Advancements in science had made it possible for anyone to procreate. You didn't even need semen anymore or an egg from the fallopian tubes. All a Doctor needed now was a drop of blood and you were good to go.
Artificial wombs had become the "in-thing" as women would no longer have to endure 9 months of pregnancy. A she/them could now mate with a she/her or a he/she or a he/them or a it/was it was like magic. Hospitals had now become Hatcheries! Babies turned into children without mothers or fathers, just groups of LBGQTA parent hordes.
The stigmata of a traditional marriage between a man and a woman had now become repulsive to most. Straight people were now in the minority and they were loosing ground fast. They were becoming a dying breed. A pair united by Christ in holy matrimony. There was only one problem! Christ wasn't coming back to Earth to clear things up with the birds and the bees. What was good was now bad and what was bad had become good. Everyone became super confused and humankind started fucking itself out of existence!
We were evolving into little grey space aliens colonizing the universe. We were really great at technology and really perverted at the same time. Thousands of years from now all of what we currently know is just one sentence of one chapter of the little grey space alien history book. We are all mortal and we all just wanna have our experience before we die. Perhaps our descendants are fucking weirdos but at least we didn't nuke the Earth or maybe we did who the hell really knows because we're all already dead!

planned parenthood saved my life. i’m going to say that again, because this is not exaggeration, planned parenthood saved my life.
i went in for an abortion. i was reading all the risks over and over again, but they assured me i’d be okay. i decided to have the pill version because i didn’t have anyone to drive me after the surgery. i go behind the doors and they treat me very well, like a friend i’ve had for decades.
then, my nurse suddenly got very quiet. “oh shit,” i think, “there’s something wrong.” i thought maybe it was a false positive and i‘d wasted valuable time. they can’t find a fetus in my uterus. they grab some of my blood, and i’ve never been good at getting blood drawn so i almost pass out.
my hormones are showing a positive pregnancy. they say that best case scenario, i‘m miscarrying. “i’ve done that before, i can do that again. it’s just a really bad period.” i think to myself, knowing full well it’s rough on my body but hey, it’s okay. i’ve done it before. but worse case, i have an ectopic pregnancy. i’d only just heard about an ectopic pregnancy through google searches and had zero idea what it entailed besides the fact that it was a medical emergency.
they recommend two things: going to the emergency room or going through with the abortion even though it might not even work. i decide to go the emergency room purely out of a gut feeling.
at the er it was concluded that i had an ectopic pregnancy. i was alone, knew no one around me longer than a couple months, and if you know me i don’t open up emotionally to people unless i’ve known them for years so it may as well have been a day, and i was across the country from anyone and anything i’d ever known. during a pandemic that was still budding.
the hospital staff was very nice, but put a very high emphasis on the fetus. reminding me that it wasn’t viable, but that surgery would be invasive and that i could take the low-dose chemotherapy immunosuppressant shot (methotrexate). i took the shot because anesthesia scared me.
a few days later, my left fallopian tube ruptured. i can’t really remember the pain, the brain is funny that way. it forgets for your own sake. i just remember knowing it wasn’t normal because i have a high pain tolerance and i was sobbing and couldn’t stand on my own. i knew i couldn’t drive to the er so i called an ambulance, and i even walked down the stairs of my apartment. that’s when things got… bad.
once i was out of survival mode and could focus on the pain, i was screaming the answers to the questions the emts were asking in the ambulance. i don’t remember anything between the ambulance and getting told i‘d need surgery or i‘d die from internal bleeding. it was time to face a major fear of mine, and i had to do it alone.
i owe my life to planned parenthood, the medical professionals that conducted my surgery, and roe v wade. without which, i’d be dead.

The gradual build of intricacy and sophistication in the music brilliantly mirrors Bella’s intellectual growth.
Equally important is the work of the film’s various design teams and Robbie Ryan’s ever-curious camera. Bella’s appetite for novelty is reflected in film-making that evokes a similar sense of wonder and discovery in the audience. From the quirky flamboyance of Holly Waddington’s costumes to the off-kilter production design by Shona Heath and James Price, Poor Things is an endlessly fascinating carnival of oddness. The production design details are particularly fascinating. The walls of Bella’s bedroom in Godwin’s house are hung with quilted ivory satin vignettes – an elegantly opulent twist on the padded cell.
The world outside, meanwhile, is heavily influenced by art nouveau design. But rather than the flora and fauna that inspired the original artists, here the design takes its cue from earthier themes. Look closely and you’ll notice that phallic imagery abounds, nestling between fallopian curlicues and vulvic buds. It’s a pervert’s playground full of subliminal smut. I can’t think of anywhere I would rather spend my time.

Each vegetable has its own energy and effects on our bodies. If you learn the characteristics of each vegetable and how to utilize them, you won’t need medicine or a doctor anymore.
The noblest vegetable is lotus root.
But the noble plant grows in mud.
The leaves floating on the water surface collect water vapor from the air in the early morning mist and form water droplets.
The collected water droplets are carried through straw-like stems to the flowers by morning upward energy, and the flowers bloom beautifully.
When the flowers wither, the lotus seeds line up beautifully in the receptacle.
When they are ripe, they make a popping sound and scatter in all directions, and then they sprout new buds.
As everyone knows, if you slice the lotus root into round slices, there are holes in the lotus root.
The same kind of hole can be seen when the stem is cut, and the receptacle has a hole of the same shape.
It’s curious.
The leaf of lotus root is spread widely and it is very yin.

INFERTILITY – FREQUENT MISCARRIGES
