Man, reading how heartbroken Cedric was over Yeseo's death was amazing. Chef's kiss. Like the GRIEF and the REGRET and especially the anger when there were SO MANY CLUES!! like that old woman who prophesied Jesse's death.. AND?! WHEN THEY FINALLY REUNITED AND THE MYTH-GRADE DEMONIC BEAST SHOWED UP.. BRO KNELT DOWN AND PROPOSED A COVENANT. MIDDLE NAME AND EVERYTHING. I felt like I was reading a marriage proposal even though I know that the rituals usually go this way 😭 also Aurelie bottling up her emotions after Jesse died.. HER GRIEF AND GUILT MAAAN. And when she was looking over Jesse's body at Juliette if I remember correctly she finally called him her child!! Only for it to go unheard by deaf ears.. About that “shen yuan transmigrates into lbh’s body”

(the comic that started it)

Shen yuan transmigrates into pidw, but into luo binghe instead of shen qingqiu

Ofc the system forces him to go through the torment which was canonically put on lbh. But he’s very bitchy about it

He also Observes the sect and his shizun more closely and starts to figure some things out. He sets a few things off, e.g. liu qingge doesn’t die, sqq isn’t accused of making a move on ning yingying, lbh doesn’t get as bad the treatment as he would in canon etc.

But all in all, he’s still put through a lot of stress and struggle, and can’t avoid being thrown into the abyss :’) At some point he snaps and charges at some random demon he got into a fight with, yelling “YOU CAN’T KILL ME I’M THE PROTAGONIST” with bloodshot eyes and a mad smile, while his opponent can only go “What the FUCK are you talking about” and retreat to reevaluate if it’s worth messing with that obviously insane but strong weirdo

Anyway there’s a plot twist

Was it the error in the system? Or is it that the protagonist halo doesn’t encompass just lbh’s body but also his soul?

Turns out that real luo binghe is still there

When sy was yeeted into his body, lbh just got pushed to the back instead of disappearing or getting transmigrated somewhere else. Firstly he was very hateful towards yet another person who seemed to appear only to torment him (he was already in the sect and suffered a bit from sqq’s treatment when the transmigration happened). But after a while of observing shen yuan he got curious, the guy didn’t seem like a bad person even though lbh didn’t understand a lot of what he talked about. He also seemed to stand up for him? And for some unknown reason knew about him? Although lbh was still suspicious, it did make him feel warm inside sometimes

Anyway the dream demon was the first to discover lbh. They talked without shen yuan knowing and the demon offered to teach lbh in private. Sy didn’t understand why the plot with the dream demon didn’t happen and the system was ok with it but oh well whatever. Maybe it was for the better, maybe that meant that he could avoid even more plot points? Like the abyss???

While sy was happily oblivious lbh learnt and gained strength, soon to be able to overpower sy and take his body back. But he didn’t do it quite yet

Until they’re thrown into the abyss and sy seems to be Not Taking It Very Well

Surprise, cucumber bro, you’re now hearing voices ✨

Wait no, it’s the original lbh??? shit shit shit i’m fucked, i mean, i was already fucked by the novel but now i’m REALLY fucked shitshitshit

Anyway they work things out in order to survive, there are many shenanigans along the way and switching who’s in control which from a 3rd person’s pov looks like the guy is straight up nuts

At some point shen yuan is taken out from lbh’s body into another vessel, e.g. the plant one or something else later on, maybe some demon who was sentenced to death, idk possibilities man. More shenanigans and misunderstandings ensue inspired by the novel’s events

Happy end ofc, side couples like moshang or qijiu get together, no one dies because i say so (except maybe that one demon for his body, rip)

Maaan those Memories are quite something, AGAIN!

Question. Do you think Hybe and Jikook have a clear established strategy when it comes to them and what they show on the various content such as Run, Behind the scenes, Memories and so on? I mean, I’ve only been in this fandom for a year but I feel like they’re getting more and more intense on camera and it’s getting more and more difficult to dismiss what’s happening between those two (I’ve been the type who would said they were just very good friends and trying to find an explanation for every suspicious moment but stopped after a while cause it just doesn’t make any sense… you know the drill, if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, quacks like a duck then it probably is a duck etc). Anyways. Like this footage of them almost kissing?? Even tho we’ve seen a looot it stills surprised me that this was included in the dvds. It’s clearly more than just two friends messing around let’s be honest. I really wonder if they’ve clearly set some sort of rules of what they authorized to show and agreed to push the boundaries even more? Maybe to taste the waters? Idk maybe I’m thinking too much!

Towards the end of 2020 I did think maybe there is a strategy going on with BH (Black swan MMA & Dynamite holiday remix), but then there was what seemed to be a bit of a pull back at the beginning of 2021. It's not that there was no JKK, but it went more subtle.

So, what's going on?

I think JKK are openly out within their close surroundings. So behind the scenes they are interacting openly and don't feel the need to repress themselves (well, to a level, of course, because I don't think they will be making out on camera, but they sure don't hide how close they are).

It is possible that BH have a strategy of sorts, pushing the boundaries little step by little step. Two steps forward one step back and so forth. The decision to leave in some of these moments does make me think if this is a conscious decision made here to push the boundaries, yet again. Some moments are "well, ok, it's cute but not too suspicious, so no problem they left this in". But there are a few moments you say "well, there is no way under the sun that the editors or whoever approved this did not see and understand what this looks like."

And if they did see and understand what this looks like, which for me is the only logical option, was this a conscious decision to push forward? Were JKK involved in this decision?

Oh maaan I have a couple of ideas floating around my head, I think I must have talked about them before, too! Both very Julian-centric lmao

The first is an au where Julian meets Cap during WW2 and they get on each other's tits big time, and then later, naturally, they get on each other's tits in a literal sense. Cap is still Cap, but Julian is maybe the Foreign Secretary or some kind of high-ranking bureaucrat in MI6 who's pissed someone off somewhere and has drawn the short straw of having to oversee/advise the operations at Button House. Or, maybe, that's his cover, but he's actually there working on some kind of super secret hush hush project, possibly connecting to Cap & his limpet mine schematics!

Obviously they'd drive each other up the wall: Cap wouldn't like some secretive, plays-by-his-own-rules, sleazy government official poking around in military operations, and Julian would probably resent that he's got to spend his time in the country doing very boring things with very boring people with little to no diversions... cue Cap becoming his diversion, I guess, and the two of them solving sooomeething, I don't know what! There's a spy in the ranks! Idk! It would take a lot of research on a period I am not familiar with and I would get so much of it wrong haha.

The other is a Thomas/Julian regency!au where Julian is a very very rich layabout who frequents a brothel Thomas works at for some extra coin (his parents have stopped giving him an allowance and his poetry is really not making much money). Julian takes an interest in Thomas and offers to be his patron in exchange for sex, which Thomas accepts because a) he doesn't love working in the brother, b) he thinks Julian is extremely charismatic and handsome, c) he wants access to the world of the socialites again, and d) the thrill of being in such an entanglement would be VERY good for his muse.

I think I would have either a) a Big Bad get involved (maybe Barclay) who is intent on breaking them up/exposing their relationship, because he has a feud with Julian, or b) introducing Cap into the mix as a police officer tasked with getting brothels and molly houses in the area shut down (cue his own struggle with his sexuality? Thomas/Julian/Cap? Cap/OMC sidestory? Who knows. Obviously this would also require a lot of research but is slightly more within my remit period-wise, but on the flip side I'm less interested in Thomas/Julian than Julian/Cap so I might run outta steam quicker!

Anyways, yeah, uh so.

What does this mean for DigiMentals in Psi’s DW? And Armor-Level?

I mean I guess most of those questions would be answered with some data from the next episode’s Encyclopedia entry but I’m an episode behind so I MUST WAIT I GUESS. That said, yeah, I will be interested if they’ll classify Armor as its own level as it’s usually considdered or if Pegasmon will be classified as an Adult-

If the latter happened then I don’t think Digimentals would even exist within this Digital World/continuity, and “Armor” Digimon would probably mostly all be just Adult level Digimon (with maybe some exceptions like Magnamon?). But if Pegasmon is still Armor, well, we shall find out eventually

That aside... When we first went into Psi, the one thing I was hoping to see arguably the most was branching evolution trees (in the same vein Zero Two had with the Digimentals in the first arc) and utilizing those alternative forms for different situations etc. And so far it has really felt like Psi wouldn’t do that all, instead sticking to the familiar evolutions we already knew and loved (except for Ofanimon because Psi says Ofanimon Rights) (OR DO THEY)

BUT THEN WE GOT THIS

Now, since Patamon’s alternative evolution here was caused by Patamon being weakened by the damage from the dark powers, so it’s likely that we won’t see all the Digimon get alternative evolutions (Agumon’s Mugendramon not included, esp. ‘cause there’s no quarantee we’ll see Agumon evolve to Mugen again (though Mille is in this story so I would be kinda shocked if we didn’t see Mugen come back but this is a whole different tangent)).

Like, by these soft rules Psi has just set for us, unless the Digimon all got drenched in Darkness and weakened by that, so much so they couldn’t evolve to other forms, then I don’t think we’ll see alternative evolution trees for them UNLESS THEY’RE ALREADY WEAKENED and just need to be re-powered up so that they could evolve into more powerful Adult/Perfect forms! :O Though this does seem unlikely since Psi has been building up the Warrior 6 (WarGreymon and co), so unless they decided that the OG Warrior 6 wasn’t The Solution to the Milleniummon Problem and wanted to have the Digimon evolve to 6 other Ultimates instead, yeah, this whole scenario seems unlikely to me.

If Psi will be 66 episodes like we originally heard rumors of, then we are basically half-way through the series now. And my constant “worry” with this series has been how they threw all the Adult and Perfect forms at us so fast within the first 20-or-so episodes. Now indeed, we have only seen one Ultimate, we don’t have Tailmon in the party (as of episode 32, IDK how exactly she’s introduced in episode 33), and Patamon can barely evolve to Adult(?) now. So we do have at least nine evolutions to go, to get everyone to Ultimate.

Like, IDK man. To be fair, aside from HolyAngemon, Adventure had given us all the evolutions they had to offer by the end of episode 38, but also that series was also 12 episodes shorter than what Psi’s supposed to be.

Like... what I’m trying to get at is that Adventure for the most part spaced out the new forms pretty nicely to give us new evolutions to get excited about but not throwing them at us too fast (at least with the Perfects, the Devimon arc was kind of an exception). But Psi’s philosophy has been kind of different, throwing the new Digimon at us at a super high speed for the first arc or so... I’m trying to put together in my mind how plausible alternative evolution trees could be at this point in the story, with 33 episodes left? Because either they are going to treat the remaining unseen evolutions kinda like Holy Angemon was in Adventure, or we could possibly see alternative evolutions to fill out the remaining episodes now that Pegasmon has proven alternative evolution trees plausible?

I dunno man, I have NO idea where Psi is fucking going

I am super interested in seeing how they’ll treat Patamon’s evolutions from here on out though- like will Pegasmon just be a temporary Adult form for Patamon so he can evolve to something but will regain his ability to evolve to Angemon -> HolyAngemon ->Seraphimon later on? Or will Pegasmon get its own evolution line? IDK what the Perfect could be but Ultimate could be Goddramon, right?

I am pointing this out because. Y’know.

Psi has been showing us Ofanimon in the flashbacks so far.

But we’ve only ever seen Tailmon evolve to Holydramon (Ofanimon: Falldown Mode not included).

And if Tailmon’s gone through what Patamon went through but had a more severe case (which is what “SkullKnightmon is actually Tailmon” would seem to imply to me), it does beg the question; if Patamon can’t evolve back to Seraphimon anymore, will Tailmon be able to evolve to Ofanimon either?

Will Psi actually just taunt me with Ofanimon Rights, only to give us Holydramon at the last second? Is that what they will do?

I may be a reputed angst monger but I like to think that I can dish out a gag or two when the opportunity arises! also, this is something that I’ve been thinking about for a while, but you know what’s REAL under-utilized? au where they aren’t related + found family trope. maaan I wouldn’t mind getting into a little comedy, what I really like about both chf and tata is that they start off light-hearted and kind of silly and then gradually slip into being serious stories with the occasional moment of humor when possible. I love that pattern, would love to work from it again

I’m just not real big on aus though tbh.... I don’t have qualms about using isekai to get around that not-bigness but I also was kinda wanting to write something strictly realistic without supernatural elements this time...... idk what thoooough

Chapter 1

Paring: Greek!Erik “Killmoger” Stevens x Chiron “Black” Harris

A/N: I have been on a writing drought for Idk how long to be honest. But I finally got some shit done.. This is that. This is loosely based off of a story by the same name that i wrote YEARS ago (Don’t go look for it, it’s alotta cringe in that shit. But enjoy

...

Chiron put the last of the grocery bags on the floor. He had transferred to a new university in the middle of his fall semester meaning he had to restock all of his favorite goodies.

“Fuck,” he huffed as he dropped the bag of canned goods on the floor with the rest of his haul.

Using the leftover money he had from his tuition check, he moved into a small two-bedroom apartment a short distance from campus, which he shared with his roommate Taylor. The two had met at an off-campus frat party at his previous school last fall. They immediately clicked in a drunken stupor and had been inseparable ever since. Like brothers almost.

“Yo Chi!” Taylor yelled from his room, his voice followed by the faint sound of rapid shooting.

Call of Duty, Chiron thought to himself as he walked around the island and towards the bedroom.

“Wassuh Tay?” he called, stepping towards cracked door where the shooting had gotten so loud that explosions could now be heard.

“Did you get more Hot Pockets?” Taylor sat shirtless in his gaming chair with his ΚΑΨ branded shorts and a PS4 controller in his hand.

“Yes. Steak and cheddar cause yo fat ass ate the last box in 4 days.” Chiron rolled his eyes and folded his arms as he watched Taylor lean on his knees and squint his eyes to focus on the game.

“Man… You still on that?” Taylor groaned as his fingers danced over the controller.

“Uh...Nigga YES! That was a 24 pack of Hot Pockets. Do you know how many Hot Pockets you’d have to eat in a day for that to even be possible?” Chiron stood off the doorframe and walked further into the room.

“Si-,” Taylor started.

“6 gahdamn Hot Pockets nigga!” Chiron clapped to emphasize each word.

“Man I was lazy and I ain’t feel like cookin’.” Tay shook his head and scooted closer to the flatscreen TV.

“Keep playin’. Yo belly gon be so big you won’t be able to shimmy right.” Chiron turned and made his way out of the room and walked back to the kitchen. He opted to put the groceries away himself since someone was preoccupied. It worked in his favor, giving him the advantage of knowing where everything was.

"You just hatin' cause I get all the hoes!" Taylor yelled from his room.

"Nah I'm good. I'm allergic to fish" Chiron yelled back.

It was now a few weeks into the spring semester and Chiron was finally getting into the flow of his new college home. He woke early, not wanting to be late for his first class of the day: General Psychology. Footsteps and elevator dings invaded his senses as students began filing into the classroom filling it to capacity. Chiron chose a middle seat, not too close to the front and not to far back that he’d have to squint to see. He pulled out the notebook that he’d designated for this class and flipped through the first few pages. When he looked up again, his eyes fell on a man that he hadn’t noticed before. The man wore a black fitted t-shirt that hugged his body like a fat kid hugs the ice cream man when they get extra sprinkles. The veins that ran down his arms looked like an IV technician’s dream and gold rimmed glasses framed his face while two thick Cuban link chains rested on his neck. As Chiron’s gaze traveled lower, he praised the Lord above for the invention of fitted slacks because they were hugging the hips of this Adonis in all the right places. As his gaze made his way back up, Chiron’s eyes landed on a set of lips that looked like they could swallow him whole, not that he was complaining. As the mystery man talked with the professor, hints of gold reflected off of his teeth. Chiron leaned forward to get a better look at the beautiful mystery.

“Who are you and can I have your number, cause gahdamn you fine,” Chiron whispered to himself. Just as his lust was beginning to get the best of him, Chiron was snapped out of his appreciation by the voice of the young white male at the front of the class.

“Good morning class, I am Professor Wayne and I’ll be your instructor this semester. And this,” he gestures to the Adonis to his right, “is my graduate assistant, Erik Stevens.”

Erik can assist me in taking off his pants.. Chiron thought to himself as he chewed the tip of his pen. His focus on whatever Professor Wayne was babbling about was long gone as more and more lewd thoughts of Erik crossed his mind. Erik stepped in front of Professor Wayne, licking his lips slowly before addressing the class.

“Wassuh y’all. Welcome back to school.” He paused briefly before continuing. “As you heard Mr. W say, I’m the graduate assistant. Some days I’ll be teaching and helping with any questions you may have during my lessons as well as Mr. Wayne’s.” As his speech came to a close, Erik leaned back against the wooden table, surveying all of the fresh faces in front of him.

“I have some meetings to attend so in my absence, Mr. Stevens will go over the syllabus and answer any first day questions you may have. I look forward to getting to know all of you. Have a great first day.” With that, Mr. Wayne grabbed his black leather bag and headed out the door.

Erik took off the gold rimmed glasses and sat them on the table next to him and grabbed a clipboard.

“I’m about to go through roll. Just raise your hand and say ‘here’. Pretty simple procedure, right?” Erik looked around for confirmation. He got head nods and soft mummers in agreement as he scanned the classroom. Chiron had since went back to flipping through his notebook, highlighting things that he would need for the class.

“Chiron Harris?” His voice sounded like the smoothest bourbon you could possibly get your hands on.

“Here,” Chiron spoke, lifting his head and hand simultaneously. Erik gave him a sly smirk before calling the remaining names on the list. Chiron smiled to himself before busying himself with his notebook once more. This was definitely going to be an interesting semester.

As he made his way down the hall after his classes, Chiron could hear commotion coming from his apartment. Several voices mixed as Chi unlocked the door and stepped inside. Taylor sat on the couch with his line brothers. The one on the left, Nico, wore a crimson colored dad hat that read Pretty Komplicated in cream letters while the one on the right, Xavier, wore a black basketball jersey that read Kryptonite across the back of it in red letters.

“I’m about to start charging you niggas rent,” Chi called from the doorway as he put his lanyard on the key holder.

“Maaan, I’ma need a room if I pay rent,” Nico called over his shoulder, his eyes never leaving the TV screen. Chiron grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge before walking back to the unoccupied loveseat.

“Woooow,” Xavier spoke from the far end of the couch. “He did you dirty, dawg,” he snickered as he leaned on his knees, fully immersed in the video game.

“What?” Chiron shrugged as Nico pulled his attention from the tv and blinked in confusion.

“You said a room,” he reminded.

“The box that I’m referring to has enough room for you inside. It’s a pretty big box.” Nico groaned and turned back to the tv, causing Chiron to chuckle to himself.

“Listen, I already live with one of you niggas. I don’t need anymore.”

So writing these long ass text posts is actually really fun for me and if you actually read it thank youuuuu 😚 (this one is veryyyy long sorry)

Soooo i was expecting a follow up from the previous episode but they most likely couldn’t find a logical explanation as to how he survived.

Hiram and Archie’s relationship remind of me and my ex’s relationship like what Archie thinks of Hiram is exactly how i feel about my exes is it fucked up in their part or my part? Well who knows?

VARCHIE

Veronica is worried about Archie’s hair the second she saw him is so character for her.

I was screaming DO NOT KISS the entire time, and i’m sorry but i will always be bitter and angry to Veronica that she kissed Archie. You may not agree but i wouldn’t do that. Ohhh nevermind they literally had sex? Ohh that is just great Veronica wow. I’m disappointed.

I am starting to believe they have a unhealthy relationship like Dawson and Joey if you watched Dawson’s Creek. It’s like they need each other so much that they can’t survive individually. And i am one of those people who think that’s not romantic but toxic. They had to kiss or had sex because it’s like necessity for their life. Doesn’t matter the consequence which is hurting someone (Reggie)
