Aaliyah Amrohi takes the first completed artwork of my new series depicting my favourite characters from film, tv and across other media. This was my very first digital art piece in ProCreate.
Aaliyah is one of the ✨ dreamiest ✨ characters and totally enamoured me from the very moment it was made clear that she was much more than your average rich girl. Brought to life so eloquently, it was hard not to relate to her feelings of being trapped within her own culture and her desire to find love. Thank you Taylor Sheridan for giving us The Lady and The Lady Tramp. We never see love stories like this and to find this within Lioness was such a pleasant surprise!
I am unabashedly claiming Aaliyah as a lesbian character because her game with Cruz was a sight to behold and too beautifully thirsty to belong to any other group! Aaliyah and Cruz 4ever.

You were the jewel of the realm, beloved by all of your people. Your father said it was because of how beautiful you were. Gazing at you with a proud glint in his eye, straightening your emerald crown. Your mother waited until he left to attend meetings so she could lean to your ear and tell you it was because of your kindness. Everytime she told you such, you would smile and kiss her cheek before gathering your dress and rushing to your room for a tea party with your lady in waiting and maid.
Ellie was an orphan thief, she was sneaky and calculated even as a child. Just trying to make it through life on her own with nobody to take care of her. So she took care of herself however she had to. That was up until she met Dina and Jesse. She saw them enter her small village with a group, their posture attempting to make them look smaller. She watched as they asked for directions to the capitol city before she volunteered to take them herself.
“It's okay we don't want to trouble you-” Dina started to refuse “I'm heading up there to visit a friend anyway,” she had said in rebuttal. They were her ticket to the big leagues, Ellie wanted out of the kingdom, not only that but she wanted to take down the monarchy. She managed to convince them to trust her quite easily. Jesse slipped up several times throughout the long walk, leading to Dina giving up and allowing Ellie to leave with them after several rounds of back and forth.
Dinas parents were smugglers before they died which got her into the business and Jesse's were heads of the biggest rebellion against the king. After that first mission they became a team. Ellie did any jobs involving violence, they were her specialty really (that or intimidation). Dina came up with the plans and arranged things. Whereas Jesse had the connections. It was perfect really, they were making progress towards their goals. Ellie had a roof over her head, friends, food, and she still got the high from taking down such despicable and powerful people.
Ellie had known you before she left, you two met several times throughout your younger years. When your mother would take you around the kingdom to get out of the palace and feel some freedom, (not that you weren't grateful). You had the tendency to run off as a little girl, often getting lost, causing fuss over the missing princess. When you first met her the both of you were 13 and you had wandered off again. You had witnessed her trying to take an apple from a merchant, unfortunately for her the merchant saw it too and gripped her wrist before she could run.
“What just do you think you are doing here missy? Tryin’ to rob me hu’?” The scraggly man grumbled, pulling her closer. “Let me go you old fuck!” Ellie tried to pull herself away and as the man raised his hand to smack her you ran over. “Sir! I'm so sorry for her, i'll pay double. Please don't hurt her.” You placed the money on his stand, placing one hand on Ellie's waist, the other on your concealed dagger. Fully prepared to run or protect this girl if the man was feeling unforgiving.
He released her wrist making you grip her hips tighter and pull her body to the side, but not before squeezing her hip bone to assure her. Grumbling, he picked up the coins and started counting. He made eye contact with you two, narrowing his one good eye “Well? What ya’ waitn’ for? Scram!” he made a shoeing motion as you pushed Ellie forward by her hips, only stopping once you reached the woods outside of her village.
You finally looked at her face and saw her for the first time. You scanned over her freckles, noticing her eyes that looked at you widely, the color of the jewels on the tiara that waited for you at the castle. You gripped her face with both hands, twisting and turning her to check for injuries. “Are you alright? I'm sorry I grabbed you like that. I was quite worried he was going to hurt you.” She snapped back to reality when she determined you had spoken.
Blinking, she hummed before mumbling a small “why would you do that?” Your eyebrows furrowed and she caught herself getting lost in your features. The curve of your jaw, the soft color of your eyes. “What do you mean why would I, he was going to hurt you.” she heard the disbelief in your tone before she saw it in your eyes.
You looked at her with such care it stunned her. All anyone had ever looked at Ellie Williams with was disgust, anger, or pure hatred. She wasn’t sure what that fluttering feeling in her chest meant, but she wasn’t sure she wanted it to stop.
Ellie cleared her throat and looked away from you, “thank you.” She mumbled under her breath. Sensing her discomfort you decided to try to lighten the mood. Smirking, you leaned all your weight onto the hand you had placed on the closest tree trunk. Pushing out your hip, looking her up and down. You open your mouth, “what was that? I couldn’t quite hear you princess.”
Ellie felt the blood rushing to her cheeks at the term ‘Princess’ She didn't move. Her eyes stayed wide and her palms sweaty. Ellie looked at you and saw the smug look on your face.
She huffed and spoke louder “I said thank you.” You smiled at her and held out your hand, “you’re welcome, I’m Y/n.” She looked at your hand and gripped it firmly. “I’m Ellie.”
You two met many times since then, from you gifting her a guitar, to her lying about her living situation and hobbies. She often remembers the times when you two would go for walks in the woods. She would always watch as you would get distracted by every flower or creature you came across. Making her flower crowns or walking into the streams to grab rocks for her.
She kept as many of the gifts as she could with the little space she had at the time. Savoring all the shiny rocks, clothes and books. Her favorite is the necklace you gifted her on her 14th birthday. It Was simple which is why she loved it so much. Your name with a lilac wildflower, Ellies initials hand carved by you into the lettering. She played with it even now when she got anxious, fiddling with the metal. Every Time she saw a gift of yours she would recall how she had left you.
She left with Dina when you two were merely 15. You were all that she had, the only thing that made her want to stay. Ellie would remind herself that she couldn’t keep up the lies forever. She couldn't act like you wouldn’t be married off by your father to some lord, prince, king or duke. You would never go for her, it was just a crush and she would find someone else.
So she left. She stuck with them even when the plan went sideways. Even when Jesse panicked and stabbed the rich old bloke they were stealing from.
She was too focused to remember it was the 10th, one of the days you came to visit her. She was too focused on the pained yells of the man. “Thieves! Thieves!”
Ellie ran as the guards stumbled to catch up due to her head start. She tipped over the stands and tugged Jesse along. Navigating him through the unfamiliar surroundings of her village. Weaving her body through the crowds and alleyways. The two hurled themselves onto the back cart of a horse Dina had taken. “Fucking drive Dina!” Ellie shouted as the other girl swished the reigns.
“I’m trying! I’m not trying to get us killed Ellie!” Dina kept her eyes on the road through the forest, rushing them forward as Jeese exhaled. Ellie couldn’t believe that they had gotten away, in fact she didn’t believe it. She looked back and saw you telling the Guards chasing their wagon to stop. You furrowed your beautiful face at her. Closing your eyes you commanded the guards to help the injured man.
Once the guards took off running you turned your body to face her in the final moments, your eyes filled with tears before walking away from her.

Yep there’s an Idol!AU and its another one I share with a few others 😆! I think it’s number…4? Out of well over 10 at this point abwjsjsjkwjw! I don’t know if the others want to talk about their OC’s roles in the AU at this moment, but I’ll talk a bit about Zerilliam and YuNeva 😌.
Zera: Is one of 4 members in the popular girl group 4EVER! She is a vocalist and an actress, and is known for her fan service, being flirty, and for pushing the envelope (example; ripping her shirt off while on stage because “boy groups can do it and no one has an issue, so why can’t i?”).
William: Is one of 4 members in the popular boy group called MKC! He is also a vocalist and an actor, and he is also known for his fan service, stage presence, and charisma but unlike Zera he doesn’t push the envelope very much as he doesn’t want to risk jepordizing his groups reputation.
Neva: Is one half of a duo called the “Diamond Princesses”! She is a vocalist and also has a hand in writing and composing the songs with her fellow member Acylla. She is quiet and reserved when doing interviews, but tries to be a little more “energetic” when talking to fans. She is slated to star in her first ever Stage Play with her idol Waltz!
Yuno: Is one of three members in the trio 543C! He is a vocalist and a composer for the group, but he also takes care of the designs, art, and album concepts for them. He is also quiet and reserved when doing interviews, but unlike Neva he is also quiet and reserved when talking to fans! He’s only really outgoing when he’s with people he’s comfortable with. He also has a secret social media account that he posts on that is extremely popular, but no one knows its him!

Thoughts While Watching Gilmore Girls: S1/Ep19 ("Emily In Wonderland")
What happens in this episode: Emily comes to visit The Hollow and leaves upset over what she learns. Rachel unearths the ruins of the old Dragonfly Inn while working on a boring photography project about Small Town America that nobody really cares about. Rory's peculiar food habits continune to be revealed. Lorelai asks to borrow Luke's thingy/admires his pickle. Lorelai's desire to see Luke & Rachel break up is more transparent than a sheet of cellophane. There are only two episodes left in Season 1 after this.
Emily: There are no baby pictures of Lorelai (because when Lorelai was 7 she burned them). Rory says I bet Mom was a cute baby and Emily agrees.
What the hell was this then:
They spent a good few minutes in that episode (6 or 7 I think?) looking through Lorelai's baby photo albums. I commented that this didn't look like a photograph taken in the late 60's.
The Gilmores just ordered pancakes and bacon and there were no lectures from Luke about the evils of red meat so I guess they've dropped that trait of his.
Rachel: Lorelai has amazing eyes. Don't you think?
Luke: Yeah. They're...placed good. Symmetrical.
Rory's pager goes off:
RG: I'm buzzing.
LG: What did I say about buzzing in public?

I am hysterical over Rory eating a slice of french toast on the run. Who does that? I could even see a waffle, maybe, but French toast? And you mean to tell me there was no syrup or butter on it either? She eats plain French toast? It's no "taking a can of Parmesan cheese into her room" from the previous episode or "eating two plain slices of white bread for lunch" (from a future episode), I admit, but still, that girl is very peculiar.
Rory mentions again that she works at the Independence Inn several days a week and on special occasions. Ugh, stop lying, French Toast Girl.
The former Gilmore Abode (the infamous potting shed).
Emily is just finding out that this is where Rory used to live as a child and she reacts, very upset over what she's learned. I initially thought that perhaps this was a sign of her feeling guilty, that she could let Lorelai and Rory slip away from her and end up living in such a place, but later she turns it around to accuse Lorelai of letting it happen.
Rachel gives Lorelai a tour of Luke's apartment, and I think this is the first time we see the inside of it.
LG: "I haven't been picturing the inside of Luke's apartment...at all."
Nope you totally haven't been picturing what his bed looks like and what you want to do in it.
Rachel to Lorelai: I cannot find your pictures here (in Luke's apartment). Maybe they're in his bathroom.
Lorelai: I don't know want to know why.

Emily's reacts to the discovery about the shed by trying to make it up to Rory (and to try and make Lorelai feel bad). So she sets up her vision of a teenage girl's dream bedroom. Season 1, Episode 19: Luke Danes asks Lorelai Gilmore: "Do you want some coffee?" That's the stupidest question I've ever heard since Jack Pearson asked Rebecca Pearson "Am I cute enough to get lucky?"
Another first: The first time we see the stock room. Some of the contents of the stock room? Potatoes, oranges, A1 sauce, Spam, Pop Tarts, chilli, apple sauce, gravy, rice, tomato sauce, and a fuckton of mustard and pickles.
I think she wants your pickle Luke.
Notice the giant box of Pop Tarts on the left. Have you ever heard of a restaurant serving Pop Tarts? Well, this is The Hollow, where people eat slices of French Toast as snacks.
And the people would wait impatiently for the day Lorelai finally borrowed Luke's thingy.
If Taylor wasn't embezzling funds for bridge repair festivals maybe he could fund the construction of a proper movie theater.
Boyband posters in frames. Oh you fancy Emily. Mere mortals of the day like me just scotch taped those fuckers to the wall and hoped they wouldn't fall down in the middle of the night and scare the piss out of us.

Things Lorelai observes in the room: Hello Kitty notepads, Cosmo Girl magazine, boyband posters, sunflowers. With each item she names, the resentment in her voice grows.
LG: "Well, at least you didn't buy her a car."
I couldn't decide if I wanted to make a "you built me a car?" joke
or comment on how the Gilmores do buy her a car a few years later.
I presumed was Emily was feeling some sort of guilt or shame (and trying to alleivate the guilt by making a cozy home away from home for Rory), was sort of incorrect. Instead she turns on Lorelai, angry at her that she would ever allow her grandaughter to live in a shed, and that Lorelai would choose to live in a shed than with her mother.
The episode ends with Sookie and Lorelai visiting The Dragonfly, where Sookie has a panic attack over the thought of opening an Inn.
The Good: The Nostaliga! Oh, the Nostalgia! Lots of dirty jokes! Rory's bizarre eating habits continue to amuse me. The meeting of Emily and Mrs. Kim was entertaining. No Dean. Not even a mention of Dean. Hooray!
The New: The first plot seed is sown for Lorelai & Sookie's eventual purchase of the Dragonfly Inn. The first time we see the potting shed. The first time we see the inside of Luke's apartment and his stock room.
The confusing: Emily says there are no baby pictures of Lorelai left, but according to episode 6, there's at least one. Rory says she has a job and that is not true.
The Bad: Nothing at all.

i still get so mad and frustrated about the magicians to this day and yet i also still think about rewatching. which i think partly is cause of the phenomenal cast (SUMMER BISHIL GIRL 4EVER) and the fact that there was a point where it really was So Good (late s2 all of s3 early s4). but like mostly just the whole concept was and continues to be so personal to me. the fantasy world that disappoints u, the magic system, and especially the 39 alternate timelines in order to save the world. i have never been so fascinated with a concept the way i was so fascinated with that. 39 lifetimes a group of people who are drawn towards each other each time in different ways 39 changes 39 failures till the one that sticks…

so apparently chaeyoung from twice wore a swastika t-shirt which can be seen here and this was the 2nd time she did it, which led people think that it might actually be part of her personal closet and not the stylist's fault. She wrote like a 2 sentence on IG literally saying " I'm sorry I didn't know what it means I'll be more careful" as if even literal children know the meaning of swastikas or nazi-related things.
I've seen people on tiktok writing comments like "but she's from Korea they probably don't even study ww2" as if???? They're trying toe excuse her and that's soooo fucked up
She also wore this other t-shirt but I'm not really informed about it, I tried researching something about it and an article said that "QAnon is a controversial political conspiracy theorist group in the United States, which is supported by former president Donald Trump and began in 2017."
Might probably be stylist's fault this time but it's still a 3/3 so

Sawat di khrap hrūx di kwa ratri swasdi,
das Wochenende neigt sich dem Ende entgegen und so traurig mich das macht, so froh bin ich euch wieder die brandheißen News die die Welt bedeuten präsentieren zu können. Denn es heißt einmal mehr: Wie habe ich geschlafen?
Die letzten beiden Nächte werde ich wieder kompakt zusammenfassen. Habe versucht meinen Schlaf Stück für Stück nach hinten zu verschieben. Bin recht zuversichtlich das mir dieses Vorhaben geglückt ist, auch wenn die letzte Nacht bzw. der Vormittag im Bett nicht gerade die Bezeichnung durchschlafen verdient. Meine treue Leserschaft weiß warum ich das so manage. Diese Woche werde ich die Nächte, wie schon so oft zuvor schlaflos und einsam in der Dunkelheit, anstatt verträumt im flauschigen Bett verbringen.
Apropos verträumt, über mysteriöse Umwege wurde ein Traum an mich herangetragen und da lasse ich mich nicht 2x bitten und werde in die Psyche der träumenden Person eintauchen um die verborgenen Wünsche, Sehnsüchte und Ängste die im Unterbewussten schlummern, ans Tageslicht holen. Als erstes aber zur Handlung:
Eine junge Frau besucht einen Freund mit der Bahn, er holt sie gentlemenlike vom Bahnhof ab. Im Anschluss begeben sie sich Arm in Arm auf Sightseeing Tour. Während der Freund voller Begeisterung versucht unserer Protagonistin die Sehenswürdigkeiten der kleinen, verträumten Stadt näher zu bringen, sieht sie nur eine immergleiche Monotonie aus gelben Häusern und grauen Zäunen und Straßen.
Die beiden begeben sich zu einem Haus in der Nähe, klettern über den Zaun und brechen durch die Balkontür ein. Sie, sichtlich irritiert, wird durch ihn mit den Worten, das das alles schon in Ordnung sei und hier eine Freundin wohne, beruhigt. Es geht ins Kinderzimmer des Hauses um Netflix zu schauen. Nach einer Benachrichtigung das die Besitzer heimkehren, versuchen beide fluchtartig das Haus zu verlassen. Die Balkontür die eben noch als Eingang diente, ist verschwunden und so bleibt nur ein kleines Fenster durch das sich unsere beiden Einbrecher nach draußen quetschen.
Im Garten angekommen werden sie von der hier wohnhaften Familie, bestehend aus einer kleinen Tochter, der Mutter und einem Bodybuilder Vater, gestellt. Das Mädchen fragt den dubiosen Freund danach was er hier mache und das er doch wüsste das er kein Netflix mehr schnorren dürfe. Es geht zurück ins Haus, in dem die Herrin des eben genannten zu einer Moralpredigt ansetzt und wüste Drohungen ausstößt.
Ohhhh Leute wen diese mitreißende Story nicht packt, der hat nie gelebt. Und das ist nur Teil 1 des Traumes. Auf Grund der Länge mache ich aber erstmal einen Cut. Teil 2 folgt morgen. Seid nicht zu ungeduldig!
