Here’s the latest assembly of asks, assorted by topics so you can browse only what interests you. Also, some questions refer to the Choose-Your-Own-Adventure game I made, so to avoid spoilers for those of you who haven't played it, I put those asks all the way at the bottom. If you haven't played my game yet, please go play it!

PERSONAL ASKS

Anon asked: E-vay may i ask which tablet mark do you use for your drawings?

And dreamylumi-art asked: Was wondering what is your favorite brushes In Procreate? Your drawings look so fun and bouncy that I’m interested in your process!

A: I use an iPad and I do all my drawings in Procreate now. I like to experiment with brushes, but the primary brushes I use come standard with Procreate. I use the "Procreate Pencil" for my sketches and the "Technical Pen" for linework :)

Anon asked: How are u and ur family doing? ❤️

A: You are so very sweet for asking ❤️ We're all doing really good right now. My dad's surgery went great and he's cancer free and fully healed. My mom is on medication that's helped her a lot. Things are also looking up for my younger sister (she even got engaged this Christmas!). I'm stressed but for good reasons hahaha I'm very thankful and counting my blessings right now.

A: I can't say that I have, I'm sorry! My Tiktok FYP is very niche so I don't see many things about movies on there.

A: I had not known about this before you told me! I just listened to it and I really loved it. It has that beautiful, 60's-Beatles feel to me. Thank you so much for point it out to me!

Anon asked: What's your creative process when going into writing / planning for a comic? Apologies if this has been asked before.

A: I normally start by just jotting down any super rough concepts/quotes in my notes app. If the piece I'm doing involves stuff I don't know by heart (renaissance clothing or certain landscapes or anything like that) I'll work on gathering a TON of resource images. That way I'm not interrupting my drawing process by repeatedly stopping to look up references. I try to do it all up front and have it saved somewhere I can easily access.

Once I have more time, I'll write out the script in a Google Doc. I break up the script by each panel. I won't always have all the elements ready in my head, and sometimes I'll combine panels or separate them more, but I can always adjust:

Once I have a basic script, I can start to rough out the drawings/panels. These are just gestural drawings; I'm not looking to do anything too detailed here. I'm trying to figure out what best captures the emotions/energy of the scene and determine the natural flow of where your eyes will want to read the art and word bubbles:

Then I move on to the "pencils." This is my opportunity to nail down the expressions and flow. Sometimes I'll realize the page is imbalanced so I will redesign the panels so it has more even weight distribution or make it more dynamic/emotional. I always draw the characters in different colors so it can help me make sure I know what lines belong to which character:

Then it's on to all the fun stuff: Lines, coloring, shading and adding text!

A: I'm sorry, I've never seen it! I don't watch much anime anymore.

Anon asked: Can you make different characters(aka people sonic characters/oc) in your own style

A: When I'm open for commissions, yes! I am not open for commissions at the moment but I plan on doing that this year.

MISC SONIC ASKS

chrismantike asked: What’re your thoughts on longclaw (the owl from the sonic movie) does she exist in your AU as Sonic’s mom?

A: I liked the relationship we saw between Longclaw and baby Sonic in the movie, but I consider the movie as something entirely separate from the game/comic canon. I don't include any of the movie elements as part of my AU.

essycogany asked: What do you like most about Prime!Sonic?

A: Hmm, I think my favorite thing about him is how open he is with his emotions. In this show, he's very verbal about how much he cares about his friends and he doesn't hide it when he's sad or upset about something. In other media, Sonic has a habit of masking his emotions. I get that that's part of his personality, but it's nice to see this different side of him. (I also like how he showed more emotions in Frontiers, too!)

juli071023 asked: e-vay, what motivates you a lot about Sonic these years, why do you love it a lot, what motivates you about that character?

A: In the words of Young Neil, 'that's kind of a big question' haha. Simply put, the franchise just fuels me with excitement and joy and love! The character Sonic represents happiness and freedom and living in the moment and loving life to the fullest and I think that's such a great outlook to have. From a meta standpoint, I love how good the Sonic Team is to us fans. They engage with us regularly and put out SO MUCH CONTENT for us, more than any other franchise I'm aware of! I mean there are plenty of other great IPs out there, but you don't get the bombardment of games and shows and comics and social media engagement (etc) that you get with Sonic. I just think that's so cool! The fans love Sonic so much and the creators know that and reward us for our commitment. It's awesome.

Anon asked: So who do you think would win in a fight between Mario and Sonic

A: I gotta go with my boy Sonic! But of course it's better when they team up :D

Anon asked: How do you feel about the Dadow theory/au? As in Shadow being Silvers Dad. I honestly like it a lot.

A: If they're related, I think it makes more sense for Shadow to be Silver's grandpa or great grandparent. I think there are plot holes to say that he's directly his dad but I'm definitely open to them being related. Plus I think people can headcanon/au just about whatever they want, so I'm not against that theory :)

Anon asked: Hi e-vay, I hope you’re having a great day!! My question is: if there were to be a Sonic movie that’s only about Sonic and the guys but they were all being played by human actors, which actors do you think would suit them best?

A: Thank you so much, I hope you are too! Oh man this was so difficult but I put a ton of thought into it. And I'm sure there are still tons of actors I'm not thinking of who would be better, but here's what my gut tells me: Older Sonic: Max Greenfield [x] [x] or Jack Quaid [x] [x]. They're so witty and handsome and are built like runners! Younger Sonic: Jack Dylan Grazer Older Amy: Alison Brie. Even if it wasn't a live action movie, I so desperately wish that Alison Brie could be Amy's voice actor. I'm actually working on an animation where Amy is paired with some Alison Brie lines because I think it's such a perfect fit. She's sweet and funny and strong and sexy. She's on the petite side but she has that confidence that just commands a room. Ugh, Amy and Alison are my dream women 💖 Younger Amy: McKenna Grace Older Tails: Justice Smith or Cole Sprouse Younger Tails: Noah Jupe or Jacob Tremblay. Sorry, I don't know many young actors but I think they're both great! Anon asked: How old are the sonic boom characters in your opinion?

A: Firstly, I've said this before but I don't think Mobian age works the same as human age. I consider the Sonic Boom characters as all being what we'd consider as late teens or young adults. They all act like me and my friends did when were were college age haha

Anon asked: What do u think tails looked/acted during puberty🙂

A: That's what Tall!Tails is all about! I think he shot up in height and outgrew Sonic immediately. Maybe he got a bit more snarky and might mutter about how annoying it is that Sonic doesn't think things through before acting, but Tails is a sweetheart and I think he'd overall still be nice even while he's in that awkward stage of life.

A: Thank you so much! No, they aren't aware of any other versions of them out there. Ruff would probably be most hopeful to meet other versions of himself since he's into comic books and would love the concept of the multiverse.

A: I have too many OCs to do all of them lol But I'll do it for Aurora and CC. As Aurora, the results from the test were: "ENFP-T Campaigner" As CC, the results from the test were: "INTJ-A Architect"

Anon asked: Question, how is Aurora able to glow ?

A: Aurora has photokinesis, which gives her the ability to manipulate light. This results in a lot of things she's able to do that involve light, but glowing is the easiest thing for her to do (and is the hardest for her to suppress lol). She was born with these abilities but they didn't manifest until she was about preteen age.

charlieangel345 asked: You know everytime I saw Aurora glow up, her photokinesis power changes color. It made me wonder if she feel happy, angry, or sad, her light power might change colors. I can imagine she can create rainbow light.

A: Absolutely! Her powers are severely influenced by her emotions, so the color of her glow would definitely change based on her feelings. I have her inhibitors glow green naturally, but she could do any color under the light spectrum.

freshcreationgarden asked: I like to think Aurora's favorite fairytale growing up was beauty and the beast. Something about a handsome prince who hides beneath a rough exterior who believes they are not worthy of love who is bound to a "Rose"

A: Oh that is just too sweet! That metaphor is very perfect for what I write for her romantic future ;) I have said in a previous ask that Thumbelina is her favorite fairytale, but I like your headcanon too!

Anon asked: Hi, something randomly popped in my head about like the comics of aurora and I wondered, has aurora ever gotten sick?

A: Of course! She's just a regularly lady so she gets sick like average people do. I see her as the type that doesn't get sick often, but when she does it LAAAASTS. (That's how I am and it sucks!)

Anon asked: I know this might be a weird question, but can it be possible if Aurora can do chaos control with a chaos emerald like Sonic and Shadow.

A: I'll be honest, because we don't know much about Chaos Emeralds, I don't know who is capable of using them or not. But because Sonic is capable of using Chaos Control, I'm going to say yes Aurora should be able to as well. I don't think it's a technique either of them can master like Shadow does. Chaos Control seems second nature to Shadow.

Anon asked: if we go by sonic underground lore imagine Aurora finding out that she's technically a princess/duchess. Like sonic always call her princess because that's what dad's typically call their daughters, but then she finds out and her mind just explodes.

A: Honestly, I'm not a Sonic Underground fan. I know a lot of people love it for the nostalgia, but I didn't watch it growing up so I don't have any ties to it and I am not a fan of the story. I'm okay if people want to headcanon tying it in, but it's not for me.

A: Thank you so much, I'm so happy to be back! Yeah, Rouge really knew what she was talking about 😆 I bet she told Shadow the same thing when they were expecting!

Anon asked: Does aroura ever run into her ex again?

A: Aurora spends most of her life in a small bubble, rarely leaving her home town, so she would have run into him now and then. Again though, they were kids when they were "boyfriend/girlfriend" and you can hardly even call them that (Imagine like in the Barbie movie, how Ken and Barbie don't know what it means to be Girlfriend-Boyfriend) so it's not awkward running into each other. It's more of a "Hey there's that person I used to know"

prophecyhyper asked: When Aurora was born and Amy said "She's more perfect than I imagined" What did she imagine of Aurora looking like?

A: She didn't have an exact image in mind when she said that. It was more like an amorphous concept. You know somehow the baby will look like you and your partner, but there are so many different outcomes. So she would have daydreamed about all the possibilities: the baby looking more like Sonic, the baby looking more like her, maybe the baby having elements of their grandparents.

Anon asked: Will Sage exist in your AU?

A: Yes! I adore Sage!

A: This was a great question and I'm so sorry I missed it before the holidays! This is all in fun, none of them got punished: Piper: Nice but ONLY after Santa had to give her a lecture on how she needs to not be a smartass and boss around her siblings Zane: Naughty (He did too many stunts indoors!) Nova: Nice Aster: Naughty (He and Blitz plotted to kidnap Santa) Blitz: Naughty (She finds it a point of pride) Diamond: Nice Cinder: Nice (He's scared of Santa) Boon: NICE! (He doesn't know the meaning of the word naughty!)

A: Aw I'm so happy you liked it! Yes, learning to spin dash is vital to a hedgehog's upbringing ;) She'd teach them very young but then immediately regret it because they'd be spindashing all over the house. Now she knows why Sonic was so hesitant to teach her when she was little!

A: Hahaha I loved this question! First of all, Spooky Season is never over for me! ↜(ˈ╰ •ω•)╯ψ So bring on all your Halloweeny ideas! CC would not be fun to watch horror movies with. She would be overly analytical, not only of the actions that the victims are doing but how unrealistic the injuries/gore/battles are haha. I see Tails as someone who originally was afraid of scary movies, but watching them with CC has actually helped him to be less afraid of them. Now he spots the same flaws she does and they like to roast them together! Just to clarify -- CC does get scared of things, just not horror movies.

Anon asked: Hey, I rediscovered your art recently and almost forgot how much I loved it! I love CC and was wondering if you had any small head cannon kinda things you have for her and Tails you would share that you haven't already?

A: Well welcome back and thank you so very much! This question was not related to the previous question, but the previous question sparked an idea for me so I'm going to expand on it here. When Tails and CC first started watching horror movies together, CC noticed that Tails was super on edge. To help relax him, she'd take his tails into her lap and pet them to calm him down. He's not as scared of movies anymore, but he always has her stroke his tails while they watch shows together now :) Also, CC is still getting used to Mobian mannerisms and nuances. They've made a nightly routine where during dinner, she debriefs Tails on all the new conversations and interactions she's had with people and Tails scores her on how well she's adjusting. She likes the challenge and strives for a better "score" every day!

SHIPPING ASKS

essycogany asked: How are you feeling about the new Sonamy material from this and last year? Things are really starting to become more obvious as the years go on.

A: It does my shriveled little heart so much good! I don't know that they'll ever cross that line in canon, but I love how much their relationship has evolved compared to years ago. It means the world to me that Sonic considers Amy as one of his best friends and as someone he can depend on (and is even willing to think about dating ((in reference to that cut dialog line from Frontiers)). And I love that Amy has proven that her feelings for Sonic are more than just a fan-crush; she genuinely loves him for who he is and will always be there for him. UGH IT MAKES ME FEEL SO ALIVE!

Anon asked: I just wanted to say that I love love love your sonamy works! :D Absolutely adorable (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧ Also, only if you want to answer ofc, what are your thoughts on the ship Metamy (Metal Sonic and Amy)? Thank you for the lovely food you bring and have a wonderful day!

A: Oh gosh, thank you so much! You just made my day wonderful by this sweet message! I do ship Metamy! After all, I believe in my heart of hearts that Sonic has feelings for Amy and Metal Sonic is supposed to be the same as him... ^_~ I think despite his transgressions, Amy has a special place in her heart for Metal. He's one of the reasons she even met Sonic in the first place! But what I'd prefer most is for Metal Sonic to have a Metal Amy. That way everybody wins 💕

Anon asked: Hi e-vay I love ur dr who art!! Question, do tenrose remind you of sonamy? Or do any characters or couples from the whoverse remind you of any sonic character or couples?

A: Ahhh thank you so much! I always thought my Doctor Who art got lost in the void so I'm so glad you found it! TenRose is my favorite DoctorWho ship, so I think by law I have to relate them to sonamy haha. But honestly I think RoryXAmyPond suits sonamy more if you reverse the roles. Rory's absolute dedication to AmyPond--regardless of death--was the definition of love, and that's how I feel Amy Rose is for Sonic. I can't think of any other ships that are good parallels. River Song reminds me of Rouge just that she's savvy and flirty. Forgive me, I stopped watching after Eleven regenerated so I'm not up to date on anything. If you don't like the Shadora ship then don't click this link, but I have drawn Aurora and Shadow as Ten and Rose before :)

A: Thank you so much! And I'm so relieved you still like my stuff even after all this time :) Aurora loves pop music and so yeah I could see her being a Taylor fan for sure. Although I don't take Swifty!Shadow as canon (lol) it is still fun to think they could bond over that music together!

Anon asked: what was the shadora confession like? Cause I like to imagine that it was shadow who confessed and that he did it in the most dramatic way possible, cause he's our drama king.

A: I don't want to reveal too much until I've properly drawn it, but yes for my stories Shadow would confess his love first. He's technically loved her longer since he met her when she traveled back in time to save him so once they've "re-met" I don't think he'd be willing to hide his feelings too long. It's Shadow so of course it has to be so romantic and dreamy~!

ASKS RE: MY GAME

Anon asked: How did you make the Trick Or Sweet Halloween Game, can you show me what you used or did to make it? If you can do a step by step that would be helpful or just tell me how you did it that would be helpful:))

A: Oh man... Honestly, it was way too complicated of a project to explain in just one answer. And I won't be able to explain any of the technical/coding side. I watched so many tutorials but I just couldn't grasp it, so my husband had to code it for me and I have no idea how he managed it. From a non-technical standpoint, I had to first write out the script for it. That means writing out all the dialog and also writing out every option possible. Even though my game was fairly linear, this was still complicated to write. What helped me was using icons and colors to help me know which actions would lead to which outcomes:

Then came the longest part, the drawing! I had to draw a variety of sprites and backgrounds and objects. Also, some of the actions you take make certain items go away, so I had to remember to hide them depending on the path you took. Once I had all the elements, I assembled them in a Slides presentation to test it out. If you're not doing anything too complicated, you could probably get away with making your game entirely in Google Slides. Mine was too complicated and I wouldn't be able to publish it to my website but it was good for testing. When it was ready for build, I had to make a comprehensive guide for Ryan showing what clicks lead to where, what sound effects should be played when, when the music tracks should switch, etc:

He programmed it in Adobe Animate. I don't know how he did it, other than he's just a brilliant babe and I thank god for him lol

Anon asked: Just at a curiosity though, whatever happened to everyone (especially Sonic & Amy) AFTER your truth serum wore off from your ‘Trick or Sweet Adventure’? Also how about Shadow & Rouge? Did they get affected as well?

A: They lived happily ever after, of course! If the two just told each other how they felt then they'd be happy (in my opinion) so they just needed a little magical kick in the butt haha. I didn't have any plans for Shadow or Rouge, but if I could cast a spell to make them happy then I would give Rouge a throne of diamonds and Shadow the chance to ease the pain in his heart (Ｔ▽Ｔ)

Hi May i ask what you use to ship in this fandom? Or what you crave to ship... if that's okay to ask while i'm on Anon, I thought asking now would be a god way..to let you gush about anything IF you wanted too.

Oh of course!! Thank you for asking! I'll slide it under a cut so it doesn't clog the dash.

In the Sonic fandom specifically, I was very much a dirty Sonadow Diehard. I say this but I wasn't like. Fistfighting people over other ships LMAO. Sonadow was just my favorite for a number of reasons. Enemies to frienemies to lovers who are still enemies is sucha fun dynamic lemme tell yah. It could be played so many ways for both sonic and shadow, and it was always fun seeing different people's spins on the ship, ooc or not lol.

I also LOVE Tails and Cosmo from Sonic X. The whole tragic first love thing was so sweet and painful oh my GOD. Shit was WILD.

Also I do actually like Sonamy!! I didn't like Amy at first because back in Sonic X it always rubbed me weird that she was so clingy to sonic in the way of like...ignoring boundaries?? At least that was just my interpretation. When sonic wasnt involved Amy was really cool when i looked back on it! Like shes a girly girl that can kick your ass, how sick is that?? But in later stuff, I find myself like the idea a lot more. Speaking of Amy, I do remember briefly seeing Amy and Blaze shipped together, which was an interesting thought when I look at their personalities!

I also dig Rouge and Knuckles, or Knuckles and Sonic. I alos love poly ships, those are bundles of fun when done correctly. I'm sure there are others but those are the main ones I think about. As for the type of stuff that I want- hmm.

Frankly I'd love to see Rose shipped with 'grumpier'/darker/villain characters (i.e Shadow, Surge, Scourge, etc) because i like the Positive x Negative/Opposties attract trope.

Or something with other outgoing characters (i.e Rouge, Sonic, Amy, Silver, etc) because of the silly goofy adventures and other stuff.

For example, Rose and Sonic occasionally sharing the "I must RUN" braincell and racing at random, all while teasing each other back and fourth and making bets that the loser has to do whatever the winner wants. Naps in the sun and having video games and junk food date nights. does that make sense?? lmao.

Or wtih charaters like shadow, its a bit more of a challenging experience where everything is clearly not gonna always be sunshine and rainbows. its a lot of overcoming trauma and misunderstandings and working to build up the trust to be vulnerable. but once that trust exists, they become quite protective of each other and would rather eat glass than lose that safe space.

thank u for the vote of confidence sfjkhgdlfsd. it's sort of a funny question, because i'm famously easy to ship with — acquaintances really are encouraged to forceship with me whenever they want, you will have a 99.9% success rate as long as we're not being weird abt ages. i love romance! let's make it work!! so even if i don't actively ship something, there's a pretty good chance i can and will 100% get behind it once / if i start writing it. also, i sometimes feel like making a ship preference clear signals to others that you're likely to forceship, and i never want anybody to think "ah shit i know rain ships our muses they'll probably be weird." i won't!

still, here goes —

going down the muse list — for amy, i obviously love sonamy. they're cute, i think their relationship is really sweet and unique and lovely. i also really love blazamy and jewelamy! i don't know that i actively ship knuxamy or silvamy in the sense that i'm never going out of my way to find them, but i've written both in the past and really enjoyed it! especially with all three of em getting close over the course of the war. amy just deserves all the love!!

ava really only has one meaningful ship, which is sonava, tho i'm definitely open to others! i think they're fun / have the possibility of being really fun.

yes i like sonelise leave me ALONE sonic is her manic pixie dream hedgehog!!! ROUGE CAN HAVE A HUMAN GIRLFRIEND AND THATS FINE BUT WHEN SONIC ——

whispangle for both tangle and whisper — i mean, they're basically canon. i also really like whispilver and blazangle, though!

shipping surge is a nightmare conceptually but i gotta admit i am a fan of surgeamy, tho i think surge would have a LOT of complexes abt if ames just likes her because she's "another sonic." honestly, surge just needs someone who connects with her and treats her like a person. i'm also kind of into surgesonic conceptually; very unhealthy, but lots of space for fun there? i don't have actual Thoughts abt them aside from like. lmao sonadow but with a heaping helping of 'i have been programmed to give a shit about absolutely nothing except you and hurting you.'

What Made you Ship it?

I shipped it because I loved the show. It was charming, fast-paced, and very very chaotic. (I’m of the mindset Sooga Village is secluded because no one with a grain of sanity dares to approach it). Anyways, I loved the show, so I loved Garu and Pucca’s chase as well. Pretty basic, but I was 6. What can ya do lol

What are your favorite things about the ship?

Their chase makes for great silent comedy! In both the flash shorts and the show, I never grew bored of their chase. Garu and Pucca are CRAZY skilled and strong, so their chases always led to some cosmic and death-defying hijinks. Aside from their gimmick, the love pucca and Garu have for each other is very sweet and innocent (at least, in the flash shorts…I’ll explain that later). I love it! Garu’s just very serious and shy, and Pucca’s so energetic and full of love that it can be overwhelming, but it’s always true. I love Garu’s subtlety in expressing his affection for pucca, like caring for a tree that meant a lot to her or admiring her strength and tenacity when she isn’t looking.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

Growing up I never noticed how... uninterested Garu was in the Jetix series. I think my contention with Pucca and Garu’s behavior occurred during the premiere of Full Moon Pucca. I FREAKED OUT as a kid and still remember exactly how I felt during the premiere: I fangirled when Garu kissed her back, was interested when I saw Pucca was FINALLY getting a taste of her own medicine… and then confused when the show rewarded her for setting things back to normal and her not learning a single thing. I wrote a whole post comparing 00s Garu and modern Garu lmao if I wasn’t nerdy enough.

Like, ok, Pucca’s strong affection is still there, but she never respects Garu’s privacy or space. She ignores his cues and continues to smother him and Garu DOES NOT like pucca at all, either as a friend or crush. Unpopular opinion here, but I can’t watch the show (even for nostalgia’s sake) without getting uncomfortable abt pucca and Garu’s dynamic, even though I LOVE the residents of Sooga Village. I’ll stick with the shorts for Pucca/Garu interaction.

What Made you Ship it?

I have. A confession to make,

When I first got into sonic, I shipped sonic and blaze. Like, big time!! I drew art of them, looked up art, looked at amvs, I shipped them pretty hard for a while. and then I got my hands on what is still my favorite sonic game to this day: Sonic Unleashed. I was completely caught by surprise when Amy appeared. I was like, “who is “Amy Rose”? Sonic has another love interest? This feels so random.” But Sonic reacted in a way I had NEVER seen before. He became visibly insecure about his werehog form, he got tongue-tied when trying to reach out to Amy, he couldn’t be cheered up when she ran away, and when he had to rescue her, Sonic the Fucking Hedgehog got shy. SHY. I didn’t know Sonic could have these emotions.

And then I started to talk to her, and my lil 8-year-old heart loved how she encouraged Sonic. She seemed to say the things I would say to the screen while playing (“why is no one helping Sonic out? He deserves more thanks.”” Sonic! Don’t be sad about your image, you’re still Sonic!”) And I realized she was the ONLY character in the game to reassure Sonic he was still himself, that she still loved him and she was SO angry that Sonic was running around doing all this hero work and hardly anyone was thanking him enough. I fell in love with Amy’s character, and felt her asking Sonic on a date was earned. The rest is history!

What are your favorite things about the ship?

As I said earlier, Amy brings out the emotions in Sonic would never show otherwise. He grows skittish, awkward, nervous, loses that cool demeanor. It really adds to his character and makes him seem less one-note. And I love how Sonic inspired Amy to take charge in her life. She starts out as an everyday person, someone who admires sonic. Then she starts training to solely earn his affection and then realizes she’d rather have his respect. (HUGE growth for her!) Amy is who she is today because of her own strength, yes, but Sonic inspired her more than anything else. I think the best kind of romance is when the characters inspire each other, it’s more meaningful.

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

This isn’t totally unpopular, but I don’t believe it was love at first sight. For Amy it was, absolutely, she just grew more mature. But for Sonic I believe he fell slowly. In the classic era he’s annoyed by her (though definitely intrigued by her tenacity), in the adventure era he includes her, and by the time unleashed happens he’s open to the idea of dating her (as long as she’s the one asking haha. Shy boy.) They have their first date after the events of unleashed, YEARS after they know each other. My guys, this is a slow burn all the way.

By the time we’re in idw the feelings are mutual ( I’m of the belief sonic has his “italics oh no” moment when he realizes how much she’s grown in issue 2. Sonic just has issues with intimacy isn’t interested in dating and we get to reap the benefits of their playful cat n mouse chase. I think that’s adorableeee and oddly down to earth in a series full of wacky anthro characters and casual God Murdering.

Ok here me out but, Sonic Underground Amphibia AU. Now, you may be asking, “Zack, what does that mean you absolute wet napkin” and I have answers.

Basically it’s Amphibia, but it’s the Sonic Underground cast, with Sonic as Anne, Sonia as Sasha, and Manic as Marcy. Except in this au the triplets would be humans and get zapped to a strange land called Mobius. I have some ✨ideas✨ in terms of who would be what, although there are some spoilers so I’m putting them below the cut

Sonic as Anne

Obviously we would have to put Sonic in the main character place, he would be a normal teen that gets zapped to Mobius via a strange jewel (aka a chaos emerald) that his brother found in a thrift store. Shortly he first arrives in Mobius, he is found by

Tails as Sprig

The second oldest child of Vanilla, he is Sonics best friend and an all around sweet heart tbh, he has two siblings, including an older sister

Amy as idk just pretend there’s another Plantar Kid

Amy is the (mostly) level headed eldest child of Vanilla, being about the same age as the triplets. (Also disclaimer, Sonamy is not a thing in this au)

And a younger sister

Cream as Polly

Cream is the youngest and only biological child of Vanilla, she’s very sweet and kinda naive sometimes, which is why her siblings have to keep her out of trouble.

Vanilla as Hop Pop

Vanilla is a mother who lives on the outskirts of town with her three children, she’s more than willing to take Sonic in once he’s been proven to not be a threat.

I think that Cosmo should be Ivy Sundew partially because she’s a canonical Tails love interest and partially because I love her, but idk who would be the assorted Wart Wood (I hope I spelled that right) villagers, if you guys have any ideas let me know.

OK SPOILERS for Amphibia season two past this point, and a few for season three, not many though as I probably won’t be getting into season three territory as much.

Sonia as Sasha

Sonia is Sonic’s sister and the oldest of the triplets, she kinda has a bit of a Gifted Kid complex ngl, when she fist showed up in Mobius she joined The Eggman Army through unspecified means (aka I don’t remember how Sasha joined the toads)

Eggman as Grimes

Ok I know what you may be thinking, why isn’t Eggman Andreas? Well I’ll tell you, it’s because I like kinda stupid almost anti-hero Eggman who really isn’t evil and just wants to fight Sonic and helps the gang out sometimes, aka X!Eggman. Eggman is Grimes.

Knuckles as idk imagine that Grimes has like, an apprentice or somethin

Another one where I’m inserting a character into a nonexistent slot, I know this doesn’t really make sense but I want Knuckles to be friends with Sonia and also have something to do with Eggman.

Manic as Marcy

Manic is Sonic’s brother and the youngest of the triplets, he has a bit of a stealing problem, it was never to serious, a swiped pencil or other trinket, but eventually he started mixing in with the wrong crowd in school, this got him into a lot of trouble. After a particularly ambitious “prank” gone wrong, Manic gets picked up by the cops, this leads the triplet’s mother, Aleena, to consider sending him to a boarding school of sorts. Not wanting to be separated from his siblings, Manic runs off and finds a mysterious gem that is rumored to be a gateway to other worlds. He calls his siblings to come and check it out, under the guise that it’s a birthday present, unfortunately, they accidentally activate the gem and end up in Mobius.

He’s also a vocaloid fan, and yknow that scene when Marcy first shows up? When she slides down the rope? Well when Manic does that he’s playing World Is Mine by Hatsune Miku

Manic ends up in a city called Mobotropolis, where he meets the king of Mobius.

This is where it gets a little tricky, because I am not well versed in Sonic villains, and I haven’t played any of the games beside Forces, so if any of you guys think of a better person for Andreas’s role let me know

Infinite as King Andreas

King Infinite is the benevolent king of Mobius, who decides to appoint Manic as his royal advisor, he’s very nice and kind and- haha jk he’s evil. He wants to go to Earth using the power of the Chaos Emeralds and stabs Manic, then possesses him with Phantom Ruby juice or somethin

Vector as Commander Yunan (I hope I spelled that right)

Idk I just think it would be funny

Espio as Lady Olivia

He’s kinda similar to he I guess, I just think it would be funny for Team Chaotix to have an episode with Manic

Of course!

I think the first thing to keep in mind throughout all of this is that I was referring to the old notion of “Amy is a psycho girl chasing after someone who isn’t remotely interested in her”. This is the big impression Sonic games (and I guess to some extent Archie Sonic, but I don’t want to get in there) left on fans during the 2000′s, and it comes mostly due to two main reasons:

The differences in western culture versus japanese culture (how we see relationships in general, the actual tropes surrounding Amy, etc.)

How the actual localization process was handled for each game, like the way Amy acts toward Sonic and other characters, how the games play said acts (cute vs annoying) and the way Sonic reacts to her presence.

It’s no secret that localization works during that era were spotty at best (that’s why you hear Ryan’s Sonic yelling “teriaaaa!” in SA2, or the general weirdness surrounding SA1), and while I personally don’t blame the people that worked on localizing the games (after all, the overall quality of videogame storytelling was pretty shaky back in the early 2000′s), I can’t ignore just how damaging those works ended up being for the canon. For example, cutegirlmayra talked about the differences between japanese and western Sonic for years now, take this quote from her post, a quote that I believe nails this whole thing on the head:

America treats Sonamy much like they do their franchise, a meme or joke to be poked fun of. Whereas, with a much more refined atmosphere, Japan treats Sonamy as an endearing and lovely couple. Though both resign to say they can’t really see Sonic ever ‘settling down’ or really being focused on romance. And,… that makes since to me. Knowing who Sonic is. But even that doesn’t mean he can’t have a crush XD (The heart wants what the heart wants, lol!)

More recently, stuff like “Unfortunately, I’m not inconvenient for my girlfriend” came to light, and that’s one of many examples where japanese Sonic was way ahead of its western self. This particular quote is from Sonic Battle and in the english version you don’t get anything remotely similar to that, instead Amy is left to look like she’s a crazy stalker, or that Sonic doesn’t accept her advances to a degree (that’s one major problem, how western Sonic tends to feel like he’s actually rejecting Amy while she keeps on trying.) It’s not coincidence that Sonic Battle is regarded as one of the worst portrayals of Amy in a Sonic game.

If you start digging on what the creators actually intended for Amy, you'll find lots of good intentions toward her and the framing of her dynamic with Sonic (which isn’t the only aspect of Amy, mind you, but my claims about western localization originally came from a SonAmy post so I naturally focused on that, sorry haha.)

For example, last year I looked into how Sonic Unleashed handled SonAmy, and while my initial research was pretty sweet (the english version of Unleashed!Amy is really good if you spend time talking to her), the real kicker came as soon as we (me and cutegirlmayra) started looking into interviews with ex-Sonic Team writer Shiro Maekawa and cross-referencing information regarding the actual writers that were involved during that 2000′s era. The result? There was an entire council at SEGA of Japan dedicated to approve the way Sonic characters were presented in all official media, and they approved all of the key SonAmy moments back then, even more that western audiences didn’t get to see (more on that below.) Most if not all the japanese Sonic writers involved in that era (Maekawa was both a writer and part of said council) left around the end of the decade, after Sonic Unleashed (2008) and Sonic and the Black Knight (2009), and ever since that most of the problems shifted from “this is how SEGA of America is localizing Sonic games” to “this is the very poor state of Sonic writing in general”, so, dead end for now.

Then you have situations like with Sonic X, a show handled by Sonic Team and the official Sonic writers of that era working in some of the most iconic episodes... just to see their work censored by 4kids in America and the subsequent dubs that used that version as a basis (from what I’ve heard not all dubs are censored, though.) That’s why you’ll see fans imploring you to watch Sonic X in japanese instead of the english dub, since the series was a lot more involved with the pairing and the general simbolism of some of its touching moments (they used actual love songs for them, for crying out loud), which led to some funny facts, like how the Latin American Spanish and the French dub both ignored the mandate about muting Sonic’s words to Amy in Episode 52, leading to moments like Sonic promising Amy he won’t leave her again (LatAm) or just straight up telling he loves her (the french were on fire with that one.) Sonic X was the one true vision of Sonic Team, and the way it was butchered for western audiences is still baffling to this day.

So, what’s the deal with Amy then? In theory she’s a cheerful, happy-go-lucky girl with a very strong sense of justice, super-determined to help anyone in need (even enemies like Metal Sonic) and, depending on the situation, pretty impulsive. She’s particularly loyal to her friends, and she acts like the emotional support of the group. You’ll see her filling that role regardless of how good or bad the localization is (SA2 Amy helped Shadow realize his true purpose, Heroes Amy is the beating heart of her whole team, Unleashed Amy is the only one who doesn’t lose hope on Sonic when Perfect Dark Gaia rises); yet the ways by which these traits were shown in the games varied a lot, and that’s how we reached a point where a good chunk of the fandom thinks Amy is a stalker. Japan portrayed her acts as cute, as very respectable traits of a great female character; the west portrayed her mostly as a nuisance the gang had to carry around, even to the point of misinterpreting some of her quotes that aren’t actually bad (for example: “If I had to choose between the world and Sonic, I would choose Sonic!“ in Sonic ‘06.) And while this is no longer the case, nowadays there’s a whole different discussion surrounding making Amy better by making her “more mature” (which is also another topic raised here in the west, like, this whole discussion never ends! haha)

I feel like I got lost and came back several times while writing this reply. At the end of the day, it’s a long topic to tackle and I think the best I can do right now is forward you some more information. My friend beev did some great work translating my own Spanish articles tackling the Japan vs Western differences (it’s pretty much most of this reply.) And then there’s @skull001, he’s very vocal about the ways Amy’s character was messed with (including stuff like Amy being missing from the back of Advance 1′s box, the Sonic X english dub or the fact SEGA is still reluctant to count her as part of Team Sonic), and if there’s someone I’d listen when it comes to knowing pretty much everything about Amy, it’s gotta be him... and cutegirlmayra, of course. I hope this helped, though!

Prompt 25- “Do you realize how much I love you?”

Modern Sonamy oneshot. This is for you, Anon! Whomever you may be~

Amy was walking home after a long day (of getting kidnapped) and started breaking down. After a few minutes of sobbing, she heard an innocent voice call out to her.

“Ms. Amy? Why are you crying?” Amy looked up to see ten year old Cream, with her chao, Cheese. She changed her outfit to something a little more conservative. She wore an orange sweater dress in the winter, along with black leggings like Amy did. Amy had a similar sweater dress, except it was a turtle-neck, and it was a little tighter around the waist. Amy wiped away her tears and smiled.

“I’m fine, Cream.” Her voice cracked. Now Cream definitely knew something was wrong. Amy’s sweet, melodious never cracked.

“Stop lying, Ms. Amy. I’m going to call Ms. Rouge, Ms. Blaze, and Ms. Lyra. They’ll know what happened.” She called the following girls on her phone. She had it in case of emergencies. Clearly this is one.

“Hi, Cream. What do you mean? WHAT?! I’m on my way, Rouge is with me, I’ll get Blaze. Just get her home.”

“Hi Ms. Lyra. Amy’s crying for some reason. I don’t know, she just dropped on the floor and started crying. Okay, see you later.” Cream ended the call, and helped Amy up, while giving her a hug.

“It’s about Sonic, isn’t it. That no good, cowardly, piece of-” Rouge’s mouth was covered by Blaze because of Cream’s presence.

“Cow pie. A stinking poop is what he is!” Cream exclaimed in anger. The girls all agreed at Cream’s comment. Amy sniffled.

“W-why?! Why c-can’t he l-love m...me?! Is it the way I look?! I can change! I-I’d even dye my hair!” The girls all looked to each other. They all shook their heads.

“Amy...I-We, don’t think Sonic’s worth it. He keeps breaking your heart, no matter how much you do for him. He’s not even considerate. You deserve so much more better than that.” Blaze told Amy, as she cried in Blaze’s arms.

“B-but, no matter how hard I try, I can’t seem to fall for anyone else! And Sonic wouldn’t allow me to date other people.” Rouge looked puzzled. Lyra asked the question that Rouge was thinking.

“What do you mean, Sonic won’t let you date other people?” Lyra brought her chair closer. She was sitting in the corner, writing about at least fifty different ways she could kill Sonic for breaking Amy’s heart.

“Well, I can’t really explain it. Rouge, you know how you set me up on a blind date? Well, I was sitting with him, and suddenly Sonic came out of nowhere, and pulled me out of the cafe. He told me to stay away from other guys. Of course I was upset, so I told him to stop acting all overprotective, I can do whatever the hell I want, and he doesn’t listen, he just drops me off back here, and basically patrolled my house for the next few hours while I cried myself to sleep.” Amy said, her tears not scared of falling out.

“That little shit!” Rouge yelled. Suddenly, the doorbell rang.

“Oh! It must be my mom.” Cream ran to the door, and there stood her mother. She said ‘bye’ to everyone and left.

“Okay, since I couldn’t say this in front of Cream, but, wanna go to the bar? It could get your mind of things!” Rouge literally started begging.

“Fine. I guess that would help. Let’s go.” Amy was about to get up, but Rouge stopped her.

“You’re not going anywhere in that. I brought some outfits, and we’re gonna wear them.” And with that, Rouge took out four skimpy outfits. Lyra had a poker face.

“Ain’t no way in hell am I wearing that shit.” Rouge rolled her eyes. She took out a denim jacket, and handed it to her. They all put on their outfits in Amy’s room.

Amy was wearing a red silk strapless dress that hugged at her waist, she wore some bright red lipstick, but used a napkin to bring down the tone.

Blaze was wearing a purple spaghetti strapped deep sweetheart cut at her chest, and was wearing some lipgloss to make her lips sparkle.

Rouge was wearing a black strapless dress which ended about mid-thigh. The dress clenched at her waist. She wore deep red lipstick, and didn’t bother with the tone.

Lyra wore a white circle skirt dress, the skirt ending to her knees. She had a denim jacket on. She put on some lip balm, not really bothering putting on make-up. She sneaked her headphones and laptop, knowing that she’d need it later. The girls all took their purses and left in Rouge’s car.

- At The Bar

There was hip-hop music playing, lots of people everywhere, strangers getting all over each other, and some private booths for...you know...

“Here we are~! Let’s go get something to drink!” Rouge drags the girls to the bar counter. She orders four cocktails (lol I’m too immature to drink and go to clubs) for the girls and they sit down in a couch that surrounds a circle table. After a while, Rouge sees a familiar red figure at the entrance. She stands up and waves, making the other three girls with her confused.

“Rouge! What’re you doing here, babe?” Knuckles asked the bat as he, and his three friends, one being a specific hedgehog. Lyra signaled Rouge to huddle up as a group.

“He’s here. With them.” Blaze said, her eyes wide open, gesturing to Amy and wanting her to be happy.

“I want her to be happy and forget all about that asshole. The only way to do that is to keep him away from her! She’s suffering through heartbreak.” Lyra bluntly stated. The boys, being the idiots they are, decided to try and eavesdrop on their conversation. They heard something about her heartbreak. Everyone looked at Shadow, seeing he was the womanizer.

“I haven’t been playing with any girls, honest.” Shadow said emotionlessly. The boys turned to Sonic. He looked confused.

“What did I do?” Was all he asked. Knuckles face-palmed, Silver was making an ‘Are you fucking kidding me?!’ look, and Shadow just rolled his eyes, looking like he doesn’t give a fuck, but cares for his self-proclaimed little sister’s wellbeing. “No, seriously, I don’t understand, what did I do?” He dared to ask.

“You’re off breaking hearts, like normal.” Silver muttered. Sonic got even more puzzled. Silver sighed. “You hurt little Amy’s heart, Sonic. The little cinnamon roll doesn’t deserve this. We all know you like her, you ain’t fooling anyone.” Silver was right, but Sonic’s ego didn’t want to admit that.

“He’s right, Sonic. Ya’ know, she’s been having suicidal thoughts lately.” Lyra lied. Lyra was right tho-WAIT, WHAT WAS SHE DOING IN THIS CONVERSATION?!

“Pegs, this is a boy conversation, stay out of it.” Shadow told Lyra. She muttered some profanities at him, and he only smirked.

“PEGS? What the hell are you doing to my sister?! Why the hell have you given her a name that doesn’t even suit her and doesn’t even relate to her?!”

“Relax, Faker. Let your sister date whoever she wants. She won’t let me flirt with her. Focus on your own girl.”

- WITH THE GIRLS~~~~~~~

“Why don’t we hook you up with someone, hmm? I hear Shadow’s fre-”

“Fuck no.” Lyra and Amy said simultaneously.

“No offense, Rouge, but I don’t think I’m interested in dating or having a fling with anyone. My heart’s stuck with someone who could possibly be attracted to boys-” Amy’s comment was interrupted by a loud snort by Lyra.

“What do you mean, could possibly be attracted to boys? I hope you’re not mistaking Silver as Sonic.” As Rouge said that, Blaze scowled at her friend. Rouge thought for a moment, not acknowledging the fact that Blaze was burning imaginary holes through her head. Rouge gasped and ran over to Knuckles and whispered something into his ear. He did a small nod to his girlfriend.

“Oh, Shadow! Silver! There’s this new spirytus bottle that I’ve been dying to try out.” And with that, he dragged Shadow and Silver out of the scene.

“Oh, I think we should do the same! Right Lyra, and Blaze? Amy, you stay here, I know you get a little tipsy you get after a strong drink. You even flirt with boys when you’re in that state.” That one comment made Sonic snap his head towards Amy. Amy mentally facepalmed. Sonic’s not happy. AT. ALL. Rouge dragged the two away from the oblivious hedgehogs.

“So...you’re sixteen, and you’re drinking. And it’s obviously not your first time. Am I right.” Amy stayed silent. She just wanted to melt into the ground, not wanting to listen to the useless shit that the guy who ruined her life was spitting out.

“Why do you always try to find other guys?” This really made Amy snap. She stood up, giving Sonic a chance to scan her figure very quickly without her realizing. No wonder he’s called the fastest thing alive, am I right? Amy gave herself a few minutes to regain her posture because she was a bit drunk.

“Now listen here, y-you ass-napkin! I hate being treated like I’m not allowed to date other people, when I am. So, stop it. You have no right to tell me what I can or cannot do. Just don’t talk to me Sonic the Hedgehog. Stay away from me, and don’t talk to me.” She straightened out her posture, and before walking away, she said something that made Sonic truly feel like an ass-napkin. “Do you realize how much I love you?” A hand grabbed Amy’s waist, and pulled her to their chest. She tried squirming out, but the person wouldn’t budge. She took in the scent of the person, and stopped. It was Sonic.

He leaned down, and captured her lips in his own, even though she wasn’t kissing back. He kissed harder, and Amy had no choice but to give in. She decided to take advantage of the moment, and to take as much as she possibly could. In the background, Lyra and Rouge were fangirling, Blaze was recording a video, and the boys were silently cheering Sonic on.

“The reason I keep you away from dating other boys is because I want to. Seeing you with other boys internally hurts me, that’s why I’m so protective of you. But, I’m too shy to confess my feelings to you. I just want to keep you safe.” Amy smirked.

“You’re not shy, Mr. the Hedgehog. You’re just afraid it’ll cause a huge damage to that oversized ego of yours. Go choke on a peanut or something.” Lyra yelled “HEY!” at Amy because that was usually her line. “But, I no matter what I do, I just can’t get my mind off you. Frick that rhymes.” Amy looks over to the fourth wall, where the author is sitting. (”Sorry for that unintentional rhyme, I don’t want to change it.”)

“Sorry Ames. I just love you too much to let you go. I want you to be mine, but...I just want to run, too.” Sonic put his head down. Amy rolled her eyes.

“Enough with the cheesiness, Sonic. It’s soooo not you. First of all, it wasn’t so hard to confess, was it? Second of all, I won’t tie you down. All I want is for you to be happy, and I know that running makes you happy. So whenever you’re with me, and you feel like running, don’t hold it in. Just go.” Amy said calmly. Sonic grew excited and kissed her again. His confident signature smirk was back, and he looked down at his new girlfriend.

“So, there’s no way I’m letting you get away with wearing that outfit, missy.” Sonic said smugly. He picked Amy up bridal style and ran to her house.

Sonic Movie Reddit Leak

Well that's something and noticed I didn't need to click in the title again.

Yet I felt and just honestly I just read this. I'm gonna tell you this. The internet is a crazy place. Their are some stories that are true and some that are not. Basically some bullshit stories and I feel some of the best examples are probably oh my nose but the DCEU because theirs a lot of shit on that instead of Marvel and that's not the topic.

Yet like what people say take with a grain of salt and honestly I was excited after my last text post I mentioned it.

The Sonic movie now the rights owned by Paramount and gonna be in 2019 it's a movie I've been obsessed with. Including I've thought of ideas how the movie and other movies should be basically a franchise. Because it's something I'm honestly excited for and frightened.

Including as I read okay I'm gonna say it again. This isn't confirmed or anything. This could be a fake. But it's something in.....@greendiablo just texted me on my phone holy shit lol just OK KO related. But this is something I wanna talk about whether it's fake or not. The film is due for released in 2019 and I've at times almost gone insane just thinking about. It's something I think about every day or some shit.

So I was excited to read it. But as I read it more. My excitement well it's not gone yet just it went down a bit yet surprised and even some of it.... thought in my head now would do that.

Maybe a mixed bag but I wanna talk more about it. If it turns out being fake well it was something. It probably is but just I don't know. This is just something I wanna speak about okay. In fact my ideas might not be better or whatever.

So if you read the post on Reddit. The story is well it features Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Eggman as it says those are the main characters. But also some others. Including this new human character named Grant who's a journalist.

Basically the story is the four of them and I'm making this short they have to team up to stop Eggman and just honestly I don't wanna talk about everything. Including worried of this post might not fit everything.

I wanna say this. For Amy I honestly like it what I read she isn't as obsessed with Sonic as like in some of the games. While I'm a Sonamy fan. Their are at times I honestly feel it's mainly the English versions of some stories where how Amy is written. She has a crush on him. This was just someone on my mind yet maybe I feel I should read it more. But I wanna talk about the main human character.

To be honest the idea of a live action and cgi film okay was gonna be honest about humans first. But just I would prefer a CGI film or whatever.

But now to talk about Grant and to be honest I don't mind some human characters. Because I feel it would be expected. Including I'm okay with characters like Princess Elise and Chris Thorndyke I don't hate them. But mainly the focus being on Sonic while also the humans would need to be well written. Including have some sort of importance and I'm not oh head and got text from Greendiabo again but I don't wanna hate on anyone.

Now with Grant so adult that's nice but he's a journalist. While I don't hate the idea. I think I'm just so used to the idea looked up on right tv still fine. But I'm just seem aboard with the idea of a human character being a soldier of some sorts or even a GUN soldier or even a Autistic soldier or someone who gets weapons from Tails.

Because I keep thinking okay people won't think this character is useless got a text again man. But I keep thinking this idea if we have a human character be a badass, give them guns, and have them kick robot ass. Basically I keep thinking of examples being Chris Redfield and Leon Kennedy who were trained for combat and shit. Got a text again but yeah basically a human character like that.

I'm spending too much time on this yet I think and notice making a human character badass and by giving them a gun to shoot things mainly Eggman's robots isn't gonna immediately get people's respect. Including it doesn't mean it will make the character better. It depends on the writing.

Also theirs this idea that having a human character as a soldier it may sound like bullshit even when I thought of it. It might not be the most friendly of choice. I'm sounding stupid yet I just seem to want main human character their have been others like Topaz who basically use guns and shit.

But just the idea that still won't help unless written well and....Shadow....yes comics but those aren't canon yet his interactions or just......soldiers.... I seriously feel he wouldn't like to hang out with one just I'm being stupid.

Finished a text and I'm rambling on. Yet we have other characters like even Rouge and Madonna who was originally Sonic's girlfriend from Sonic 1 but they scrapped her. She's with Rouge and theirs well...I wanna say this character. But I wanna mention this first.

Their is no Knuckles in it. I'm bothered by that including I honestly feel like that would make sense. Because I like to call him and other characters the original six. This includes Metal Sonic but their are mentions of his race a civilization.

Yet the one character that's very surprising is Chaos.....yeah I'm being serious Chaos the God Of Destruction himself.

But his role and theirs no Tikal mentioned. Including the leak mentioned it's even a mixture of Sonic Adventure and just theirs even some classic stages referenced and part of the story like Green Hill, Chemical Plant, Labyrinth, and just a casino I said I'm not gonna mention everything oh stomach.

But the Chaos part it does share his history including even the final battle is between him and Super Sonic almost put Metal Sonic lol well mainly Metal ha ha smiling a bunch sorry.

Almost left but again yet yeah a battle between Super Sonic and I forgot if they mentioned Perfect Chaos or not.

Said sweet in my head yet here's this man. I'm gonna say this I like Chaos.....but as in the first film Including risky and why.

In fact it's this weird comparison so Chaos and Doomsday from Batman V Superman Dawn Of Justice. While Doomsday is also the big monster of BVS his role and his character was never really that deep. So finished a text but yeah and Doomsday I don't wanna spoil BVS just if you know Doomsday and seen BVS you'll know what I mean but their was some sort of depth of what Doomsday meant.

I'm getting off topic but Chaos is different. For Chaos and I sometimes don't know or just confused. But going by @greenyvertekins sorry to mention you where I got this. He is actually a Chao like she said an enraged one who is the guardian of the Chao. Including I've been compared him to Shadow's role in Sonic Adventure 2. Now finished a text yet seriously what I wanna get to I think is that making Chaos a some what generic huge monster and I don't seem to finished text sorry. Okay what I mean I don't seem to like using the word generic now.

Including I've even thought of imagined if Chaos was reduced to that kind of role and I don't like that. While Chaos isn't the most I don't wanna say popular character but he's a character who doesn't speak much and we never play as him in Sonic Adventure but the back story with him and the Chao at least gave him meaning. Including comparing to Shadow and even thinking more in depth of Chaos's character. I seriously feel like Chaos being reduced to that kind of role is troubling.

Just finished a text and God it's funny smiling but back to this. Yet seriously so it takes place on South Island and even Station Square and Metropolis are mentioned too.

Their are some other details. Including the post credits scene is of Eggman in a new base and I mentioned this in my reblog I smiled by reading that. The last part is Metal Sonic being revealed in some tube. Supposedly setting up a sequel.

Now just finished a text oh my God just....theirs a lot of stuff to mention. But I'm worried I won't fit them all. Including I wanted to talk about the stuff that mattered to me the most.

I've also wanted to say I forgot the whole character having weapons and just I've noticed Buddy/Gadget/Rookie the wolf fits that role or just the avatar. So the idea well you can still have a soldier whatever my head not to bad ha. It's just I don't think Sega and Sonic Team wanna make a Sonic game where you play a part of the game and it's a human in third person shooter gameplay. Even if they did make Shadow's game.

Seriously to be honest it's shit sneezed to the left and had mouth closed. But it honestly seems okay and simple a bit. Minus the Chaos part because I'm bothered by instead of having Chaos with depth. He just some monster or some what I remember right. Including I don't remember any Chao mentioned. Now just finished a text with that friend of mine talking about this.

Really I feel like while I love the Sonic franchise a whole lot. The first movie in a franchise no not boring oh head. Yet I feel like and even I keep forgetting it needs to be okay not perfect just.....it needs enough to be good or just.....

Okay basically what I mean it needs to be a good movie or whatever. Including you can't just shove everything in everyone's faces. Because critics will hate that shit.

Including honestly I keep thinking about just if the movie was in my heads. While it's very crazy and this was even an idea for a reboot. In fact the whole South Island thing and Grant going to almost reminds me of some story ideas of mine of own.

Yet my idea was of the move showcasing Sonic and Eggman first meeting the iconic first boss and it's in Green Hill. After that Sonic is a pain in Eggman's ass for three year or six years. Including theirs idea of having Sonic and others aged up. Such as even Amy and Sonic the same age but I don't know at times them being young adults. So after some years Eggman decides to take a risk and builds what he thinks could finally beat Sonic, which is basically Metal Sonic. Including whether to go with a story like the Death Egg or Little Planet. Including have Knuckles and Angel Island in there and his story.

Yet honestly that's quite a bit for a first movie. Even the idea of Metal Sonic. Because even if I love Metal Sonic a lot and this is me too. Because I seriously think or unless he's crazy enough or just wants to Eggman making a robotic Sonic right after he meets him. Which is why I put the years later thing they've been fighting for some time. Also theirs Metal Sonic's mindset with their can only be one Sonic and who should the real one.

In fact even the idea while I like it and I say Sega would probably do this. The idea of a sequel mixing the stories of Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 with Shadow and Chaos teaming up with Eggman also Rouge and Metal Sonic. With Tikal appearing with characters of the story sometimes even talking to Shadow. Also the death of Shadow story.

Then the next film being a mix of Sonic Rush, with features Blaze, Lost World the Deadly Six as the main villains, and the rebirth of Shadow. Also a Team Chaotix film even with thoughts of Madonna being in it, a Shadow film, a Sonic Unleashed film, a Sonic Mania film, and a two part movie that is Sonic Forces.

Yet after playing Sonic Forces the idea of having that as a grand finale.....or just....I'm still thinking and just my opinion on that game being mixed.

Basically I've already thought of a franchise. While we are still waiting and you can tell now why I say I've went basically insane thinking of the movie waiting. Including with Sonic Forces out and everything I suppose is not what I expected with my silly posts. Almost put including again but this build up to Infinite okay shit changes man it really doesn

But just...it's interesting. Honestly I wanna look at the leak a bit more the details. I might talk about it more. Including the Sony Sonic Movie 2019 tags are for nothing now.

Well got tags done and after I put Blaze's tag decided to put more and even almost left Chris Redfield and Leon Kennedy tags but weren't needed. Even also didn't put BVS tags.

This is mainly me rambling and after now no reblog I just wanna wow difficult to spell brush but wanna brush my teeth.

Sonamy One shot -

A/N -

Sonic Boom Sonamy fluff. Amy is behaving oddly, and Sonic starts freaking out.

It was a pleasant day in Hedgehog village, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, Eggman was attacking.

“I’ll be a back you blue buffoon!” Eggman yelled as he retreated to his lair.

The team cheered happily.

“Another victory for team Sonic!” Sonic yelled as he high fived his fox friend.

“Who’s hungry?” Tails questioned, “That battle’s made me starving, anyone up for Meh Burger?”

“Sounds good buddy, I could go for a chilly dog about now.” Sonic replied as he patted his stomach.

They began walking, before one of their team mates spoke up.

“Actually guys I’ve got to…I’ve got a thing, I’ll see you later.” The pink hedgehog said quickly before running off.

“Did anyone else think that was kinda…I don’t know strange?” Sonic mused as they walked over to the restaurant.

“What?” Knuckles replied as he scratched his head in confusion.

“Amy, she just ran off. Usually we get some lecture about where she’s going and why.” Sonic commented.

He’d never admit it, but Sonic really cared for the pink hedgehog, in his own way. She was always there for him, admittedly she could be bossy at times but she meant well. He also kinda liked that about her, it made her independent, strong, he knew she was a very capable woman. He also admired her honesty, which is why he found it odd to hear her make up a pathetic attempt at an excuse and then to run off.

“Now that you mention it, I guess it was a little strange.” Tails pondered.

With that the subject was changed after Sticks screamed about Amy being taken over by aliens from another dimension. They had ordered by now and had sat at one of the empty tables. Sonic still couldn’t shake the feeling that something was wrong with Amy, it had distracted him so much for him to completely zone out of the conversation his team mates where having.

“If you’re that worried Sonic, why don’t you go check on Amy.” Knuckles said snapping Sonic out of his daydream.

“What, me? Worried? About Amy? Nah don’t be silly, and if I was it would be in a friendly way, comrades worry about each other, it perfectly normal! It’s not romantic, who said anything about romance? Why are you all looking at me?” Sonic rambled, he could feel his cheeks heating up has he kept speaking, but couldn’t seem to stop himself.

“Just go.” Sticks said monotonally.

“Ok.”He said flatly, and with that Sonic raced over to Amy’s home.

He arrived outside the door, and knocked. “Ames?” He shouted.

He heard a clatter inside the home, and a frantic sounding Amy shouting in response. “Just a minute!”

“Amy, are you ok?” Sonic said, panic washing over him slightly.

Suddenly the door swung open to reveal a very out of breath pink hedgehog.

“Sonic hey! What’s up?” Amy said smiling a sheepishly.

“I just came to see if you’re alright, you rushed off back there.” Sonic said as he shifted his weight from foot to foot nervously.

“Aww Sonic, that really sweet of you.” Amy said, he cheeks tinted with a rosy glow.

Sonic smiled in response, unsure of what to say or do with himself.

“But you really don’t need to worry, I’m fine.” She said leaning on the doorway a little.

“Ok…if you’re sure.” Sonic said in reply. “Can I come in?” He questioned.

He didn’t really believe what she was saying, and wanted to check everything was alright.

“NO!” Amy squealed, “I mean, now’s not really the best of times, how about you come over in say two hours from now?” She said as she looked at the watch on her wrist.

“Ok, sure.” Sonic definitely knew something was up, it was just a matter of what?

“Great, I’ll see you later then Sonic.” And with that she shut the door in his face.

“Yeah…I guess.” He said as he turned away.

He needed a second opinion on this, so he decided his fox friend would be the best person to ask. He zipped over the Tails’s workshop. Tails was working on his plain when Sonic arrived.

“Hey bud, do you mind if I ask you something?” He said as he entered.

“Sure, fire away.” Tails said in response, not even looking up at his blue friend.

“It about Amy, she’s acting super weird today, I went over there and she practically shooed me away.” He explained as he paced around the workshop.

“Ok, maybe she’s busy?” Tails said as he reached for the wrench next to him.

“Busy doing what though? Why does it have to be so secretive?” Sonic said, worry washed over him.

What if she’s got a date over? What if she’s dating someone? What if they’re in love? What would he do?

“Well, she might be writing a new screen play or in her diary or maybe she’s…” Tails rambled on with different suggestions of things Amy could be doing.

“Tails.” Sonic stopped pacing suddenly.

“Yeah?” This made him look up, Sonic sounded serious, which was a surprise to him.

“What…well what if she’s…I don’t know got a…got a date over?” Sonic said trailing off quietly.

“Look Sonic, you like Amy, don’t try and deny it, I’m your best friend I can tell.” Tails began, honesty he thought was the best policy here.

“So I think you should…”

“Like Amy…what no! Ok…look maybe she’s cute in a bossy sorta way. And maybe I do like her, and I mean is that really so bad? I mean she kind, she’s funny, and she’s my friend. Ok yeah SO WHAT! I like her ok, would you get off my back already geez!” Sonic gushed his words, not comprehending what he had said before they came out of his mouth.

“SONIC!” Tails shouted over his rambling friend.

Sonic snapped out of his rant, to look at the yellow fox that was now stood in front of him.

“If you’re that worried she’s on a date, go tell her how you feel now! And stop this ‘date’ in its tracks.” He said as he patted his blue friend on the shoulder.

“Uhh fine, but I’m only doing this to get you off my back.” Sonic replied with a sigh.

He zoomed out of the workshop, only to pop his head back through the door.

“Tails?” He said softly.

“Yeah?” Tails responded happily.

“Thanks.” He smiled shyly.

“No problem” Tails laughed and gave a thumbs up to his nerves comrade.

Sonic ran to Amy’s house, burst open the door and words poored out of him before he could even think about it.

“Amy look, I know you’re dating someone else. But I’ll be kicking myself for the rest of my life if I don’t tell you this now,” He was pacing around the room, he hadn’t even looked up to see the pink hedgehog.

“And well, what I’m trying to say, in a non-romantic way, wait no I mean in a romantic way, it…I…that is to say…I, l…whew this is harder than I thought It would be…I like you…I guess, I don’t know, maybe, a little…yeah…I do.” He stumbled over his words, but was satisfied with what he had said eventually.

What he had failed to notice was the pink woman stood In the kitchen covered in blue icing. Amy was about to scream at him when he entered her home unannounced, she’d been baking him a cake to celebrate their teams anniversary of becoming well a team. But before she could tell him to get out of the room so that he wouldn’t ruin the surprise, he began saying everything she had always wanted him to say.

He finally looked up too see her reaction, half expecting a very angry looking woman to be staring back at him. What he got was a woman with tears streaming down her face and the biggest grin smiling back at him.

“Oh Sonic!” She squealed and ran at him wrapping her arms around him.

They hit the ground with a thud, Amy looked down at the bewildered blue man underneath her.

“I like you too!” She said happily the tears making it hard for her to see his reaction.

And with that she planted her lips onto his, Sonic was having a mini heart attack under the pink hedgehog. What was happening? She liked him? Where was the date she was meant to be on! She was kissing him? Hold on she was kissing him! Their lips parted both panting breathlessly.

“I…I…wait why are you covered in blue icing?” He said reaching to some icing caught in her quills.

This is p decent’ and since Ive re-entered the Snoc fandom, Ive sorta reanalyzed my ships and looked into what real chemistry co9uld be there and frankly I just think that Sonadow has a lot of working potential, it reminds me of how I felt about McHanzo at first; They have a lot of working potential and thats what I love building off of. They have the potential to work really well together because the balance each other’s personalities and senses out (Shads bringing a sense of realism and Sonic bringing a lightheartedness) and neither has to worry about the other getting into trouble/hurt/being used against them because they’re both extremely capable of handling themselves. The difference between them and a ship like Mchanzo though is that they’ve already previously worked together and interacted on multiple occasions.

Im sorry I just have a LOT to say abt the ships I love ha h a–Also Ive noticed I have a tendacy to like ships where the partners balance each other?? MightyxAmy is actually something I’ve thought of o-o; here’s why-

Prompt:

“I’m soooo glad you’ve decided to stick around and not go off the face of the planet for forever and never tell me anything ever again until I finally found you this time, Mighty!!!” Excited but also throwing a bit of shade in his fast-talking joy, Ray flew up and down in a pleasant glide as Mighty lowered his head in a bit of embarrassment.

“It... was really that bad for you, huh?” He did feel a bit guilty, but it was his way to just disappear into nature and... figuratively, become one living in it.

Ray just happily swooshed down and landed in a beautiful pose as he didn’t just stick the landing, he STRUCK it.

“Very nice.” Mighty had a bead of awkward sweat drop slightly from the side of his face, though subtle and hidden as Ray turned around and bowed, then laughed at his own whimsy.

“It’s been so long! I was worried I may never see you or Sonic again. Though, lately, Sonic’s easier to spot than ever before now! I mean, just look for his friends and he’ll be around there somewhere!” Ray joked, but he wasn’t quite off the mark.

In the past, Sonic was elusive, he was much more social than now than ever before!

“You have a point there...” Speaking of his friends...

Mighty had a weakness, something he didn’t want to admit but looking over at Sonic’s friends...

It had been years since he’d seen Sonic. Last time, he was stopping Eggman and his robotic menace, Metal Sonic, who were bent on stealing the Chaos Emeralds and even the Master Emerald from under Knuckles’s diligent nose.

At least, that’s how Mighty perceived Knuckles, with a level of respect for him being a type of ‘forest guardian’ in his mind.

“Will Eggman ever get over his mania for power and greed?” He tsk’d, before seeing the pink image of delicate grace but extraordinary power bounce into his sights and head over to her friends, lovingly holding up flowers as little flickies of all different species were helping her carry some fruit and flowers over to them as well.

“They wanted to say thank you! Isn’t this so sweet?” she chimed, and her voice caught him as he melted at the sight of a girl...

Yes, there was a weakness... but it was specific...

“What’s wrong?” Ray walked over to him, seeing his distracted expression and a hint of sorrow in it as well. “You look like you’re wracked over something...”

Mighty flinched, he was so used to being alone with his thoughts, he hadn’t really practiced talking about his thoughts outloud.

Though... the temptation to tell someone was too great to bare...

“Don’t say, ‘it’s nothing’ cause it clearly is-OFPH!” Ray’s mouth was quickly quieted as Mighty smushed his two, massive and gloved hands over his head and mouth, looking around.

As Ray struggled, he moved him back and let him go, making sure Ray’s remarks were far out of earshot.

“Pah, pah! Your gloves smell like old, rotten berries! Pah!”

“I’m on a diet.” Mighty looked a bit ashamed, but he wanted to talk about it... just... not really talk about it. “I can’t go over there, Ray.” He folded his arms, looking away with a small shade of similar pink to that other Hedgehog’s color... resting upon his cheeks. “I... I haven’t really been around-...” He bit his tongue, not wanting to confess it.

“What? Others?” Ray tilted his head cutely, “You know, it’s not like we’re all master socializers here.” He laughed, “I haven’t really seen Sonic and his other friends either! It’s been years!”

Sonic was actually organizing a gathering, he wanted to announce something like a new game where everyone could compete and have fun in.

Mighty and Ray were reached out to after a lot of effort, but Mighty just sighed. “It’s not just that... those my dissociating from people and living in nature has a lot to do with it...” Mighty knew he was guilty of that, but that was just his way. Nature was his calling, and he couldn’t survive in a modern world.

Even microwaves... just thinking of a robot cooking your food for you was a little ‘wrong’ in Mighty’s mind and heart.

“I’m not good around... strong women...” He ducked his head so far down that you could have sworn he was falling under Narcolepsy.

Ray blinked his eyes, innocently.

Then a knowing and an almost hidden, sly demeanor crossed his face as he put his hands behind his back and smiled, “Just strong women?” He teased, but his tone made it sound so sweetly innocent and sincere.

Mighty blushed and turned away, but as he did so, he saw Rouge pierce her spinning kick and break a boulder.

He turned away, shaking his head before seeing Blaze also training, bursting fire out from around her and melting the pieces of the rock Rouge had sent flying.

All the while, Ray watched Mighty and the actions he was seeing, smiling...

“It’s bad.” Mighty covered his eyes, “I can’t help it. I guess I’ve always seen women as kind of... small?” He didn’t know how to describe it. “So when I see that they’re strength could even rival my own...”

“Well, you are really strong!” Ray’s bubbly personality had him hop up a little closer to Mighty, “And it makes sense, since you aren’t really around women very much in the forest. Unless... You’re secretly into nymphs...”

Cheekily, Ray covered his bashful face and snickered up at Mighty, who held back bonking him on the head and turned away.

“Quit it! Those don’t exist!”

“Ohh... but you wish.”

“I do not!” Mighty swung around, clearly growing upset but more so embarrassed at his flaw. “I just... I don’t know what to do. It gets really bad around-” He stopped when Amy Rose stepped up to the girls, giving them a thumbs up with her hammer swung around her shoulders like a baseball bat.

She readied her swing as Cream rose up and hit a ball towards her. She must have been preparing for one of Sonic’s prepared Friend Games, and practically exploded the ball on impact.

“Aw man!” Amy cutely tapped her head, “Not another one...” she slumped a little and let her hammer fall serenely to her side, as though just as depressed as she was. “Hey, Sonic!” she called, waving her hands to get his attention, then placing it on her cheek. “You’ll need to get stronger balls to throw! These couldn’t even withstand Cheese’s punches!”

Cheese, flying beside Cream, buffed up his chest and sucked in some air. Looking fierce.

“Oh? You got it, Amy!” Sonic shrugged back to Tails, “That new compacted ball was tightly strung together, now what, Tails?”

“Not another one...” Tails seemed to have failed once again in inventing the equipment necessary to actually have the Friend Games work out for everyone’s differing power levels.

Mighty scooted back slightly, growing shy.

Ray saw his hands move a little together and then looked beamingly up towards Mighty, “Ah! You like the strongest of the strong, huh?”

Mighty shook his head, “She’s Sonic’s girl, isn’t she?” He turned away, not liking referring to someone as someone else’s... it sounded like slavery to him. “I mean, she’s with someone... and that’s wrong.” he shook his head, “So... I’m not.”

“But you way are though.” Ray bounced his eyebrows and then held up a finger, “Ah, ah, ah! No butts! I’m teaching you how to talk to a girl, and move passed your fears!” He flew up towards Cream in the air, rubbing the back of his head humbly as he introduced himself.

However, as they perched on a limp from a nearby tree, Charmy began to twitch in angry and flew over, challenging Ray to a contest.

“...Um, okay.” Mighty took the wrong idea from that interaction and slowly began to approach Amy. “H-hello, I’m Mighty... I’m, uh... What am I again? Oh, an armadillo... do you like Armadillos? N-n-not like a food, but like as an individual.” he stopped himself and slapped a hand up to the front of his face. “This is stupid! I’m going home!” he was about to turn around when Amy crashed through a set of boulders, training her strength for Tails’s experiment on crafting a new ball to play with, but looked strangely torn at how he was going to do such a fleat.

As he panicked, Amy turned to look at Mighty, who didn’t realize he had walked right in front of the next boulder.

“Oh, hello!” she swung her hammer away from him and cutely curtsied, “I’m Amy! Amy Rose!”

He mumbled something incoherent and she tilted her head, moving closer up to his face. “I-I’m sorry, could you repeat that?” She got so close that he almost felt his whole body shutting down in the close proximity.

“I-I-I like your hammer.” he stepped back, his whole face stuck on horror with the red of his emotions. His body trembled and he held himself a minute, not sure if that was the right thing to say or if that creeped her out.

“Oh, wow! Thank you so much!”

His eyes widened a little and he relaxed, turning around again to see her face light up at his compliment.

“You know, not a lot of people say that. I like you too!” she waved and moved back to Tails.

“...She...” A huge misunderstanding was forming. “Likes me?”

Ray flew back, “Well, I think that bee guy is chasing the wrong flower, but she’s a pretty cute flower, to say the least.” Ray seemed to be letting it go, not meaning anything by talking with Cream, but also seemed to have won the challenge as Cream was trying to comfort a crying Charmy. “Nothing too charming about that and jealousy.” Being a bit wiser than his looks, Ray seemed to have a good grasp on people.

“Mighty?”

When he saw his friend completely frozen in a moment of hope, he didn’t know how to read this one, but knew he missed something important.

He looked behind him for some clues, and seeing Amy speaking with Tails, he positively flew up in a burst of joy. “Yipee! You spoke with her! Conquered your social awkwardness! How was it? How do you feel?” he turned left... then right... trying to get a read on Mighty’s expression.

Mighty gripped his heart, “...I think... I’m gonna talk to her again.” He looked more motivated than ever, and crushed his fist together, looking stoked. “I think I might have a shot!”

“A...Wait, what?” Ray’s unique ability to connect with others suddenly lost it’s touch... he was totally confused as Mighty rushed back behind him and politely tapped her shoulder, making her turn in another wave of surprise.

“Oh, hello again.” her personality sparkled through his lonely sunrise...

“I’d like to like you too!” he boldly stated, and she didn’t know how to interpret that, other than giggle into her hand and continue her competitive streak.

“Alright! They say that bonds grow on the battlefield! Let’s fight our best out there! I’m glad to have made a friend of Sonic’s!” she put her bundled hands up in a very girlish behavior, one he wasn’t used too, but thought she was accepting him.

“R-right!” he almost wanted to mimic her in hopes of pleasing her in the conversation, but resisted it as it felt awkward to even think about doing.

She waved again and her and Tails took off.

He puffed some determined air out of his nostrils, “Ray! What’s the first game!?” he charged over to him, ready to train and have more interactions with her.

However, while trying his best to impressive, stick with, and battle alongside Amy, he couldn’t help but notice her fondness for Sonic...

‘What am I doing wrong?’ he wondered, and tried to mimic what the other dudes were doing for the ladies.

He lifted a boulder and threw it at a staged robot for a game that required you to bulldoze your way through an obstacle course, and reached out for Amy.

She wasn’t in need of it though, and just shook it, smiling politely.

When he saw Silver do it for Blaze... she took it and got helped up from the powerful blast in the last challenge race...

He used his strength to grip a bridge into place, but saw Sonic scoop Amy up and sped through the now stabilized bridge he was holding up...

Losing some faith, he dropped the bridge once they were safely across... and lost the challenge.

Later, Ray come up to him. “Hmm, you sure you heard her right?” After getting the whole story from him. “You know... maybe... she was complimented you back from your compliment to her.” he tried to explain, “Like, when you crush a boulder with one fist and I say, ‘nice job!’ and you go, ‘You too!’.” he acted out the scenario, but Mighty looked like the crushed boulder he was pretending to punch.

“...Oh.” he lowered his head, seeing his friend really saddened by this.

Suddenly, as Ray went to maybe reach for Mighty but pulled it back to hold his own arm instead in defeat, Sonic sped through the two and turned back, calling out. “Hey, you two! We’ve got a problem! Amy’s missing!”

Mighty rose up from his pity and nodded instinctively.

The two took off with Sonic and found that Amy had been lost in one of Eggman’s sabotages, and Mighty just so happened to be the first one to dig her out of the landslide.

Helping her up, she held onto him and he felt what Sonic must feel when he carries her, and continued to try and get her to safety.

Using his nature skills, he found her natural ointments for her scrapes and scratches, food that she was safe for her to eat, and even how to follow the water tracks back to civilization... or something like that, Amy didn’t really follow everything but was deeply impressed by him.

She did compliment him a lot though... so maybe?

“Miss Rose...” He began, but she quickly cut him off.

“Amy! No need for any of that, I’m not an old lady, silly!” she teased, fanning her hand out to shush him on trying to be so formal. “We’re friends now! No need for that.”

“O-oh... How’d you get so strong?”

“I wanted to be beside Sonic... always.” her stance changed as she dreamily looked off into the distance, trekking through the other side of the mountain since Amy was trapped on a now covered trail that Eggman had rigged. They had to move around the mountain to be safe, but were triggering traps along the way.

He felt his shoulders rest down at her mention of Sonic, and the way her entire being seemed to fall and rest in a gentle way at mentioning him.

“Uh-huh.” He looked away, “You like him... don’t you?”

“Emm... is it obvious?” She cutely teased, covering her face and swaying her body back and forth, “For the most part, I like everyone, but especially my Sonic!” she swooned, placing her hands cutely on the side of her cheek.

“Well, it’s good to know.”

Mighty and Amy looked amazed to see Sonic coming up behind them, holding some wires in his hands as he seemed to have cleared the upcoming trek before finding them.

He winked to them, “Miss me?”

“Sonic!” she excitedly dashed towards him, her arms outstretched wide as she embraced him and tried to peck his whole face with kisses, but he just kept pulling away, leaning his head back.

“Easy, Amy! Easy! You’ll spook out Mighty!” Sonic smiled but in a embarrassed and awkward way, knowing Mighty wasn’t used to Amy’s typical behavior.

But as Mighty watched them, he felt a kind of peace wash over him.

‘Ah, so that’s how a woman shows she likes a man.’ he smiled kindly to the two, then sighed and put his hands to his hips, accepting his defeat. ‘I guess I’ll have to find a girl willing to like me that much too...’

“Mighty?”

Turning back, he realized he had spaced out in his own thoughts again, excluding the world around him as he had to be social again, and waved his hands out to them as he tried to explain himself. “Ah! N-nothing! W-we should get Amy back safely though!”

“Aw, I’m a lot stronger than that, right!?” She summoned her hammer, moving away from Sonic and then presenting Mighty with a fist to hit.

She smiled bold and brave... and he admired that in her.

He realized his feelings were from a lack of experience, and that this was the most ‘liking’ Amy would ever let him receive, and was just glad he got to learn more about her.

“Yeah, you are strong.” he returned the fist bump, and let it linger there a moment as his eyes widened a second. “You... You didn’t get pushed back.”

Amy’s eyelid twitched as she was forcing her eyes closed, her feet were in a stance to withstand the light... but heavily powerful force that came from his fist touching hers.

“Uh-huh.” She spoke through the pain, but was immediately impressed by her able to withstand his power, and felt his heart race at her strength again.

“I gotta go!” he took off, letting Sonic take care of the rest as he secretly delighted in the fact that there existed a woman out there who wouldn’t get flung back by his fist-pump...

(Mighty is a tree-hippie in my mind lolol And I hope you’re okay with me stressing Mighty more than Sonamy in this prompt... I couldn’t help myself XD but Sonamy is still there!)
