Guys Im going on a week long school trip with my school. Has anyone tips so my friends dont notice me not eating?
I mean they are used to me eating very little, but not to me skipping multiple meals a day or omading. Or any excuses as to why Im not eating?

a bit of my own personal mealsp0 <3 (apparently i really do like strawberries and blueberries)
yogurt with matcha and cocoa powder topped with strawberries and blueberries
baked oats (consists of bananas, oats, and egg whites) with chocolate, almonds, strawberries and blueberries (metabolism day)
toast with cheese, one egg, tomatoes and an iced coffee (post intense workout meal)
banana oatmeal pancakes (banana, oats, egg whites, and a bit of milk) with strawberries and blueberry agave syrup
banana oatmeal pancakes again (i really do love them)
yogurt with oats, honey, and blueberries
i really do love making pretty low cal food :)

eating ice in water with a spoon is such a good replacement for cereal, just gaslight yourself into thinking you're actually eating something and bam, you had a big ass bowl of water and 0 cals.

✨strict 7 days plan✨
As I have an event next Saturday and as I haven’t been completely consistent lately and ‚only‘ maintained my weight, it’s time to lose a bit more till next week.
🌷
My plan:
1. Not allowed:
- processed foods
- sugar
- bread
- ice cream
- chocolate
- more than 2 fruits
- dairy (except Skyr or Greek yog)
- fats except avocado
- pasta
- fast food
🪷
Allowed:
- whole veggies
- max. 2 types of fruit a day
- soups
- liquid cals only when fasting
- ricecakes
- eggs
- chicken breast
- protein bars
- oats
- toast
- zero beverages
- cottage cheese, skyr and greek yog
- almond milk
- plain rice (max. once a week!!)

Rules:
- cut everything into tiny pieces
- small cutlery
- chew A LOT
- 2 glasses of water before eating
- sip of water after every few bites
- tea before and after eating
- lax if constipated (more than 2 days)
- burn at least half of the cals off
- omad (only dinner)
- calories as low as possible (0 cals to 450 cals range)but NEVER go over 700
- or two meals a day but same cal limit as omad and same rules
- if friends come over, still be consistent and don’t give in. It’s in your hands to say no. Its your decision. Your body. No one can force you to do anything. Come up with excuses or whatever.

If REALLY hungry or craving:
- an apple
- yogurt
- frozen grapes
- cucumber
- carrot

If about to binge:
- look at thinspo
- watch supersize vs superskinny
- ed movies
- meanspo
- exercise
- write down the reasons ure doing this
- look at the mirror
- think abt the people who did u wrong
- try on tight clothes

- weigh yourself in the morning and before going to bed
- measure your body now and then again in a week to see if sth changed
- take pictures of your body now and then in a week

1 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
3/4 cup of milk
1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt/or regular yogurt
2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup
