𝔊𝔥𝔬𝔲𝔩𝔦𝔰𝔥 ℌ𝔢𝔞𝔡𝔠𝔞𝔫𝔬𝔫𝔰 IV
It's time to kick off spooky season!
What is it like watching scary movies with the ghouls? And what movies are you watching with them?
Tumblr media
Mentions of gore/slight spoilers for the movies mentioned.
Swiss:
Loves jumpscares
Loves scaring you (or anyone else that’s watching) too
No matter what you watch he will always want something scarier
But he also loves comedy
You watched “It” with him and he won’t stop quoting the movie
“You’ll float too!” He cackles maniacally and wiggles his fingers as he chases you around the dark loft.
“Swiss, stop!” You aren’t really scared, but you jump up on the couch anyway, grabbing a pillow to hold out as a shield.
“Beep beep Richie!” He grins as wide as possible, bugging his eyes out at you, and lunges.
You swing the pillow like you’re a heroine slaying a dragon in a fantasy book. He dodges and jumps on you, pinning you under him.
“You’re an animal!” You scream as he tickles you, making you squirm beneath him.
At least it’s an improvement from him running after you repeating, “Here’s Johnny!”
-
Phantom:
Only wants to watch vampire movies
You offered him a plethora of choices, ranging from silly ones like “Once Bitten” to more serious action movies like “Underworld”
He got overwhelmed and ended up closing his eyes and picking one at random
“The Invitation” wasn’t your first choice, but what Phantom wants, Phantom gets
“Okay she is definitely a vampire.” He stared at the pale, tall woman on screen.
“How can you tell? You can barely see out of that fortress you’ve built yourself.” You teased lightly, offering him a handful of popcorn.
He accepted it, huffing, “I have to be prepared.”
“For what?” You stifled a laugh.
“The jumpscares, duh.”
You rolled your eyes, nodding along. The movie continued and eventually a spicy scene between the two main characters happened, making you both turn red.
“Well I was not prepared for that.” He said sheepishly.
Towards the end, it got a little too scary for him, and he ended up throwing the bowl of popcorn on the floor.
You held him close, protecting him from the sexy and not-so-scary vampires.
-
Dewdrop/Sodo:
Gets super into it
Loves any and all horror movies
The bloodier the better - blood and guts are hilarious to him
The Saw films are his comfort movies, he has definitely watched YouTube videos on how to escape all the traps
You put on a classic slasher for him once you learned he had never watched A Nightmare on Elm Street
“Oh come on! Just pop through the ceiling already and grab her!”
“Dew, stop! This is supposed to be building tension. They do that to get the audience on the edge of their seat… although it looks like you’re off yours.” You realize he’s sitting on the floor directly in front of the screen.
A few minutes later.
“That blood doesn’t look very real.” He scoffed.
“Do you think they use real blood?”
He made a face. “How else would they slice everybody like that?”
You spend the next two hours explaining to him that movies are not, in fact, real. His mind is blown to say the least.
By the time you resume watching the movie, he forgets most of what you told him, resuming shouting at the screen for Freddy Krueger to kill the teenagers.
-
Rain:
This ghoul does NOT watch scary movies
Why? He gets bored easily
Also, he ruins the movie by calling out all of the jumpscares
(He still gets scared though, he is just deflecting)
Hypercritical as heck
You still beg him to watch Cabin in the Woods with you
“Why do they run so stupidly?!”
You reach over and grab his leg, “Rain, we are supposed to be enjoying the movie, not yelling at the characters every two seconds.”
“I can’t help it, there’s no one to root for.” He whines, “They did it to themselves wandering into that creepy basement and playing with the weird stuff down there.”
You raised your eyebrow in an “oh really?” look.
“Plus, they shouldn’t be in this cabin in the middle of the woods anyway!” He gestures for emphasis. “Who does that?”
You hold up the remote, “Okay Rain, I can turn it off if you want.”
“No, no, it’s fine, might as well finish it.” He immediately backpedals.
“Good.” You settled back in, at least hoping he would enjoy the plot twist coming up.
Spoiler alert: He didn’t.
He waved his arms at the screen, “What in the hell is the lady from Alien doing here?!”
Maybe next time you’ll think twice about watching a scary movie with this ghoul.
-
Mountain:
Likes Halloween-themed movies with humor
Will indulge in a “real” horror movie from time to time, but usually at the behest of others
He will comfort you if you get too scared
So you insist on an actual scary movie
What could possibly go wrong?
“Oh hells no!” You clapped your hands over your eyes, the scene with the reverse bear trap simply proving to be too much for you.
“Come on, it’s okay - she actually escapes it!” He watched the movie Saw already, vetting it so he could make sure it would be okay for you to watch since he knows you’re a scaredy-cat.
He was a little too lenient with this one though, overconfident in your limited bravery.
“Practical effects like that really scare me, Mountain, you could have given me a warning!”
“Please, those intestines she found the key in don’t look real at all.” He was amused, then turned and opened his arms, “Get over here, I’ll protect you.”
“Good.” You scooted closer, putting the blanket over you both.
Once your heartbeat went back to a normal cadence, your eyelids started to droop.
The rest of the movie was fine, not that you noticed, you were too busy doing… other things. Spoiler alert: you passed out, comfortably snuggled up nice and warm.
-
Cirrus:
Prefers artsy horror movies over slashers
She is not so much picky, but she is very opinionated
Cirrus will not hesitate to tell you when a movie is bad, often pausing a film to interject her thoughts at multiple points
(But we love her for it)
She left it up to you to choose between two of her favorite modern horror movies: Hereditary and Us
You mistakenly chose the former
“I’m going to be sick.”
The car scene just played, and now you can never look at Alex Wolff of The Naked Brothers Band the same.
“Please, just wait, I promise it’s so good!” She held your hand and squeezed softly.
You looked at her pleading eyes and sighed, giving in, “As long as the rest of the people’s heads are staying where they’re meant to be, I’m okay.”
You were not okay. The movie, to you, was a nightmare.
“Cirrus, can we please turn this off? I’m getting seriously nauseous.”
She was apologetic, forgetting your weak human stomach in regard to scary things, “Okay, okay no worries, can I just spoil the rest for you?”
“Sure.” You croaked weakly.
You managed to lighten up significantly, as Cirrus talked about the movie and highlighted important parts in the plot you had missed, she seemed to glow. You loved seeing her get so passionate over something she liked so much.
-
Cumulus:
She’s ready for a scary movie marathon
Cumulus already has a list of the best movies including The Craft, Interview With The Vampire, and Jennifer’s Body just to name a few
She also comes prepared with matching blankets and Halloween-themed onesies for you both to wear
You bake little pumpkin cookies to share between the two of you
Comfy time + spooky movie time = pure happiness
“So, what do you want to watch first?”
“Uh, how about you choose?” You felt indecisive but warm, all snuggly inside your onesie.
“Okay, let’s start with Carrie, it makes sense because it’s one of my all-time favorites and it was also made such a long time ago.”
“Wait, there’s a chronological order to these?”
“Of course!" She says matter-of-factly, "I’ve been curating this list for years!”
In your periphery you saw that she kept looking over to watch your reactions. You loved the movie, and before you could ask she already queued up the next one.
The two of you stayed up all night watching some of the best scary movies ever made, eventually falling asleep around sunrise like a couple of vampires, covered with cookie crumbs.
-
Sunshine/Aurora:
Loves Halloween movies, not such a big fan of scary movies (also will not watch sad movies)
Her favorites are stop motion, like Corpse Bride, Nightmare Before Christmas, etc.
You debated ad nauseam over Nightmare Before Christmas though, whether it was a Christmas or Halloween movie
(You agreed to disagree, there's so such thing as winning an argument with her)
She likes to talk while watching, so… RIP your ears
She also likes to eat while watching, choosing the crunchiest candies and snacks
“Sunshine, you sweet beam of light, can you please stop chomping so loudly in my ear?”
She looks over to you, bug-eyed, mouth full of salty pretzels and sweet peanut M&M’s. “Mwha-?”
“It’s okay, just, chew what’s in your mouth,” you sighed, you kept supplying snacks for her and yet you never learned, “I’ll just turn the volume up.”
She went back to staring at the screen, witnessing Coraline travel down the tunnel for the first time. Her eyes were wide like she was witnessing a train wreck, she couldn’t look away for a second.
Towards the end of the film:
“Boo! Other Mother you suck! Get your scary spidery fingers away from Coraline!” She shouts and throws a fistful of candy at the screen.
Oh brother. Next, you’ll watch Corpse Bride for the fifth time this week and she’ll start yelling at Lord Barkis.

Just got back from the fnaf movie
!!SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS!! TRUST ME THIS MOVIE IS SOOO WORTH WATCHING WITHOUT SPOILERS JUST HOLD OUT A LITTLE LONGER I BELIEVE IN YOU
Please remember if you reblog go tag with every fnaf spoiler tag you can think of btw!
Anyways
This
Movie
Was so... godamn...
GOOOD!!!!!!!!
DUDE, I KID YOU NOT THIS MOVIE FUFILLED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF 10 YEAR OLD ME'S EXPECTATIONS AND DREAMS AND IT FILLED MY CURRENT ONES TOO
You guys it was just- AHGAYAGAHWHOWWHOSBSOANALENSLSN
First of all: absolutely loved how it wasn't overly violent. I'm not a prude, but when it comes to gore and violence, I'm very particular. Everyone who follows me knows I'm not a fan of gore, and luckily this movie had none!
It was still pretty gruesome. Like the guy getting his face eaten by Mr. Cupcake and that one girl who got bitten in half by Freddy. But even then, all you could see was the silhouette and her lower half fall to the floor. And 90% of the other scenes you do see, but they kind of let the sounds of what's happening fill in the gaps as the camera goes somewhere else, like with Mr. Cupcake.
Even when you see their bodies later on in the parts and services, the end results of what happened earlier aren't even that bad! Tbh it's almost too dark to even see anything
I loved that! It made it perfectly fine for me to watch and not squirm uncomfortably or feel sick. It actually shocked me! Most gore just makes me roll my eyes and want to gag but this stuff literally made me say "WOAH that's MESSED UP" (enthusiastically) out loud a few times!
Also the parts with the animatronics playing with Abby.... GOD that really filled a void in me that I never knew I had... Watching them play and build a fort and be goofy... Really made me smile so hard!... Uh, as if they didn't kill a bunch of dudes earlier.... Hmm..
All the little references made me point at the screen and squeal! That MatPat cameo my goodness! It made me laugh too lol, which I was pretty surprised about! I wasn't expecting to laugh, smile and cry in a scary movie but here we are!
Every Balloon Boy jumpscare got me, because even though it was, as all those video game critics say, "a cheap spook with a loud noise" I can guarantee a lot of other people did too
AND FELLAS WE GOT IT!!! SPRINGLOCK FAILURE BABYYYYY!!!
I think I was pretty pleased with how they did the springlocks. The reveal... The way Abby said "They can see you now." As they turn to William... Their real Killer... HOT DAMNNNNN AND THEN HE SAYS THE FUCKING LINE AND PUTS ON THE HEAD JUST- CHILLS DUDE (I should probably mention how loud this movie made me btw)
And that part legitimately made my eyes water too! When they dragged him away, the music and him twitching... All I could think was "JUSTICE!"
And I love that they made William a horrible father from what we saw when he talked with Vanessa. It always irks me the wrong way when people try to portray him as a sad parent who lost his daughter and that's why he did what he did. Like- no. He wasn't okay in the head you guys, he was NOT a good father, EVER. I'm sorry but no, he literally neglected, emotionally, and possibly, physically abused his kids.
And I love what they did with characters too! I like how the movie just did its own thing that to me, felt like What fnaf REALLY is.
I never like fnaf lore as it is now. I like when the premise was simply: "guy kills kids, hides their bodies in suits, ghosts posses the animatronics, and want to take revenge but don't remember their killer, so they kill anyone they think is him." Before all that sci-fi stuff got involved. And the Movie is just that! "guy kills kids, hides their bodies in suits, ghosts posses the animatronics, and want to take revenge but don't remember their killer, so they kill anyone they think is him."!! It was awesome!
And I like how it explains that there's the possibility that while the kids posses them, they also have somewhat minds of their own. At least that's what I got from some stuff revealed. There's ways been a part of me that thought the animtronics themselves had minds of their own, so to see that it could be a possibility (in the movies canon at least) was really cool!
Also... Living tombstone fnaf 1 song :) in end credits!
And to end this off, sadly there wasn't a post credit scene sadly (unless you count that CoryxKensin getting jumpscared by the BB toy after the fancy credits)
But!!!! Did anyone else notice the fnaf 2 music box playing in the end credits? And the one noise that says the letters and stuff during the secret fnaf 2 minigames...?
I mean, Matthew did say he signed for 2 more movies... So who's to say we won't get a Fnaf 2 movie based off the evidence of what we heard there, huh? Just a little thought I decided to leave here before we end things off :)
FORGOT TO MENTION that both me and Cherri SCREAMED the lyrics for the fnaf song at the end lol,and two girls next to us started recording us lol (not in a mean way we all talked and ranted for a good 3 minutes afterward it was fun!)

Tumblr media Tumblr media
Right since I’m beginning to settle down on my Digital Circus hyperfixation, it’s time to talk about another one! It surprises me that I haven’t talked about the Fnaf movie that much on here so don’t expect this to be concise, it’s gonna be all over the place so let’s go!
First off, I still can’t process that the movie is coming out in almost a week! As a self proclaimed Fnaf veteran (I’ve been a fan since the second games release) i thought this movie was doomed to be stuck in development hell but no! It’s real, fnaf is real, ye.
Anyway enough rambling, time to go feral over minor details.
Yes I watched the unlisted video in full and yes this has been on my mind for the past 7 hours or so. It captured the ambience of Fnaf 1 PERFECTLY and I couldn’t be happier about it. So I’m gonna talk about some cool stuff I saw during the video.
WHAT THE FUCK? SHADOW FREDDY? That was not on my bingo card, look at him, he’s glorious.
Tumblr media
I also saw this small pill bottle, it’s likely that it’s Mike’s but I’m not sure why he’d have it, maybe it’s a Walten Files situation? He could’ve went through something so traumatic that he had to take normal pills to forgor? And if Mike IS William’s son here then that would explain why he didn’t know who he was during the job interview, so the event that happened that made him become prescribed to them was likely The Bite Of 83 if that’s the case. Or they’re completely unrelated since the movies timeline is completely separate from the games.
Tumblr media
Enough speculating, time to talk about funnie murder man now.
Tumblr media
They absolutely NAILED this design, I love how you can see hints of Afton’s clothes and those eyes, holy shit those eyes, I don’t know what it is but they’re so unsettling (loving the hints of purple in those peepers). I don’t know when the suit’s showing up in the movie (probably the third act) but its probably going to be my favourite part. And if the Spring Bonnie design makes me feel genuinely unsettled, I can’t WAIT to see what they’re going to do with Springtrap.
I know some people have said that this is going to be his design for the movie but I don’t think that’s the case, look at the small hints of Afton we see in the suit, there’s no blood, no hints of bodily harm, he clearly hasn’t been springlocked yet, and the suit looks worse for wear because it’s the suit from Fredbear’s, it’s old, it hasn’t been in use for almost 2 decades (it’s been confirmed by Emma Tammi that the movie takes place in the year 2000), and speaking of springlocks…
Tumblr media
BBFC RATING HELLO?? UNDETAILED DECAPITATION?? HUH??
At first I thought it was referring to a possible springlock scene, but then I remembered something that would make a lot more sense
Tumblr media
Maybe it’s referring to this? I’ve seen a lot of theories stating that Golden Freddy might actually be Mike after something happens (hence why Abby’s so chill with a golden bear that has Sans Undertale going into his eyes).
But it could refer to quite a few things maybe that’s how the five children were killed and stuffed? Possibly, but either way, I really hope they don’t cut out the springlock failure entirely, it’s really important to the timeline and I’m genuinely curious to see what they could get away with with the rating in mind.
Tumblr media
ALSO THIS. Okay, so there’s obviously a few contenders here and I can immediately debunk one of them
Tumblr media
It’s not Balloon Boy, we see him in a drawing during this scene in the teaser trailer, and I think it would be out of place for him to show up anyway (even if I’d find it fucking hilarious)
I think it’s either Henry or The Puppet, I don’t see it being anyone else (maybe there’s someone I forgot? Idk man Fnaf canon nowadays is ridiculous). Maybe if the Mike saw trap theory actually happens The Puppet will show up to do her thing and place his soul in the Golden Freddy suit? Maybe, it’s either that or a post credits scene. And with Henry I only see him having a VERY minor role, I’m not sure what he could be doing though, we’ll have to wait and see if he shows up or not.
Tumblr media
Anyway I’m very excited for this movie and if it’s not at least a 7/10 I’m going to cry.

I went and saw the fnaf movie and there’s a few things to say. A) fnaf was one of if not my worst fear when I was a child, I hated it, but my little sister loved it (same sister that drank powerade boba whilst sitting in the middle of the floor in the kitchen) so there’s some childhood fear deep down in me from fnaf and I’m scared of manmade-robot-video-etc. type horror like that anyways but I went because my sister wanted to go. B) It was the first ever horror movie I have watched because I’m extremely easily scared and hate horror as a genre. C) I watched multiple lore videos before going and you know what? I fucking loved it. I’m invested now. I may still be easily jumpscared by the games and even the movie but it was extremely entertaining and I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. I liked the story of both the movie, (Bit of a spoiler warning) especially the fort scene that does a great job of reminding us that the animatronics are just kids who’ve been manipulated, and the The Living Tombstone at the end that sent a wave of shock through the audience. I also liked the game lore and I think the designs are great. Especially Puppet. She wasn’t in the movie but I love Puppet. I think she’s cool. And lastly, I own a red sweater vest and I can’t wear it anymore without thinking of the girl from the security guard training video at the beginning of the movie but I’m taking it with pride I’m fully willing to be the upbeat super forced smile 80s freddy fazbear’s pizzeria worker everytime I put on my old ass sweater vest

PORTAL 2
HOOOOOOGH THE PORTAL GAMES!! I've loved these games since I was like, seven. Back when the first game was the only one out. And wouldn't ya know it, the second came out a couple years later, heck I SAW THE TRAILER FOR IT ON TV!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW EXCITED I WAS?! The first Portal game caught me in such a massive way, idk WHAT happened to me, or why I loved it so much, I just DID. AND THERE WAS A SECOND
Fun fact, the turrets traumatized me, so despite the fact I started playing Portal 2 when I was 9, it was only until I was 14 that I completed the game. Freaking...turrets. And of COURSE the character that I fell in love with the most came from this game. In fact, he's the entire reason I love Spamton.
Yep it's Wheatley
Since I couldn't play the game all the way through at age 9, I instead watched playthroughs of it. And I watched the core transfer scene over and over and over again. I had no idea why, I just thought it was cool, till I played to that part of the game myself and figured out why. Cuz HOO BOI, WHEATLEY-
Seeing him GROWL like that, the deeper voice, "Well now who's the boss? Who's the boss? It's me." That CHANGED me at age 9.
And of course there's the fan mods, those being Aperture Tag, Portal Stories: Mel, and Portal Revolution. All the cores, all the puzzles, the stories, GOSH they're cool!! It's amazing what the community can do despite the fact we're never actually getting a third game. And to be fair? I don't think we need one.
If anything, if anyone wants a fun conclusion to the Portal 2 arc with Wheatley out of space and everyone gets a happy ending, I'd recommend reading Blue Sky by Waffles. It is SUCH a good fanfiction, I literally have a physical copy of it, I've read it like seven to nine times over at this point. It's SO GOOD. And it permanently altered how my brain reacts to Mr Blue Sky (I still wanna make self ship art of Blue Sky)
For other contenders, that would be:
OFF by Mortis Ghost. A fun RPG Maker game where you control a lil guy called The Batter and purify the world from ghosts causing trouble. Fun game, I need to continue my save
The Binding of Isaac. I havent played the game much, but I love the story and lore and religious stuff in it
Spore. I create aliens. Nuff said!
Cult of the Lamb. It's like if Binding of Isaac and Animal Crossing mixed together. Such a fun rouge-like game where you customize your cult!
Five Nights at Freddy's. I was an obnoxious 13 year old when I discovered this game. I like the og three games the most, the next few is like an interesting DLC if you want extra lore, and the rest is just chaos

Hello, happy Monday. I am here to provide a tiny update on my brother’s Halloween costume. Because obviously the man went an extra mile. He went to the store yesterday after we got home for some last minute shopping and you guys, he bought condoms. Bunch of condoms. And because he did get a tiny bit worried that my friends are, and I quote “fake gay and wouldn’t know the icon Brian Kinney” (keep in mind he is in a robe for one costume and a suit for the other) he decided to print out a bunch of tiny pictures of Brian in the robe and Brian at prom. And he made it look like a business card. So basically it was two photos one by the other on one side and on the other side he wrote ‘Brian Kinney’ and under it ‘the face of God’ and then under that it said ‘no excuses, no apologies, no regrets.’ So that was basically his costume. He briefly considered writing down some of Brian’s lines and only speaking to people by quoting him but he ran out of time (thank god). And since this neighbor lives like two houses down, the suit stayed at home. Anyway he knocked on the door in a robe (he wore shorts underneath!!!) with the coffee carafe (it had actual coffee inside that he drank throughout the furst half of the party) and when my neighbor opened the door, he immediately pulled out a condom and the fake business card to give it to her. And he did that to literally everyone! Some people recognized it after they saw the “business card” but only the neighbor who turned 50 a few weeks ago recognized it immediately and my brother gave him two condoms bc ‘one is a requirement and the other is a reward for being awesome.’ And then halfway through the party one of the neighbors was like ‘where did your brother go?’ And I had no clue where he was and then like 10 minutes later he walked in the house dressed in the suit with the white scarf and i was standing next to the neighbor who recognized his costume and this fucker walks up to us and looks at me and i could just tell that he was thinking of the Brian/Daphne scene and that he really wanted to quote it (he watched the ep again before we left for research). And he made this grossed out face and went ‘ugh…you being my sister ruins everything because i was going to ask *does exaggerated air quotes* your date for a dance.’ And then him and the guy went to dance. EXCEPT the song that was playing was Shut Up by Black Eyed Peas and he was dressed as Brian at prom and the neighbor was dressed as Freddie Mercury in Break Free and honestly seeing that happen gave me at least 10 extra years to my life. My whole family was laughing at the videos of them dancing because at first they tried to do the slow dance since they obviously knew it but the song didn’t fit and when my brother TRIED to dip Freddie, his fucking wig flew off and my brother went ‘oh shit. My bad Mr Mercury’ and then put his wig back on but it was backwards and they were both laughing too hard to continue their slow dance to the upbeat song. So obviously that didn’t work. So they started to dance in a really bad way because my brother is still not 100%, so by accident he was doing a great Gale dancing impression and my neighbor started to really badly twerk while dressed as Freddie. And later while we were talking, “Freddie” goes ‘quick question, how come you didn’t put fake blood over the scarf?’ And my brother looked as him as if he just kicked a puppy in front of him and in a very soft voice went ‘too soon, man. Too soon.’ And one other neighbor who doesn’t know qaf went ‘apologize now! Look what you did! He looks like hes about to cry!’ So that was kinda how the party went. Thankfully by now everyone in the neighborhood (mind you it’s not that many people. Maybe 20-25ish people all together?) knows that he is obsessed with qaf and Brian so at least they weren’t freaked out by him and probably even expected some bullshit. Which he obviously delivered.
Oh my goodness! This totally made my Monday morning!
I love that he had business cards and condones and an actual carafe of coffee. I love the idea of prom!Brian dancing with Freddie Mercury (and I’m very glad he didn’t say to you “looking good [name] I’d fuck you” and I am dyingggg over the question and his reaction to “why didn’t you put blood on the scarf.”
I’ve never done a qaf inspired Halloween costume. This is new levels of fandom unlocked.

The FNAF movie sucks, and not in the fun way
Before I start, I just wanna say that I have been a fan of Five Nights at Freddy's since the game dropped in 2014. I have followed nearly every game, watched all of MatPat's theory videos multiple times, and I still consider the first game to be a legitimately good piece of horror media. That said, I didn't have much in the way of expectations going into this movie. I knew it would be campy trash, and I knew Matthew Lillard was gonna be great, and that was about it.
Spoiler-free review: it focuses way too much on boring character drama, completely upends huge parts of the established lore, and has barely any animatronic violence. The plot is frustrating and confusing, the characters are poorly written, and the story as a whole feels like a first draft (which, considering it's been in production hell since 2015, it very likely was).
SPOILER-FULL REVIEW BELOW
Before I get into things, I'm gonna start with a rundown of the plot:
A guy named Mike Schmidt has been taking care of his younger sister, Abby, since their parents died a few years prior. Their aunt wants to take custody of Abby because she thinks that Mike is not a suitable guardian, even though she sucks and Abby doesn't want to be with her. Having a terrible employment track record and not wanting to lose his sister, Mike takes the only job available to him: working as a night shift security guard at a pizzeria which was abandoned in the 1980s after 5 children went missing there.
He's also really into lucid dreaming because he saw his younger brother get kidnapped when they were camping years ago, and he's obsessed with recreating the scene in his dreams over and over until he can figure out who did it. Also his parents killed themselves some time after the kidnapping, leaving Mike to raise Abby on his own for an indeterminate amount of time.
On his first night at his new job, he meets a sketchy police officer named Vanessa who shows him around the place. The aunt hears about Mike's new job and hires some people to trash the place so Mike will lose his job again and she can take Abby. Predictably, the goons all get killed. Meanwhile, Abby somehow becomes "friends" with the ghosts in the animatronics at the pizzeria, and convinces Mike to take her there, where she and the animatronics play together and have a great time. The ghosts are also talking to Mike in his dreams, and they offer to show him who kidnapped his younger brother if he gives them something in return. He agrees, only to realize that what they want is Abby - but it's too late to take it back. The Freddy animatronic shows up at their house where the mean aunt is babysitting Abby, kills the aunt, and takes Abby to the pizzeria. Mike, with the help of Vanessa, saves Abby and temporarily disable the animatronics, only to be confronted with the Real Villain: William Afton, aka the child killer from the 1980s, aka the guy who hired Mike for this job, aka Vanessa's father, aka the guy who kidnapped Mike's younger brother????
Turns out the animatronics obey Afton because he wiped their memories and uses them to make more of themselves by killing children in old springlock suits. Vanessa has been helping him get security guards so they can be killed for some reason??? but now that Abby is about to die, Vanessa has had a change of heart and defies her father's orders and tries to save Abby. Afton shanks Vanessa for her disloyalty, but while he's doing that, Abby sees a picture of the yellow rabbit (Afton's character) being friends with the kids he killed, so she rips it down and replaces it with a picture of the yellow rabbit killing the kids. This causes the ghost kids to realize that he killed them and they turn on him, causing his springlock suit to crush him inside, and they drag him away screaming into the darkness.
The pizzeria collapses and Mike and Abby take Vanessa to a hospital, where she survives (albeit in a coma). Abby wants to go back and visit the animatronics again, and Mike basically says "sure maybe".
The End
Except of course it isn't, there's a sequel bait ending with Afton being stuck in the suit, grievously injured but still alive, because that's what all the cool kids are doing these days. I fucking hate it here.
First things first: the highlights
The animatronics were made with practical effects, and they look incredible. They're actually like the springlock suits, since they work both as costumes to be worn by humans and as standalone animatronics, (but obvs more stable than in the games)
The pizzeria set is also amazing, and pretty accurately reflects the layout of the original game
Matthew Lillard's performance really leaned into the campiness of it all, and I loved every second of it. In his first scenes he did a great job being kinda weird and off-putting, but not in an obnoxiously obvious way. In the end the writing was just godawful, but his performance elevated it from pure garbage to the campy trash I had hoped for.
Second things second: the meh parts
The movie did a serviceable job establishing why someone would decide to work the night shift as a security guard at an abandoned pizzeria. It was contrived as hell, but it made sense? at least for the first night
Josh Hutcherson's and Elizabeth Lail's performances were fine, but the writing did NOT do them any favors
The child acting was decent for the most part
The special effects varied in quality. The practical effects were mostly good, but the CGI effects were more mixed
MatPat 15 second cameo, he says "that's just a theory" [insert Leonardo DiCaprio pointing meme]
And finally: the bad stuff
Oh god. Where do I even begin.
The plot is complete dogshit. It's confusing and overly complicated, and the pacing drags like hell for the middle third of the movie. The movie is like 90% based on the original FNAF, 9% based on FNAF Sister Location, and 1% based on FNAF Security Breach. Except all of that accounts for about 60% of the movie - the rest is boring character drama.
The fan service in this movie is really bad. Mike Schmidt's last name isn't revealed until the very end of the movie, at which point it's treated like some Grand Reveal, but it means nothing. When Afton is being crunched by the springlock suit he yells "I'll always come back!!". You know, like at the end of Sister Location. But it's stupid and was badly shoehorned into the middle-end of the scene when it would have fit better at the very end. There's a few mentions of the ghost kids liking a yellow rabbit, aka Afton, but it's a very poorly executed plot twist.
Perhaps the most egregious failing is that Matthew Lillard was in the movie for maybe 10 minutes out of the TWO HOUR RUN TIME. He showed up twice for a few minutes in the beginning of the movie (when he hired Michael to be the security guard) and once at the very end when he's revealed to be the evil mastermind. If he had been there for longer, he might have made the movie more bearable. What a fucking waste.
As for the character of William Afton - once again, completely wasted potential. For some reason they introduced him under a fake name, but didn't establish the name of the owner of Fazbear's Pizzeria, so the real-name-reveal at the end just fell flat. He could have been an increasingly threatening presence throughout the film a la Phone Guy (which he is a grand total of one time). And also he's Vanessa's father??? WHY.
Oh yeah, and speaking of Vanessa - girl what are you doing in this movie lmao. She both gives big exposition dumps and is annoyingly cryptic and vague. Even after Mike puts together what's happening, she continues to be cryptic and vague for some goddamn reason. I honestly feel kinda bad for Elizabeth Lail - not even the most Oscar-worthy performance could salvage that mess.
This movie also changes a few major things about the lore of FNAF, and all of those changes are for the worse.
I have no idea why they decided that Afton controls the ghosts or how he was able to wipe their memories, nor could I possibly guess why they had his control hinge on a fucking crayon drawing tacked to a wall. This mechanic isn't established until the scene when it gets overturned, at the very end of the movie.
They even changed some little details which, as inconsequential as they were, makes me wonder why they were changed at all. For example, the little da-da-dum-dum-dum tune that Foxy sings to himself is different. Also the animatronics' eyes turn yellow when they're angry/about to attack, and red when they turn on Afton. When I was a kid, one of the scariest parts of FNAF was the human-like eyes staring at you in the dark as you wait for the jumpscare. Having them change color honestly diminished the scariness. Also, Chica's cupcake can teleport/fly through the air and attacks people (that was funny, but it undermines the tension with how ridiculous it is). They also didn't incorporate the Toreador March until the end credits.
One of the worst minor details is that Afton explicitly says that he was the one who kidnapped Mike's younger brother, but for some reason he's not an animatronic? Unless he's the cupcake, in which case I'm gonna put my head through a window.
All in all, that's 1 hour and 50 minutes of my life that I'm not getting back. I'm just glad I watched it at home instead of wasting money on theater tickets.

It's time.
So, I have decided to formally retire from FireAlpaca and will not be revisiting any of my old works made on that app (just because of personal preference). SO, I've decided to share some of my favorite WIPs that I had hoped to finish once upon a time lol.
I'm gonna be tagging all the characters that show up btw, so sorry if this comes up as you're peacefully scrolling your fandom tags hehe.
Please check the tags for the characters/fandoms and decide if you wanna open this post.
So yeah, have a couple of old sketches from 2-5 years ago :D
[Uncolored blood in one of them jsyk]
This one felt appropriate to put first lol I was really liking the way it was turning out... and then I lost motivation lol. Think this is from 2 years ago-ish.
Tumblr media
Here's another of my OC. I was going to make a super cool battle illustration with super cool effects and super cool lighting and I gave up almost instantly lol. SHE HAS NO WRISTS!!
Tumblr media
This is one I made for Drawfest 2, like, 2 years ago now, I think. I thought it was coming along kinda nice except I couldn't get the perspective to look right so my character ended up looking huge lmao.
Tumblr media
Here's ANOTHER of my OC. This one is really old lol. I've redesigned her now and I don't use this shading style anymore, so I retired this profile picture really early on.
Tumblr media
Ok, last one of this OC. This was going to be one of many sprites that I was making to use in videos and stuff, but I, once again, lost my motivation hehe. Looks REALLY bad tho so idc.
Tumblr media
Now for some fandom junk!
.
.
Pico jumpscare I got really into Pico's school way back when and never saw any fanart for his death screen. So I wanted to try my hand at it. Got through the lineart before I decided I didn't like it and was not skilled enough to salvage it so I gave up. Might redraw this in the future though!
Tumblr media
Haha mind the huge empty space on this one.
This was going to be a picture of Gregory and Freddy from FNaF Security Breach (made this around the time the game came out), but I quickly realized I couldn't draw animatronics and quit lol. You can kinda see the stripe on Gregory's shirt, but my sketching abilities back then were awful so it's a little hard.
Tumblr media
ASJKFHSABFHJBF I ALMOST FORGOT I WAS DRAWING HIMMM!! This bean is a character from To Your Eternity, an anime I randomly found on Netflix once and fell in love with (I quit at the weird scene in the prison tho, remind me to finish it). HE WAS SO CUTE I JUST HAD TO DRAW HIM <3 Also this isn't the ball, this is the boy. I just didn't get to his eyes.
Tumblr media
MULTIFANDOM IDEAAAAA
So me and my sister were talking a few years ago, and I think one of us misspoke and said "Coffee shot" instead of "Coffee shop," so this AU was born.
It's a coffee shop called the Coffee Shot staffed by characters that love guns and have guns and shoot guns and I love them. The shop is frequented by characters from other franchises (in this case Danganronpa), and it's got the best coffee and the best theming you've ever seen >:)
Characters from left to right: Pico (FNF), Kiyotaka Ishimaru (DR1), Mondo Owada (DR1), Lance (EBF5)
Tumblr media
Here's another MultiFandom picture :D
This one was based on Pinterest lol. I have boards for both of these franchises, but they kept wanting to save these two characters to each other's boards lol. SO I wanted to make a style swap with them! Didn't end up finishing it, though, but I do want to come back to it!
Characters: Kiyotaka Ishimaru (Danganronpa), Ranma Saotome (Ranma 1/2)
Tumblr media
Aaaaand then just take some Danganronpa stuff.
This first one is actually the second piece of fanart I ever did for this game, but I quit really quick because I SCREWED UP TAKA'S HAIR AND DIDN'T WANNA REDO IT BECAUSE EVERY TIME I TRIED IT LOOKED FUNKY SO NOW HE'S JUST FUZZY. AND THE BACKGROUND EWWW I FORGOT IT LOOKED LIKE THIS
Tumblr media
And then this one is of the same two characters but based on a fanfic I read once. It was a Beauty and the Beast one. It was really fun to read. I liked it. It's on Wattpad if you're interested. I quit on this picture really quick tho. Made the sketch on Photoshop 2 years ago, transferred the sketch to FireAlpaca, then realized the sketch sucked and didn't bother trying again.
Tumblr media
.
.
.
SO
There's all my sketches. The ones that I'm willing to share, that is.
Let this be a lesson that not all of your pictures are going to go the way you want to. Your sketches are going to be messy, your lineart isn't going to match up, your colors are going to look funky, and your shading is going to want to make you rip out your hair sometimes.
I think what's important is to make sure that all that stuff doesn't discourage you.
If you give up all together, you'll never know what you'd've been able to produce if you hadn't.
If a picture isn't working for you, find out why. Then quit that picture, practice, and come back. You'll be able to compare yourself to your own art instead of other people's, which will give you a clearer sense of how far you've come.
.
SORRY DIDN'T MEAN TO GO ON A RANT THERE
I think I'll shoot to redraw some of these next year. I definitely want to come back to that Pico one, the style swap one, the Coffee Shot, and the Christmas one.
Don't really have time for that now, but that's now on my New Year's Resolution list lol.
If you're reading this, thanks for looking at my old crappy art. It feels nice to share <3

I have now watched "Five Nights at Freddy's" at least five times since it came out on October 27, 2023. It was a great horror movie from beginning to the end. It wasn't so much a horror film in the sense of blood and gore but that of a psychological thriller.
The movie is loosely based on the video game of the same title. However, they do change a few things around such as the history of the game on how the dine-in pizza place came to be shut down. Some of the character roles are switched up and at the same time still played a major piece in the storyline. There is a lot of lore sprinkled throughout the movie as well as Easter Eggs to keep you on your toes.
Now for those that know nothing about the franchise of this game, you're fine. Honestly around my fourth or fifth watch I asked myself if I would understand this film if I knew nothing about the game. Yes, yes I would. If anything, knowing nothing about the game will make it that much more exciting.
This horror film had little dashes of "Nightmare on Elm Street" and "Scream". Maybe "SAW" for one or two scenes, minus the blood. You can even think of the "Shining" for other things. All in all I would recommend watching this film if given the chance.
Oh, and screw the Rotten Tomatoes critics! The audience has spoken!

I watched AOTV on a leaked link and damn it was one boring documentary. Literally. The only part that made me emotional was the part about his mom.
He talked about 1d tooooo much. The first 10 to 15 minutes of the movie was about 1d and his time there and a whole pity story of how he didn't get those parts to sing etc. And then he bragged about having the most writing credits in the band. And when I thought he stopped talking about 1d and move on with the rest of the story, he starts to talk about 1d all over again to show how he had a tough time. If I put a $ each time I heard him mention the band or the members I would have gone bankrupt.
From 1d he moved to Jay and Fizzy's death which was fine bcz it was a tragedy that happened in his life. It was the only part in the documentary that felt like it needed to told to let everyone know how he felt. He was a bit condescending though during that part thinking he deserve a career in music bcz that was his mom's wish and she didn't want her death to stop him from going forward in his music career. The Tomlinson sisters makes an appearance multiple times during that part. And so does Olli and the homophobe Nizam.
From there he shifted to Freddie and talked about him fondly and lovingly with a lot of content about him. Freddie appeared in 2 stages in the documentary. 1. Louis becoming a father story with the beach scenes and etc. And 2. Freddie being at his solo shows part.
And then it was the same boring story we've heard him speak for the last 7 years. He had the same footage from the Away from home documentary released in 2021 in there as well. Then a few footage from his latam shows bcz why not? Those are the biggest venues he played and probably ever be able to sell out. So he was showing off the crowds in those footage to make others think he was doing a full arena tour saying he never thought he could sell these big venues. Liam and Niall made another appearance there when he talked about that Coca cola festival he did where Liam also played and the Mexico festival he did where Niall also played.
HE WAS SMOKING IN EVERY SCENE I kid you not!! Smoking in the recording booth, chainsmoking in his hotel rooms, venues, inside cars, private jets, even there was a clip of Liam vaping while he smokes during the coca cola festival. It was just endless amount of glorifying his smoking kink. It was disgusting. He was talking about his mom and sister's death and saying how much it affected him but had no problem glorifying drinking and smoking throughout the film. Even the instances where he wasn't physically holding a cigarette, you can still see smoke leaving his mouth meaning he was smoking then too. All the other times he had a glass or a cup full of whatever he loves drinking.
Then on he talked about Walls and FITF process. But emphasized more on FITF for obvious reasons. And how he found success and thinking he deserves it. That's when he showed those latam crowds as if to prove a point. There was only 1 clip of him in the recording studio and even there he was singing out of tune. There was a couple of clips of him doing vocal training with Helene like the one we saw in the AFHF documentary. He was complaining how he thinks he nailed the vocals during the training sessions with Helene but once he does the performance and watch the performance video he can hear him singing out of tune. Then he brushed it off by saying it was probably his head messing with him and Helene then boosted his ego by saying he did a good job and he should be proud of himself. She encouraged him by saying he sang Walls the song so well live acoustically somewhere which according to her is a tough song to sing.🤣
And then.... that's it!!! The movie started with him holding the UK #1 trophy and the movie ended with him holding it in the video we saw him share with the Official Charts as if to show he made it. But in reality it was his only achievement he could show off.
There was no substance or depth to the documentary and I wasn't impressed by Charlie's directing there. It looked so cheaply made. Even the filters used were meh. It seems like he had nothing interesting show or say about his life throughout the documentary so it dragged on boringly for 2 hours with the audience ending up knowing nothing new about him.
Thank you for this thoughtful, detailed review. 💜
Shame Louis couldn't restrain himself from smoking in every scene - it's such an abominable example to set to his young fans. I bet he spends a fortune on private jets just so he can suck on those cancer sticks. He's disgusting.
He really does need to find some new talking points, doesn't he? He's not the only person to lose his mother in his mid 20s, and he still has five siblings who all seem to adore him. He has enormous wealth privilege and this victim narrative he's spinning out isn't convincing.

So, I saw this in a group that someone shared an article that was made in 2021, from Daily Express (not surprising), but it was speaking about Barbra Valentin.
Which this is what the person wrote about (sorry if it's long but reading it infuriates me):
Freddie Mercury's other woman after Mary 'They were in love, she was even wilder than him'
FREDDIE MERCURY loved Mary Austin his whole life. Even though he was a gay man, he also had one more passionate and intense relationship with outrageous actress Barbara in the mid-1980s, just before he met Jim Hutton. They even shared a bed and Freddie immortalised her in Queen's It's A Hard Life video.
Freddie Mercury and Mary Austin's break up discussed by friends
It's A Hard Life remains most famous for its outrageously OTT video, but Freddie's bandmate Brian May believes it is also one of his friend's most beautiful compositions. There is a moment when the Queen frontman sings the iconic and heartfelt line, "Two lovers together, to love and live forever in each other’s hearts." In the video, he is looking at the voluptuous and glamorous woman leaning over the balcony above him. This was Barbara Valentin, who shared two extraordinary years with Freddie in Munich. She remained close to him until the very end and was one of the few invited to his last ever birthday party.
This weekend marks the release of “It's A Hard Life” in 1984. At the time, Freddie was already living in Munich. He had discovered the German city in 1979 when the band recorded the album The Game at the famous Musicland studios.
Freddie's fame meant he increasingly struggled to find privacy in the UK at the same time as he had begun to explore his sexuality. Munich's thriving gay scene offered him freedom and opportunity.
From 1983-1985 the star made Munich his home and even bought a flat with devoted new friend Barbara.
Busty blonde bombshell Barbara was notorious in Germany as the provocative star of saucy films. Freddie loved her outrageous character and his friends believed he had met his match.
His PA and close friend Peter Freestone said: “They had the most intense, loving relationship. I know one hundred percent they shared a bed on numerous occasions."
Another friend, West End star Peter Straker, said: "I was told he just met this woman who was larger than life. Barbara was very outrageous. She was the queen of nudity.”
Royal Ballet star Wayne Sleep added: "Freddie was with a woman. So I thought.’There you go. He’s not predictable at all, is he, this boy?.’"
Another friend said: “It was almost like he enjoyed being with someone who had a wilder reputation than him.
Many years later, Barbara’s daughter Minki Reichardt said: “I know they were in love. I know that my mother was in love with him because she said so.
"I think their relationship was very close and very intense. They really liked the conflict. They were talking, shouting, arguing, and then they were in their arms again, it was always very lively. I think Freddie was the love of her life."
Barbara's German friend Elisabeth Volkmann went even further: “Freddie loved Barbara. Barbara loved him. And it was a big love between both. If he wouldn’t be homosexual, maybe they married “.
Except, of course, Freddie was homosexual. While Wayne Sleep believed Freddie had slept with Barbara. He certainly spent nights with her at her apartment on Stollberg Strasse. Peter Freestone remains a little more coy on the subject.
He added: "I wasn’t sitting in the room. I can’t tell you yes or no if sex happened. If it had, Freddie could not have been quiet about it."
In fact, for most of those two years in Munich, Freddie was also in a relationship with local restauranteur Winnie Kirschberger, despite the fact that neither spoke the other’s language.
Whatever her feelings for Freddie, Barbara was under no illusion about his sexuality. Like Mary before her, Barbara loved and supported the star and, in this case, provided even more vital and personal help to the men’s relationship.
Freestone said: "it was sometimes comical to watch the arguments happening... Both Freddie and Winnie would be screaming at Barbara who had to do her best to try to sort out the jumbled emotions."
It was an intense period in Freddie's life but the star was beginning to feel homesick and Mary had finally completed all the renovations to his new London house, One Garden Lodge, in Kensington.
The tumultuous relationship with Winnie was fizzling out and a new man from London, Jim Hutton, was on the scene. Freddie never actually moved into the flat he bought with Barbara and returned to the UK. Although he split up with Winnie, Freddie remained close to Barbara for the rest of his life and she flew over to see him one last time in 1990.
In September 1990, Freddie threw his last ever birthday bash, a very smart formal dinner. The following year he would be far too ill.
His close friend Dave Clarke, who was the man by his side when he died, recalled a very intimate night, filled with those Freddie loved most, including Barbara, who sat either side of him with Mary.
Clarke said: "On his last birthday, he just invited 30 of his closest friends and there were 30 different courses, done by his personal chef, Joe Fanelli, and 30 different types of wine to go with each course."
Freddie died the following November. Barbara herself passed away from a stroke on February 22, 2002.
By STEFAN KYRIAZIS.
*****
Just like Mary, this is making Barbra look like a saint when she wasn't either. She was weirdly possessive of Freddie. She wanted to rekindle the spotlight she had that was dimming out and she used Freddie.
Wayne Sleep, believing that both Freddie and Barbra slept together, reinforces that Freddie didn’t care about the consequences of his illness because he cared more about sex than people’s welfare, and was happy to risk spreading AIDS onto someone for the sake of a quick fix. Which we all know that's is not true. Freddie cared about others, especially the ones that betrayed and hurt him. While Freddie and Barbra were close they were not intimate with each other or screwed around.
Barbra was NOT a friend towards Freddie she made lies after lies about Freddie. Leaking stories to the German press that she and Freddie we're lovers and secretly engaged, claimed that Freddie was "abusive and pushed her head in a sink making her manager trying to get Freddie off of her", said he was pretending to be gay for clout and intentionally spreading AIDS to whoever he slept with.
Which Freddie learned about what she did and cut off the friendship with her. It's reasons why Brian absolutely despised her.
I'm surprised here it didn't talk about Freddie's funeral, by saying Barbra attended the funeral, while she wasn't. She was completely banned from attending by Jim and Mary after what she did to Freddie.
I mean, it’s the same bullshit we’ve seen for the past 30 years. “Oh yeah he was gay BUT he was in love with a woman” is not how it works, everyone knows that’s not how it works, but homophobes are somewhat more comfortable with Freddie fucking men if they think it was only ever sex with them and that his heart always belonged to women. Of course, the article intentionally leaves out quotes where Freddie’s friends, including Phoebe, confirmed that they never had sex. As you said, it also excludes that Barbara lied about Freddie and their relationship while he was alive, prompting him to distance himself from her, and she only doubled down once he was dead because she was a freak who used his name for clout and couldn’t cope with the fact that he’d never return her feelings.
She definitely wasn’t a real friend to him. Real friends don’t tell awful lies to the press like that, and they aren’t possessive, either. It seems like she was both possessive and pretty manipulative of Freddie, but people are fine with all of that as long as they could pretend Freddie felt romance for women to satisfy their homophobic butthurt feelings. Brian hates her and Roger said she was a bad influence on Freddie—there is no reason to defend this woman and repeat her lies.
And of course the article mentions Mary, too. There’s quite the overlap between Mary stans and Barbara defenders, because both wish Freddie wasn’t as gay as he was. It’s pathetic that articles like this are still published in the 2020s.

repairing my heart for you-
writing question! what helps you stay motivated to keep writing and where do you find most of your inspiration from?
Tumblr media
Definitely went off on a couple of tangents. This all works for me, but everyone has their own things that work uniquely for them, anyway hopefully this answers it 💛
Tumblr media
For motivation to write or keep writing
Sometimes I do feel like I have nothing to give and when that happens I go and do something that makes me happy, like watching a movie, play a video game or even just lay on the floor, stare up at the ceiling, and listen to music. If that still doesn't help get me back into the mood I'll shower or clean my flat, something about physically cleaning the space can make me feel like I'm cleaning out my brain in a way
Another thing that helps, but you don't really have control over, is comments. A really nice comment on your fic or in your inbox can make my day go from crappy to omg I wanna write a novel. I've also found that looking over older comments from my work can also make me the same kind of giddy I was when I first saw it too
My Inspiration (Motivation in here too cause they go hand in hand for me)
So my ideas are weird and come randomly, but they are usually triggered from reading others fics and going...ooo but what about this situation, or sometimes I'll be listening to music and hear one line and something will spark in the back of my mind. Other times it can just be from me thinking up one scene and shamlessly building a full fic around it (You ever wonder if birds are afraid to fly?  and Rain are two examples of that, first from asking fred that question and the second is the literal last scene in that fic meaning yes I wrote 15k worth of angst and fluff just to make that scene a reality)
I've found that if you have an idea and it's starting to form, writing it down can really help for re-capturing that inspiration again later, not writing the fic itself but just the idea on paper or a word doc, either with or without some dialogue or a plan. And making a list of these you can read through and one will most likely make you go 'oh I forgot about this, lets use this one'. I do as when I am going to write a full fic (not always but these are usually for things I know it might be another week until I can start writing). I re-read through what I wrote down whether it be a day or a month ago, fix little bits and by doing that getting myself into the fic (or back into a fic I have since abandoned).
Ps. below you can see a few of my future plans or ideas for fics which I go to when i'm in need of something to write when I have no inspiration (there is another two pages after that one...including the whole plan for a freddie series after bookshop girl is finished) Anyway if you see one you like let me know

So I've been watching refill/restock videos, as one does, and I keep wondering... do these bitches not have any actual food? Like thry have some mezeluri and a crap tone of juices and cheese and sweets and maybe some vegetables and fruit... but like no actual food? Like, idk if I'm speaking for all romanian peeps, but you usually have o oala de ciorba sau de supa si alta with some leftover food, like do these people just know exactly how much to cook? Are they buying all their food premade? I am so confused, yet so intrigued...

Man, a few years ago I saw this cool post that explained how vampires would most likely function if they existed based on like actual blood consuming bats anatomy and it was really cool and had drawn examples of stuff and I loved it, but I can't find it, so like if anyone knows what I'm talking about could you please send it to me? I would really appreciate it, I loved that post, with the bladey teeth and all

My #1 post of 2022
Ok, so I absolutely love Security Breach, but I wanted to make a lost of things I feel would have made the game more enjoyable for me. It's just personal preference, it's ok if you guys don't agree. So here we go:
♡ more Freddy interactions. I really hate that he doesn't talk unless it's an event. Give him idle lines when he moves, both near Greg or with Greg inside. Make him send Greg random messages during the night, basically sell to us that they have a bond, build it throughout the night. I just fee like we would all have benefited from more papa beat and feral boy interactions.
♡ Make the hours advance slower and more equal? Idk man if I'm wrong, but I felt like the game progressed a little too fast and random? I just think it would help to get a bit more time
♡ More Vanny, the amount of times we see her is ridiculous...she was supposed to be the main villain, but I never got a real sense of danger from her. Add more chases from her. Make her randomly taunt Greg. Make her sometimes speak through the animatronics. Give us small scene where we see her interact with them. Idk, just add her more.
♡ Add more story elements: I personally feel like the story is held together with tape and that it was not the focus of the game, which imo left a lot of unanswered questions, like why do the animatronics keep getting more beat-up throughout the night, what is the deal with Vanessa, what is the deal with Greg, why is only Freddy not corrupted an so on. I feel there should have been more story elements added throughout, like small cut-scenes or lines of dialogue
♡ Allows us to actually race for a bit with Roxy, I found it kinda sad that it was only a cut-scene
♡ It would have been cool if we could also save the rest of the animatronics, not just decommission them and thus make them allies. I haven't really thought how, if I come up with an idea I will add, but I feel that is should be a more difficult mission than to decommission them, since it basically transforms and enemy into an ally. And taking from the Freddy part, give them some lines as well, I just think it would be sweet. Also with this addition, you create extra endings depending on who you saved.
♡ Remake the Afton final boss, I may be the only one, but I feel that this one was really underwhelming, I think it should have been longer and required Freddy a lot more, needed a bit more action. Taking from the points above, I feel like it would have been cool if you only had Freddy to be a harder boss and more bearable if you had everyone, or just get progressively easier the more you added to your roster. I also feel like the true ending should be with all of them. Also tell us what happened to Vanny. I feel like none of the endings actually touch all the issues in the pizza plex and while I get the idea behind it, I still feel there should have been one that figures out everything.
♡ I feel like there should be an extra panel named Extras :)) where you can see all things collected throughout your runs, so you don't run into the issue of losing everything just cause you got it after six
♡ this one is really not that important, but I think it would have been cool if there was a chance to do sth so that you can restore the ability to save during the after six am part, not really necessary, just and idea
♡ also more Vanessa, she also barely appeared snd didn't feel like an actual threat.
That's all I can think of for now. If I come up with any other ideas, I'll add them to the list
Thank y'all for taking the time to read this whole thing. Have an awesome night!

Here There Be Leaks And I'm Losing My Mind
Someone has blessed us with NEW LEAKED CONTENT in this S4-deprived drought. For anyone who hasn't seen it (I found out on a server, haven't even seen what the tags are saying about it yet if anything), please view the video here and/or read the transcript here, then return to me so I can scream and flail about this below the cut:
So here's what I'm noticing in all this:
Guillermo still calls Nandor 'Master'
Guillermo is referred to as a familiar and the script doesn't have him correcting
he has 'a shrewd and incisive mind for penis stuff' alsjhflashf YEAh he does or maybe just Nandor's penis stuff
Nandor is still insecure about the funeral I see
Nandor had male wives!!!
Nandor goes out of his way to thank Guillermo in great detail, like far more than is necessary, and more than the genie who is the one granting the freaking wish
Which tracks with the Freddie leaks, I think: that Nandor is going out of his way to be a good friend to Guillermo, who appreciates him and is in his corner. More than we saw even post-s3 and the fight - Nandor is giving strong consideration to Guillermo's feelings and well-being, more than we've ever seen before. I wonder if he has feelings for Guillermo at this point, or if something's prompted him going this extra mile.
This line also makes me feral:
"You know, I teach lessons in desire, greed, et cetera by fucking with the wishes from these so-called 'masters' but you two bested me."
This makes space in the dialogue solely to say something very telling: the genie sets people up to fail by taking advantage of their greed. But as a team, Nandor and Guillermo are successful. Nandor's greed can't be turned against him in this situation because Guillermo is there, because Nandor needs Guillermo to be at his best. Like, y'know, a spouse.
I know how fandom is, and I know Paul Simm had that line in interviews about how "this season is going to be about, instead of Nandor looking for love, his already having found it." And I know some of you will think it's gonna be this woman he's looking for, like suddenly a spouse for Nandor who's perfect for him is gonna appear out of nowhere and nothing is going to go wrong. And like...no. No, the love he's found is Guillermo, guys. I'm sure.
Taking a look at the leaks we have so far: we have Guillermo dating elsewhere (I feel like that's gonna come in the first few episodes because Freddie is someone Guillermo clearly met in England), Nandor dating elsewhere, the whole Richie Suck thing which is about a different form of master-familiar relationship, and I think that's in just the first few episodes. Both the Freddie scenes and the looking-for-a-wife conversation take place with Guillermo and Nandor attached at the hip. (Think about 'Gail' where we never see them talk to each other. I still have no idea if Gail knows who Guillermo even is.) And the praise! And the teamwork!
I am so very, very sure Nandermo is being positioned as the love Nandor already has. The relationship we're meant to root for.
Between being apart and coming back together, experimenting with other people becoming important in their lives, the stuff we know we're getting about Guillermo's look into his heritage and biological family - the main through-line we're getting is going to be about Nandor and Guillermo navigating what they are to each other, and realizing what they have in each other. We can only win there.
