Random shit No.1 -> I made a post here about JK's type and Jimin's lips keep popping up on every sm recently so they've been on my mind. Which is y I remembered a tiny thing from Bon Voyage season 1 ep 1. Keeping in mind Jin and Jimin are the 2 members with full lips (and RM some but not as much as Jinmin) it would make perfect sense that they are the 2 JK would zoom in on when interviewing them

Random shit No.2 -> Remember this post I made about Jikook living together, remember how I said it was weird Jimin was the only one who didn't have anywhere to live? Well recently this Karmy was talking about how hard it was for Jimin to leave his dorm life since he loves being around BTS sm

Then this Kjikooker chimmed in on how JK bought Jimin an apartment to make him feel better 🥺🥺🥺

So guess the theory is that JK is the one who bought Nine-one for them seeing as they were both living there. I mean if anyone should know its fans who live there, right?

When u really think about it, it all comes together because JK moving into Brunnen... a house owned by the company with furniture from the old dorm...proving just how temporary that place is...which again makes sense coz of the house he's building in Itaewon.....

While we are on topic, there is a moment missing on my living together post but we all know it very well.

If you pay close attention to Jimin you will notice him subtly lifting his eyebrow. Its so subtle that idek how people noticed. JK looks at Jimin while members are laughing at him and Jimin does that. 🤭 So yeah, that coupled up with the fact that they were all making fan of JK and his mattresses but Jimin who under normal circumstances would be part of the discussion was quiet as a church mouse. That was incredibly sus.

Random shit number 3-> is a tiny BV analysis coz we know how much i love those. Okay so JK climbs up a steep hill without cameras at the crack of dawn to get his baby some snow. We know all about that. So tkkrs the morons that they are, tried to claim this moment for themselves because JK showed the snow to V first and offered him to touch if he wanted to. But, aside from JK waiting for Jimin to come out, apart from him jumping up eagerly to show Jimin the snow, apart from him watching Jimin's face to see his reaction when he handed him said snow, and apart from editors saying point blank that JK got a gift for Jimin, we also have this;

Season 4 episode 3. Members play RPS and losers have to climb the hill and bring back snow.

Someone i dont remember who, says that the snow will melt

But JK who's a professional of bringing snow from mountains by now, chims in

He already knows its not gonna melt since he did it before. Now he says that and then looks at Jimin and keeps looking at him

Doesn't once break eye contact. This here makes it perfectly clear that he got the snow for Jimin and no one else. JK stares at his boyfriend for so long that Jimin has to look away/looks down 😂😂

Random shit No.4 -> while we are talking about BV there is something that happens i had to take note of. Yoonmin are the ones who lost and had to go up the hill to get the snow. When the rest got back to the cabin, Jhope was making people this magic toast with his secret recipe. This shit was so funny y'all should be able to remember it. He was so proud of it 🤣🤣 Anyway, when Yoonmin got back, Jhope asked Jimin if he wanted his special toast.

But here comes the kicker. Jhope uses JK to convince Jimin to have the toast.

This, ladies and gentlemen are the reflexes i was talking about. It's not just Jikook keeping the secret that they are dating. It's the members too. And sometimes they will slip. Our president being the main culprit. 🤭🤭🤭 what does it matter that JK liked the toast? Suga and Jin had the toast too. Why is JK the member he uses to appeal to Jimin?

during lunch, you felt very unwelcomed it's like everyone was trying to kick you out slowly. You never felt that in the past year, but now it's different. Eddie never meant what he said to the guys at the table. god, he couldn't even stop thinking about the other night he never liked someone enough to get scared like that. His childhood taught him never to show emotion, so he never did he thinks that hiding it makes life easier, but it is not his not doing anyone a favour.

you left the room to go to the gym. Most clubs and practices happen after school. Eddie was never rude to you, and now he kicked you out of hellfire just after you both had sex.

I enter the gym, interpreting the cheerleaders. "chrisy can speak to you alone," you called out for Chrissy.

one of my favorite details about liam is the fact that he is very nice!!!! but he does NOT seem to get manners

his whole motive thruout season 2 is that he wants to save the others. from the looks of it, he doesnt CARE about the revenge part that much. like yeah itd be nice to stop the guy that physically harmed and killed you bc he did that, but thats an afterthought really - and i didnt interpret liam trying to kill airy even as an attempt at revenge so much as an extremely irrational and extremely stress-induced method of trying to make sure his friend + the others DIDNT get sent to the plane. his main priority is repeatedly that he wants to stop this from happening to anyone else. the only time he mentions himself is when saying that he 'cant live the rest of his life not knowing WHY this happened' (thats paraphrased) but that is immediately followed up w concern for this happening to other people

ofc, he also thinks he literally Has Nothing so the lengths he goes to to save the others CAN be interpretted as not things he would do if he thought he could go back to normal but at that point, thats just extremely specific speculation and i dont think thats supposed to be whats conveyed. some situations wouldnt even be necessarily related to him not having anything, so much as related to helping the others. he still throws himself into everything after "remembering what its like to have a life again." even when he realizes that he doesnt HAVE to have lost everything, he still cared and wanted to help the others more

i think he wanted closure, yeah, but he really did want to save the others. the scene of him helping julien is there for a narrative reason, after all (though i dont wanna get into that bc id go on a tangent about narrative choices in ONE). hell, hes the only one to try to get charlie out of the way of the stakes! (not that the others didnt try, but i feel like the intended take-away of liams general nature is fairly clear)

anyway, liam is nice!! he cares a lot abt others and doesnt want bad things to happen to them, and hes ok with bad things happening to him if it can help them.

but he does NOT understand a lot of social etiquette, or the concept of being polite.

my favorite example of this is the whole discussion abt going to go see bradley. when the restaurant gets shut down, liams first thought is to go 'sooooo. you dont have work, right?' when liam realizes he cant pay for the laptop, he just kinda. 'i dont have any money.' and stares at bryce like a cat looking at your plate of sandwich meat, waiting for you to inevitably give them some

this isnt even ONLY after the 7 months, theres hints of this trait before then! when amelia is talking abt stone making her team when the challenge, he just goes 'yeah sorry.' then talks abt how texty won their teams challenge, pointedly when texty is RIGHT there. liam doesnt even say goodnight back to owen! (this ones less impolite than the others but i think its silly to include)

it should be noted tho, that while this ISNT present before and after the plane, it DOES show up more prominently afterwards, and this could very much be the stress! but looking at WHY its more prominent afterwards also feels like it points more towards this just being How He Is.

all of the things hes kinda impolite abt? are things where he is TRYING to be nice, or arent unkind inherently. hes going to talk to bradley? well, doesnt bryce want to come? driving him there is more efficient anyway. oh you have work? well now you dont! so now things are easier! staying here isnt gonna make the restaurant reopen anyway! (liam also probably does NOT have the same weight associated w jobs that bryce does, since liam hasnt had a job in a capitalist society in 7 months. its probably still subconsciously there, but not at the forefront when the plane is still out there). i crashed your car? well, i think the lives of others matters a little more. you can get a new car, but if something happens to airys contestants WHO KNOWS whatll happen to them

a lot of it, i think, is made more extreme by stress and trauma, yeah, but these are patterns in logic that seem to already discard manners as being that relevant. and i, autistic, chose to view that as something hes just Like. hes not a dick and he doesnt ever mean to be! but also if someone can do something fairly minor to do something more important, why does he NEED to be polite abt it?? whats the POINT you get the same message across! and thats assuming he even REALIZES these things are "impolite," based on a lot of his interactions w vryce, i legitimately dont think he realizes how he acts could sometimes be considered 'impolite'

where bryce is knowingly kind of rude sometimes and doesnt care (though is STILL kind, he is just more blunt and uninterested in sounding nice, which i could do an entirely different essay on the autism of), liam seems to not really notice manners, nor does he think theyre very important to consider, and i just. really love that about his character :)

this is the kind of guy that, if you stubbed ur toe, hed probably not say 'oohh, sorry :(' and hed just be 'dang, that sucks' and move on

The WOF Love Interest slander has made me think about it. What would be my ideal love interests for each Wings of Fire protagonist?

Clay - Keep him without a solid one, he can have minor flings but honestly I like how the books kept him single and made it pretty clear Peril’s crush was one-sided. I don’t personally headcanon him as aromantic or anything I just think him not having a love interest is more useful and interesting to the character dynamics and the story than having one would be.

Tsunami - As I have previously stated, pathetic malewife ( gender-neutral as usual for the bisexual queen ) or equally as tough dragon who has a soft spot for Tsunami and she has one for them. I like how Riptide is the first person Tsunami meets but not in the way the books portray it, it shouldn’t just be “first male of the same tribe as her now they are dating” I feel “this was the first person I felt I could relate to on all the things I never knew why I did and you taught me so much but never used me for being a princess or forced me to be a certain way thank you”

Glory - Okay girlboss and her hitman bodyguard is cute, kinda reminds me of Yor and Loid Forger in a way but also the age gap has to go Tui how’d you fuck up the timeline that bad 😭😭 I don’t actually like how Deathbringer is written either I kinda would want more of a serious to outsiders but playful slowburn when alone with eachother. I feel like Glory wouldn’t actually get with anyone until she’s an adult because she would be so focused on her career BUT GOD GET A MAN OR A WOMAN OR WHATEVER IDC WHO IS YOUR AGE PLEASE DONT MESS UP THE TIMELINE AND IMPLY STRANGE AGE GAPS IT RUINS SHIPS

Starflight - Tbh… I love him and Fatespeaker nerdy quiet boyfriend and his bundle of energy nerdy girlfriend, just crank it up to 11 I want more I don’t care if she’s annoying it’s fun I just wish they did more with it it was so cute :(

Sunny - The aromantic queen.

Moonwatcher - Everytime I heard her worrying about “oh gosh oh me should I choose the nice funny guy who is nothing but kind to me or the nasty racist man who keeps telling me who hates me because I’m a nightwing” makes me want to rip my hair out. If you can’t tell love triangles are often poorly written and both choices are not equal. Solution: Give Qibli more apparent flaws and maybe don’t make Winter dragon racist it makes the bad boy character a lot less of a bad boy and more of “why are you giving this man the time of day Moon he hates you” energy. That was a rant and a half but basically balance it out more and in the end I don’t want her to decide. She can have some romance drama on the side but I feel like she could never choose, or she could go poly or open relationship but who knows. If I could throw Qibli and Winter in the love interest trash bin I would give Moon a quiet gf with an interesting backstory or something like that, someone who doesn’t have a bombardment of thoughts and is calm and peaceful and Moon can just chill with her. Or honestly if Arc 2 wanted to focus on plot more, discard love interest for Moon until Arc 3.

Winter and Qibli - Stated before. Honestly would prefer if Winter didn’t have a love interest at all and worked through his own issues with his friends where as I’m a little more open to Moon and Qibli personally I’m not the biggest fan. I think Qibli is another character like Clay that I can’t see any story reasons to actually give a love interest until after Arc 2.

Peril - Realize she doesn’t need Clay to love her to be worth anything and slowly come to realize to learn to love herself, maybe she gets to be with someone as an adult but after lots of healing and being able to separate her worth as a person from a partner’s love. <3

Turtle - I like how he has a crush on Kinkajou and how Anemone kind of ruins it but I don’t want it to go anywhere and I want he and Kinkajou to have more discussions about it and for them eventually decide not to get together. Or something like that I can’t really see Turtle with anyone but I liked that storyline.

Blue and Cricket: I actually really enjoy this ship and I want them to be happy, make it less sudden though Tui I stg they went way too fast but I do enjoy pathetic little boy x nerdy girl it is a very cute dynamic and made arc 3 tolerable in the first half for me.

Sundew: No complaints. Willow is amazing, I just wish she had more of a role in the story.

Snowfall: I think she and Lynx are cute but they do also work as friends, I don’t think she needs a love interest. Single girlboss.

Luna: I like Luna and Swordtail a lot actually Arc 3 had pretty good romance for Wings of Fire standards, I just wish it was fleshed out more before Luna’s POV book. Her thoughts and memories of Swordtail also made her book tolerable I’m ngl the plot was lacking but Luna and her awesome thoughts and mind and memories was super cool!!

I could also include the humans, the winglet characters and Darkstalker but I don’t want too!! Fuck the humans I hate them!!! Also I acknowledge I didn’t include any MLM ships in here at all but that’s kind of just because most male characters have pretty solid ships already which are primarily straight, which is sad that there isn’t a lot of LGBT rep in Wings of Fire besides Sundew x Willow and side characters Pineapple x Jambou(? He is so irrelevant I forgot his name help 😭 ) and arguably Sky/Peril. Maybe after Winter works through his angst he can get an emo boyfriend that would be my heart and soul.

i think the only ones out of the loop who thought they were already together are haruka and shintaro. yuukei quartet is kinda out of it bc theyre a bit older and kinda didnt care for the little silly drama and have problems of their own LOL but ayano and takane were filled in bc as a big sister!!! ayano has to know whats going on!! (insane abt the idea of her and shintaros siblings dating. probably gives kido a lot of actually useful advice abt being honest and not run away from feelings) (sort of a takane talk 2.0) and takanes like.... gossip central this bitch knows everything about everyone not that they do anything with that info to help anyone.

tw: pr0ship mention, me being utterly confused bc of twitter, me probably overthinking a common issue in fandoms

ok so like....why is almost all of playfellowxxx on twitter specifically just pr0shippers?

Not trying to start anything here ive just been trying to avoid them and block like im supposed to and it just seems like im blocking 70% or more of the people in the tag bc they're pr0ship (plus the small percentage that were pr0ship AND who were apparently ped0s via proof of call out posts).

and like dont get me wrong here, im not trying to be hateful here im just not sure how to find out if someones pr0ship unless i dig (which im rather uncomfortable with doing). bc pr0shippers literally out here reblogging from ppl with "pr0ship dni" in their bios n everything and its like....confusing? and just to be clear i do not have a playfellowxxx centered account, i do not post any content on it.

Plus like there's the problem of antis mistakenly/maybe intentionally following pr0shippers accounts to the point where its in big letters "Antis stop following this account" so obviously im not the only one whos confused. I don't see how like blatant antis and pr0shippers end up like constantly reblogging from one another unless one of a few things are happening:

Ppl are blatantly disregarding the dnis to reblog bc of serious issues (like the callout posts w/ evidence of minors being preyed upon) which I'm a little iffy about bc like thats still a persons dni??? (which this doesn't cover any of the other instances where its just reblogs of art from antis and pr0ships on the opposites accounts) (plus this would be the rarest of occurrence)

2. Either side sees the art, doesn't read the bios/disregards bio so theyre unknowingly following the other (which is still iffy, for that large percentage of them that put it in their bio n pinned posts, you think it wouldn't be difficult to like...just know right?)

3. There are so little antis in the fandom that they are communicating w/ pr0ship n either claiming to be neutral/pr0ship themselves bc they don't have any mutuals and want their art to be boosted in the algorithm (which i don't believe is the case)

4. Theyre all pr0ship and just put "pr0ship dni" in their username bc of not liking the fandoms equivalent of character x themselves, or other stuff/don't want hate on their twitter posts or dms (which i know isn't right either bc theyve activity said about going on blocking sprees/getting extremely upset seeing that mutuals ended up being pr0ship?)

I mean there could be other reasons I'm just not aware of what it might be. It's honestly been something thats been bugging me for a lil while but I've been unable to speak about it freely due to not really having anyone to discuss it with.

I really don't expect a response here bc ppl have "tl:dr" in my comments before on my old account when i talked about serious stuff, but if you want to throw me a reason, go for it.

Part 6

The sun wakes us up. 

"Good morning, ill meet you by your Jeep"

I say as I get up and head upstairs to shower real fast and get dressed. I throw on jean shorts and just a white button down shirt that i tuck into my shorts and my colorful Nike's. I head downstairs and Phil is in the kitchen

"Where are you going?" He asks

"Jake and I are going for a drive?"

"This early in the morning? Also whats going on with you two?"

"Yes this early in the morning. And we are seeing where things lead" and I notice that breaks his heart "just tell everyone we will be back" I say as I walk out the door to meet Jake.

"You ready?" He asks

"As ready as I'm gonna be for this"

He pulls into the station and i sit there for a moment 

"Hey its gonna be okay" he says

"You dont know my history….. honestly i'm surprised you didn't find it when you did a background check" 

He looks at me shocked.

"Depending on what happens in here we will talk about it okay?"

"Okay, I'll wait for you"

"Thanks jake" I say as I get out.

I walk up to the door and stop. For 3 years I stayed awake from police offices and stayed out of trouble so not to give them a reason to look into my past and here I am walking into one.

It feels like yesterday I was walking out with a box of my stuff. I was not only the youngest detective but also the best so I have a feeling  I know what Alan wants to talk about.

I open the door and walk in.

"Hi I'm Krista here for my meeting with Alan Bloomgate" I say to the girl working the desk.

"One moment" she says as she picked up the phone and calls him.

A few moments later he walks out.

"Nice to finally meet you come with me" he says as he leads me to his office

I sit across from him.

"Look there are things we need to discuss. Including how you found Hannah and Richy. Something didnt settle right with me and so I pulled up your name and it didn't pop up right away but after some digging I found it. Your not suppose to be working on any cases for 15 years and yet you were to find Hannah"

"That was me trying to find a friend" I say

"You didn't know any of them before Thomas texted you so I know that's not the case. I know you were working with the most wanted hacker and holding information from the police."

I just sit there getting ready for the handcuffs.

"Look we have 2 options since I haven't told anyone else about you finding Hannah. I know you were the best and youngest detective when you were there specially with cold cases"

"Yeah I was" I say unsure of where this is going.

"You can either put your hands behind your back and I can arrest you or you can help me with this cold case from 20 years ago"

"Whats the case?"

"You don't get that information until you agree"

"So I either help you and stay in duskwood while working on a case when you admit yourself Im not suppose to be or have you arrest me right now?"

"Yep those are your only two choices. So which is it going to be. Because the cold case is sealed but once we open it and start digging into it the FBI will be back here but I'm hoping with your help we can be ahead of them if not close it by then. Cause 2i saw your close rate and time it was impressive"

"I'll take the cold case but I only ask my name doesn't get mentioned at all with this case specially if the FBI catches its opened again"

"Okay deal" he says as he reaches across his desk to shake my hand. "I'll be in touch through text and calls with information" as he walks me to the front office.

I walk out the door and see Jake still there. "So we gonna talk about the past and what happened in there?"

I sign "yeah but I want to tell everyone if that is okay with you" 

"Yeah, but first coffee"

"I agree" i laugh as he drives to the cafe and grabs us both coffee.

The drive back after coffee is quite minus my phone blowing up with Jessy calling.

We pull into the driveway and they are all piling into the cars to go find us.

"Guys!" I yell out the window shaking my head at Phil. "I told Phil we'd be back"

"Where were you?" Dan asks

I sigh "the police station and to get coffee"

"What?!" Says Hannah 

"Look lets go inside there is something I need to tell all of you" I say as my hand shakes and Jake takes my coffee so it doesn't spill. 

We all pile into the kitchen I stand leaning against the corner unsure where to start.

'What is it?" Says Richy

"Krista if your not ready you don't need to do this" says Jake

"No I need too" i sign again "honestly i'm surprised  Jake didn't find this out when looking into me but i use to be a detective…. 3 years ago"

Everyones mouth drop 

"Wait is that why you found hannah?" Says Thomas 

I sigh "yeah…. I was the youngest best cold case dective"

"What do you mean was?" Ask Jessy 

"My partner and I was on a cold case and gotten some leads. We weren't suppose to go in but I ignored my orders and we went in. He ended up getting shot because of it which caused me to not be allowed to work any cases for 15 years because it was my fault he got shot"

"Thats why you got quite when we were talking yesterday morning with Jake" says Jessy

"Yeah and it gets worse"

"How is that possible?" Says Cloe

"While working with all of you to find Hannah, Alan dug into my past and found it. This morning thats where I was."

"Thats where I took her not knowing this information" says Jake

"Well he found my cold case percentage and I had to make a choice.. help him with a 20 year old cold case that once it's opened the FBI will most likely know it is open or have him arrest me on the spot. Obviously I agreed to work with him"

"Are you crazy this could be worse?!" Dan yells "what is the FBI catches you on this case then what happens" 

"If they catch on before I close and Alan gives my name up…. Federal Prison for who knows how long. If I didn't agree…with all the charges Alan can put on me the sentence would be life." I look down at the floor.

Jake walks out of the kitchen and I want to follow him but everyone is still here

"So no matter how this plays you can end up in prison?" Say Dan

"Yeah unless I close the case before the FBI finds this out. Which honestly every cold case  I opened I closed within 2 weeks with that one expection… but guys can we come back to this later" I say as im looking out the backdoor to Jake and Jessy notices

"Yeah thats find" she says as everyone else moans.

I walk out to Jake. "I'm sorry I hid this from you"

"I'm more mad at myself that I didn't find this" he says

"Hey don't be. I asked it to be hidden so I could still get a job to live Jake. I had no idea that 3 years later that I was going to be a random number and the detective in me couldn't say no or give up" I sigh sitting down on the grass

"So you're only staying until you close this case?"

"No, I'm staying as long as I want and as long as I'm welcomed. These last 2 months I saved every penny cause I had no desire to do anything but work and I mean I can always find a job here in Duskwood" I say as I nudge his shoulder

"But when I told you my history, why didn't you tell me yours?"

"I was scared Jake…. Most people don't like being in the same room as someone who got someone killed yet alone a relationship. Everyone's faces in there when I said it I felt like i3 went from insider to outsider in seconds."

"Well can you blame us thats a huge drop of information"

"No I don't and i get if you all don't want me to stay. I'll go to the motel while doing this cold case and then leave."

"I don't know Krista but I need to go for a drive myself" he says as he gets up and walks away. I hear him pull out of the driveway and i walk inside to everyone still sitting there.

"If you guys don't want me to stay I get it all I ask is someone takes me to get a rental car and once I close the cases I'll leave Duskwood and never talk to you all again"

Jessy comes up and gives me a hug "I want you to stay. Who else is with me?"

Dan comes up and gives me a big hug and one by one they all follow even Richy.

"Thanks guys" I say as a tear falls down my cheek "but I need some time alone to process some things" as I walk up to my room.

I was thinking about what you said on people making feminism a bad word again now that like, all this has happened and also seeing the reactions to that stupid AH-JD trial where literally every man i see is going "finally it's being proven that women are all liars and witches and that actually women aren't abused" and making fancams and epic dunks videos like it's a ben shapiro video. Literally going backwards

i mean yeah thats a separate discussion i dont really wanna have but i meant more on girlies on tumblr specifically and like there are legitimate issues like making sure trans women are included and making sure women of color are included etc etc. i dont really feel like arguing or fighting with anyone and this is just a bunch of word vomit ive been thinking about for a long time

i feel like over the past five years or so theres been a rise in ppl mocking things like the decision not to shave like its some epic win for leftists and the women who dont shave are “cringy white feminists” or “terfs” when thats not what those words mean. and people talking about pick mes to describe women who like beer or sports or dont wear makeup. and acting like taking a stance on or talking about feminist issues or attending demonstrations in of itself was problematic and callout worthy.

i think it started with people throwing around libfem and radfem like they were the worst insults ever on this site, which sort of made feminist an insult and then if anyone got called on it they could be like “oh well im just criticizing LIBERAL feminists im OWNING THE LIBS” and acting like the very existence of attending any demonstrations for womens issues or caring about them made you a bad person.

i also thought it was very alarming and a bad sign during the burger thing that no one was using the word feminism except like maybe 2 or 3 of the richest whitest blondest most removed from internet discourse band girls. additionally another thing i found extremely alarming during the burger thing was everyone treating it like its a legitimate ideology that guys sometimes pretend to be GNC to lure women, which is so ridiculous to say

also theres been a shift in how people view womens bodily autonomy. and double standards arent new but in recent years theres been a fun sprinkle of weird “consent” discourse. like if a girl wants to wear makeup and dress up to go out with her friends or shave or likes salads and smoothies she only does those things because of men, and if she drinks beer or watches or plays sports its also because of men because shes a pick me. and if an adult woman wants to have sex with a guy, or wants something casual becauses shes busy with school or a career or not ready to settle down, or wants a specific sex act or a threesome or whatever she doesnt actually have sexual desires, shes “pretending” to for men, and shes “damaging” herself with “trauma”— which is like conservative rhetoric about used goods. and people think women are permachildren that dont have their own sexuality ever and masturbating isnt normal and a sign of being abused or whatever

finally i think the above merged with the conservative undertones of cottagecore and anticapitalist ideology and weird shit about hormones and legitimately beneficial ideas about maternity leave to create this weird breed thats like “women shouldnt HAVE to work we arent like men were DIFFERENT were SOFT” or “stay at home daugters” or whatever. like fuck all of you guys i like working a full time job and i enjoy being busy and feeling i have a purpose and i loved school and i like having my own bank account and i like paying my own way on dates.

anyway im really not surprised about roe v wade i feel like the writing has been on the wall for years and this doesnt even touch on weird abortion bait and other stuff. ive been expecting like this since 2016 to be honest

//and to add to my previous reblog, a couple things if you are new to the RP side of the community! As from someone who’s been here since before 2014 at the height of MLP:FIM and the superwholock fiasco…

1. Have a pinned post with basic information, and links to on blog pages for stuff like rules and character information.

2. RULES ARE VERY MUCH IMPORTANT AND NECESSARY TO SET BOUNDARIES AND STANDARDS. You need people to understand what you are and are not willing to do or they absolutely WILL WALK ALL OVER YOU.

3. If you have neither of these things, please… go into the rper’s IMs and ask to discuss possible rping together and give information there. Whatever you do, don’t just throw something at us without anything to go off who tf we’re talking to. That is a very quick way to get blocked by some people.

4. For the love of any god(s), spirits, demons, or otherwise that you worship, DO NOT COMMIT GOD-MOD BY ANY MEANS. Most people in any rp community knows this, but tumblr takes it especially bad and will have no problem SHREDDING YOU over it. For those that DONT know what god modding is, it is where you force a situation/use ooc or out of character knowledge/ or force the other person’s character to do something without their permission.

5. Communication, communication, COMMUNICATION. Abuse the Instant messaging feature we did not use to have it so nice as it is now. Come to us we are very much more afraid of you than you are of us and it is a good idea that if you wanna find a circle of friends don’t wait for them to come to you, come into our ims and ask us kindly about possibly rping. So long as they’re not mutuals only rping in their rules then you should be golden!

6. And this is very important: Respect. This place is a hellsite and aptly named for a reason. We give respect so long as it’s returned. We don’t like being bothered by bullshit but will absolutely destroy it when it comes our way. We’ve ruined the banks on three big businesses by being ourselves and we’re not gonna change that just because a flood of new people are here now. Regardless. Respect is key with anyone and it very important here.

7. And finally. The most important rule, one that keeps your sanity and saves you from so much shit you don’t wanna deal with. Don’t be afraid of the block button. Or the hide tags option. For people who have trauma, are easily triggered, or just especially touchy about things, don’t be afraid to tell yourself “you know what? I don’t want to see this crap.” And black list certain tags, and block certain people. (Also, don’t forget to turn off best stuff first in your settings cause that ruins exposure) you don’t have to watch shit you don’t wanna watch. And this is the easiest way to just get what you wanna see.

ik u said to ignore it but i cant ignore it because im a natural snoop and i fucking love reading tags. its where people show their colors and i think everyone has a rainbow inside them. which prompts me to say that u dont have to answer this. hell, u can ignore this.

anyway, maybe its coz im using tumblr wrong. i literally only come here to grab some *feels* (good and bad) at the popular reblogs and then occasionally join in the simblr "oooh" and "gaaah!!" eras that i feel like im missing out on what u call the Back in the Day tumblr era. tumblr was advertised to me as a blogging site so like lmfao.

maybe its also because of the power of the anon feature that i can actually make myself be able to enter ur ask box without feeling too shy or scared that im here to comment on ur post. is it because we're far too scared to interact beyond the comments or is it because drama (not sure if theres a better word for it, controversy maybe?) has scarred us and being able to comment on things without the anon feature kind of scares us all now?

regarding simblr drama posts that blow up, u could probably also contribute it to bandwagon, right? like obv, its not the only reason it blows up but bandwagon helps. its far too easy to join in the opinion that everyone agrees on and parrot it around. like idk if im making sense but isnt it kinda easier to "not have an opinion" but rb that other person's opinion/fact that the rest of the community has deemed correct or right as if its your own (ok maybe this sentence sounds bad and i could probably phrase it as "i have an opinion about it but this other person has worded it so perfectly that i will rb this instead". anyway i'll leave it in coz the previous one could be true to some people). not that its bad, im honestly glad most of us agree on smth, it just sometimes loses that sense of discussion u probably meant if we're all just parroting everything.

Hahah no thank you for snooping on my tags 😅 what I meant to say is, I notice that most engagement happens through likes instead of comments, which is just really frustrating because yeah, I am used to tumblr being more of a forum so likes feel very empty to me. Unless it’s “”drama”” then yeah like you said, people are more inclined to comment. Like my first post that blew up was literally just “not someone charging $3 for sims nipples” or st like that which was really funny but also a little sad bc I would’ve loved to engage like that on posts I actually cared about and that weren’t just me being cheeky lol. That said, I understand what you mean about feeling too shy. I asked about this earlier - why ask questions on anon if they’re not mean - and for most people yeah, it boiled down to being shy or not wanting to seem over eager. But I LOVE when people are eager about my nonsense, I LOVE when people ramble like this in tags or comments or my inbox about my story/sims. That is the sole thing that’s kept me active here tbh - the couple people who comment and send me asks instead of just throwing a like here and there. I’ve been told many times that engagement on simblr is a lot lower than it used to be which is a little discouraging. I’ll look at my friends with large blogs and even though their stories get 100s of likes there’s still only 2-5 comments! I’d be pulling my hair out!! Maybe it’s a pet peeve that’s kinda specific to me lol but it does bother me sometimes especially when I put a q like hey tell me what you thought about x or whatever the case may be. jaw surgery: faq's and need to knows

Hee! i'm wednesday, 21 years old and had jaw surgery about... 6 days ago now, counting the day i got the surgery seeing as i had it at 8 in the morning, and i'm here to talk a bit about how the process went for me and how i'm doing almost a week after.

I'm going to mention some well known facts and how they really play out (in my experience, which can be vastly different than yours), what to look out for some things i have been looking up for every single day now, etc...

i want to do this because reality of what this surgery meant never really set in before i got it, because i have bad anxiety and hate going to the doctor i refused to think about it too much, as to not get overwhelmed. in hindsight, i dont regret doing this, but it would've made a lot of things easier to search some things up...

i'm not a medical proffessional and all these things should be discussed with your doctor.

warning of medical related talks, and vomiting.

so here are a few things you might want to know!

| 1 | waking up from the surgery can be super terrifying. i think this counts for a lot of surgeries, but i think especially jaw surgery, because you can't always speak. I had a difficult time waking up and staying awake. when in recovery i couldn't speak and everything was really overwhelming. they gave me an popsicle (i think they are called) but i couldn't eat it. i ended up having a panic attack because i couldn't speak nor could i alarm anyone as to how i was feeling because they were busy with other patients.

So when waking up, it can be scary, not to drive fear into you but it's an odd experience and can be unpleasant. BUT most people are fine afterwards so dont worry too much!

| 2 | too add onto this story... the throwing up... yes, this happened immediatly afterwards, i threw up blood everywhere in the recovery room and continued for the next 2 days and 5 nights after the surgery... and if you have elastics in your mouth that break when opening your mouth they will snap.

| 2.5 | i know this speak for itself. i'm also adding this onto it, because it ties in with the story, but for all my people out there who are uncomfortable with their body and people seeing them naked. very bad news, unless you make it known to them that this makes you uncomfortable they will not proceed with care.

this sounds very crude, but most people who work in a hospital don't give a fuck about how you feel if you don't communicate with them. and when getting jaw surgery, chances are, you can't speak about how you feel.

when i threw blood up all over myself in recovery theyjust undressed me without care. now i understand this is what they're are suppossed to do, but that doesn't make it less traumatic, i had to lay there in a room full of people while being completely naked and having a panic attack.

so if there is any reason or way you feel scared about being naked, this can happen. not saying it will but be prepared to be vulnerable.

| 3 | the hospital is shit to stay in. no matter how nice the nurses are, how comfortable the bed is or how easy your acces is to pain meds and help, you just want to be home. now every hospital is different where i went, i had to only stay 1 night and could then choose to go home if i wanted to (under certain conditions of course) so if you are in the same situantion as me, be careful if you choose to go home. i wanted to go home really badly and did seeing as my mother cared for me the next few days 24-hours a day. but if you feel bad and physically are not capable of going home yet, please stay.

| 4 | bed rest is suuuuper important. but i didnt sleep for more than 5 hours a day the first 4 days... yep you heard that right. after immediatly waking up i slept for the whole day and had a horrible night. this can happen. and it's so frustrating not to be able to sleep, because the days seem so long and the recovery seems so slow. (and this is coming from someone who willingly stayed up until 4 every night on a school day and pulls all-nighters frequently)

sleep can be difficult, and i know it's hard to get through the first few days, but it does get better and your days will feel normal soon enough.

also you can't sleep on your side for the first few days up until a week (depends on what your doctor tells you), so if you are anything like me and sleep on your side or stomach... practise before the surgery to sleep on your back, it'll do you a lot of favours!

| 5 | i know you hope that you might be some miracle patient and that your swelling goes down magically in 2 days... it won't it needs TIME! the first 4 days are the worst, with swelling and everything else, but your jaw needs to heal. it can and probably will bruise as well, this will also go away. take your time babes, you went through a rough surgery!

note on this though, if you don't see any swelling go down by minimum of 40% after 1.5/2 weeks, get into contact with your doctor/surgeon.

| 6 | short thing to mention, up until yesterday i was extremely dizzy. this can happen and is normal, just rest as much as you can.

there can also be chance you won't be able too walk to the bathroom or get up on your own the first 2 days! prevent picking things up off of the ground, bending over, showering very hot and drink a lot of water!

| 7 | you should feel a lot more stable on your feet after the first 7 days. (i'm almost there and feel almost perfectly fine physically wise) you will probably be off of your more extreme pain meds, be able to walk wherever you want without tripping or feeling unsturdy, and take longer and hotter showers. i recommend you start building up your stamina again as quickly as you can. i'm talking, start getting your own drinks if you don't already do that. move rooms multiple times a day. get outside for just 10 minutes and go on a walk. this will help your recovery.

| 8 | try to move your mouth as less as possible! just like with a broken leg it shoudn't be overexhausted.

| 9 | now my most vengeful note... the food.

liquid, and i mean liquid that are like water and milkshakes, nothing in it that can get stuck. i will recommend some food and dietary advise at the end of this note!

it could be possible that you get elastics at the front of your teeth, meaning you can't open your jaw. so even smoothies with those little seeds in it might not get through and block the liquid! so watch out with where you get the placement of your elastics and ask your surgeoun about this.

if you can open your teeth, get to soft chew, to no chew diet in a week or two. i'm talking mashed potatos, maybe fish, i have these pancakes that you can warm up in the microwave that are so soft they literally melt into your mouth! find what works and use your tongue and the roof of your mouth ;)

some foods i'd recommend: breakfast: yoghurt (if needed, watered down with water!) smoothie (especially with greens) drink yoghurt. lunch: milkshake, yoghurt blended with fruits (strained if needed) protein shakes!

dinner: pasta that has been put into a blender and then through a strainer. zuchinni soup, chicken broth, tomato soup.

and all these foods should be repeated multiple times throughout a day! don't just eat 3 times because it won't be enough and to eat more is better for your recovery.

| 10 | last but not least, do what you love, after the first few days, you will be tired of just hanging on your bed and couch, once you start feeling better, set an alarm in the morning, do your morning routine and get to working. like doing your favourite hobby, meditating, painting that canvas, read a book, write an essay, catch up on work you havent been able to, read your school books. pick up journaling or knitting, origami!

your life does not end for 6 weeks, give yourself time to recover, but you can do it while enjoying life!

Why are you and that anon so obsessed with the canon classes of the characters from three hopes? Why does it matter so much lol

You do know you're kinda outing yourself as trying to attack us by considering any discussion of something at all an "obsession", right? I've made like 2 posts on this, both in response to someone sending me an unsolicited ask, or 3 to 4 if we count the posts where I was talking about the general concept of canon classes and how that could mechanically work with no connection to any particular character.

but to answer your question: it doesn't matter if they have a reclass system.

Or at least, it doesnt matter gameplay wise. But considering the biggest draw of 3hopes so far seems to be showing off the characters in an intermediary part of their lives, I imagine how they're being portrayed matters a great deal to people. I for one was ecstatic to see my girl Petra as an official Assassin, and very disappointed to see Ashe as an Archer rather than a thief. I was disappointed to see Ingrid relegated to Pegasus Knight again and I was sad that her girlfriend Dorothea doesnt wield a Levin Sword, even if I expected as much for those two.

It matters because as I've talked about before what classes people envision their characters as has a great deal of emotional value for a lot of them. Some do it purely for gameplay, of course, but many do it because of headcanons and personal attachment. Seeing your fav get recognized by the game as that same class means a lot as well. 3 Houses has most of its characters designed with an intended class. Ingrid is railroaded into being a Falcon Knight if you dont SERIOUSLY fight back aginst the grain, Felix is an ideal swordmaster both in story and gameplay, you'd be hard pressed to find ANYONE who doesn't make Lys a Gremory, and my Lorenz who was set to auto in his growths is very clearly going to end up a Dark Knight. These characters have clearly intended classes and that means for a lot of people they're going to already envision them as those classes and be excited to see that in the game that supposedly takes place during a time they should realistically be at those promoted classes. If they decide to just throw a mishmash of classes on screen it'll make it seem like they don't really care and fly in the face of what fans are looking forward to. That's to say nothing of how people are obsessing over some of the new designs like Petra's that is very clearly designed with an assassin aesthetic in mind.

So yeah I'd imagine that's why people are not "obsessed" but certainly invested in this sort of thing. Personally I'm more interesting in a canon-class mechanic that we're definitely not getting but would have made asset reuse and lack of variety in these characters a lot more tolerable, as discussed here

a finally found au question that i have, that you don’t necessarily have to write about or engage with if u dont want 😂:

i imagine since reader just got out of an abusive household that she still has triggers. you know, yelling, things getting thrown or slammed… who do you think would trigger her at the compound and how would they calm her down? 🤔

alright so, i’m literally creating a backstory and a whole new universe as we go along.. also i jump between using reader and you throughout this whole thing i’m so sorry

it got abit long below the cut so here’s a condensed version:

anyone could trigger reader. because sometimes an accident could happen (someone drops a plate) that just throws her back. but also when tony and / or steve get into a shouting match. reader avoids any of stark’s parties because she does not like the smell of alcohol or drunken adults in general. the teens’ floor is always off limits during parties so she stays there with the rest and natasha always makes sure to shower thoroughly to get rid of any alcohol smell before going to find her.

peter and wanda are the ones that calm reader down best at first. later on, it’s natasha as well and she ends up being the one you seek out. usually some sort of physical touch will ground you as well as them talking to you, be it just reassurances and promises that you’re safe or random rambling of anything.

peter and reader have known each other since they were 10. sometimes when things got bad, she would call peter to stay with aunt may and him. (and why didn’t she call aunt may instead of wanda? for the plot! no i’m jk, in that moment she thought of 2 people to help her, peter and wanda)

anyways, peter gets bitten by a radioactive spider slightly younger here, age 12. thankfully since he’s a kid his first instinct when gets powers is to yknow, tell his aunt. iron man was recently announced and all so, she brings him down to the tower. tony stark takes him in to train him with his powers and more or less takes him in.

wanda was rescued at age 12 too, so in the span of a year the team gained 2 new people. she was found at an old hydra base, with powers and badly mistreated. at this point pietro had died, so she came to the compound whilst grieving. she meets reader when she’s enrolled into the same middle school as peter and reader. they both hit it off well, bonding over their grief and they just get along really well in general.

so, in the very beginning, usually peter and wanda could calm reader down. she’s okay with being held by them and that’s what works usually, because soft touch grounds her.

maybe someone drops a plate when cooking, the noise startles reaser and she tenses, preparing herself for a outburst from her adoptive dad. she doesn’t even realise that her breathing has gotten heavier, but wanda and peter who had been sitting with her watching a movie is quick to jump into action. after asking r’s permission, wanda will hold her hand, and talk her through a breathing exercise. peter usually rubs your back and talks about random things to avoid silence. between the two of them, they manages to regulate reader’s breathing and get her to calm down.

obviously as time goes on and reader starts to trust natasha more, natasha is also very good at calling her down. maybe this time, the team was discussing mission details in the common room. tony and steve start to butt heads and there’s a shouting match. suddenly you’re no longer at the tower. you’re back in the old apartment, hiding away as your adoptive father and his friends argue over a stupid reason.

natasha quickly shuts the two man up before going to reader. at this point, you’re curled in a ball on the ground, whimpering and crying out for tasha (afterwards you call out for mama instead)

natasha talks to you softly and gently, and once you register her voice, you’re launching yourself at her. of course, she catches you and you cling onto her tightly as she continues to sooth you. she stands up and walks to her room to give you both some privacy. once it’s just the two of you, she sings.

it does wonders at helping you calm down.

Hello!! Well this came to my mind and would be interesting to put into words.

Something that her fans were right is that she hadn't to accept Rock Lee's confession and love. For them a No was No, which is hilarious becase their princess didnt do this with sasuke lol but anyway. After Lee saves Sakura in Death Forest, she changes her attitude towards him and started to be nice , she even defends him when Naruto said something aboout bushy-eyebrows. Even more, i dont actually remember scenes where she is rude against him after that incident in the forest. She tried to encouraged him and most of the time she was "nice" with Lee. In the Hospital in part 1 she was going to visit Sasuke and she also thought of Lee, so she gifted him some flowers too.

-All of this I speak from the anime canon, manga i dont remember tbh. Also in movies I remember her being nice with Lee too- So, what's my point and question? Why is she so bitchy towards Naruto? While she is nice -or try to- with Lee (which he fucking deserves this treatment of course) , why she is still so ungraceful towards Naruto? Naruto saved her much more times than Lee, but still she can be nice with him. I get that when you are confident with someone, you tend to "insult" more lets say. But i get that feel when naruto is around of shikamaru or the other guys. We know how he and Sasuke treat each other ♥ But still, i dont get this with Sakura. Even more, did she ever defend Naruto? From other people I mean. If she could change her attitude for Lee, being almost a good friend.

There is this hard fact that every author with just half a braincell knows, that is, 'IF YOU WANT A CHARACTER TO BE LIKEABLE, MAKE IT BEHAVE NICER TOWARDS THE MAIN CHARACTER'.

To be honest, I started to like Sasuke because of that very fact 'He was extremely nice towards Naruto in his own way' and later I started to adore him because of his own backstory. But the first spark was because of Episode 3, Orphan insult scene.

It seems Kishi never had that intention to make Sakura be an honest friend with Naruto even in The Last movie. So, ummm.... Yup.

Like you said, Sakura changed her attitude towards Lee and she encouraged him when he was wounded after fighting Gaara. But anyways, she again went onto being a bitch in the Kage Summit Arc, by leaving Lee on the road without any care!!! So... That's what you can expect from her🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ But that's not the point of this post. Is it??

Point to be noted : Sasuke and Naruto insulting each other shows their comfort level with each other. Sakura harassing Naruto is not the same thing. Never.

I think she spoke for Naruto before Sasuke twice. One, In the forest of the Death. Two, Under the Bridge. But it doesn't matter.

She should've defended Naruto from Sasuke's attacks in Orochimaru hideout like Sai.

She should've worried about Naruto's wounds after Naruto came back like an Egyptian Mummy from fighting in VoTE in part 1. Instead she was worried about Sasuke alone.

She should've fought Sasori for Naruto's safety sake instead of getting information about Sasuke.

She should’ve stayed with Naruto when he went with Karui to deal with Sasuke’s Akatsuki activities. 

She should've stood up for Naruto in her final confession like 'Sasuke-kun, if you touch Naruto, I'll have to kill you eventhough I love you'... Yeah, she wouldn't stand a chance against Sasuke. But her character would've shined a lot.

So, Nope. She defending Naruto couple of times but letting him down countless other times doesn't matter.

WHY SAKURA TREATS NARUTO BADLY ?

After thinking about all the possibilities,

SOCIAL STATUS OF NARUTO

Sakura is the reflection of the Villagers' mindset. That is, The object of Hatred who should be treated like pest.

She definitely gave me that vibe in Episode 3. She literally treated him like a plague and I wanted to slap her so hard ever since. But even after the Pain Arc, I mean after Naruto became a Hero by making peace with Nagato, she still behaved like a Worst Bitch.

If she truly represents the social dynamics of the Villagers, she should have become a good friend like Shikamaru or Neji long back. But she didn’t.

So, we can safely eliminate this possibility.

SAKURA THINKS NARUTO IS 'THIRDWHEELING'

Well, This is from Chapter 3. So, I think whenever Sakura makes a move on Sasuke, Naruto accidentally comes in between her one-sided ‘duck dreams’ and spoil her party. It seems this has been going on for a long time. So, she just hates him for that. 

I found this ‘coming between’ thing twice in part 1. The first time was when Naruto stole the ‘First Kiss’ of Sasuke.

Second time was when Naruto was about to fight Gaara.

Here, Sakura was fretting over Sasuke’s cursed Seal and when Naruto asked her a question, she responded with a ‘Devil Face’. I mean is there any need to get angry at this time? There’s a monster standing before them and all she worries about is her poor ‘Sasuke-Kun’ and not even bothered about her surroundings, because Naruto will do the dirty job. All she can do is touch and worry about Sasuke. 

Well, In reality she is the one coming between them and she never realized that. What a self-absorbed Trash!!!

SAKURA IS JEALOUS

Naruto receives something from Sasuke that she never got from him, not until the very end and even today. That is, Attention. 

I noticed this in the Manga. Surprisingly, I guess none of the SNS bloggers brought this very cute panel up for discussion. It’s not in the Anime though!! 

This is from Chapter 3 page 6. (Geez!!!! Chapter 3 is a Gold Mine for SNS)

As you see Sakura was watching Sasuke up close like a Fruit Cake. It seems, Sasuke doesn’t give 2 fucks about her or anyone!!!

Now Let’s go back to Page 5 and see what happened earlier.

Naruto has been intensely throwing knives from his eyes. And you know what!!! Sasuke noticed it and asked him ‘What?’. To which Naruto asks, ‘What do you mean what?’. LOLLLLLL.

This is their First official conversation in the Manga.😍😍😍😍😍

Sakura looking at him with love doesn’t get any reaction and Naruto’s angry stare get his attention. Well, this is not an one time occurrence!!

In the Same chapter, it occurred again

This panel screams, ‘Why pay attention to Naruto, when he is not here?’. Kishi established this dynamics in freaking Chapter 3 and it never changed towards the end. LOLLL.

Even during Chakra Training, Sakura climbed the tree very easily in the hopes that Sasuke would appreciate her or notice her with admiration. But he was never bothered about her achievements even by a bit, but he paid attention to Naruto when he found out he was slowly catching up to him🤭🤭🤭.

I always find this scene very funny and cute because just like before, Naruto throws Daggers at him visually and Sasuke was like, ‘What did I do this time?’. 😍😍😍

And this is after getting the pass to participate in Chunin Exams

Well, I don’t have to add the scenes from Orochimaru Hideout, Bridge scene and War Arc, Do I?

And the best part is Sakura knew that Naruto gets his attention. So, her jealousy is probably the reason for her to treat him so badly. Just like how she treats Ino. Since Naruto plays dunce in front of her, she takes advantage of it and used him like a Tooth Brush.

This is also one of the reason for her to treat him badly.

Because Lee never came in between Sakura and Sasuke. It was Naruto, the whole time. And that's why she was like a bitch to Naruto.

Kishimoto in his own words,

I mean, Come On!!!, Sakura is nothing compared to Naruto's power level, strength or jutsu varieties to consider him as a rival in these departments. Still she is considering Naruto as her rival.

In what????

The only thing that connects them is their obsession towards Sasuke's Acknowledgement. And Kishi himself is hinting at a love triangle with Sasuke as the central figure.

Does it means Naruto also loves Sasuke and Sakura was jealous of it???🤔🤔🤔🤭🤭🤭🤭.

Well, that makes more sense. 😂😂😂. Because I can think of no other reason for her to be a bitch towards Naruto.
