hello do you have an article from like a Respectable Source ™️ on hand about the exploitation of native Hawaiians? I'm trying to radicalize my lib mom on it and I can't find a solid overview.

it can definitely be a Long Read, I just want it to cover the colonialist history, the land theft, and the ongoing human rights abuses to support tourism like the fucked land grant program and the water rationing and stuff. I'm probably only gonna be able to get her to read one

its a book that everyone should read as it only rings more true as the years pass by.

but honestly if you just search up "books on the exploitation of native hawaiians" you're sure to find ones with lots of history and info (ones written by indigenous scholars are the way to go ofc).

Dancette Yockman, just one out of 28,000 native hawaiians on the DHHL waitlist, who has been waiting 50 years for a piece of land to call her own.

This is mostly just me getting vague thoughts and hazy plans on paper and processing better; not necessarily imperative to anyone. I'm kinda getting repetitive at this point BUT I've found some footing. so after this I'll start to tackle more personal things like hygiene, time management--basically things within my bubble

I'm still organizing my feed, who I'm following, and so on. so hopefully, I'll interact more down the road! I have yet to really be checking others' pages...for now :3 and of course, organizing tags/cw/info/so on. any likes/follows/related are going to show up as @suedraws.

speaking of, debating how I want to handle that. honestly, with how little my art account has overall, it might be best to start fresh with a new account; it's hard to decide how and where I want to separate my personal and professional artist self.

the other one that i might possibly use more is @ladykopaka; at this point I'm not really interested in involving myself with the community at large. friends and some groups are exceptions. also have this be a location for my Chasing Stars project

so then that leaves here, @suedrawl. besides being casual/personal use, trying to hype myself up to do some form of blogging and writing. i have an entire actual blog i'd like to use for those reasons.(suedrawl.blog)

finally, while nothing is planned yet--I did create @thepurplenote \o/ (and did invite some folks to use it too!)

still observing how twitter is going to pan out. i'd love to use Instagram more, but it can be a bit draining/overstimulating (even if it's mostly good vibes and love keeping up with friends). facebook is...kinda just there lmao; mostly to see photos of my nephews and nieces, and annoy the hell out of old family friends who are borderline trump-supporters. DeviantArt? No. Otherwise, that leaves Artstation, but that's strictly more business minded. I know everyone is trying things like Mastadon (I recommend it tbh) or pillowfort. I don't really have much time or energy to do those; maybe in the future (keep me updated, always willing to try things)

discord is sorta its entirely own thing--i mostly lurk (love stealing those emojis) in big servers. there are a couple I'm in of friends (gosh i feel bad i need to say hi more). but most of my energy is focused at The Purple Note/friends there. At the end of the day it's my responsibility, and I will continue to maintain it and be mom friend/support all yall wonderful, loving, supportive nerds. Never hesitate to contact me, no matter what time or day. while I'm working on better handling my server mum powers, it's still an important promise to keep of sorts.

Okay, I was about to write up a thing on me Sucking Hard at One to One Chats, but that's just gunna go in its own blog post. BUT TO STATE: I am never ever bothered by good friends, even if I forget to reply. If I have an issue, I will address it. Usually, I'm more than happy to initiate, but I am going to take a step back from that for a bit. But also this is not a sign that you have to or that I will take offense if it's quiet. I'm not usually a person that "needs" interaction from others, rather what gives me purpose is how I can give. It's kinda confusing tho and I'm still trying to understand what I want and need. I have a doll eye question, if i were to introduce someone to doll eye, how do you think i should do it? i could let them in blind, but there's already a TON of information out there... not just including your toyhou se. should i let them see that first? or along side? there's alot of stuff out there that are like "spoilers" i guess in terms of the story of the game. there's alot of info out there, but alot of people are going in with it as well? is that okay? i dunno... what do u think?

I think the best way to experience it would be to go into the game blindly!

as Andrew & Neil grow closer and the match agaisnt the Ravens rounds the corner, Kevin finds himself looking more and more forward to the time spent at the library with Juliet

she is just so focused on their project and so oblivious as who he really is and doesn’t really care if sometimes he is more anxious, if freaks over everything to be perfect, if he babbles on&on&on&on about any bit of history he discovered

she’s just there, smirking, stiffling her laughs and asking for more

Dan recomposes her face and gets that very serious look, the one she usually gets when someone touches her family

“It’s not, Kevin. That’s over. We got Neil back, we got you back, you got Jean back. The team didn’t even know who that person was. The most info we’ve gathered is what you just told me now. Yeah there are some bets but it’s mostly for funsies, nothing even remotely serious. You wanna look for her?” she soothes him.

“I don’t even know...”

“She lives on campus?” she asks.

“I don’t- I don’t know, Dan. I spent months with her and I can’t even vaguely say where she lives! How fucked up is that?” Kevin yells.

“It’s not even remotely fucked up, Kevin. You should know that. Does she have instagram? twitter? Or like, facebook?” she questions some more.

“God, I don’t know. She only sends me stupid fucking videos and I never even respond like the goddamn asshole I am...”

“Shut up. We’re all assholes at the end of the road, ‘kay? You ain’t better or worse than others. Now she sends them to you in text or somewhere else?”

“Sometimes texts... Sometimes the yellow app, the chat one. Why.”

“Oh great, that’s great. We can locate her, with snapchat, if she forgot to turn off the sharing. And if you’re comfortable with that, too. I know you’re not a creep like that. You’re creepy sometimes, don’t get me wrong. But, not a creep.”

And so it turns out Juliet’s location is, in fact, knowable. Dan grabs one of Kevin’s shoulders as he leaves the court, squeezing her affection into her grip; he nods emotionally in her direction, as far as emotions can translate unto his face.

Are we too much into it or we are the winners in all this?

What is exactly Hyper-connected?

This is very interesting because we are all into it in a way , literally we are “always ON’’. What do I mean with that? Guys let’s be real, we are spending most of our time on the web, browsing, watching funny videos, photos, and just go with the flow. Right? You share with your friends, constantly making connections with others through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any of the social media. We transfer information one to another. Hyper-connected is all that and much more. Canadian social scientists Anabel Quan-Haase first invented the term Hyperconnectivity, she was referring to her studying about multiple means of communications by email, instant messaging, and telephone. It basically means, the usage of all sorts of systems and devices that connect you to social media or other sources of information. In 2020, we are safe to say that we are hyper-connected!! Nowadays people do so much more through their smartphones. People are using them basically for everything, but let’s see which are the PROs and witch are the CONs in all that and how we can navigate the digital world more safely … and maybe even earn online.  

Okay, let’s talk about the PROs in this hyper-connected digital world. I’m going to give you a few examples that are most useful for me. here we go…

 o    The PROs:

-          Using online platforms and social media really helps us find and interact with people who have the same interests as us!

-          We can find information about anything! Not just find, but also to share and help each other!

-          Managing almost everything through apps on your phone!

-          Having control over your finance, online payments, and basically access to every data you need!

-          Doing something you love and make it go viral has never been as easy as it now!

Okay, we see few of the thing that we use on a  daily basis in our lives and they can be very useful. Great!!

Now let’s see what is the negative part of all this. Keep in mind that I am a supporter of the digital world , but I’m going to be objective.

o    The CONs:

-          With all this new world in our phones that we explore, we forget sometimes that we live in the real world. We need to be more into nature itself because that’s how we were created!!

-           The info on the web is usually very valuable but you can easily get lost   and be fooled. Be careful who you TRUST online!!

-          Shopping online has never been easy. But yet again, you can always come across some fraud and be deceived. Once again be careful!

-          Having control over your life and finance on your phone is super. But if you don’t use the right source of information, we can fall in some traps along the way. It’s super important to get educated before you start to use some futures.

 OVERALL, EVERTHING IS UP TO YOU!!

 As you can see for yourself, hyper-connection can a lot of time be a little bit over-connection. It’s good to be connected to the world and your friends around you, but on the other hand, we have to be careful and be more familiar with the digital world itself. Paying online and having a blast with apps for everything on our phones is cool, but you need to be

careful “not to drink the cold water” (if you know what I mean).  

  Tips and hints: How to make better decisions

I have some practical tips that I can give you so you can Stay on the     bright side.For Example, just a few days go, I was searching for a solution on how to pay my bills online and also manage my money from my phone. I start to search for what the banks are offering. Most of them have online banking like a Raiffeisen. But for me they are way too heavy, they have fees every mouth (even if you don’t use it) and it’s always complicated. For me, this is not a solution. I start to search more about mobile payments and apps that can provide that. Of course, I stumble upon a lot of them. You see how that can be confusing because there has a lot of opinions, you can choose from. For that, reason always check the The complete list of fees and limits and the comments below. If you like something do a little research, ask you, friends, about it (but not too much they can confuse you even more). Finally, what is important for what you are going to use it. Don’t buy or take something that is useless for you just because somebody else recommended it to you.

   Found a solution

Anyway, finally, I stopped on an app that works for me!

The name of the application was iCard. I selected it for a couple of reasons. First, I see the comments and the rate (both were very trustworthy). Second, I do a little research and found that it is a Bulgarian E-money institution and its very close to where I live. In that way when I order a physical card would come to me very fast and easy (They send the debit card for free throughout Europe). I can pay my bills from it, having up to I don’t know about 20 virtual cards in my digital wallet. I can manage my money a lot easier that way. I pay mine subscribes in HBOGO, Spotify, and much more with a different virtual card. I feel much more protected because nobody can charge automatically from my bank account. This is one of the best ways to track your payments.

 What do we learn so far? “Give and take” is a two ways street!!!

 U saw how in this situation hyper-connection is very useful, but you have to dig for yourself. Don’t wait for somebody just given you what you want. In another direction, it’s good to have all that in our hands, but before you do something think if it is helpful for other people. Don’t spend too much time in one-dimensional algorithm and forgot for the world outside…. Go out and explore it. Be the person who can make a difference between good and bad.

• When we buy from a site individually they sell it for a certain fixed price but when we buy in a bulk we ofcource get a lil discount ^^ ! For example I bought one album from one site for 12$ Each and if I bulk order 20 albums then each album would cost me around 10$ . So people who joined my GO will get to buy the album for 10$ individually!

Some people do Profitable GOs and some do Non Profitable GOs , in my case my GOs are 100% Non Profitable. I will never try to make money off of my kpop idols T-T . Do you listen to music (or tv shows/films/anything else) when drawing?

🎤 yup! usually music~ mostly pop 🥁 usually, i am either listening to music or rewatching my favorite tv shows while i work. 🎷 I listen to music or watch videos while I draw, usually for background noises but when it comes to music I like it to listen to certain genres and themes to keep my mind at a creative mode. 🎺 I'm big into music, I believe that it can influence how and what I come up with. A lot of the times I will have a specific playlist for a piece just so I can keep a consistent mood through out a piece. If I want to have a neutral setting while I work, I usually just throw on a murder mystery documentary and get to it. 🎸 All the time! It helps me focus and relax at the same time. Sometimes a song can inspire me to draw through art block as well. My genre of music can go from pop to hardcore rock, then back to instrumental and indie, in many different languages as well. 🎻 I do! It's helpful background noise.

What’s your favorite music artist/band? If you could ask your favorite band/music artist one question, what would it be?

🎤 A Crow is White has been a favorite for a while now~ i really love their whispery vocal style~ 🥁 i would simply ask stevie nicks for her best witch tips. 🎺 This may be unbelievable, but I don't have one particular absolute favorite artist/band. I love so many different types of music it is so hard to pick one favorite. I guess if I really had to pick *one* I would pick Ella Fitzgerald. I would love to ask her what it was like to be a woman of color making a living as a jazz artist in the era that she lived. 🎸 I have too many to list, but if I could ask one question to my favorite musician, then I would want to know what inspired them to make a song. 🎻 Yoko Shimomura! I wonder how she always seems to make dynamic music

Do you play an instrument? If not would you like to play one? Which one?

🎤 nope but i've been interested in picking up bass~   🥁 i have been teaching myself the ukulele the last couple years! my favorite songs to play are “f*ck was i” by jenny owens young and “us” by regina spektor. 🎷 I don't play any sadly haha 🎺 Sadly, I am not able to play any instrument. I just completely skipped that in school. I think I would really love to play the guitar or banjo. The guitar because it is an instrument thats sound really excites me in music. And the banjo because it is notoriously hard to play, so it would be cool to say I could. Maybe even a hurry-gurdy. Who knows. 🎸 I used to play the electric piano back when I was young, but not anymore. If I wanted to learn an instrument again, I would like to play an electric guitar because of guitar hero. [LOL] 🎻 I actually played multiple instruments in middle school. They were all percussion instruments!

What do you expect from this zine?

🎤 i'm really curious to see the variety of music~ Maybe i'll find a new favorite band! 🥁 i expect to hear a lot of cool music that i have never heard before! and also push myself to work outside of my comfort zone. 🎷 The wonderful pieces everyone will be making with the songs they have chosen and even listening to some of the songs they had picked! 🎺 Just to have a whole lot of fun and discover some new music. Maybe even make some new friends in the art world. 🎸 I am excited to see how everyone interprets their favorite songs through their own means. I also thank you for letting me be a part of it as well. RECENT NEWS, RESOURCES & STUDIES, late February 2020

Welcome to my latest summary of recent ecommerce news, resources & studies including search, analytics, content marketing, social media & Etsy! This covers articles I came across since the early February report, although some may be older than that. I am a bit behind due to my trip last week and other events, but some things here are a bit time-sensitive so I wanted to release this now. 

I am still looking into setting up a new ecommerce business forum where we can discuss this sort of news, as well as any day-to-day issues we face. I need some good suggestions for a cheap or free forum space that has some editing tools, is fairly intuitive for inexperienced members, and is accessible. If you have any suggestions, please reply to this post, email me on my website, or send me a tweet. (I will put out a survey once we narrow this down to some good candidates, but if you have any other comments on what you want from such a forum, please include those too!)

TOP NEWS & ARTICLES 

Since we are seeing more shops closed due to Etsy’s customer service level standards, my blog post on ODR now has major revisions explaining what we have learned, and includes some tips for staying out of trouble and if necessary, appealing a suspension. Please circulate the info widely, as many sellers still haven’t heard about this, and some were closed without having any clue this was possible. 

Mobile continues to grow while desktop use is slowly shrinking. It should affect how we design web pages. “Mobile visitors also behave differently from their desktop web counterparts, staying on pages for shorter periods of time, for example.” Other interesting takeaways from this SimilarWeb report: “[Facebook] lost 8.6% of [web] traffic over the past year alone” but increased in app sessions. 

The price of domains ending in “.com” will almost certainly be going up soon, and will go up most years after that, unless something changes at the last minute. If you are absolutely certain that you will continue to use the same domain name for your website, blog, ecommerce forwarding etc., then you might consider paying a few years in advance to save a few bucks. 

Another article explaining how people are selling thrift store and vintage clothing on Instagram, without setting up a checkout/cart anywhere. (The article focusses on teenagers, but does reference other examples.)

ETSY NEWS 

Two weeks ago, Etsy Support posted on Twitter that they were no longer monitoring the account, and asked everyone to use the help page maze instead when they need support. Forum thread here.  

Another trend report for 2020 from Dayna Isom Johnson [podcast links & transcript] She leads off with tips on how to get featured: “ so it's incredibly important to see a bright representation that really clearly shows your product...Do be original. I'm always trying to find the latest and the greatest that isn’t already on the shelves...Do be inclusive. ... I'm talking about models of all ethnicities, all genders, all body types, all ages.” Etsy chose chartreuse as their colour of the year: “in the last three months, there's been a 12% increase in searches for green already, and a 55% increase in neon green.” The wedding trends part was mostly already covered in a blog post, but she does also answer a few seller questions. 

Website user experience (UX) is a big part of getting people to convert, and an outside group ranks Etsy’s as “acceptable”. Many will be unsurprised that search gets a score of “mediocre” and Accounts & Self-Service get a “poor” grade.  

The migration to Google Cloud services is complete, so now Etsy can run more experiments more often, including those involving AI. (Although the forum thread was laughing at the idea of bad reviews helping shops, there is actually some research supporting that, so it is a logical thing to test.)

Etsy sellers in the US, UK & Canada who use Instagram can apply to win a trip to Etsy HQ here, until March 1.

Etsy is launching an Etsy U program which just seems a bit sketchy. Forum thread here.

Reverb (owned by Etsy) named a new Chief Technology Officer on Feb. 18.

SEO: GOOGLE & OTHER SEARCH ENGINES 

Google does not confirm every large search update, so this one remains a mystery at the moment, since Google refused to give an answer. That means it’s not a core update. 

Another video (with subtitles in several languages) from the SEO for Beginners series from Google, on the basics you need for good website SEO. 

If you are interested in “searcher intent”, this 500 person survey asks about what people are really looking for, and what they think of the search results the end up with. Overwhelmingly, they say they prefer organic results to ads, and the majority see targeted ads that they can’t figure out the reason/s behind. “Sixty-eight percent responded that Google adding more ads to the search results would make them want to use the search engine less.” Also, a slight majority preferred text results to images, video, & audio. “When asked which factor had the most significant impact on their decision to click a result, 62.9% responded it was the description, followed by 24.2% who said the brand name, and 13% who said title.” That means that the first part of your Etsy listing description, or the coded meta description on a page on your website, has the most influence on people clicking on your link once they see it. 

I usually strongly suggest that people setting up their own websites make sure they do some SEO work & keyword research for their category/shop section pages, and it turns out that there is new research showing I am correct. “Specifically, e-commerce category pages – which include parent category, subcategory and product grid pages with faceted navigation – ranked for 19% more keywords on average than product detail pages ranked for. The additional keywords they ranked for drove an estimated 413% more traffic, based on the keywords’ search demand and the pages’ ranking position. With optimization, those ranking category pages also showed the potential to drive 32% more traffic.”

Semi-advanced: explaining the (seemingly endless) debate on whether subdomains or subdirectories are better for SEO. 

SEO study - do you really need to use H1 tags on a page? Maybe not, although some screen readers recognize them as the page title so they help with accessibility. (Etsy & many other marketplaces don’t let you make this coding choice, so don’t worry about it there.)

Note the attention to setting up your category pages, which is something I completely agree with. (it’s by Ahrefs so of course it pushes their tools; you don’t need to pay for that.)

CONTENT MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA (includes blogging & emails) 

Some businesses say social media doesn’t work, but maybe they aren’t doing it right. See if you are making one or more of these three mistakes. “Understanding who your target audience is - what they want, what they need, where you fit in, etc. - is critical to maximizing your social media marketing performance.”

Email marketing also works better if you do it right, so here are 5 things you might be doing wrong. And if you like a quick read, here’s an infographic on the psychology of email marketing.

More fourth quarter reports continue: Pinterest’s 4th quarter revenue was up 46% but they lost $1.36 billion, and they are introducing a verified merchant program. “Almost all (97%) of the top searches on Pinterest are unbranded, according to the company, giving merchants a chance to stand out.”

Want to tap into that Pinterest traffic? You should because “90% of weekly Pinterest users log in to make buying decisions.”  Here are 10 ways to get more attention, followers, and pins. 

Like almost all social media, Twitter has an algorithm that mediates what users see (although you can turn it off, or use apps such as Tweetdeck to get around it as a reader). Ranking factors include recency, engagement, media and activity. The article includes a few tips on how to make it work for you, but then slides into promoting its app as the solution - you can just skip that part. 

ONLINE ADVERTISING (SEARCH ENGINES, SOCIAL MEDIA, & OTHERS) 

Google search ads get more results than Facebook and Instagram, simply because more people who see them want to buy something. “Less expensive products tend to sell better than more expensive ones on Facebook and Instagram, per the study.”

If you are running ads where you can choose your keywords, don’t forget to examine your organic search results and impressions for new words to advertise. Google Search Console is a great source.

ECOMMERCE NEWS, IDEAS, TRENDS 

Amazon has nearly 40% of the US ecommerce market, according to a report by eMarketer. Etsy is not in the top 10; eBay is 3rd behind Walmart. 

Sales on Shopify sites during the Black Friday-Cyber Monday long weekend went up 61% to $3 billion in 2019. They claim that the “direct -to-consumer” approach can be successful for both big & small brands. 

Japanese authorities are going after Rakuten for the ecommerce company’s push to make its sellers offer free shipping. 

eCommerceBytes’ annual Sellers Choice survey placed eBay first out of the online marketplaces that were rate. Note that this is not a scientific survey and largely covers the site’s readership only. Bonanza was the most improved & Etsy showed the worst drop (from 1st to 5th place). 

A review of that article last month that says ecommerce sites should have info pages as well as product pages, if only for SEO reasons. The author approves. 

The CBC show Marketplace did a large test buying branded items on AliExpress, Amazon, eBay, Walmart and Wish. It turns out that most were fake. 

Facebook’s cryptocurrency plans (Libra) finally have a partner: Shopify. The potential benefits include no credit card processing fees. 

BUSINESS & CONSUMER STUDIES, STATS & REPORTS; SOCIOLOGY & PSYCHOLOGY, CUSTOMER SERVICE 

Younger people (think Gen Z) expect to see gender treated expansively and beyond traditional stereotypes, and they expect this from companies and advertising. “Half of women and four in 10 men in the U.S. now believe that there is a spectrum of gender identities, according to a recent Ipsos poll titled "The Future of Gender is Increasingly Nonbinary." An additional 16% of those surveyed said they know a person who identifies as transgender”

MISCELLANEOUS (including humour) 

Google employees are pushing back against the sea change in the company’s culture and values - and some are being fired. 

Turns out that the “Peleton Wife” ad might not have hurt them as much as you might think. However, their stock dropped 12% after the fourth quarter report showed a 77% increase in revenue that still managed to be below market predictions. Interesting discussion around going viral in a negative fashion.

The Info Cookie Ep. 1 4/28 - 5/11

Hello my cookies, welcome back to another video from yours truly. I hope you are doing great today. In today’s blog, I am going to report on Nintendo Switch News that occurred these past 2 weeks. We’ll also talk about other competing consoles, but mainly I’d like to focus on Nintendo in general. On the first blog, we have 4 big news stories for you to enjoy. Wait what? Another AAA series may get ported to the Nintendo Switch?  Is this new (and high quality) information and screenshots for Super Mario Maker 2 that we have here? All of these questions and more will be answered in the next paragraphs. So, without further ado, sit back and enjoy the show.

Our second story has something to do with a popular series that may be coming on the Switch. Borderlands, the series in question, has received a lot of popularity recently for its new title in the series, Borderlands 3, getting a trailer. 

On Twitter, someone asked the CEO of Gearbox, Randy Pitchford, if the Borderlands series will ever arrive on the Nintendo Switch. The CEO responded saying that he would love to see them get ported on the Switch. 

Someone then replied to his tweet and asked Randy how he and his team could try and make that happen, with Randy going on to say, “You are welcome to campaign with 2k Games and Nintendo. They all know we’re supportive, but [we] have to focus our attention elsewhere.” I have never played a Borderlands game, but if it were to ever come to the Nintendo Switch, I would most likely pick it up. Does this confirm the possibility of Borderlands on the console? No, but it does seem like they aren’t disregarding the possibility. Borderlands 2 was on the PS Vita, meaning that it has been on a portable console before.

Our third story is about Nintendo’s Financial Results Briefing. As you may know, the fiscal year for Nintendo and other companies ended on March of this year. 

Regarding the sales for the Nintendo Switch, it seems to pick up speed and have yet to peak.

 Its Console Sales Pace is moving at a rate similar to the 3DS. They talked about games that have released already and information on them, like Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe selling 2.5 million units and Yoshi’s Crafted World having a more feminine audience than other Switch titles. They also mentioned the future 1st party games coming to the Nintendo Switch, like Pokemon Sword and Shield, Super Mario Maker 2, and others. They also re-confirmed that titles like Luigi’s Mansion 3 and Animal Crossing are slated for this year. This might not entirely kill off the rumor that Animal Crossing is delayed though, as Fire Emblem and Yoshi were slated for last year, but instead released this year. Overall, their Financial Results Briefing is worth a read.

In our fourth story, we have news on the new Stardew Valley update. 

Update 1.4 will include “a new farm map called Four Corners that's perfect for the much requested ‘separate money’ option in multiplayer.” ConcernedApe tweeted recently about how its new update will add a new map, which can be accessed by creating a new world. This map has multiplayer in mind, but you can still play in singleplayer. If you don’t want to create an entirely new world but still want the separate money feature, you can split or rejoin the money at Mayor Lewis’ house. Whenever I play multiplayer with my brother, I hate how we have to share the money we earn, so with this, it makes multiplayer a bit better. As for release date, there isn’t an exact date, but we do know that PC players will be the first to receive it, then following console (as well as Switch) and mobile players. The PS4 and Xbox One still haven’t received Version 1.3 so it may be a while before they have it in their hands.

Our final news story is about Super Mario Maker 2 and all the information thrown at us this week. 

On Monday, in-store promotional flyers were shown, which included screenshots of the game. Before, this photo with the cute panda puppet was used as new information, but it was blurry. 

Now we have a collection of close-ups to the flyer. These images show a lot of information about Super Mario Maker 2, like what the gameplay and enemies look like.

We also received a new trailer from Nintendo Japan’s Instagram, which shows Mario’s evolution through the three Japanese eras. The video is a minute long and you should check out SwitchForce’s video explaining it in the description below. Super Mario Maker 2 releases on June 28th and if pre-ordered in Japan you receive one year of Nintendo Online and a stylus. That’s a pretty good deal if I do say so myself.
