Heartstopper fandom, i hope you're fucking proud of yourselves.

I would have loved to see Kit's journey into accepting himself as bisexual, to see him flourish into being comfortable with who he is and to be able to proudly say hey, i'm bi!

Instead Kit and his rumored gf Maia were harassed to no end, people even rumoring how Kit will get her pregnant, got sent death threats. All because people say they wanted "authentic casting". People are literally saying they cast the wrong person bc he isn't blonde.

In my opinion, heartstopper has a beautiful and authentic cast. And even if Kit weren't bi, he's so passionate about heartstopper, about supporting the queer community and his queer friends (walking london pride w them, yelling at homophobes, knowing while even though he was there it was Joe, Bash and Cori who were the ones dancing closely and flipping off homophobes so he called out a journalist who said it was him). He's literally one of the kindest 18yr old actors i've ever had the pleasure of witnessing on tv. He deserves the absolute world, and yet he gets treated like absolute garbage.

I'm just so done with the hs fandom. You people don't deserve Kit, Joe or Bash. You don't deserve that lovely little show. Hope you feel miserable for the rest of your measly little life.

A. My favorite fanfic I’ve written? A hard choice, but The Nebula Brigade. It was my first time branching out and actually writing an au, so I have a soft spot for it. It was also the first time I felt confident enough to use non-LU related tags! It was my gateway into writing more self indulgent works and being unafraid to post fics related to HS.

P. What a convenient segway! Main inspiration for The Nebula Brigade is two different Star Wars animated series, Rebels and Bad Batch. A bit came from the original Trigun anime as well. Mix those together and give it a Zelda spin? Bam, Nebula Brigade.

Boy Meets World Shawn/Cory/Topanga fic summary of an idea I have no energy to try writing.

From a young age Cory was always willing to tell everyone that the two most important people in his world were Shawn Hunter and Topanga Lawrence. When he was little he learned to say Shawn's name first, it made the adults and other kids happy that his best buddy was more important than a girl and as he got older he learned to say Topanga's name first as it made everyone more happy that his girlfriend was more important than his best buddy. The truth that neither of them were more or less important to Cory.

Years of being asked who your BEST friend was or your FAVORITE whatever and not being allowed to have multiples had the trio agreeing early on on how they would navigate dating. Cory and Topanga agreed that neither of them were that comfortable accepting or going on dates with other people, it would feel bad to them. Shawn thought it was fine, as long as he wasn't actually leading people on.

They played very well into their Topanga and Cory and Shawn and anything that moved dating personas. The three of them became very good at spotting girls that needed help in the dating department, whether it was because they were not interested in men at all but weren't ready to tell anyone or just someone who was shy or perhaps not as desired as many of the other girls and just needed a dating boost. Shawn would approach them, tell them he isn't interested in anything more than casual fun and hand holding and ask if they'd want to go on a few dates. They all said yes. Throughout middle and high school Shawn vastly improved the social lives of probably a third of the female population of the school.

When college started to be something they were seriously considering the three thought about how great it would be to all live together, and maybe not hide their affection for each other.

The weekend before hs graduation when everyone was teasing Cory about proposing to Topanga the teasing and ignoring of Shawn's place in their relationship became too much. They decide to tell the Matthews, Jack, Mr. Feeny, and Mr Turner about their actual relationship. The three hold hands in the Matthews living room as they tell everyone. It's kinda silent before Eric cheers and announces that it's a big relief they all feel the same. That he'd been dreading how upset one of them would be if they couldn't all stay together.

Cory bemoans not being able to wed them both and that, based on what fields they want to work in it will probably be Topanga and Shawn having the wedding without him. His family decide to help him and convince him to propose to both of them at the joint graduation party they were planning to throw. Even if Shawn and Topanga are the only two who can legally sign the marriage paperwork there is no reason they can't have a beautiful wedding with all three of them.

Cory proposes, they say yes and hug each other. Basically everyone they know is happy for them. It turns out people have been worried about them having to go separate ways for a long time.

Lovely wedding with all three holding hands, all three change their last name to LawrenceHunterMatthews yup no spaces or anything. They get a tiny apartment and build a bed out of twin mattresses they found for cheap. This time instead of in the show Topanga is actually pregnant, she just hadn't realized or tested for it until after the baby shower that the boys organize for her. Turns out to be triplets, one girl who looks like Cory's clone, one girl who looks like Shawn's clone, and one boy who looks like Topanga's clone.

After the babies are born Jack and Eric come out as a couple too.

Happy happy nice queer ending.

ok to be fully objective, some hs fans have something against bash because with his limited screen time, he has sort of inserted himself as a lead, beside kit and joe and the media consumes it and it’s obvious that cori, yaz and will doesnt seem to get a similar sort of media attention, like bash does…which ppl find unfair cause technically the big 4 is kit joe yaz will (in addition to cori and kizzy!)

NK so damn unserious. Why I went and watch the homecoming episode in full just now and they got JR and Damon as full blood brothers. A full season of back and forth to end back at square one. Making Simone not make top 6, only for Thea to be injured and she has to fill her spot anyway. Again back at square one. She couldn’t just make the team after winning? It’s always a struggle with this woman. Cam losing his scholarship for singing and missing curfew like pls??? And then them wanting to save the school and Damon getting offered to play for Shaw. Oh where have I seen this shit before? It couldn’t possibly be season 2 of All American could it? No no they didn’t dedicate a full episode to saving South Crenshaw HS on AA. And Spencer definitely wasn’t offered to transfer back to Crenshaw so Cory can coach him at all. Please get serious. Lock her out the damn writer’s room
