I'm still waiting on Belial DANG IT ALL- PB GIVE ME MY MAN ALREADY) , but does anyone know how I can make butt Mammon useful? I'm still debating whether I want to promote him or not but so far, my Rob Van Dam (level B) tanks better than him (-_-'') whether it was before I accidentally promoted him and after + no artifacts (and yes, it was a mistake that I still regret and cry tears of anguish over).

I just had to share this video because holy shit, it hits the nail right on the head! So well spoken. This stuff needs to be circulated more, esp with the growing number of people thinking they have this because of misinformation, or just outright faking it.
