★ Happy Thursday, all! What is a book that’s been on your TBR for a few years that you’d like to read in 2023? I *still* need to read The Priory of the Orange Tree, and with A Day of Fallen Night releasing this week, I am feeling the FOMO pretty strongly! Have you read it yet? Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation Vol. 1 by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu ★★★★★ So happy to own the official translation of this web novel. Just finished rewatching the donghua. (*≧з≦) Heaven Official's Blessing Vol. 1 & 2 by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu ★★★★★ This is even funnier & sexier than Mo Dao Zu Shi. I didn’t think that was possible. Scum Villain's Self-Saving System by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu ★★★★ Okay, not my usual style, but it’s hilarious & it needs to be a donghua if not a manhua or web comic. Happy Friday! I did a little sale shopping this week and took advantage of a buy 1, get 2 at half price sale at a national chain and came away with this lovely reads which came recommended by store clerks. The only one I knew anything about and only good things is The Messy Lives of Book People by Phaedra Patrick.
