Who has trouble with this? When I asked myself that I was not even sure I knew the answer to that question. Then I started to think well do I love myself? Like not in the I’m heaps better then everyone else stuck up myself way, and it made me think what are the things I do that’s good for my body and soul which would then be considered as loving myself enough to do nice things for myself? 🤔 is that it? And in answer to my question I can say yes at times, but then no a lot too. But today I have taken a big step in trying to be kinder to myself by helping myself and doing something that will hopefully change my life and make it easier in the long run, it’s a big scary thing to do but by loving myself I know that I need to help myself sometimes by doing things that are hard and push through because by taking that chance I could potentially change my life for the better. Don’t get too excited 😆(or panicked 😱)! It’s not what you think. 🤣 During the last 14 months, my cycles have been irregular and unpredictable for the first time in my life after experiencing two major traumatic life events during a four month period, followed by mold poisoning. Thanks for the well wishes, thoughts, and prayers. I think the hardest part is over, but I have a few weeks of recovery ahead of me. I will eventually begin experiencing the side effects of early menopause though. For now, my pain is under control, and I look forward to having less pain after I heal than I did before. Oh god she’s got her legs out on the gram again. The past week I’ve had to start a brand new morning routine. Remember when I said HRT patches were near enough non existent. Well I decided instead of getting angry about (I mean I did but what good is it really going to do) I would take charge of my peri menopause and swap for the Gel HRT. It’s a bit of a learning curve at the moment and I have struggled with the transition a little. Anxiety has been a bit up and down I’ve had headaches, and I was feeling a little sick (not sure if these are due to the swap or not). Ive has to find the best time to apply it too as you have to let it soak in (it says for 5 mins but in reality it’s about an hour) so I had to find a time in the day where I can sit in my pants without anyone touching my legs. I’ve decided to get up earlier in the morning, apply and sit with my cuppa so far so good. I might do a bit of a write up on the blog later about how I’ve found the switch. I’ll keep you posted on how I get on in the long run or if I’m going to go back to the Patch’s if and when they become available again. (I know.
