✨- How did you come up with the OC’s name?

god ngl i can't really, remember, justice might have named her?? like. that's the most likely scenario :sob: he's named so many of my ocs when we were doing back-and-forths trying to figure out the vibes of guys. robin was fun tho bc she didnt have a name when i first posted her bc i really liked her design and wanted to post it despite not having. u know. a name for her yet. also just checked her og post and it has 69 notes. its what she would want

🌼 - How old are they? (Or approximate age range)

when i first made her, robin was 25! now its sort of just a nebulous mid-to-late 20s depending on when art of her takes place tbh! i'd say she's 24/5-ish around the start of that story (so, like, when she finally breaks it off 100% w zoey [her shitty ex that she started dating in highschool], piper moves in w her, potential one night stand w felix, etc etc). maybe a little younger but also not by much. by the time she's got shit more figured out (ie felix has moved in, she & piper have started dating, getting help for her various neuroses etc) would be like 28-29, probs in her 30s by the time they ALL move in together imo. i could be off w that tho but its fine dsbhfs their story is always changing and growing so who knows!

okay wait i just came back to this like 3 hours after starting to write these & sitting on it and. i think robin is roughly 23 when zoey breaks up w her and piper moves in. august is in her senior year of undergrad when she meets piper (again) and she's younger than robin. i think piper is the youngest?? okay wait. ok. robin is 23 when piper moves in, who is 21 at the time. august is 22 & felix is like 21 and a half. or something. at the very beginning. or maybe robin is 22 and piper is 20 and they dont encounter august for another year or so??? idk. ill figure this out eventually. where i draw her most is her late 20s when shes happy w everyone HSDVSFV thats what matters

🌺- Do they have any love interest(s)?

yeas :3 felix is their partner/fiancé (they dont get married for a long time even after getting engaged bc robin just, really likes calling them her fiancé. it's really special to her) and piper is her girlfriend!! it took a long time for robin to realize she was worth loving tbh but all of connect 4 are out here trying to remind her whenever they can (even august. begrudgingly.) (also just to clarify, august is piper's wife) (and felix's gym buddy/bestie/fuck buddy) (she and robin have some sort of fwb thing going on. enemies with benefits. they pretend to hate each other but dont be fooled. theyre besties) (august just isnt romantically involved w anyone But piper) (same w felix & robin)

also fig is dating wren! however i have no current art of them :sob: he's a sweetheart printmaking major who meets fig in school. fig is a fine arts type major who minors in, like, photography, & also tries to work w as many mediums as possible. wren is kind of infatuated w them but tries to hide it bc he's... a dork. he's a dork who does NOT know how to talk to people. and takes to doodling fig in their sketchbook & making prints abt the nebulous Feelings they give him. fig is Aware of it but is Very Autistic abt it all & cant place their own feelings for a while. it all comes to a head when they're. like. hanging out together in the studio and fig just drops a description of how theyve been feeling around wren and wren is like. um. ummmm. did they just fucking. confess to me. and then it's another week before wren is like heeyyyyyyyyyy. would you. like to go on a date. and fig is like. ok :) anyways theyre very in love.

🍕 - What is their favorite food?

is coffee a food. i think robin would live off of it if she could. felix is like, the main reason she starts actually Eating Food Normally bc they wont let her drink 5 iced coffees & call it a day. but to tell u the truth ive never really thought abt her fav food! it's probably something really simple, tho, like one of her dad's pasta recipes. comfort foods to the max.

💼 - What do they do for a living?

robin works as a barista at the coffee shop below her apartment (let me have this fantasy). ive said it once and i'll say it again: robin is the epitome of coffee shop au (derogatory). she doesnt Hate it bc so much free coffee & all her coworkers are some kind of queer but shes also like. not exactly a social butterfly & if anyone's ever a jackass to her she will Not take it (let me have this fantasy also). she's llike 5' even but if anyone yells at any of her coworkers. even ones she doesnt like. she's up to bat so fast. u wanna speak to the manager? ok speak to me. ill kill you

🎹 - Do they have any hobbies?

YEAS robin likes to sew & make clothes/costumes in her spare time. zoey used to make fun of her abt it so she kind of fell off of it for a while, but when piper moved in w her & showed interest in it, robin picked it back up! didn't get fully back into it for a while, but she's out here making clothes for connect 4 as a labor of love (esp felix bc. theyre fucking huge & have trouble finding things in their size sometimes. especially in the arms). also i specify costumes bc she absolutely drags all of them 2 conventions w her in themed cosplays that, like, none of them but robin understand dvgfsdgv. she also sometimes tag-teams w ellis (august's old college roomie) bc xe's actually really into cosplay & nerd shit but can't sew. however xe CAN work w robin to add cool practical effects to costumes and as much as they bully each other . ngl their cosplays always fuck. OH ALSO robin has a tattoo gun . she gives herself tattoos sometimes. when she's feeling it. sometimes the others get in on it dsfds

jokes aside tbh . i dont want to boil her down to "barista" but she IS, like, good at what she does. the shit she makes slaps. one of those bitches who has as many fancy coffee gadgets around the apartment as she can afford (and some she cant). no one's complaining tho bc. despite all the bitching she does. she really likes doing things 4 the people she loves and has everyones morning favs down pat

once more. bitch and moan and be a hater & fuck nasty lesbian style. dsvbhgfvbsdh. this is only half a joke tbh robin can be hypersexual & genuinely really enjoys sex so like. yeah. she loves to bone down w any mix of connect 4 and it's a blessing that there's 3 other people bc sometimes i dont think any one of them could keep up. lmao. other than that she enjoys, like, reading indie comics & also manga tbh. loves to cuddle up w felix in bed while they read bc they have sleeping trouble & she knows she helps sometimes. loves to plan dates & hangouts even if she complains the whole time. loves spending any & all time she can w her loved ones now that she lets herself Connect on an emotional level as for shit she hates 2 do. working closers @ opening back to back (happens often). not a fan of cooking. hates going to the gym but will do it to watch felix & august work out. thinks most chores are a sisyphean task that she, personally, has been burdened with (enjoys doing laundry tho). hates talking abt her feelings but gets better abt it

❤️ - What is one of your OC’s best memories?

the first christmas she spent w felix was. ngl. life changing for her. even if shit broke bad shortly after :sob: (they get it worked out but it gets messy for a hot second). genuinely one of the first times she feels Loved for who she is & like she could deserve it someday. which scares the hell out of her in the moment but. despite everything she still thinks abt it fondly also. when she proposes to felix is up there. not necessarily the proposal (that was slapdash & embarrassing and she kind of wants 2 crawl into the dirt) (after weeks of planning & getting cold feet Once Already, she just drops it on felix while they're driving & they nearly crash bc thats nothing they would have ever expected robin 2 say. and robin ends up so embarrassed she nearly has a panic attack trying to backtrack bc what was she doing what was she saying this was the worst obviously youre going to say no im so sorry please ignore everything ive said in the past 5 minutes--) (felix has to pull over on the side of the road to help robin Chill)but the aftermath, when she's calmed down enough that felix is able to be like, hey, hey, baby. look at me. you can take it back if you really want but the answer would be yes either way ok? and they have a Moment and end up making out w robin sat up on the guard rail while the sun sets around them. very romantic save for all the honking they get

✂️ - What is one of your OC’s worst memories?

most anything involving her ex and highschool. tbh. that's all kind of a blur for her but it's not like she Wants to remember any of it. zoey has always preyed on her insecurities & kind of molded her into the bitter cunt she pictures herself as so. it's kind of all bad. she wasn't a good person when she was with zoey & she knows it & feels guilty abt it. other contenders include: when she lied to her dads abt going to college in LA (she went for a semester and dropped out) specifically to be w zoey, knowing they wouldnt have Let Her Go had they known zoey was involved (they did not like zoey). any memory involving holidays spent alone (or worse: w zoey) when she would ignore calls from her dads. another contender for worst is the memory of seeing felix for the first time after their initial break up because ough ouch oof owie that sucked shit.

nope! she was originally a splatoon octoling :^] still very similar vibes tho!

🍀 - What originally inspired the OC?

juice & i wanted to make splat ocs that were salmon runners! her og lore is that she worked salmon run shifts over night & coffee shop shifts during the day. no time to sleep she needs to make money. now she just has the coffee shop job but she's still just as cranky and mean. FELIX HOWEVER has changed so much. i know this isn't abt felix but its still wild thinking abt just how much they've mellowed out compared to like, og felix.

🌂 - What genre do they belong in?

slice of life :^] same as august and piper. there's a post going around abt, like, coming of age stories for adults where. u know. people over 25 or whatever are finally coming into their own & if that was a Genre id absolutely smack robin into it. she grows A Lot from her 20s into her 30s. continues to grow from there, too. haven't thought too much abt, like, Older Connect 4 bc i have some Neuroses around that, but shhh

💚 - What is your OC’s gender identity and sexuality?

robin is cis </3 but a lesbian! <3 fsdfds (august is also cis and a lesbian. piper and felix are the partners w the genders) (piper is a trans lesbian & felix is. genderfluid? queer? has something going on. & bisexual. like. fuck men as a man, fucks women as a woman, etc) (u only technically asked abt robin but shh)

fig is (wavy hand motion) and demi :^] juice is still playing around w their gender, when i asked it was like. some variation of nonbinary or agender leaning on towards transfem. gender simply does not matter to them

🙌 - How many sibling does your OC have?

both robin and fig are only children!

robin feels Guilty abt that often bc she feels like she's kind of a fuck up and that her dads deserved a better daughter (they love her dearly and would never think she's a failure or a burden) (but robin has Neuroses)

fig is. tbh. very much a spoiled only child. theyre very sweet and kind tbh but they were (and are) Very Protected From Everything & their parents can and will do anything for them at any given moment. money is no object. they use this power for good as often as they can tho

🍎 - What is the OC’s relationship w/their parents like?

ope didnt realize this was the next question dsvfgsd so. uh. oopies. i will add on that like. robins dads went the surrogacy route w her. her godmom was the gestational carrier & is pretty good friends w her dads so she shows up to family functions a lot dsfsd. ive yet to design her tho (very double income no kids lesbian aunt vibes from her) (i need to flesh her out more actually) (juice and i half designed robins dads once but didnt settle on anything. need to do that again)

🧠 - What do you like most about the OC?

i like that robin grows and heals w time, and even though she fucks up she still ends up happy w her friends and family. she has a support system of people who love her. despite going through deep shit & dealing w a lot of mental health issues, she's happy and safe and loved & has learned how to cope w things & is on her way to forgiving herself. she doesnt want to die anymore. she finally looks forward to the future. im normal. dont look too much into this. anyways

as for fig . my fav thing abt them is how in love w the world they are. they never get tired of how beautiful everything is, from sunsets to grass growing in cracks in the sidewalk to the patterns that gnats follow. its part of the reason they get into art tbh. they want to translate that beauty into their work. why they dabble in every medium they can. i love fig so much

✏️ - How often do you draw/write about the OC?

robin is easily my most drawn oc (followed shortly by jo, but mostly bc jo was like. my only oc for a while & they were directly connected to a special interest at the time) BUT EVEN THEN. I DONT DRAW HER ANYWHERE NEAR ENOUGH 😭😭😭 rip to all my ocs who arent my comfort characters that no one fucking Knows about because i never draw them. BIGGER rip to the OCs who dont even have toyhouse pages bc i only drew them once years ago and have since redesigned in my mind but havent drawn yet. looking @ ellis & atlas & wren & graham especially. sorry to my boys (and ellis) i just never draw guys ever :sob: (posts that made me realize its literally like. all my guy ocs - and ellis - who i havent uploaded yet 😭😭😭)

lmao no absolutely not robin is going to live forever. all my ocs are immortal (<- guy who has Intense Neuroses & Anxieties revolving around death and is not in a place where he can unpack that shit yet)

💀 - Does your OC have any phobias?

i dont think robin has any ACTUAL phobias (like., defined ones. you know what i mean??) (like arachnophobia or agorophobia or w/e), but for the longest time she was terrified of showing anyone that she cares bc she didn't want to get used again. that's why the initial break-up? w felix happens (she admits she loves them during sex & then immediately panics and kicks felix out & runs away to her dads house for a month w/o telling anyone & purges all her socials. she's normal and makes totally rational decisions). she also has a pretty big Fear that zoey is going to dredge up old shit and start shit and make the rest of connect 4 leave her (which. like. zoey DOES try after a couple of years) (bc shes a petty motherfucker who is upset that robin's doing well) (it obviously. doesn't work) (piper writes a. quite frankly. scathing ass message to zoey) (august swears if she were a few years younger & stupider she would have gone out and started a Fight) (felix just holds her so tight) (anyways)

fig is absolutely incapable of having an arch-nemesis or rival. like. thats not something that could exist 4 them. they love everyone too much and just assume good intentions. its a problem sometimes.

also robin has several rivals tbqh. the peppy gay barista at work who is too much of a ray of sunshine. she is going to get him to crack. ellis is a rival bc xe hates everyone august has ever slept with (barring piper) (i dont think xe realizes she slept w felix though bc . those two had . a lot of risky hookups in public places i dont think they really ever boned at the apartment LMAO). august is her BIGGEST rival (said lovingly). their relationship is very (robin voice) shut up august im gonna go fuck your wife now. and august bullies her so hard. relentlessly. also full disclosure they also fuck sometimes but its specifically (i warned everyone abt sexual themes or whatever so i can say this) really rough nasty stuff bc august doesnt mind getting rougher w her and robin lives for it. lmao. very hatesex type shit where they're constantly butting heads while robin is tied to the bed. we have fun here

Ronnie's History

Here's a tid bit of Ronnie's backstory because it's a doosey and kinda crazy but i think its fun lol.

Could this be a part 1?? idk yet lol Ronnie and honestly all this in general is still a work in progress so yeah things might change but this is a pretty general idea of what happened.

Alright so Ronnie's quite the self insert for me, and often with my self inserts I like to make it some kind of modern oc either going forward or back in time (depending on the fandom's story obviously). So, yes Ronnie is from year give or take probably 2026.

Born 2002, she's 24 when she travels in time against her will (we'll get to that) as a test subject for a new time travel invention (of some kind, I haven't really fortified the details of who's time travelling machine it is, just that they're some secret high security association that for some reason has a lot of power with secret task forces and stuff. Shady corporate shit.) after losing everything she loved with nothing left to live for. So let's get into it.

Ronnie's parents died when she was young (haven't decided what age she was yet but give or take maybe 11?) in a car crash, leaving her to go live with and be raised by her aunt (mom's side). Ever since the death of her parents she found it hard to open up to people, make friends, and just in general, being a social person. She made a couple friends here and there but that was about it, she was a pretty lonely kid.

As she grew, she faced more than one friendship betrayal in high school, leaving her alone more often than not and a heavy dose of trust + commitment issues. Her aunt died of illness when she was 18, leaving her to make it on her own fresh out of high school. She did considerably well, didn't go into post secondary though she got a well paying job to keep her afloat (haven't decided on what job yet lol).

Growing up she always found her escape in arts, every form of it in fact. From music to drawing and painting, dance and singing, it brought her a peace of mind. It seemed keeping her head busy with arts was the only way she could forget about all the things she's been through.

When she was 19 she fell in love (haven't quite decided anything about this random person, no idea how they met or where, not even a name or gender but honestly none of that really matters lol). They were the love of her life, they kept her grounded and kept her company since they were her only friend. It took her some time to warm up to them enough to start a romantic relationship but she did her best. They kept it slow and steady, teaching Ronnie to love and get used to having a relationship with another person again.

The two of them were together until Ronnie was 24, in the year 2026, that's when the whole time travelling thing hits. This underground corporation task force comes knocking on her door one day, telling her she'd been carefully surveyed and watched over the past year (or so) and that she had been chosen to be, in other words, their test subject for time travel. Obviously she didn't want to go no matter what they told her, appalled at the fact that she had been watched for months and much more, she declines their demand. She was happy with the life she had finally made for herself, she had a place to live, a steady job, and the love of her life by her side. She had everything she needed.

This corporation wasn't too happy with her decision of course, so they thought if she didn't want to leave because of her ties to this timeline, then all they had to do was to get rid of them. They dragged her partner before her, telling her that she'd lost her chance to have things go smoothly, killing them in front of her eyes and mortifying her. She was forcefully brought back to their facility being told since she had nothing left here to live for she might as well go.

She was strapped down into the time machine and shot into the future. Of course since she was only their first test subject, the experimental run goes wrong. Instead of putting her 60 years into the future, she gets put into the year 2284 (71 years before the set year of tow, you see where i'm going with this?👀👀).

Being thrown into this new life on Earth in a totally different era, Ronnie has to once again make it on her own. For a year she adapts, manages to get by and learning everything new about her now drastically different life. And in the year 2285, the Board finds her, telling her all about this new project; the Hope. They had viewed her file and liked how well rounded and skilled she was in the arts, thinking she'd be a perfect candidate. She's baffled by the idea of once again being shot into space and time, only this time in a frozen stasis. But just like last time, she had nothing left going for her, so she said fuck it and agreed, allowing the board to freeze her body and put her on the Hope for 10 years...

And there you have it, 70 years later the story of the outer worlds begins with Ronnie Kana as the new Captain of the Unreliable. Sorry that was long lol just wanted to jot down a basic back story of hers so not only can I have a record of it but y'all can get to know her too^^

What were your favorite things to draw when you were a lil kid? When I was a very little kid, idk. But once I got into meerkats... I drew them like crazy. What things would immediately catch your eye? Ugh, let's not. When did you feel the most confident in your life? Probably my senior year of high school. I picked a screenshot from it to draw, so I rewatched it to select one. It's a beautiful video, but also strange, which Rammstein is great at. Have you ever recorded a cover of a song? No. What makeup products are your go-tos? If I wear makeup, the bare minimum is black eyeliner. Are you going to school this year? No. I gave college as many shots as I could handle both sanity-wise and with finances in mind. I do NOT want to even ATTEMPT to imagine the debt I have after going to three different colleges and dropping out each time. What is your favorite water activity? Girt once tried to make out with me and I noped the fuck outta that situation. It was so fucking awkward. Is your mood or the overall tone of your day often affected by the dreams you had the night before? My nightmares definitely can. Do you think that there are any positive aspects or outcomes of suffering from a mental illness? If you have a mental illness, do you think it has changed you for the better in any way? I definitely believe my mental illnesses forced me to mature faster and also instilled a great sense of empathy in me. And don't forget emotional endurance. What is your opinion on celebrity culture and celebrity worship? Have you ever been guilty of putting a celebrity on a pedestal? Do you think it’s somehow more acceptable/understandable to obsess over certain types of celebrities (musicians over YouTubers, say) than others? At what point do you think an obsession like that crosses the line? It's dangerous and can be very blinding. An outsider could say I put Mark on a pedestal, but I've always been very aware that he's not perfect and really just another human, I just happen to love him a lot for the human he is, haha. As time's passed, my vision of him has become healthier though (not to say it ever reached the "unhealthy" threshold); it's gotten easier for me to judge him and stuff like that. I think an obsession crosses the line when you put on rose-tinted glasses to look upon someone and entirely ignore their flaws, or if you try to invade their personal lives, ex. being one of those creeps that loiter outside their houses and stuff. If you were to pursue a career in photography and had the opportunity and means to photograph whatever you wanted, what would most like to photograph? Ah, livin' the dream. If I had to choice and would be paid well regardless of focus, I would absolutely travel and photograph the local nature/wildlife. Is there a certain type of clothing (outerwear, activewear, loungewear, etc.) that you enjoy shopping for more than others? Shirts, 100%. Are you ever afraid to post your ideas, artwork, photography, etc. online for fear that they will get stolen or not credited? When it comes to OCs, yes, given that things have been stolen from me before. Photography doesn't worry me much because I don't think I'm good enough for someone to possibly want to steal it (and besides, I use a watermark), and I do the same for drawings. It's the unique characters I make I worry about being stolen if I share them. When is the last time you did something sexual? A few years back. Who is the last person you showered with, if anyone? I haven't showered with someone since I was a little kid and my younger sister and I would to conserve water. What do you think when you see roadkill on the side of the road? It really makes me genuinely sad, and I always wonder if it could have been avoided if the driver was more alert, slower, and thinking about more than the damage it could cause to their car... I enjoy photographing roadkill, brutal as it may be, out of respect for them and the desire to make their individual stories known and just kind of like, raise awareness of it. Too many people are just annoyed by hitting an animal versus more concerned. "Stupid deer," stuff like that. I sometimes worry that doing so can be interpreted as disrespect, to photograph and publish pictures of their corpses online, but I sure hope not. It's the least of my intentions. I just want people to see and care. Have you ever had an ex that just didn’t understand that it was over? Biiiitch I was that ex, 120%. But besides my situation with Jason, this was how Tyler was. I had to tell him about five thousand times to stop texting me. Are your fingernails currently short or long? They're always pretty short. Would you rather have big or small dogs? I like medium-sized dogs most. I'd have to pick large dogs between the two, though. What is your favorite sports drink? I'm not a fan of sports drinks. What was the last compliment you gave a guy? Yesterday, a guy in PHP shared two poems he wrote while hospitalized, and they were wonderful, so full of passion and emotion. I sure as hell told him they were amazing. He's going for his Master's for poetry, so he knows what he's doing for real. Does your jaw ever crack, pop, or lock? It's popped on very, very few occasions. Have you ever thought of how you would give your kids “the talk”? I don't want kids, so no, I've never thought of this. I certainly wouldn't wait for sex ed in school, though. I feel like it's a bit late. I feel children need to know what it's about at a younger age with how disgusting some people are... I want them to be informed on what consent and molestation are so they know to let Mama know so I can punch someone's face into a whole new galaxy if they're ever violated. We have a Santa one, though I don't even know if we ever used it versus just having it as a decoration. What’s worse, having someone mad or disappointed in you? Disappointed. What do you bite on more, your tongue, lip, or nails? Bottom lip. Do you think that knowing when and how you’re going to die would ruin your life? "Ruin" it seems a bit extreme, but I definitely wouldn't like it. Do you have a favorite bromance? From TV or a movie. Not really, if we're only talking those two options. Do you find flea markets and thrift stores enjoyable? Yeah, you really can find the coolest shit for great prices. What color is your wallet? Mostly red and white; it's a Harley Quinn design. Since there is barely anybody that looks at this blog now, imma say some things now that I'll reveal later on Twitter (maybe). Also this is gonna be a long read so you can read if you wanna or not. Its kinda a rant.

I started this blog because I liked Dragon Ball and wanted to share my ideas and things I liked with other fans. I enjoyed that. Krillin is my favorite character so I wanted to show him some love & maybe get more ppl to like him. Then eventually I started drawing nsfw art.

I began doing so because there's a great lack of Krillin positive nsfw art. Eventually on my Twitter, I gathered a following that like to see Krillin getting some love. I also went from sfw with my OC Tobi to drawing nsfw. The problem I have with both is that I don't have time as much to draw what is like to. Nor do I care as much for nsfw art.

So this is what I'm trying to say. I have other things I want to do. I draw for free and accept some requests. I'm not getting paid and I feel like I'm wasting my time somewhat. The positive is that more ppl have come to like Krillin and hopefully more will later. There aren't a lot of nsfw artist that promote Krillin. Its all about Saiyans and I understand why. I like Saiyans too. But its always at the expense of human characters that I like especially Krillin.

I'm seriously tired of it, ya know? Its just such negativity. I've tried to combat it with positivity and that does work but that's not what most ppl seem to care about or see. Krillin means a lot to many of us. Yes, we know he's a fictional character but he's someone we can latch on to and see ourselves in. How he constantly tries hard and doesnt give up despite having low self-esteem. He is very relatable and an encouraging character. So understand that it frustrates me and others when ppl keep making fun of a character we love just because of memes that are very innacurate, he's short, he's married to what most of the fandom consider the most attractive female in the series (so they're jealous of him to an extent), or when ppl downright degrade his character.

Why? Why treat a positive character so negatively? Ppl make fun of Krillin because he has PTSD but won't make fun of Future Trunks. They trash his marriage and make it seem as if 18 doesn't care for him because he has the most stable marriage in the series. They call his daughter an ugly troll but want to see her in hentai with some Saiyan. Such hypocrisy. That's why I've drawn some of the things I have.

There are drawings I've done that I haven't posted because they are so disrespectful to characters like Vegeta or Gohan. And I love Gohan so that's a reason why I never posted them. I'm a positive person but it seems many ppl only respond to negative. So here's what I've done/plan to do.

I have some comics planned to draw along with some pictures. The pictures vary on what they will be, but the comics... Here's what they are.

I will be making NTR comics starring Krillin but he is the main character. There are too many of him being portrayed as a wimp or punk that lets everybody get with 18 besides himself. Or its done behind his back. So I'm going to have Krillin taking other character's ladies from them. Yeah its negative in a way but also positive for Krillin. Maybe this can get the point across to ppl? Idk.

But I will make a comic where Krillin gets Videl, Bulma, & Chichi. I will make others where he gets into "situations" with characters like Kale & Caulifla, Cheelai, & others. I also plan to make a comic about Roshi basically being cucked by Krillin (you'll have to wait and see to understand that one). So that's what I have planned. Hentai comics with Krillin as the lead. Its unpopular and that is why I do it.

I'll make other more positive comics too. Like a comic about Krillin getting advice then marrying 18. Ill draw stories with my OC Tobi as he lives with Krillin and his family & dates Marron. It will focus on the Chestnut family and have father/son moments with Krillin & Tobi. And ill introduce other characters too.

But here's the big thing that contradicts everything I said prior. I don't want to draw DB anymore. The fan base has kinda wore me out but so has the direction the series has gone. In bored of the writing for DBS and it being solely about Goku & Vegeta when there are other characters like Gohan & Piccolo. Its a fighting anime so why would we only want to see 2 characters? God ki was introduced so that's an easy way for everyone to get stronger and involved. But its too corporate now and lazy. And the DBS manga... so terrible. Toyotaro is a much better artist than I am and not to talk bad about him but I think DragonGarowLee is much better for the position that Toyo. DGL knows how to choreograph fights better and understands Toriyama's comedy better. Toyo doesn't know how to write the characters. He makes Goku an uncaring idiot, makes Vegeta a poorly written Goku clone, makes fun of Krillin for no reason except he doesn't like him (seriously! He has called him ugly, weak, scared, useless, & had ppl like Goku and Roshi insult Krillin. Wtf?!), he doesnt know how to create a unique character without ripping off a character Tori has done much better. And the fanboys (& girls)

Gosh! The Vegeta fans are great but they can be crazy sometimes. They ignore all the evil Vegeta has done and ignore his flaws as if he's a perfect angel. Vegeta's flaws is what makes him such an interesting character! And him being different than Goku is a good thing. But there's a weird and false understanding of his character. "Vegeta is a better dad than Goku" sure. Vegeta just knocked up Bulma then left her as. Single mother and didn't care if she or his infant son died, never hugged his son until he was 10+ yrs old & didn't love Bulma until sometime during the 7 yr time skip. He was a terrible person in a terrible relationship! THEN he became a better person and actually loving to his family. That change is what make Vegeta great. Not his power level or how many kills he has or "cool moments."

That same twisted misunderstanding of Vegeta is similar to the misunderstanding of Krillin. Ppl think he's weak and a coward. But he fights aliens & beings stronger than him and even injures stronger opponents. He smiles in the face of danger and even gets excited during fights but is smart enough not to risk others lives. Krillin nearly killed Nappa, he would've finished Vegeta with the Spirit Bomb if Yajirobe didn't alert Vegeta that Krillin was attacking him, smart enough not to fight on Namek when they're outnumbered, took on aliens stronger than him, outsmarted them & escaped, protected both Gohan & Bulma, more skilled than Ginyu when he was in Goku's body, sacrificed his safety for others like Dende & Gohan, (for real tho, Vegeta didn't see 2nd form Freeza move but Krillin was fast enough to throw Dende out of the way and sacrifice his life. Krillin saw Freeza attacking and Vegeta who is supposed to be stronger did not see Freeza move!), he was the first person to actually damage Freeza and then taunted the Emperor of the Universe, he's always there for his friends, knew better than everybody else that if the androids defeated Vegeta & Trunks then he shouldn't get involved. He saved 18 who was innocent in this timeline, helped 16, wished for the bombs out of 17 & 18 so they could live normally. Then fast forward to DBS he fought to protect his family & planet & 18 calls him "cool", he conquers his PTSD and gained new power he always had but laid dormant, he defeated someone who actually hurt 18. & there are things he's done I didn't even mention.

And ppl constantly saying Goku is a bad dad. He's waaaaaaaay better of a father compared to Vegeta if were being honest.

I guess I've seen a lot of the negative side of the fandom and its disappointing. So I'm at a point where I kinda don't care. I'll make my comics but after I'm done with what I have planned, I'm just done with DB. I won't stop drawing entirely but I won't draw any requests unless I feel like it, I won't keep up with much DB news and content. I just want to come back to Tumblr, draw Krillin fanart, draw Tobi, write some rewrites, draw Tobi's story & that's it. Ill be a part of Chestnut Fest every year tho. That is one of the greatest things to come out of my time on Tumblr & Twitter. So big thanks to @chestnutisland!

But basically I'm tired of the fandom and I still enjoy parts of it but I want to do my own thing. So I'll partially be a part of the DB fandom but not in it too deep. Look forward to what I have in store. If some of my future content isn't to your liking, hopefully you ccan find something else I've done that you'll enjoy. But its still been fun & I've enjoyed the ppl I've talked too & friends I've made.

a list of my entirely way too niche headcanons ive actually implemented for everyones imagination:

name options ive used and refuse to retire: david elizabeth strider (sometimes i dont feel like being a douche to others and saying thats not his name), harley davidson strider, and david james strider for the sake of simplicity

im not gonna tell yall the like. oc exes ive given him bc thatll take eighteen years.

i dont rlly have an explanation on the ghost thing besides the fact he just can? ive occasionally pulled from family ghost stories and experiences bc i somehow got landed with family members who lived in a haunted house for a decade and enjoy scaring me with all the stories (including the time my cousin literally died on the kitchen floor from a bronchial spasm and one of the friends that was over asked my aunt later what was up with the old man she saw in the corner of the room that night - my cousin is fine btw shes just a huge bitch and a third grade teacher and i dont like her)

whether or not hes done drugs is based on absolutely nothing besides how im feeling in that moment. either hes the designated driver and sober friend forever or he got fired from his job after doing a line at work during graveyard with some random customers theres no inbetween (this absolutely happened @ waho. if dave works at waho hes a mess of a person and thats on the diner itself.)

ok look i hc dave w/schizophrenia besides when i was 14 i had a hyperfixation with learning about it and then at 16 was prescribed a medication and had side effects so wack my therapist genuinely thought 14 yr old me was onto something and its a weird way to cope with the idea that lady put in my head that i might “develop it in my twenties” which i turn 20 this year and i havent been able to stop obsessing and panicking over the prospect so PLEASE dont come in my inbox calling me ableist im not out here all harley quinn in suicide squad with the voices ok hes medicated, he goes to therapy, the hard fast delusion that lil cal was nearly sentient and informed bro of every single thing dave did no matter how asinine it was is no longer a debilitatingly affecting him ANYWAYS

i actually use the chicken/egg farming family pretty often just because its hilarious to me to give dave like. an actual mom and dad. hes literally an uncle to like three different kids he just never visits because they make fun of his skinny jeans and he hates one of his (incredibly bare-bones ocs all of them) brothers who threatened to bash his head in with a little league bat after dave broke his star wars lego set apart on accident (but not rlly) so their parents were like “why dont you stay with your brother in the big city for a lil while champ” and then they just never picked him back up? and thats on favoritism

the other one is that his name is actually david reed and hes the middle child of a family of three who literally live the standard golden retriever white middle class life only they went to disney land or something equally as dumb one year when dave was like 6 and he wandered off so bro literally just went “huh free game” because frankly he was an idiot who thought maybe i should take this kid home because its real dangerous in parking lots and then it was too late to NOT have it seem like a kidnapping and thats why daves never had a summer job, seen his birth certificate, or gone to school. but vaguely remembers what kindergarten was like and having a pet dog and calling someone mom as a kid.

im not making a bullet point about his sex life headcanons just use your imagination and acknowledge the fact bro essentially worked within the sex industry and i enjoy putting dave through trauma as a catharsis

i stopped doing this one usually but if he did go to school hes been in percussion since fifth grade and played the drums in his high schools jazz band as well as various edgy teenager garage bands he likes to pretend dont have a youtube presence and that hes absolutely never been shirtless in front of plenty of his classmates because he wore a hoodie to a show like an idiot. idk occasionally ill put him in an actual band he doesnt hate but keeps separate from his lil turntechGodhead internet persona (which i will ALSO touch upon in a sec) until they wind up getting looped into a tour with some bigger named band that has a show in *insert beta kid here*’s city and hes gotta come clean solely so he can visit his online friend. sorry derseasterous thats the one time weve ever run into each other and i made him have a crush on one of his bandmates i was in my anti-daverose phase where i made dave a hoe and also didnt want to admit i still loved the ship all these years later

i hate it so much but you know the whole vr loli trap voice shit that was popular a while ago? hes fucking baller at it for some reason. he did it as a joke while talking to bro and they both about shat their pants. if im feeling real ambitious, hes got a separate soundcloud solely dedicated to doing dumbass rap covers or making his own but in the voice under the pseudonym elizabeth “beth” davids that he will never admit is his. well, he will, but hes gonna be really fucking embarrassed about it. irony or not.

talking abt seperate soundclouds and stuff ive always had it where turntechGodhead was his like. essentially internet fucking persona facade shit he used because we all had that phase where we wanted memorable urls and stuff but also didnt want to totally ignore the nagging fear of people finding you in real life, until it turned into real life ppl finding you on the internet. so he also has basically an adjacent set of social media under the same name but its just a boring username i havent decided on so everyone he knows irl doesnt mix up with what hes made for himself as TG and the people he knows as TG dont know what highschool he goes to. (this occasionally comes with the territory of ppl on parp being pissed that daves “lying” or “hiding things” from his friends as if he was doing it out of spite instead of just keeping embarrassing tagged photos and videos from football games or when he ate shit at the skatepark from fucking with his “rap career”)

every once in a while i get on a kick where hes just german. like, i just replace houston texas with hamburg germany and have him apply to a university in whatever state is applicable for whoever im chatting with and it goes from there? sometimes he moved when he was little and went through the whole visa thing, sometimes he didnt go through the visa thing, sometimes hes a dual citizen because of family and shit, its all dependent on what suits the situation best.

one that ive been fucking with for a while but hardly break out (until recently with like 5 roses in the span of one day hell yeah) is that he has a neighbor at the end of the hall who is like a thousand year old witch lady that hes basically adopted as his mother figure in lieu of not having one and shes totally cool with it, especially bc when she kicks the bucket she fully plans on giving dave all her occult stuff so her figure-skating coach and realtor daughter doesnt sell it at a garage sale and lets it all go to waste. she also once brought rose up by name in a conversation without any prompting of her existence which dave didnt realize for days, and then one time cryptically stopped and stared at an empty space in the wall, went “she has potential, you know.” then looked at him sitting on her kitchen counter with a smile “lots of it” and hes thought about that weekly ever since. (it is important to note one of the occult items he leaves her is literally her own personal book of shadows shes been filling out for decades its like a 600 page leatherbound book dave has no idea what its used for but the sheer amount of homemade spells and etc in it is like. gonna murder rose the second this chick gets her hands on it i promise you.)

theres the standard strife shit? im not rlly gonna get into those theyre all basically cookie cutter bullshit. its just standard bro and dave abuse talk. i like to inclulde the whole 24hr live cam up in the apartment that definitely watches dave in every room besides his own and the bathroom, but that quickly delves into the prospect of middle-aged men stalking him online and basically sexually harassing him in his own god damn home by talking about how they can see him just trying to take his shoes off in the living room after getting home and frankly? its not one of my best takes! but once you throw it into the headcanon bin, its there forever.

he actually really does do something with his photography but not enough to warrant anything exciting, but he has his own branding for it and regularly takes pictures of his friends or anything else he thinks is moderately interesting enough to take pictures of, but those are just thrown into shoeboxes under his bed in favor of posting genuine shots because he wants to keep his image intact and blurry photos of jade smiling in the tree they climbed up together while bec paws at the base of it while whining isnt exactly something he wants the whole world to see.

i also pretty often but him into either paleontology OR i put him down as trying to become a mortician because he thinks handing roadkill once he graduated from museum giftshop specimens to doing his own taxidermy on the side has prepared him enough to perform an occasional autopsy and start embalming real human corpses. (sometimes i put my own desires in and make them his bc i have to project at some point and put him through the same EMT course i dropped out of bc it was one semester and he already has pretty decent first aid skills, but he definitely didnt expect it to be as fucking wild at times as it is, but whats he gonna do? get a job back at waffle house? the company hes working for just offered to pay like half his associates in paramedicine tuition and hes already got all his pre-recs done when he started for paleo. at least its a stable job and hes got the ability to be compassionate in the moment)

im running out of things that ive done to the poor kid. OH

hes not a virgin he had a girlfriend all four years of high school (shes also one of his optional and designated exes plz keep up) and their relationship ends in one of two ways: she dies in a car accident a week before their high school graduation, or she stops talking to him entirely a week after their high school graduation until a couple years later she gets into (guess what) a car accident with her current wife/girlfriend and dies which leaves behind their daughter. who just so happens to also be daves daughter. her name is hannah and i love her like my own but no one ever likes her and thats on the conditioning of dirk. does dave end up taking her in? yes. shes awesome and the first time he takes her to the park to like run off some fucking steam she disappears for two minutes and dave is moderately terrified until she comes back holding a dead baby squirrel and thats the moment he realizes huh maybe things really do be genetic.

ok at the bottom of the list im gonna add the couple of times hes been a camboy which usually coincides with the live apartment cam thing and the amount of people in his dms calling him hot or whatever, but typically its more of a started the day he turned 18 and basically dipped around 20 in favor of showing up randomly with no warning to complain about a video game dick in hand because it gives him an outlet that wont annoy his friends bc this is the fifteenth time hes had a lot to say this week about a certain boss battle and also the comments fuel his ego and daddy issues.

the last one wasnt the bottom but literally unless its explicitly proven otherwise every time anyone rps with me there is the underlying fact dave strider was a goalie on his high school lacrosse teams all four years and (shocker another one) definitely had the hots for one of his teammates like major hots like first gay experience hots. like it was painfully obvious that teammate also liked him back hots. like one night at a team sleepover one of the other guys was like can yall just makeout and get it over with were fucking tired and dave really had the balls to be offended and ask what the fuck they were talking about while literally sitting halfway in the mans lap bc for some reason they had to share the same chair.

he is also guilty until proven innocent of being the worlds biggest loner outside of that sports team and even though hes literally a jock he still opts to eat his lunch alone in the hallway or something like that and has a tendency to leave girls on read, but bc hes got an in with the rest of the jocks hes basically drug around to plenty of parties and since hes conventionally attractive enough and popular in the aloof way that he is, hes got plenty of tagged insta posts and twitter directs and snapchat streaks going.

So I write a lot of monster stories. I lovehorror and I love love love monsters. I also write a lot of film bc that’s sortof my dream media.

One of my all time fav ocs is this ghosthunter (whos name rn is tba only bc I gave her that name in the first place bcI was jealous and wished id had it but now that im like ‘dang dude its been along time you HAVE to pick a name at SOME point’ im realizing that maybe the namesI gave characters bc I wished they were mine is like……… maybe a hint towardswhat names I want…… LOL so if I do end up picking this name ill have to ctrl Fall my scripts and notes for her to switch it out. it’s a v masc name.) ANYWAY we’ll call herGhosthunter. She’s the host of this this TV show where she finds and kills ghosts with herfriend, Maurice. However, bc of backstory reasons, she wants Ghost Powers soshe selfishly tricks Maurice into going into this rly dangerous haunted housewith her to provoke this monster that she thinks will give her powers. And itdoes!! BUT there’s a downside bc she walked into it’s trap and it’s going totry to eat her now. Her ghost powers look like this and she can mostly switchback and forth at will (ps, this is old art ;alskdj)

So anyway she has to travel around trying tolearn enough abt this creature to kill it while at the same time trying to keepher TV show on the air, salvage her relationship with Maurice, and deal withthe Backstory Reasons of why she felt she had to become a monster in thefirst place. It’s a TV series, it’s going to have 13 episodes (bc oooo scary 13 LOL), and my hope isthat it gets increasingly more intense and terrifying as it goes on!! I alsolove this bc it gives me this opportunity to explore things like fear of selfand also to design just like, as many monsters as possible for every episode. I’ve got thiscockroach doctor one a;lskd OH its good, he’s SO so scary I love him. (ps shesaroace!!)

Another oc im OBSESSED with is Marty. Thisone is a movie. (ive tried everything, I tried prose, I triedserialized episodes, nothing else rly seemed to fit. But that’s ok bc I need agood feature film script to throw around!!) Marty’s actually a demon!! But he’svery ordinary, very sweet, he’s just also, you know, a demon. He’s indirectlyresponsible for the death of this man, Quentin Green, who he had been secretlylow key stalking and really, really liked. So he possesses him an in attempt totry to keep him alive. It doesn’t work and Quentin dies and then it’s justMarty and this empty body. So he just….. Keeps it. (which is a questionabledecision of course.) BUT TWIST Quentin was an EXORCIST. And all his FRIENDS AREEXORCISTS. So Marty’s trying to keep this body in an attempt to have a life,but he’s also trying to hide from Quentin’s partner, Charlise, who is one of thebest exorcists there is. But it’s complicated bc he becomes friends withCharlise and feels like she’s one of the only people to ever really understandhim bc of some Backstory Reasons.

This one is less scary per se, but it issuper cool and fun and writing marty is like honestly a blast. this is him and charlise in the background!! again, oldish art ;laisd;asdlk

i dont have any super new art of my OCs rn bc ive been REAL focused on dn art for the past like almost year LOL but i am still writing them!!! ive got a few episodes of my ghost hunter one and im on my like 3rd-ish draft of my marty movie. ive got more OCs technically of course but most of them are for very short works. these two are closest to my heart!!

(i also feel like my version of A, Able, fallsunder this category, but I do plan on making them a little intro post one ofthese days, so just keep in mind that they’re here bless their stupid littleheart. Also, not rly related, but I decided to lift them and use them as wellfor another short horror story im writing. They have to escape this monster thatcrawls out of the walls and strangles them in their sleep every night aspunishment for accidentally doing/saying certain things during the day. It’svery scary and I like my monster design for this one, too. ;alksdj poor ableLOL)

anyway I don’t ever expect this blog to EVER get any attention but just in case I think I might as well actually explain who the heck these guys are.

(note: this blog is basically, as the blog description says, just for “ramblings”. I reblog posts that make me think of my OCs to here and add on a few things.)

Yan, Kuro, Zhen, and Jing are a group that I’ve dubbed the “Sinosquad” since they’re all from the Sinoquan Empire. ie, from the same world/universe and interact with each other at some point. Yan has two versions to his character though, which I’ve named RPspawn!Yan and AtG!Yan. This is due to..... complicated things; I might explain in a separate post at some point because this is supposed to be short summaries. AtG stands for “Around the Galaxy” which is supposed to be the name of the... world..? that I originally made him in. It’s a sci-fi world. Actually scratch that. It’s set in the Star Wars universe. It’s not an original world; it never was, but AtG encompasses all the linked characters and plotlines I’ve made (and it’s pretty huge).

Yan (full name Yan Wang; Chinese name 王延): eventual emperor of the Sinoquan (ascends the throne at around age 30). I have his entire life story plotted out from birth to “death”/downfall (he goes into stasis instead of dying when he’s around 50-60 so I can pick up his story again 1000 years later :)

Kuro (full name Kuro Honda; 本田黑): Yan’s cousin, who’s more like his brother, and only exists in this role for the RPspawn!Yan.

Zhen (full name Zhen Sumuru; 舒穆鲁真): doesn’t have a consistent backstory/role yet, but is probably heir to ruling a fairly large/important region of the Sinoquan empire. the only consistent thing is that he’s supposed to be Yan’s love interest... eventually..... but that’s very late game and if this were ever a published work then it’d be “spoilers” that they actually end up together.

Jing (full name Jing Du; 都京): ah.... Yan’s “friend” during his teen/ young adult years. the only consistent backstory/role he has is that his mother is influential and he’s at least reasonably wealthy. Lives in the Sinoquan capital.

Eli and Sera are dragon-winged people. Product of genetic experiments; born and raised in a research lab/institute.

Eli is the first succesful subject (ie first winged human capable of flight). Actually most of the others died in early childhood, infancy, or didn’t even make it past fetal development.

Sera is the “second-gen” subject; has better/stronger wings than Eli.

They’re not treated like “lab rats”. I’m a STEM field student. I believe in painting an image that scientists are actual human beings, not monsters/robots in lab coats. They were raised in a kind environment by people who care about them, and they expect to be treated with respect by the people in the lab.

Jet and Dev weren’t created in the same universe (Jet’s technically a RotG OC) but I often merge the two to intertwine their stories. mostly because they were my first OCs and I was bored and wanted them to interact.

Jet (full name Jet Black): as mentioned, technically a Rise of the Guardians (yes the Dreamworks movie) OC. Pitch Black’s “apprentice”, sort of. (I’ve been trying to remove him from being dependant on RotG, in which case Pitch is known as Piceous instead). Has fire powers and mirrors/foils Jack Frost in many ways. Complicated backstory about the fire powers; it’s there but not gonna elaborate in this post (maybe some other time).

Dev (full name Dev Xavishk, or Xandevishk): a.... demon? devil? technically from a world where those things mean something slightly different from conventional definitions. Hell itself in this world is completely different from what it’s usually known as, with the only similarities being that it’s “underground” (sort of) and fiery/hot. There’s a bunch of incomplete lore on his world that I never quite finished up. Anyway, usually I have his role as some sort of government agent sort of guy, but he’s quite young on his first mission (~18?).

Jet and Dev are my two oldest “true” OCs (all previous ones being self-inserts of some sort, from when I had very little experience with or concept of “fandom” and just imagined stuff for fun).

Koris: independant OC from some generic fantasy world. has ice powers and lives in a mountain in a mansion by himself because, despite having nobles as parents, they were jerks who treated their servants poorly so after his parents died from illness the servants ended up ditching the place. He is very lonely actually please give him friens

Sierka: independant OC set in modern world with some superhuman elements. Sierka has life-drain abilities. story aspects are kind of shaky but they probably end up living by themself at a fairly young age, involving themself in crime and manipulating their way through threats. Except it’s just to extort money from crime lords. Basically the only thing keeping this dude from mass murder is their own conscience.

Sian (full name Sianyte Weil [pronounced as German, or just Vel]): I have forgotten this dude in previous group posts. Oops. I’ll try to remember them from now on.... anyway they have invisibility powers and also anxiety haha. The extent of their powers is that they can turn things that they’re “wearing” or are “on” them invisible. It has to be done consciously and it takes a lot more effort to turn something that they’re just holding invisible but it’s still possible. Probably set in modern “superhero” genre worlds. Works for whatever groups will pay them, usually for spying missions. His abilities only work when he’s silent (ie not speaking) though, and automatically stops working if he talks.

They also sort of have flying abilities to the extent that, one, they only work when he’s invisible, and two, he can only control vertical movement up and down. He can use any lateral momentum from pushing against solid things but can’t freely propel himself laterally.

Yeah I know his abilities are really weirdly specific; idk why either; don’t question it :\

anyway that’s about it. I should probably also make a post for their appearances (with images for the OCs that have ref images....)

I have plenty of fandom OCs, but I don’t usually mention them.... (I don’t count Jet as a fandom OC for some reason...)

Well, hmm, here’s a bonus. Klashta Neali: the OC that shares a name with my first pseudonym/alias. I can’t remember which came first: did I make the alias for myself, then later made the OC and lazily gave it that name, or did I first make it as an OC, and then lazily started using the name as an alias? I dunno. Either way, my using the name as a pseudonym is completely unrelated to the OC...

Klashta “Kayin” Neali: Star Wars OC with a long detailed backstory. Was Darth Vader’s apprentice at some point, in a situation very similar to Galen Marek, but then got ditched around mid-to-early teen age.... I had a very detailed timeline written, but that was a long time ago; I can’t remember now. Was a bounty hunter for the next stage of her life. Then eventually she just?? goes into exile???? there was something about finding Revan’s teachings and meditating a lot; idk it gets kind of random.

ok that’s it enough rambling while pretending I have an audience since that’s all this is (me talking about my OCs pretending I have an audience instead of just writing notes for myself since I know everything already)

Tell us about your WIP!

Well I am currently working on my first novel! It is for Counting Stars (So Douglas and Wilhelm are the main characters) and I am SERIOUSLY loving writing Douglas and his sister Krystal together. They have such an interesting and fun chemistry and I am seriously loving it.

Douglas himself is a really fun character to write for, but so is Wilhelm since they are such different people.

Douglas is just. An asshole who doesn’t know how to react around people and freaks out easily and Wilhelm is basically a puppy and it’s great.

Favorite/least favorite tropes?

I’ve kinda already talked about this but like...

Favorite: Sharing a bed (idc if it’s cliche), Sharp fangs/pointed ears/monster characters in general, enemies to friends to lovers, friends to lovers, relationship angst (as long as its not too dragged out), heel-face turn and face-heel turn, evil family member/sibling, villain as the protagonist, characters who are literal rays of sunshine paired w characters who have a tragic past/are dark/broody (not too broody), and... yeah okay I’m gonna stop here but there are a ton other tropes I like too.

Least Favorite: insta-love, any racist/homophobic/transphobic trope, single tears, idiotic dad and smart beautiful woman, Stereotypical Main Character, Strong Female Character TM, abusive boyfriends played off as sexy/protective, love triangles, girls “not like other girls”, brain/brawn pairings, Love cures mental illness, describing a character’s appearance in the mirror, can’t live without love interest, everyone is beautiful... and this is getting as long as the paragraph above so I’m gonna stop. You get the point XD

Pick an author (or writing friend) to co-write a book with

Tbh I would be up to co-writing with ANY of my friends who write. Thing is, it’s really hard to collab on books, believe it or not.

Plus I mean... technically all my books are already collabs with Angel, tho he doesn’t help me with the actual writing process, just the characters, the plot, and scenes (so most the important stuff anyways).

Which story of yours do you like best? why?

Finished story? Probably Rain and Roses. But I am also really partial toward House of Horror and some drabbles I’ve written.

And Life is a Fairytale will forever have a special place in my heart.

Cover love/dream covers?

Honestly, I really want the novel I am working on now to have a very minimalist cover of a silhouette of a house. Inside one window, you can see a singular but vague silhouette of a person gaming while on the outside of the house at the front door, another, thinner person stands, trying to knock. The sky is a deep purple of night, and the crescent moon hangs above them all.

Idk I think it would be cool but I don’t know ANYTHING about book cover designs and how to make a good one.

Any advice for young writers/advice you wish someone would have given you early on?

Honestly? Take writing advice with a grain of salt. Seriously, not ALL advice fits to all people, even if a really really amazing author gives it. Especially if the advice is given without an explanation, don’t take it. Likewise, some advice just isn’t good advice.

That being said, don’t not take advice, but like... don’t feel like you have to incorporate every bit of advice you are ever given into your writing.

So my advice is to pay attention when taking advice. Advice on taking advice. Adviceception.

Tell us about the books on your “to write” list

Most anticipated upcoming books?

Honestly, the novel I am working on rn! I am genuinely excited for it to be done and for people to read it.

I am also excited about Love Thy Sacrifice because I am tempted to actually try and get that novel traditionally published. Tempted, not entirely sure yet.

How many drafts do you usually write before you feel satisfied?

Like... none I go w my first draft most the time?? I just go back and edit it.... maybe... I edit like 20% of the stuff I write.

That being said! I do plan on doing multiple drafts of my actual novel so that’ll be interesting to try.

Are you a secretive writer or do you talk with your friends about your books?

I talk with some of my friends? Some are more interested than others and I am also scared of boring them bc once I start talking abt my stories and OCs I just. Don’t shut up. Ever.

Plus I am kinda wary because it’s like... baring my soul in a way? And I always feel kinda silly/foolish talking about it irl. Especially when I am explaining it to someone who is not listening/has no comments about what I am saying.

Aaaand I didn’t want to answer TOO many but yeah.
