Genshin Ships I actually like!

Said I'd do a follow-up post so here it is. I feel like there's more ships I either like or don't really care abt much than one's I dislike, but I'll just list the ones I like with a little caption of why.

Xingqui x Chongyun - this one is just so good. contender for my fav ship. you pretty much never see one without the other. they have a silly dynamic that I think is harmless and fun to see. big fan of time skip au's for this one specifically (I like to see how they've grown as ppl it makes me proud)

BeiNing - old married couple, like cmon "they don't like each other but will show up to hang out and play chess and will even ignore law-breaking for" bruh that's gay as hell. not even rivals literally just lovers.

Ayaka x Nilou - crackship, They're both criticized for being boring which I sometimes agree with (tho only with Ayaka but that's just because I wish she was a little more adventurous cause she's proven time and time again she's very capable of fending for herself). I think they would get along so well like they'd AT LEAST be besties. couples dance?? cute as fuck. also was on by fueled by that stupid ass Aether harem shit.

EiMiko - Miko really is just like the only person not afraid to challenge Ei on a normal basis and not get smitten, hell they get along too. For Ei, imo, it's either Miko or Aroace (which I lowkey like a little better but I still like this ship). Also Miko is gay gay homosexual gay (my Dad works at Mihoyo and confirmed so)

XinYun - MUSIC BABES, girls supporting girls you love to see it, joint performances??? adorable, lantern rite when Yun Jin was running around with Xinyan? CUTE. they're both so adorable and their personalities complement each other well. they're so cute together like I can't. another contender for fav

CyNari - third contender for fav, idk why I like this ship so much. it's Collei's found family older brother Tighnari and goofy ahh brother-in-law Cyno along with her cool big sis, Amber.

XiaoVen - this one grew on me ALOT once I started ignoring other ppl that ship this (sorry but you guys tend to be lowkey annoying and immature probably because you're young and spend way too much time online to respectfully be able to deal with ppl you don't agree with...) anyways I mainly like the potential dynamic these two can have.

Baizhu x Zhongli - two distinguished men that I think should love each other. that's it.

Itto x Sara - holy shit a straight genshin ship?? unheard of. anyways I like the goofball and stickler rival dynamic between them so yea I like this one. think of the shenanigans that could ensue.

Kaeya x Rosaria - the gayest straight ship I've seen since Jessie and James from team rocket. bro drinking buddies to lovers is kind of interesting. I am intrigued and wanna see this ship explored more.

Kazuha x Heizou - unsurprisingly I ship my 2 favorite characters. Like come on they'd be a perfect crime-solving duo!! Also, they get along great so like why not?

Honorable Mentions- Ayato x Itto (lmao), Eula x Amber (cute), Bennett x Fischl (boyloser and goth gf), Bennett x Razor (another cute one), Kazuha x Scaramouche (not explaining), Ganyu x Keqing (work wives fr)

Not tagging with any ships because I wanna genshin ship in PEACE. I know how some of yall get plus I don't want anyone asking me abt other ships I either don't care abt it or don't like it.

Starts questioning the legality of everything

Enjoyed Lady Dimitrescu’s cutscenes as much as anyone would

Decided to make a legal case on everything not legally acceptable

Ningguang

Who needs Lady Dimitrescu when you have Ningguang? You do

But, you managed to convince Ning to cosplay the big lady herself. She played the part perfectly

She doesn’t really have the time to play the game with you, but enjoys it nonetheless

Ning delivers Lady D’s lines so well sometimes you think she played her in the actual game

Doesn’t mind your simping either. We can all agree Ning is the best gf ever

Eula

Gets the most jealous out of them all

She thought you were talking about a real person, and tried to swear vengeance on Lady D

Took a lot of convincing to play the game because of that. Agreed to play once you said her parents wouldn’t like it

Eula would lowkey simp for Heisenburg, but would never admit to it

Cleared Lady D’s castle in record time, she’s still not over you simping

“Eula for the last time, you can’t swear vengeance on someone who isn’t real honey”

“Vengeance will still be mine no mater, because she stole away the time you could spend with me!”

Barbara

May Barbatos be with her, the poor girl is terrified of the game

Always checking up on your mental state while playing. The baby part scarred her half to death

Although, Barbs respects Lady Dimitrescu for being so independent and such a strong mother

Felt bad for the daughters and somewhat resented Ethen for what he did to them

Another on who isn’t too bothered with you simping, but she will make sure you take breaks from the game and take care of yourself

“All of them? Have you slept yet s/o? That’s it, I’m taking you to bed right now!”

Fishcl

She didn’t really really know what video games were at first. She claimed there weren’t any in her kingdom

Would prefer you not to simp, because it takes away your attention from her. So fischl sends Oz to lightly peck you when you’re simping too much

Likes the vibe and aesthetic the game gives off as well

Fischl now uses her bow they way the guns work in the game. As if she wasn’t a machine gun already

Secretly loves the game, but her long prinzessin like monologues won’t tell you that

-xiangling had a crush on chongyun when she first saw him but when she saw how he acts around xingqiu and because shes 14, she decided to cheer icy boi on

-albedo teases sucrose a lot specifically by touching her ears and complimenting them she doesn’t mind

-xingqiu cannot tell if he likes icy boi more than a friend or not but doesn’t care much bc he likes him around either way

-mona believes virgos are the best sign bc she is one

-jean and diluc aren’t exactly ex’s but he stopped talking to her after he quit the knights bc he feels that he’s not good enough for her

Fischl would say lots and lots of complicated words, only for Oz to translate,

She would read/tell you stories in the most DRAMATIC way possible, and have a little twist at the end to make you smile

She would buy you little brotches and pendants every time she comes back from an adventure or “out of this world”

Like Sucrose, she can get very flustered. But she will continue to blush. For hours.

So she would be cooped up in her room!

When she comes out she gives you a surprise hug and tells you that you shouldn’t mess with a princess such as herself!

But it has no bite at all, actually it’s all just little kisses on the cheek

Hu Tao:

Hu Tao’s complicated

She may prank you endlessly one week, and then the next she surprises you with gifts, albeit a little creepy, like a red skull necklace

She always incorporates her personality into them, so at first glance you just KNOW it’s from her

The more into the relationship she is, the less of the pranks.

They start to become more cute than startling even.

Like a surprise hug from the back, or a little kiss on the cheek

And ESPECIALLY when your feeling down she’ll and give you something sweet

Aka desserts!

She learned them from Zhongli, cause he IS a walking encyclopedia.. but they somewhat turned out bad

But she tried her best!! And that’s all that matters!!
