Also, judging by the pattern, Vil and Idia will be the next SSR. Sweet! I want Idia!

So, we either go to Leona's home (Because that Scar movie is still a thing somehow), Deuce's home (easter is coming, so that would be a good way to tie his event in), Stitch on the Beach (feels like a summer event, so probably not until, you know, summer), or the puppet Halloween event (that's Halloween.... do make me explain why).....

tell me about ur papyton fankids. are they named after fonts? are they part ghost or part robot or both? what age do you typically imagine them at? who's more like Papyrus? who's more like Mettaton? how were they created/born? how do Papyrus and Mettaton feel about raising them, did they have any reservations before they were born? sorry for the barrage of questions, just wanted to give you some ideas in case you didn't know where to start :]

First of all: Anon I am giving you a big smooch on the forehead as a thank you cuz I needed to talk my ideas!

So, the children are three and all of them are adopted, so no ghost-robot-skeleton hybrid sadly (I wanted to do it but Mettaton doesn't strike me as someone that would want children at first, so all the kids are obtained through adventures and shenanigans and he decided to keep them)

They are from an AU I like to call "Monsterling AU" (basically my post pacifist+UT general headcanons but the characters have kids and there are new ocs)

The first is a robot that I haven't named yet. Their story is that they were a virus that infected one of the mini Box Mettaton he uses during the fights but became sentient and with a mentality of a 10 years old. Not wanting to get rid of it nor knowing what to do they just adopt them. They are the first of the bunch and have Mettaton's personality but cope by having Papyrus's fashion style. I see them being teenager, like, mentally 14 years old when they and their family find Jaine Doo.

The second is Jaine Doo, a zombie of a young sick girl that centuries ago was buried in the dump of Waterfall when humans lived in the Underground too. During Asriel's fight he also stole her soul and when he broke the barrier he basically created a loophole reviving her as a memory-less zombie (there's a deeper reason behind why she has no memory but I need it to cook it more). I need to cook her story more but I wanna make it happen in some Big City For Rich people just for fun. Papyton found her while she was hiding in a garbage can and saved her. She is the "sane man" (I put it in brackets cuz she is also goofy, just not in the same way her family is) of the situation. She also stays "silent" most of the time for comedic reasons (think about Erma). She is technically older than Robot Dude but she has the Curse Of The Middle Child. I would say that she was the one most similar to Papyrus mostly for her perfectionism and desire to befriend everyone but it's a big stretch.

Ivy is kinda the newbie both in the story and in irl so her story isn't very cooked. She is a cursed puppet that took Life out of nowhere. Her backstory will mostly depend about how much tear-jerking or "what the frick-ery" I want it to be but at some point she was one of the puppets of a famous puppeteer friend that secretly hated Mettaton's guts for his popularity. So he gifted her knowing it was alive and very angry with humanity and monsterkind but thought the power of friendship and love she just gave up at killing them and just became one of their kids. She is like Damian from Batman Wayne Family Adventures: can kill you but wouldn't like to do that and develop social skills instead.

OMG So I have some headcanons for the Lost Bots in mind, I'll write this here-

Burgertron cannot write a draft to save his life, he literally just writes his fanfictions on the spot perfecting it rather than making a fricking draft. If he ever did make a draft, he would forget it and leave it at his cubby for months

Whenever Bonz-Eye's deep in thought, she unintentionally stares at someone. Accidentally intimidating most bots.

Dimlit would love bedtime stories and secretly wanted to make one. He wanted to ask Burgertron or maybe Clogstopper on how to write stories

Kikmee had a secret case of sore-losing in the past but she's trying her best to overcome it. Now she's doing better thanks to her friends helping out

Clogstopper's love for making his own stories for his puppet shows became bigger after the "I, Cheeseburger" episode. He didn't write his whole story idea in the paper! He just.. kept it in his mind!

Not One, but Two Baby Bitches

We agreed Michael and Pabit could bond over being bastardous children (\affectionate) and kind of...lost? Like Pabit is being put into this whole new everyday life he’s not coping with much, and Michael had to undergo being exorcised which is a turmoil-filled experience as well. I think they both would need lots of time to adjust to peace. Possibly difficult father figures with Garcia and Habit? Also hating John Ward and Flower Kid LMFAO;

 Michael does the Big Swears which Pabit is horrified yet intrigued by because I feel like Pabit’s more a ‘’Dookie head!!’’ kind of boy when cussing FK out

I think they’d piss each other off a lot though but eventually be begrudging kind-of friends

Also it really gets me that they’re both just kids, in a difficult life. Did you know that if you pause Michael’s animations, you can get an easter egg where he holds his head and shakes it, looking uncomfortable? I see that as him fighting his demon. I think having a toy friend like Pabit could help him.

Emotions are hard for both.

They just. Hang out for some reason and keep doing it. They make each other feel something familiar but they don’t know what it is, yet they lean into it anyway.

Being cared about, etc...;w;(crying smiling emote) found family!! Pabit begrudgingly admits that he wouldn’t steal all of Michael’s teeth if he had any...maybe a bicuspid or two though- Pfff its his way of saying he cares

Amy is their joint big sister who cleans up their messes.

Michael eats a guy in chapter 2 so maybe he’s gross sometimes by bringing pieces of that stuff to show affection. Like a cat bringing you a dead rat but its Human Pieces TM. I’ll say hes gotten better at not murdering them and only tears off itty bits or something 

Hes improving!! Amy’s so proud of him. Him and Pabit trade bits and teeth. Maybe Michael’s really careful one day and brings Pabit teeth from someone. 

Pabit tries to act nonchalant but hes actually super flattered(and a little confused). He eats them slowly and gives Michael a full review about it 

Offers constructive criticism on how to extract them without getting as much of the gums left over. He shares those with Michael. Dude does that uh

They’re all together in the fields with flower crowns🥺(pleading emoji). Michael feels something wet on his face and he’s like, ‘’Whats this?’’ Pabits like, ‘’That’s tears stupid’’

They tell Amy she looks very pretty with all her new accessories!! She is happy to hear it! She hugs them with her regular hand and her face hand somehow.

Thoughts During TOH 3x03 Watching and Dreaming

Here we go. The finale. This is it.

I’m going to be honest, I didn’t record my reactions to the first half of this so some general thoughts before I continue.

So, seeing kind of King, Luz, and Eda’s worst fears be reaffirmed by the dreams was the worst, but we also got out of the actual dreams a lot quicker than I expected. It’s fine, I understand.

Raine needs to rest after all this.

We’re actually teaching the Collector about actual friendship and kindness and the permanence of death, huh.

The fact that Luz actually reassured the Collector that what they did wasn’t wrong when they tried to apply their lessons of forgiveness and kindness to Belos but it’s just the issue itself is so much more complicated than that. That kind of approach isn’t going to work on someone like Belos. I just really appreciate her letting them know that they didn’t do anything wrong.

And finally, before I continue, Luz’s “death” got me to cry. Especially when it showed Camilla crying even as a puppet like she knew! Ugh. Pain!

Okay, back to the live reacting.

Owl House Finale Rambles 🦉

Now that the episode is finally posted and I've finished it, I'd like to ramble about it and how much of the show I appreciated and loved for what it did💖

Spoilers below:

•Everything about this finale was perfect. From beginning to end, it left me on a rollercoaster of emotions.

Oh so we're starting Luke that huh--

We still got to see the guilt that Luz and the others had from their experiences from the collector, belos still manipulating him and using him for his own plans.

It's actually sweet that we get to see Luz show the collector her own stories with eda and king to give him a more humane point of view than what he thinks about playing his games. It's nice to be reminded that the collector is just a kid who was abandoned by his siblings. It was really sad seeing what happened to him and everything wasn't even his fault in the first place.

There wasn't a cartoon that had put me on the edge of each big moment like The Owl House. Thank you, Dana and the crew, for a show I wouldn't have thought I would ever experience from all the other shows I've watched.💖

- I am agnostic on Babu Frick because I hate all the time wasting nonsense in TROS, but the Anzellans hanging out in their little mini shop like they're The Borrowers or brownies from Willow or the mice in Muppet Christmas Carol is preeeeeetty cute

- I have been won over by these funny little puppet dudes

- Greef translating too much was also very amusing

- NO SQUEEZIE NO SQUEEZE BAD BABY and the look of sheer affection on Grogu's face while he tries to cuddle the Anzellan is too precious and funny

- Din teaching Grogu about how to Mando is just. My heart. It melts.

- I reiterate that I do not care about the pirates or the pointless pew pew.

- Bo Katan on her sadness throne, draped over it in defeat. What an icon.

- she's awfully down on the Children of the Watch for a lady who was big into Death Watch back in the day. I love my hypocritical queen.

- ARE WE GOING TO SUNDARI?!

- This episode is so weirdly paced and a lot of it felt deeply redundant but there were amusing antics and the baby was precious so I'm not complaining yet.

I've always wanted to share this thought with someone lol, but sometimes I wonder if the actors who played all those background characters in Star Wars know they have whole stories based on them. You played one of the extras in Star Wars, now people are making fanart of a character based on your appearance and coming up with headcanons and such

In a New Hope/The OT? Probably not, but nowadays? People are almost certainly aware!

I think the switch happened sometime during the prequels, but even then it wasn't complete. I often see signed headshots for Tion Medon and Lampay Fay come up in my google searches for stuff, implying some people playing background characters are at least somewhat still involved. But so many of the props and miniatures (mostly the bigatures, like the Utapau sinkholes) from those movies were still lost because of storage concerns.

I love to go to panels with the puppeteers of Star Wars because they are so dedicated. They are coming up with complex solutions and making these background characters and creatures come to life in spectacular detail for them to only be on camera for like 2 seconds, but they put their WHOLE SOULS into developing those characters anyways, how they should move, sound, and gesticulate. They love Star Wars, because they know their work gets recognized disproportionately more there by those outside the field and those tiny guest stars (like Babu Frick, for example) get to BE full fledged characters with backstories and whatnot. Even if their actual role onscreen was quite small.

Sometimes it was hard to tell if he was hungry or lonely.

Though Yellow thought he knew the difference, it wasn’t often he felt one or the other. Usually, it was both at the same time, after his dad had been gone for days and his stomach had started to hurt.

Yellow wasn’t very smart. After all, that was what everyone told him.

He was wrong about painting a picture of a clown. He was wrong about the colour green. He was wrong about everything.

So when the little baby pigeon told him he was just lonely, Yellow believed him.

The teachers were always right, because when teachers were wrong, they screamed until everyone believed they were right.

Yellow didn’t want anyone to scream, so he went along with the pigeon to the place full of love.

By the time he’d woken up, though, he didn’t feel any better.

His stomach still hurt, and on top of that, the empty feeing in his chest was starting to settle in.

Red helped him down from the tree, and the three of them began the walk back to their funny little house on the funny little hill.

Yellow’s stomach growled, and he winced.

This caught Red’s attention. “You alright, mate?”

Yellow frowned. He didn’t know. He didn’t know anything. He was just going to get everything wrong again, and-!

“Ah, hey. None of that.” Red’s voice, like always, was monotone, but the slightest amount of concern was detectable.

He crouched down to lower the comical distance and swiped at Yellow’s cheek. He was crying.

“I-I’m sorry!” Yellow blurted, though he wasn’t even sure what he was apologizing for.

“Hey, you’re alright. Just take a breath.” Red exaggerated his breathing for Yellow to copy.

Yellow followed suit, exhaling slowly.

Then his stomach growled again. Yellow frowned, wrapping his arms around his middle.

“Are you hungry?” Red didn’t wait for a response, glancing at the sky. “Shit, it’s almost dark out. You didn’t eat during lunch. Of course you are.”

Red cursed more severely under his breath, prompting a shove from Duck.

“Language!” He scolded, then shifted uncomfortably. “Though…I suppose it’s my fault, too. I shouldn’t have upset you, I’m sorry.”

Yellow hesitated. Duck was a grown-up; he didn’t have to apologize to him.

He was about to say so, but Red unintentionally cut him off. “I’m sorry too. We should’ve saved you something to eat.”

Yellow paused again. Grown-ups didn’t apologize to kids. That’s not how it worked.

Or maybe…he’d been wrong about that too?

Without prompting, Red scooped him up. “Come on, we’ll get home faster this way. We’ll have your favorite for dinner, alright?”

“Spaghetti!” Yellow exclaimed. He still didn’t fully understand what he was feeling, but maybe that was okay. Red and Duck always seemed to know.

And for now, that was good enough.

Imma bug the whole Culteeman with spooky month asks/hj

Daisy would dress up as pumpkin, cupcake etc. She is the girl with the adorable costumes! She would stand personally in front of the studio and give out king sized candys. She is a blessing!

The monopoly man wouldn't dress up BUT he would get himself a dramatic cloak and perform magic tricks.

And now to the pure essence of drama.

The theater kid we all know and love (or hate everyone has their own opinions(yours is wrong then btw))

The man himself... NICK NACK

Halloween is the one time in the year(excluding carnival) where it is socially acceptable to be in costume and in character the whole day(or month) and let your inner theater kid out. And trust me when I say that nick ain't going to be passing up on that opportunity! He will go and be the best interpretation of the phantom of the opera you will ever see and let the world be breathless with a magnificent musical number everyday for the whole month!

And Riley doesn't dress up at all.Not because she doesn't want to, it's because all the hallowen budget goes to decorations, definetly fake blood and rosco! The studio is a fricking light show and rosco wins every costume party. The only times when Riley dresses up is when she wants to bring nick down from his high horse and wins a costume contest with rosco against him.

Scout wants the full hallowen experience! She made a ton of costumes which she sometimes combines. That way she can wear a different costume every day (one of her Halloween activity is throwing eggs and tp at Riley) . But she would stay away from the bloody costumes, even the fake blood is too much for her.

In the end I think that the cast actually likes halloween because

1.new host delivery

2.the one or the other rebellious puppet gets to sneak out and have a break from the actual horrors and just experience the fake ones

THE Izek von ortega, who's normally so stoic, but when he had to face his wife who had betrayed him and his family, he was completely heartbroken (he even shed a tear and his expressions????? Also "I'd do anything if it's for you..." ??? Idk if hes alr fallen for the original rudbeckia at this time but if that isnt a declaration of love idk what is !!) And rudbeckia too!!! The way she looked-- no matter how hard she tried to make it seem like she was willing to do everything that she did to izek, her facade also broke when izek's does, apologizing for toying with his heart all this time and asking him to let her go for the last time as his wife ... it showed that she was never willing to do all those things, and she was just another puppet in the grand scheme of thing by her family (and this scene makes me think that even if izek never express his feelings for rudbeckia, she alr knew abt it all this time :((( and she might also feel the same, and thats the reason she showed that she never wanted to do this..)

AND THEIR CHARACTER DEVELOPMENTS??? literallly the best i go from i love laugh live ruby and ruby only to i now love laugh live ruby and izek they are so in love i love them for it. They are literally so sweet to each other makes me cry everytime 😭😭 the fact that now izek is more open to his feelings for ruby im- ascending to the great heavens. Im so so happy for them they absolutely deserve each other after all yhe shits ruby had to go through (and me crying my eyes out everytime smthg happen to her) its all so worth it when their relationship is fixed 🥺🥺🥺
